AN: I was at Vespera's website and I saw the challenge to write a story based on a theme. I chose the Knight theme. This story takes place three years after Lothor's defeat.

Tori Hanson smiled as she felt the wind blowing through her hair as she came out of the water. It was one day before Halloween and her boyfriend Blake was supposed to be coming home. He had been gone for the past month competing in some sort of motocross championship.

His career had taken off and he was now one of the best known riders and had fans around the globe. But somehow they had managed to find time for a relationship. She remembered their days as rangers and how they had gotten started off on the wrong foot.

He and his brother Hunter had been working for their arch enemy Lothor and Blake had used her to find Ninja Ops so they could abduct Sensei. Even now she could remember the anger and shame she had felt. After Blake and Hunter joined their team Blake came to see her.

"Tori I'm really sorry."

She had refused to look at him, "Actions speak louder than words."

Blake sat down beside her; "Then I'll let my actions as a ranger speak for me."

Tori came back to the present andafter getting dressed into some regular clothesgot into her van and headed for the Wind Ninja Academy. Blake did let his actions speak for him and she soon saw him only as a ranger and a person.

For a year they had battled Lothor until he was defeated when he fell into the Abyss of Evil. She and Blake had shared a walk the day before he was to leave and she would become a teacher at the academy. They had agreed they would miss seeing each other.

One year later Lothor returned and with the help of the Dino Thunder rangers, Lothor was defeated once again. Later that night Tori and Blake were sitting on a blanket staring up at the stars. "I've really missed you." Blake told her; "When you were under Lothor's spell I was worried about you."

"I missed you too Blake." And it was then they had shared their first kiss.

Tori shook off the memories and got out of her vehicle and walked up to where Cam was talking with Hunter. "Ready for Halloween?" she asked.

Hunter nodded; "I'm coming as a football player."

Cam snickered; "I'm not dressing up I'm going as myself."

Hunter nodded; "Now that's scary." He ducked as Cam made a mock swing and got him in a headlock, Cam struggled and within moments they were wrestling on the ground. Tori shook her head and walked off.

"Boys will be boys."

The next evening she stood in her blue dress, she had come dressed as a princess and was waiting for Blake. Just then a knight came up and stood next to her, "Hello Cinderella."

Tori smiled; she'd know that voice anywhere. "Hello sir I'm looking for my missing boyfriend."

The helmet was raised up; "look no more Cinderella."

"Or I could be sleeping beauty." She said.

"Asleep or awake you still breathtaking" Blake's smile vanished and his eyes looked nervous.

"Blake are you ok?"

Hunter brought over a little black box, "I am now because I have something to ask you, and actually I have something to give you so I had to have Hunter look after it since I couldn't fit that into my costume." Blake reached in and took out a blue sapphire ring, "Tori Hanson will you marry me?"

Tori squealed and embraced him, "Is that a yes?" Blake asked.

"Yes I'll marry you." Blake slipped the ring on her finger as everyone began to applaud. Tori and Hunter embraced, "Welcome to the family sister-in-law."

"Thank you brother-in-law."

She and Blake embraced again, "I love you Tori Hanson."

She kissed him; "And I love you my Knight in Shining armor.
