They arrived at the beach through the groundbridge. The sky was clear blue and the air was breezy, and the sun was shining a warm glow. Miko quickly got out of Bulkhead and rest came out as well. Miko then stood on a rock and smelled the fresh salty air of the sea.
"See, I told you guys that this was a good idea." Miko said to them, "And not a single human to spot us, we're totally safe." She then start to set up the umbrella for them.
The Autobots transformed into their robot form and walked around to see the place. It was very sunny and warm. The ocean was crystal clear.
"I have to admit, it's a pretty nice beach, despite the rumors about it." Ironhide said.
"Yeah, the best part about it that there aren't any humans to see us." Bulkhead said.
"So, let's relax and have fun." Rafael said as he unpacks their stuff.
A few hours later, the kids and Autobots were enjoying their time at the beach. Rafael was building a sand castle with Ratchet and Bumblebee watching. Jack was laying on a towel with sunglasses on and getting a nice tan under the sun. Arcee was with Jack enjoying the peace. Miko was swimming in the ocean with Ironhide and Bulkhead watching her. Optimus was standing under some palm trees hearing the sea waves splash against the land. It was so peaceful to him. If only if it was like this on Cybertron.
Miko dive deep into the water, there she saw many different types of fish around her. The coral of different colors. She even saw sea turtles swim past her. It was breathtaking, but she still hoped to see a mermaid or a Sharklopian.
As she swam to the surface, she didn't know that a set of eyes were watching her every move. It quickly swam away to avoid being spotted. Miko turned around to see nothing.
"It was probably some fish." Miko thought as she continued to swim to the surface.
She finally made it to the surface to breathe again. Bulkhead and Ironhide spot her.
"You almost had me worry, Miko." Bulkhead said.
"Oh, calm down Bulky, I'm totally fine." Miko said.
"Just make sure we can see you." Ironhide said.
Miko then walks over to get a drink. As she does this, she could've swore she saw a gray fin slice through the water. She blinks and she sees it's gone. She shrugged and went to drink her soda.
Ironhide and Bulkhead then stare at the sea, seeing nothing but smooth waves. Now they can understand what Miko wanted to come here. It was so peaceful. Bulkhead walks to the waves to feel the strength of the water. As he does this, he saw a fish tail splash in the water. Bulkhead could've sworn it was a mermaid. He looked at saw it was gone.
"It was probably a dolphin." Bulkhead thought. He then pulls his attention to Miko.
Ironhide watches Raf and Jack build a castle with Ratchet. He then saw a dark gray fin slice through the water and went back down into the sea. Could it be a Sharklopian? It couldn't be. Probably just a regular Shark.
All of the Autobots and kids were now relaxing under the sun.
"I hate to admit it, but this vacation is really enjoyable." Ratchet said. The others nodded in agreement.
"Nothing like a good relaxation from battle." Ironhide said.
Optimus is enjoying the peace from the war. He hopes that one day the war will be over and they can restore Cybertron. As they relax, they didn't see a female head and shark head watching them laying on the beach. The two heads went back into the sea. The heroes are in for a big surprise.
