Anyways, on with the chapter!
Once Denki was cleared by the doctors to leave the hospital the Oliver family brought him to their home where where it was decided that the spare guest room would be turned into Denki's room.
Denki and Demiyah would pass the time by talking about their favorite things.
Demiyah would like the colors Pink, Silver, Blue, and Purple. The hero that she looks up to is Aquaman, though she couldn't explain why that was. She also enjoyed playing vdeo games. Her favorite ones being Pokemon, The Legend of Zelda, and Final Fantasy. She also enjoys Disney movies such as Peter Pan, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Halloween Town, and Hocus Pocus.
Denki would like the colors Black, Green, and Red. The Hero that he looks up to is known as Present Mic, a hero that has the ability amplify his voice. He enjoys playing video games as well, but none of the games he play exist in this universe.
After talking for a bit Kimberly comes into the room and informs them it's time for dinner.
While the Oliver family ate dinner Kimberly couldn't help but notice that Denki gave off a similar Energy to Tommy, Tyrone, and Adam. She wasn't sure why yet, but she had a suspicion.
"So where will Denki be going to school?" Asks Demiyah.
"Well, we believe it would be best if Denki went to the Reefside Silver Guardians Academy." Says Kimberly as she looks at Denki oddly
Dr.O looks at her confused before realizing that Kimberly probably noticed something.
"We'll get him enrolled tomorrow. After that we're going to get some cloths for him to wear.
With that the family finished dinner and cleaned the table Denki left to get a shower while Demiyah talked with her parents.
"You noticed it too?" Asks Demiyah as she was an empath like her adoptive mother.
"Yeah, he gives off an energy similar to Tyrone, Adam, and your father." Says Kimberly
This gets Dr.O's attention. There was only a few things that could mean, and one of them was...
"He's a potential Green Ranger."
Kimberly nods her head
"This means that we probably have a candidate for the Green Dino-gem. But he'll need training."
Demiyah then points out three issues with this. The first issue she points out is that Denki is 6 years old and that's probably pushing it a little bit, even if her uncle Justin was 11 years old when he became the Blue Turbo Ranger.
The second issue is that Denki was probably unaware what a Power Ranger was. This is because he was from another universe.
The third and final issue is that they didn't know where the Green Dino-gem currently was. This was also true for a few other Dino-gems as well.
Seeing her points, Demiyah parents come up with an idea.
"Alright, here's an idea. We use either the Black or Purple Dino-gems to powerh a device to track down the remaining Dino-gems while Denki recieves training at the Silver Guardians academy. Of course this is entirely up to him."
Demiyah nods her head in agreement to that.
"Demiyah I'll need your help explaining this to him since you know him better than we do." Says Kimberly
"Got it." She says.
With that Demiyah went to her room to get ready for bed while Dr.O and Kimberly called Hailey to let her know about the plans for the Dino-gem tracker.
After Denki was dressed in pajamas Demiyah came to him to let him know that they needed to talk about something important in the dining room.
Confused, Denki heads to the living room to see what was going on.
He sees Mr and Mrs Oliver along with Demiyah sitting at the dining room table waiting for him.
He then sits down in the chair opposite of Dr.O.
"Before anything we need to ask, did your doctor Dana Mitchell tell you anything about this world before you left the Hospital?" Asks Kimberly
"No, she only told me that there weren't any Quirk powers in this world." Denki says.
"That is true, however there are different types of super powers. There are X-genes, Meta-human genes, Z-Wave powers, Magic, and Ranger Powers.' Says Dr.O
With that Dr.O went into an explanation about the different types of powers. He explained about X-genes and how mutants had been prosecuted until the Equal Rights act of 1994 and how there were still experimentation labs being raided by the X-Men to this day.
The next thing he explained was the Meta-human genes, how they came to be and about heroes such as the Flash.
Then he explained Magic, how certain magical groups hid themselves from those without magic and how there were those who would use magic to harm those without magic such as the Death Eaters.
After that they gave Denki a moment to process what he had been told. Of course he had questions.
"Aren't there any hero groups?"
"Yes, a few of them actually." Says Kimberly.
Kimberly then goes into detail about the Justice Society, the original hero team that formed in WW2. Their successors the Justice League, Doom Patrol and finally, the X-Men, a team of mutants that raided experimentation labs.
Once she explained those groups Tommy decides to tell Denki about the last two types of powers that there were. He first explains about the Power Rangers, a group of heroes that have been around since the early 90's which leads into explaining the Z-Wave powers and how they came into existence.
This, of course leads Denki asking the question they knew he would ask.
"How do you know so much about this?"
"We know this much because we've been involved being Rangers since the beginning." Says Kimberly
With that Tommy goes to get his computer to show him the Ranger History video.
Denki turns to Demiyah in shock.
"Did you know about this?" He asks.
Demiyah gives him a guilty smile and explains to him why she didn't tell him before.
"You're not supposed to tell anyone you're a Power Ranger. The only reason I know is because I'm their adoptive daughter. There are two reasons you're learning this. The first reason is because you're living with us."
"What's the other reason?" He asks.
"You'll find out pretty soon." She says with a nervous grin.
Dr.O shows up with his computer and shows Denki the video.
Once the video was done Denki was shocked! Not only was the Doctor he met a Power Ranger, but some of the Rangers were under the age of 18 when they began being Rangers!
"Wait, Demiyah said there were two reasons I was being told this info. I know the first reason, but what's the other reason?"
"You see Denki, my wife is an empath. Which allowed her to see that there are some similarities between you, Adam, Tyrone, and myself." Says Dr.O
"Wait weren't the three of you all Green Rangers at one point?" Asks Denki.
"Yes, that's what we need to talk about actually. Denki, you have the potential to be a Green Ranger." Says Dr.O
That makes Denki's eyes widen in shock.
"Just remember though, you'll receive training from the Silver Guardians Academy and that the choice is up to you." Says Kimberly
Denki took a few minutes to think. He knew it would be dangerous and that it would require a lot of training. But if it meant he could help people, he would do it.
"Alright, I'm in. What do I have to do?"
"The first thing we have to do is find the Green Dino-gem which will take some time. Until then you can focus on your training you will get from the Silver Guardians Academy." Says Dr.O
Denki nods his head in understanding
With that the Oliver family gets ready for bed and get ready for tomorrow.
