"And that class is why you should never accept a necklace from your angry ex husband. Any questions?" Mrs. Thompson asks the next day as everyone is back to normal with Number 5 and the honor students have numbers from Number 4's homework on them.
"Ooh, ooh, ooh! Me, me!" Number 4 says as he raises his hand.
"Yes Wallabee?" Mrs. Thompson asks.
"If I helped save you from being a cruddy homework eating weredog how come I still get a triple F minus on my homework?" Number 4 asks angrily as he holds up his homework.
"Because you're not very smart... I probably shouldn't have said that." Mrs. Thompson says.
*Timeskip*
"Oh where is it? It's gotta be here somewhere." Alexis says as she is searching her room for her book.
"Looking for this?" A voice asks revealing to be Number 5 holding her book.
"Number 5? My book! You found it. Thank you. Wait. How did you find it?" Alexis asks as she goes up to Number 5 and takes her book.
"Well I accidentally mistook it for homework the other night when I stole everyone's homework." Number 5 says as Alexis gives a nervous look.
"How'd you know it wasn't homework?" Alexis asks nervously.
"I dropped it and it fell open. I know why you been acting so strange around me lately now at least." Number 5 says as she and Alexis blush.
"Oh... I'm sorry. Look you don't have to worry about it. I'll toss the book and forget about it." Alexis says sadly as she goes to toss the book in a trash can only for Number 5 to take it from her.
"Now why would you wanna do a thing like that?" Number 5 asks as Alexis looks at her confusedly.
"Because you don't feel the same way." Alexis says.
"And who said I didn't?" Number 5 asks as she smiles.
"Wait. What?" Alexis asks in surprise.
"Besides you did what I told you to do anyway. Write out how you felt. And now we're alone to talk about it. But why didn't you ever just tell me? I wouldn't of been mad." Number 5 says curiously.
"I just didn't wanna ruin our friendship. I do like you very much but I didn't want to lose you for it." Alexis says.
"Well Number 5 likes you too. I'm glad I saw it. Means I can do this." Number 5 says as she kisses Alexis on the cheek causing them both to blush.
"I've never been so happy to lose something." Alexis says happily as Number 5 laughs and smiles.
"Come on. Let's go get some ice cream. My treat." Number 5 says as she grabs Alexis by the hand and leaves with her.
