Luz, Strix and King were watching the crystal ball when the Boiling Isles' most popular soap opera came on. "And now, the epic return of 'Bleeding Hearts,' the epic romance." King, disgusted, left. Strix wanted to leave too, but Luz basically forced him to watch it with her.

In the show, a female cyclops witch was holding hands with a wealthy prince witch. "Miss Arabella, if you marry me. Our families will be the most powerful witches in the land," he said. "Plus, I'm super rich."

Suddenly, another prince, this one resembling a human egg, appeared. "No, Arabella, I scrambled here as soon as I heard," he said. "I may be just a lowly stable boy, but our future could be sunnyside up."

Then an older version of Arabella lying in a hospital bed crashed through the wall. "Arabella, my only daughter you must know one final thing." She died.

Arabella fell to her knees. "Mama," she cried. "Mama!"

The first prince wept, diamonds falling out of his eyes. "Poor Arabella. I cry diamonds."

The second prince cried out yolks. "My angel weeps."

Just then, the crystal ball showed static. Strix sighed with relief. "Oh, thank Titan."

King suddenly returned and shook it. "No! What happens next? What happens next?!" He shook it until the picture came back.

"And this concludes the final episode of 'Bleeding Hearts'."

King let out a squeal of anger and threw the crystal ball into the ceiling. Luz put a hand on his shoulder. "Buddy, let me tell you a little something about fan fiction."

"Go on."

"NO!" Strix shouted.
