Tania's POV
I walked across my village so many times just to keep myself and mind focus.
I left duel academy to live a duel free life away from the old self I use to be
I miss him
Bastion
Why did let my old self get the best of me?! Sure, I wanted a warrior, someone who is worthy to be a best in duel monsters and return I let him go because I wanted more
All I was left was a broken heart
I choose to be alone and lived my life leaving everything behind me even the dimension world since bastion left to go live his own life after we departed
We dated of course when the shadow riders were defeated and such
But we come from two different worlds
Tears flowed down my faces as I start to think about him, my love, Bastion. Why?! WHY DID I CHOOSE TO LET HIM GO! I EXPLODED MY FEELINGS TO HIM!? FOR GOODNESS SAKE!
I knew I lost all control with who I am personally so now…. I need to find it…. Again
POV
(play Disney's Pocahontas II song 'Where Do I go from here' now)(repeat the song til POV ends)
Tania raises up and starts singing with her heart out and thinks about bastion while doing it
She walked around until she starts to see the riverband with vision and reflections of her past and before that starts to see her family and the life she had
Her animal buddies a fox, tiger and panther joins her and notice she's not quite herself as she sings along this broken heart she's caring but at least her animals will follow her and to protect their master at all cost
She sees the reflection of bastion in her eyes and hoped he come back to find her until she kept going
She remembered herself going through this path where is the dominant woman she was and how amazon must always stand tall
Yet she let her heart take over her
She reached to the highest mountain top and sang her heart out in hopes she will find her old self until she roses down to pet her animals

She accept the facts that things will never change and it will always be in her head that is until…
She heard a voice
A voice that she didn't want to accept or hear because it wasn't true, yet it wasn't a dream
It. Was. Real.
The voice grew louder and longer which she had no choice to run and hide from the intruder on top of the big tree that she is literally close to and made a run for it and her animals to follow except her fox 'winnie' who just laid down in the grass field
As this wasn't bad enough for her she tried calling vinnie until the voice came out of the forest as she hid herself
"Hello…. Is someone there?!" the voice kept calling for a greeting but nothing
She took a peep to see who it was from the bush tree and
'HOLY AMAZON' she though.
IT WAS BASTION! THE GUY WHO LEFT FOR COLLEGE AND FORMER LOVER AND OPPONENT BACK in duel freakin academy
Tania had no flipping clue that bastion was here and needed to see her that's if she was thinking. After 5 minutes and talking to herself she overhears bastion talking to vinnie which she turns to see and sure enough vinnie was enjoying the belly rubs which also indicates that Tania is around which he knew he wasn't alone in the wild unless tania was around so he tests it,
"Well vinnie I am most certain that you can't be out here in the wilderness on your own unless…" he looks around closely and embrace himself against the tree and continues on,
"Someone is or was in this case was with you. I know you can hear me tania. I know it's been years since we were apart but if you come down from that tree or wherever you may be hiding, please let me have moment of your time to explain myself and hope that we can…go back to at least the way things were" he gave out a sigh and wait for the moment for her come out.
Tania thought about this. She needed to think quick because the former or maybe love of her life right now is asking her hand back. He remembered everything they been through from their meet cute, duel matches, denial and departure through it all not a day goes back where tania thinks about bastion. She must decide now that whether she can choose the life with him once more or go back to her independent life where years from now she can learn to love again. This was her chance she took a breathe, quietly and quickly came down from the tree and begin her meet as she came around to see his face and before they knew it, he turned as well
He looked at her up and down with full grace and how beautifully she changed over the years. Tania loved that fact bastion has grown a beard and gain muscles too. Yet, she didn't need to focus on appearance now she was to do what she needs to do. Confess.
"Bastion. It's been…. Far too long" she said playing with her shoulder length hair
"It has, tania. Indeed it has" he spoke to her as he got close to her until their eyes met.
Then everything was history
"How I miss you so, tania. I miss that smile, hair, face and above all, your soul. But I need to tell you this. *Took her hands and kiss her and of course she kissed back for a second until he broke it* I am still in love with you. I know I left you suddenly without explanation, yet opportunities came in and out of my life I had to take them to better as myself a man, but also you. You deserve someone who can show you more the world that has to offer you and above all a future. I know it be hard to forgive me but you were on my mind everyday even if I was seeing other people, but nothing happened because I want you. I want a life with you only if you let me" he braces her with a touch to her cheek with his hand as she enjoyed it.
She needed this moment and it was time
"Listen bastion. I need to confess something, and I don't know how to put it all together, so I'll say what I feel. Look I loved you for the longest time, however I need to tell you that….. I don't anymore. These last few years of my life when you left you took a huge part of me with you and wasn't sure how I can go on a life without you and as time did so did myself. I was able to find out who I was and where I belong. Many voices cloud me until I decided to choose my own and I did. Bastion, you made me the woman I am today and help me to understand emotions a little better and help me to learn from them. So, if you are asking me to take you back, no. Not at this moment but I do love you always have." She with a sob in her eyes until bastion wiped it away from her
"Tania. I understand completely. I am willing to be friends again as you wish and I will do better and never leave your side again for as long as we live on" he declared
"I like that" she said
From that moment on they continue to remain friends as bastion relocated to the village where we regrows his life with tania and he has no doubt their future will be restore again
FastForward
They got married and raises two children with many 2 sets of dogs and enjoy the life they build with a kiss they engaged in they look up to the clouds and see nothing but hope and happiness in them for the rest of their lives to come
