Anyways on with the chapter!
Four days have passed since the plan to get the Auxiliary Zords back failed and a few things have happened since then.
The first thing to happen was Kira getting controlled by a monster created by Dr.O and Anton Mercer (Kimberly, Demiyah, and Tyrone chewed him out for that for the obvious reasons) and Denki had to fight the monster in the Deino-Megazord since the Thundersaurus Megazord couldn't be formed. This did bring the question of how the monster got into Anton Mercers Museum however.
The second thing to happen was the discovery of who Zeltrax truly was. His name was Terrance Smith, a scientist who worked with Dr.O and Anton Mercer who blames Dr.O for the accident that nearly cost him his life.
The third thing to happen was Conner, Ethan, and Kira watching a show from Japan based off of them called Abaranger. The show eventually grew on Conner though there wasn't a Green or Purple Ranger in the show.
The fourth thing to happen was Mesogog and Elsa creating a monster out of an actor from a kids show. Thankfully they were able to defeat the monster and save all the people.
Today is the day that the Astro Ranger, Billy, and Justin will be meeting with the Dino Thunder Rangers to find a way to get Dr.O out of his Ranger form since they were unable to figure out anything on their own.
"You think they'll be able to figure something out?" Asks Conner
"They're our best bet." Says Demiyah.
"Alright everyone, they're here." Says Kimberly as there was a knock at the door.
Kimberly answers the door and sees Billy Cranston at the door with Justin Stewart and the Astro Rangers.
"Uncle Billy! Uncle Justin!"Demiyah says happily hugging two of her uncles.
"What are we, invisible?" Jokes Carlos.
"No Uncle Carlos, you're not." Demiyah says rolling her eyes and hugging him and the other Astro Rangers as well.
"So these are the new Rangers?" Ashley says looking over Conner, Ethan, Kira, and Denki.
"Yeah, meet Conner, Ethan, Kira, Denki and Takuya." Says Kimberly.
"Takuya? Isn't he the Orange Ranger?" Asks T.J.
"Yeah. How'd you know?" Asks Takuya since he hasn't been in the public eye for a while.
"Jason told us about that the situation." Explains Cassie .
"That makes sense." Says Conner
Anyways, can you get Dr.O out of his suit?" Asks Ethan
"That's what we're going to find out." Says Andros as the group heads into the base where they began working on a way to get Dr.O out of ranger form.
Meanwhile Trent is at his home fighting a group of Tyranno-drones when his adoptive father shows up and they talk for a bit about how he became Mesogog.
"I thought I was on the edge of a scientific breakthrough. One that would benefit the human race."
"I had no idea the affects would be so monstrous." Says Anton as he recalls turning into Mesogog for the first time.
Trent then walks away to think things over.
Meanwhile in Mesogog's lab, Elsa is rewatching the battle footage between Zeltrax and the White Ranger while Zeltrax is working on a way to destroy the White Ranger, creating a monster that has a unique ability.
He then sends the monster down to the city.
A while later at Haileys Cybercafe Conner, Ethan, Kira, Denki, Kimberly, and Justin are discussing how to get Dr.O out of his ranger form while Dr.O, Tyrone, Billy, Demiyah and the Astro Rangers stayed in the base to try and figure out how to get Dr.O back in civilian form.
"I can't believe we couldn't figure out how to get him out of the suit." Says Ethan
"Hey, don't give up just yet. Just because we haven't found a way yet, doesn't mean it's impossible." Says Justin
"Fair enough. But what are we going to do about Trent?" Asks Conner
"Good question. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think you and Ethan might be right about there not being any good left in him." Kira says sadly.
Before the conversation can go anywhere else however, the communicators go off and Dr.O informs them about the monster.
Conner, Ethan, Kira, Denki, and Kimberly then head out to morph and fight the monster.
When they reach the monster thing go well at first, until it reveals that it can copy their weapons.
After the monster attacks the ranger for a bit, it leaves to find the White Ranger.
"How do we beat this guy?" Asks Ethan.
"We start by finding him." Says Kira
With that they go after the monster that copied the White Drago Sword.
Meanwhile Zeltrax uses the copied weapon to frame the White Ranger for destroying a part of Mesogog's lab.
With Mesogog beliving it and wanting Trent to pay for what he's done.
Taking him and strapping him to a lab table with a laser pointing at him.
However Trent manages to get through to Anton and ends being returned to normal when the laser hits the White Dino-gem.
"That laser must have destroyed the evil coding in the Gem." Explains Anton who then tells Trent to go help the other rangers as he begins turning back into Mesogog.
Trent hesistates before going off to help fight the copy monster.
Meanwhile the Rangers fight the copy monster again and try to trick him into destroying himself by using the Z-Rex blaster.
The plan fails however and Dr.O shows up with the Blue Turbo Ranger with him.
After fighting for a while the White Ranger shows up and attacks the copy monster with his speed before revealing his Super Dino Mode and destroying the monster that Mesogog then makes giant sized revealing that Trent is now back in control of his body. But not before Zeltrax notices something glowing gold.
He picks it up and teleports away.
While the Thundersaurus Megazord and Deino Megazord fought the Copy Monster Kimberly, Dr.O and Trent fight Zeltrax who retreats and Trent reveals that he's in control of his body again.
After getting back to the base Demiyah confirms that Trent is back to normal.
"Hey, isn't there a rule that all newbie Rangers have to wash the Zords?" Asks Kira with a devious look in her eyes.
"The zords? But they're gigantic!" Trent says in shock as Conner, Ethan, and Kira hand him cleaning supplies.
"What do you guys think?" Asks Dr.O as he talks to the other veteran rangers.
"I think it's time we find the other Dino-gems and the candidates for them." Says Andros.
"He's right we still need to find the Gold Gem and get the Pink Gem away from Mesgog." Says Demiyah
"We'll get the Pink Gem when we're ready." Says Dr.O
What about Gold, Silver, and Teal?" Asks Zhane.
"We have no idea where the Gold,Silver and Teal gems are. They're not showing up on our tracking equipment." Says Hailey.
"We'll find them, we just need time." Says Dr.O
Meanwhile Zeltrax reveals that the Copy monsters copy device survived and that he used it to create a clone of Trent as the White Ranger.
He then shows Elsa the Gold Dino-gem.
"Where did you find that?" Demands Elsa.
"When the White Ranger joined the others I found it just before I teleported away." Explains Zeltrax
I believe it's time to put the Pink Ranger Project into action." Says Elsa.
"Yes. I believe she should have a partner as well." Says Zeltrax looking at the White Ranger clone.
"As you wish." The clone says without objection.
With that they began construting another morpher while looking for the Gold Dino-zord.
Little do they know that the Gold Ranger was so close...
