AN- ok i wrote this forever ago.
there's tate in it- but if you dont look for it you dont see it
"Elvis was abducted by aliens! Really, he was Gibbs," Abby told her boss as part of the team sat in her lab after solving a case.
"No, Abby he wasn't." Gibbs said to her as Ducky walked into the forensics lab.
"Actually sir, there's a lot of evidence supporting the theory," Palmer said.
"Like what? That he died of a drug overdose and his body is buried in a grave, in wherever he's buried?"
"He could have been abducted after he was buried and then brought back to life!"
"No, Abby he couldn't have been. Aliens aren't real."
"Yes they are Gibbs, haven't you ever watched X-Files, or Stargate, or Farscape, or Andromeda, or Battlestar Galactica? Or ever watched the movie Contact? Or any other sci-fi show or movie"
"No, and I don't plan to."
"But Gibbs, they prove the existence of aliens," Tony said as he walked into the lab with a broken arm and a black eye.
"What happened to you?"
"I slipped and fell during a water gun fight, and broke my arm, then ran into a pole."
"And who were you having this water gun fight with?"
"My niece, and Kate."
"Why wasn't I invited?" Abby asked.
"Because people who as children had a pony named Punk weren't invited," Kate answered her friend. "That and you were out of town with Gibbs."
"Ooh that reminds me, Gibbs and a long road trip don't mix."
"What did he do this time?" Tony muttered under his breath. Which promptly earned him a smack upside the head by Gibbs.
"He got in a fight with his cell phone when the battery died," Abby replied, "it was hilarious."
"I guess it would be Abigail," Ducky said for the first time since he walked into the room.
"Yeah, to someone who had the Disney Princess Sing-Along tapes as a little girl." Gibbs said already in a bad mood.
"Yeah well…" Abby started before she stuck her tongue out at him, "to you to."
As Tony thought that Gibbs was out of hearing range once he left the room, Tony busted up laughing. Gibbs came back into the room, and smacked Tony upside the head. Again.
