He had to think quickly. Very quickly. She had said it. The worst thing that a woman can say to a man. And if he didn't answer soon, he'll be doomed. Literally. And on top of that, she's definitely not a woman, who can be satisfied with simple 'yes'
"So?" she was impatient "Do you?"

"Yes! My love for you is as big as... " uh.. think about something! "As bis as.. my... you know..."
"No, I don't."
He glanced his abdomen.
"Oh." She understood "Oh..."
She glanced there too, then frowned.
"So you don't love me at all...."
