Anyways on with the chapter!
Things were quite at the Oliver household. It has been three days since Demiyah had been saved from Mesogog and so far things have been quite.
Rocky had been assisting in getting Tyson and Krista up to pace with the other Rangers while Demiyah was recovering.
A few other Rangers had come to check on her as well.
Jason had been unable to visit her at the hospital at the time but was able to visit her once she was at home. The same thing with Merrick who had let the group know that Zen-Aku had been furious to learn what had happened.
Blake had called the family a few hours after they had gotten home to ask how Demiyah was doing and to let them know he would visit in 3 months since he was participating in Motocross competitions and he'd be in Reefside around that time.
Today the Dino Rangers would be going to try and help Demiyah get through the grief of what happened.
"Where do we even start with helping her?" Asks Kira
"I don't know. Trent you went through something similar what do you think we should do?" Asks Conner.
"I think the best thing we can do is to be there for her and try not to be overbearing since we all know she wouldn't like that."
Dr.O and Kimberly then came over to the 5 teens.
"Demiyah is ready to see you now." Kimberly says.
With that Conner, Ethan, Kira, Trent, and Tiernan are lead to Demiyah's bedroom.
When they got inside they were surprised by what they saw.
Her room was huge and had pale cherry wood furniture. A full sized bed with pale pink sheets, a Ducktales bed spread. Several pillows and plush toys of various Power Rangers, Zords and Disney characters lay on her bed. The White and Pink Mighty Morphin Power Ranger dolls lay on her bed with the plush dolls of Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Donald Duck.
Chip and Dale Rescue Ranger pillow cases are on her pillows. There's a book case filled with movies, there was a smaller bookshelf with a closed treasure chest on it with strange items surrounding the treasure chest. On her desk is a pink computer with crescent moon and star stickers on it. There's also a bank that looks like Kit Cloudkicker from TaleSpin
Near the smaller bookshelf was a silver two seat couch with Mickey Mouse pillows on it. Next to the shelf is a bean bag chair and in front of the couch is a TV perched on a entertainment center with a cable box and a VHS/DVD combo player. Next to the desk is a mini fridge with a connected freezer. In her closet is a toy chest.
Various posters of Disney cartoons and comic books cover the walls of her room and there was even a framed Mighty Ducks poster that was signed.
There's also a set of silver doors with glass that lock, covered by pink curtains with silver stars that lead to a balcony.
"Whoah." Is all Conner,Ethan and Trent can say.
"Yeah." Kira agrees
"Come on. Lets talk to her." Tiernan say, heading towards Demiyah's bed to talk to her.
The others follow him towards Demiyah who's hugging the Pink and White MMPR dolls.
"Hey." Is all Demiyah says
"How are you holding up?" Asks Kira.
"I'm doing okay I guess." Demiyah says.
"If you need to talk to us about anything let us know, okay? Says Conner, worried about Demiyah.
"Okay, got it." Demiyah says with a small smile.
With that the five teens left and went to the base where Denki, Takuya, Krista, Tyson, Hailey, Tyrone, Kimberly and Dr.O were waiting since they had all talked to her earlier.
"How'd it go?" Asks Takuya.
"I think it went well." Says Conner.
"Agreed. But it'll take some time for her to recover from this." Tiernan says.
"That's why we're going to have Demiyah talk to Trini about what happened." Says Kimberly.
"Good call." Tyrone says, agreeing with that decision since Trini was licensed for this sort of thing.
"Alright, lets try to be there for Demiyah. But not be too overbearing." Tiernan says with the others agreeing with him.
With that the group returns to training.
6 days have passed since then and things are getting better.
Trini had been a huge help in Demiyah's recovery. It would still be a while though.
Some things have happened since then as well.
Takuya's Dino-gem has been properly stabilized and he is now able to summon his Zord and Dr.O, Tyrone, and Hailey are looking into a new tool to help out in the battle against Mesogog.
Tiernan has started taking in interest in writing and has been helping Trent write comic books.
The most surprising thing is that Conner and Krista seem to have taken a liking to one another since they spent a lot of time talking to each other.
As for Demiyah she's been getting better and has met Krista and Tyson and gets along with them pretty well.
Krista has been teaching Demiyah how to work with plants and Tyson enjoys having Soccer Matches against Demiyah.
Things seemed to be getting back on track.
That's when there was a knock at the door.
Kimberly opens the door and sees who knocked at the door.
"I see you got our message." Says Kimberly opening the door further to reveal Aquaman and Wonder Woman
"Indeed we did." Says Aquaman
"May we come inside?" Asks Wonder Woman.
"Yes, you may." Kimberly says allowing them in.
That's when the other Rangers noticed the two members of the Justice League.
"Aquaman and Wonder Woman? Why are you here?" Asks Kira.
"We're here to talk to young Demiyah about her birth family." Explains Aquaman.
"I'll go get her." Says Denki heading down to the base to get her.
"This is probably a discussion that's private. We'll head down to the base for now." Conner says as the he and the other Rangers go down to the base and Demiyah comes up.
"You knew my Birth Parents?" Demiyah asks, sitting down on a chair in the kitchen.
"Indeed we did. They were members of the Justice League before the event known as Countdown." Explains Aquaman
"I've been looking into who my birth parents were for a while. My birth certificate was burned beyond restoration so I've been unable to find out my last name."
"Well your birth parents are Ryo and Natsumi Sanada or as they called themselves after they changed their names Kasai and Natsumi Motomiya." Explains Wonder Woman.
That gets Demiyah's attention.
"Did my birth mother have pink hair and amber eyes like me?" Demiyah asks shakily
"Yes. How did you know that?" Asks Wonder Woman.
Demiyah hesitates before explaining about her time traveling the worlds as a Keyblade bearer, how she encounters Natsumi's spirit andabout what happed with Xehanort and her fellow students.
To her surprise Aquaman and Wonder Woman reveal that they know about Keyblades and the different worlds since they both have ancestors from the Silver Millennium. Aquaman having an ancestor from Neptune and Wonder Woman having one from Jupiter.
After the revelation they go into a different subject. This one involving the entire team so Demiyah brought them down into the base to discuss what was going on.
"The Justice League has been discussing an alliance with the Power Rangers for the past few weeks. So far we've come to the agreement that we wish for your help in dealing with Cadmus and other such organizations. We haven't figured out what data we'll share with you yet since some of it is fairly sensitive."
"Well we can't make decisions for all Rangers since that falls to the council. But we'll let them know about this." Says Kimberly
Kimberly and Wonder Woman shake hands and Demiyah promises to keep in touch to let them know if anything comes up.
With that Aquaman and Wonder Woman leave to inform the rest of the League about recent events.
"So what now?" Asks Conner.
"Demiyah. I need you and Trent to come with me. I think I've found something that will help us defeat Mesogog." Says Dr.O
With that the three of them head out to find what Dr.O is looking for.
