A few days have passed since Smitty got his new powers and one thing has happened since then.

Mesogog kidnapped a substitute teacher and turned him into a monster that could cause natural disasters. Thankfully the Rangers were able to stop the monster and the substitute teacher returned to normal after being defeated.

However this situation will be their greatest challenge yet.

Trent, Kira, Conner and Krista are at Hailey's Cybercafe when Kira and Conner spot a guy in a blue hat who looks familiar to them.

"Is it just me or does that guy look familiar?" Conner asks his girlfriend and friends.

Krista and Trent don't think anything of it but Kira agrees that he looks familiar.

Kira then decides to talk to the guy.

"Hey, have we met before?" Kira asks as the guy shakes his head.

"I don't think so. Do you follow motocross?" Asks the guy.

Kira shakes her head. "No, I don't."

That's when Kimberly and Demiyah walk in and see them.

"Blake!" Demiyah says running up to the guy and hugging him.

"Hey Demiyah, how are you?" Asks the guy who we now know is Blake.

"Pretty good. How is your career as a motocross racer going?"

"It's going well. I heard about what Albert McKnight pulled. Are you guys okay?" Blake asks.

Demiyah nods her head. "We're doing fine, Albert is currently in an SPD prison for his actions.

"Good to know." Blake says as he then looks towards Conner, Trent, Kira and Krista.

"I'm going to take a guess and say that that Dr.O and Kimberly showed you the video?" Says Blake

"Yeah, and I know where I've seen you before now." Kira says remembering the video.

"So they showed you the video?" Says Blake.

"Pretty much." Conner says, coming over with Trent and Krista.

"We should take this conversation, somewhere else." Kimberly says.

At the base Dr.O, Hailey and Smitty are discussing an energy spike that has been occurring for the last 24 hours. However, it's the location of the energy spike that gets Dr.O's attention.

"Blue Bay Harbor? That's where the Wind Ninja Academy is." He exclaims in shock.

"Demiyah and I have had some contact with Cam Watanabe. But the Wind Rangers lost their powers after Lothor was destroyed."

"I hope you've still got that number." Smitty says with a wary tone in his voice.

Meanwhile at the Wind Ninja Academy we see Cam Watanabe the Green Samurai Ranger rushing through the doors to see entire area damaged and everyone missing, including Shane, Tori, and Dustin.

"This is not good." He says as he quickly pulls out a communication device.

"It's happened, we need to meet." Cam says into the communication device.

A while later we see Hunter Bradley meeting up with Cam in the city. They shake hands and hug, they then proceed to walk and discuss the situation.

"I had hoped we'd never have to use these. Are you sure it's Lothor?" Hunter asks with concern in his voice.

"Who else leaves a trail of purple slime in his wake?" Asks Cam.

"Have you gotten in contact with the others?" Asks Hunter.

Cam shakes his head

"No good, they're not responding."

Hunter then turns to Cam.

"I've got a bad feeling about this.

While that is going on we see that Demiyah is explaining how she knows the Ninja Storm Rangers.

"When Hunter and Blake damaged Ninja Storm Megazord and Wind Morphers I helped Cam repair the morphers while Zords auto repaired themselves. During that time I befriended the Ninja Rangers." Demiyah explains while going into detail of what they bonded over.

"I bonded with Shane while he taught me how to do new tricks with my Skateboard, Dustin and I bonded through our love of comic books, Tori and I bonded easily since she reminds me a lot of Aqua, I bonded with Blake and his brother Hunter since we lost our birth parents and I bonded with Cam over our knowledge of technology."

Eventually it was time for Blake's motocross race.

"Wish me luck." Blake says as he heads over to the field.

Blake ends up finishing the race in first place and invites the Rangers to get a bite to eat when his communication device goes off.

"Is everything alright?" Asks Kira.

Before Blake can answer, their communicators go off as well.

The Rangers look over to Blake who nods his head.

"We'll meet up later." He says as he heads off to meet up with Hunter and Cam

With that the Dino Rangers head to the base.

"Evil Power Rangers?!" Kira says in shock as they watch the Wind Rangers march through the city with two monsters and an army of Kelzacks.

"How is this possible? The Wind Rangers lost their powers!" Says Conner.

"We're not sure, but there's been an energy spike over the last 24 hours. We think it's from the abyss of evil." Says Dr.O

"Do you think that's Lothors back?" Asks Demiyah

"It's a possibility." Dr.O admits.

He then turns to the team.

"Conner, Ethan, Kira. You go hold them off. Denki, Demiyah, Smitty we're going to investigate where the Abyss of evil might be. Kimberly, Trent, Tiernan,Tyson and Krista. You stay here, this is just the type of thing Mesogog would take advantage of."

With that the groups head out to do their tasks.

Meanwhile Mesogog and Elsa have taken notice of the situation.

"Evil Power Rangers? The irony is almost to good to be true." Says Mesogog.

Then Mesogog notices the foot soldiers.

"Kelzacks."

"Who brought them to the party?" Asks Elsa.

"Lothor." Is all Mesogog says.

"Lothor? Please, he's a fool, a buffoon."

"Yes, but one who will prove most useful. Find him and bring him to me." Mesogog says ominously.

The battle hadn't gone well, at all. Conner,Ethan and Kira were unable to do much against the three brainwashed Wind Rangers.

To make matters worst Dr.O, Smitty, Denki and Demiyah were able to confirm that the abyss of evil has been opened and that Lothor truly has returned.

"The important thing is that you three are okay and that we've learned something today." Says Dr.O

"What it's like having our butts kicked?" Conner asks sarcastically.

"No, that what we have isn't enough to stop them. We're going to more to defeat them.

"More? Like what?" Asks Kira.

"I don't know Kira, but that's what we need to figure out." Says Dr.O

"Why don't we just use our Dino Zords to kick their ninja butts?" Asks Conner.

"Because they're people who were once good, but something has happened to them." Says Demiyah.

"Demiyah is right, until we figure that out we defend ourselves, but we don't destroy them." Dr.O says.

Meanwhile Lothor, the brainwashed Wind Rangers, the two monsters and Marah and Kapri who are planning on freeing the captured ninja students once the Wind Rangers are free from their brainwashing are discussing the battle with the Dino Rangers.

That's when Elsa shows up and gives them a message from Mesogog.

"Mesogog has given us a message, it's only fair we answer." Lothor says ominously.
