Anyways, on with the story!
"If you're looking for extra credit, you're in the wrong place."
Demiyah Oliver couldn't help but try to refrain from snickering at the look on the two teens faces when they turned around to face the three of them after her adoptive father, Dr. Thomas Oliver had spoken. The six year old was amused by what was currently happening.
That was before the two boys, now known as Conner McKnight and Ethan James showed them the Red, Blue, and Yellow Dino-Gems, that's when the mood got grim.
The five of them got into Tommy's jeep and went to try and rescue Kira
Apparently, while her father was holding a detention for three students, said students found the other entrance to the base and bonded with the gems. Later they were attacked by Tyrannodrones, the dinosauroid cyborgs that Billy, Justin, and Tommy had helped created with the help of Anton Mercer and Terrance Smith. This was before Mesogog appeared and destroyed the island.
Her mother, Kimberly Oliver was giving him a look that said they'd be talking later. She and a few other rangers thought the Tyrannodrones weren't a good idea.
They then fought off the Tyrannodrones by using the abilities the Dino-gems gave them. The next day at school the girl amongst them, Kira Ford had been captured by the cyborgs.
The look Demiyah's mother was giving him had gotten more ticked off.
Eventually Kira escaped through an invisiportal and landed on the front of the Jeep. Conner and Tommy helped her get on her feet and gave her the Yellow Dino-gem.
Unfortunately, there was some uninvited company not far behind her. There were at least 24 Tyrannodrones and one armored looking figure known as Zeltrax with an axe and shield.
"Did Mesogog find a new goon to do his dirty work?" Dr.O asks.
"You are not fit to speak my masters name. Come with me peacefully or suffer the consequences." Says Zeltrax in a deep voice.
"Yeah, how about no." Says Kimberly.
With that Zeltrax and the Tyrannodrones attacked. Kimberly and Demiyah were next to each other and facing eight of the Tyrannodrones while Conner, Ethan, Kira, and Dr.O were fighting four each with Dr.O fighting Zeltrax as well.
Thankfully, Conner, Ethan, Kira, Demiyah, Kimberly, and Dr.O were able to repel the the Tyrannodrones attacking them. This led to them and Zeltrax retreating.
This was only the beginning however...
The Next Day-
The next day everything appeared normal, until the sky turned dark and the appearance of a ship and a report of three giant dinosaur robots were rampaging in downtown Reefside.
These events would lead to the six of them meeting up in the underground base yet again. This time however, the three teens would be given the Dino morphers.
There was, of course some doubt from the new rangers.
"How do you know these hands are the right ones?" Conner McKnight, the new Red Ranger asks nervously.
"We know because the Dino-gems choose their wielders, not the other way around." Answers Demiyah.
Kimberly and Dr.O nods their heads in confirmation to that statement and the three of them each take their new morphers and place them on their wrists.
They then went to engage Zeltrax and the Tyrannodrones and take back the Dino Zords.
The three new rangers were attacked by the Tyrannodrones but were able to able to repel them using their new ranger powers and weapons.
The Red Ranger, Conner McKnight used his Tyranno-Staff to knock the Tyrannodrones off their feet, block their attack, and attack back using the tip that looked like the head of a T-Rex.
The Blue Ranger, Ethan James used his Tricera-Shield to block the attacks and used the pointed ends to attack them back.
The Yellow Ranger, Kira Ford dodged the attacks and used her Ptera-Grips to block and attack the Tyrannodrones back.
Eventually Ethan would confront Zeltrax, with very little success. However, things began to look up when the three rangers formed the Z-Rex Blaster and fired it at Zeltrax.
This leads to Zeltrax retreating to his war ship and left the three rangers to gain control of their Zords.
The Blue and Yellow Rangers were able to get the Tricera-Zord and the Ptera-Zord under control easily.
"Red! The T-Rex Zord is out of control!"
The Red Ranger struggled a bit, but he managed to get his Zord under control.
With that, the three ranger brought their Zords together to form the Thundersaurus Megazord. The Tyranno-Zord formed body and an arm which was a drill. The Tricera-Zord formed another arm, and the Ptera-Zord formed the helmet and chest plate.
The rangers used the newly formed Megazord to destroy the war ship. It seemed that Zeltrax had escaped however.
That didn't matter at the moment however, the battle had been won!
But the war was only just beginning...
Later-
The three teens once again found themselves in the base underneath the house of their teacher. At the moment Dr.O was giving them their communicators and explaining the three golden rules of being a Power Ranger.
1. Never use your powers for personal gain.
2. Never escalate a fight unless your enemy forces you to.
3. Never reveal your identity as a Power Ranger. Ever.
With them knowing what they needed to Dr.O sent the three teens home to their families.
However, Dr.O and his familywere having their own discussion.
"I don't know Tommy, Kira and Ethan might be good rangers, but Conner... from what I've heard he can be a bit... naive at times, not to mention he has a bit of an ego." Says Kimberly.
"I know, but as Demiyah told them the gem chooses the ranger, not the other way around." Answers Dr.O
"Maybe you can call Uncle Rocky or Uncle Jason to talk to him?" Suggests Demiyah who didn't say much for the most part.
The Dr.O and Kimberly both stop and think for a moment before answering.
"Yeah, that might work, maybe we'll have your Uncle Carlos come visit as well, he used to have an ego problem as well." Says Kimberly
With the plan now set, Dr.O went to call up the three men mentioned before and had receieved good news and bad news.
The good news was that Rocky would be able to come up to Reefside within three days to talk to Conner.
The bad news was that Jason wouldn't be able to come for about a month since he was busy assisting a man named Andrew Hartford with making a set of morphers. Carlos wouldn't be able to come for two months because he and the other Space Rangers were currently investigating something in space.
Apparently there was some sort of Empire that had been conquering planets for the past 10,0000 years.
Both men had agreed to come down to Reefside for a visit to talk to him when they could.
With that done the Oliver family went to bed, concerned and relieved at the same time.
That's a wrap! First off I would like to thank Moonrose221 for allowing me to use her character Demiyah Oliver. Second of all, this will not completely follow Moonrose221's storylines and plot points. Meaning that I am going to include some original ideas of my own.
