"Leave Alexis. I need Silverweed." Woundwort says as he, Vervain, and Campion come over.
"Sorry general." Alexis says as she gets up before Silverweed stops her.
"Wait Alexis. Please let her stay. I prefer her presence to be around me." Silverweed says as he looks at Woundwort.
"Fine. Just get on with it Silverweed." Woundwort says as Silverweed nods and closes his eyes.
"Might I ask why you're trying to get him to do this?" Alexis asks as she looks at Woundwort.
"Why does it matter? Darkhaven rabbits live for battle. Unless you have an issue with this?" Woundwort asks as Alexis looks at him.
"Merely curious sir is all." Alexis says before she looks down.
"Fiver." Silverweed says as the group looks at him.
"What's he doing?" Campion asks.
"Reaching out with his mind. Invading fiver's head." Vervain says.
"His powers were wasted in Cowslip's service." Woundwort says as he chuckles and smiles.
"Astounding isn't it?" Vervain asks.
"Open your eyes Fiver. I see Hazel. There's a beached tree on a high hill. I see the warren." Silverweed says as Alexis watches him sadly.
*Timeskip*
"So Hazel's warren is in the high hills near a lone beach tree? Does that refresh your memory at all Captain Campion?" Woundwort asks.
"No sir. Since my injuries from the cave in my memory's blank." Campion says.
"Oh how convenient." Vervain says.
"Permission to return to duties sir?" Campion asks.
"Carry on." Woundwort says as Campion leaves.
"May I suggest we send patrols to search for hilly areas and a single beach tree?" Vervain asks.
"By all means Vervain. Now Silverweed shall we try entering Fiver's mind once again?" Woundwort asks.
"No." Silverweed says.
"Did I hear you correctly?" Woundwort asks angrily.
"I-I-I..." Silverweed says before Alexis gets beside him.
"He's just tired sir. That's all." Alexis says.
"Alexis is right. Let me rest and I'll try again. I'll find out everything Fiver knows." Silverweed says.
"I look forward to it." Woundwort says as he smiles and leaves.
"I don't like this Silverweed." Alexis says as she looks at Silverweed.
"I know you don't but there's nothing we can do." Silverweed says.
"Maybe we can do something. I can turn into a wolf remember. I can make a distraction while you run for it." Alexis says.
"No Alexis." Silverweed says as he looks at Alexis.
"Silverweed I'll be fine." Alexis says reassuringly.
"No Alexis. I won't leave you here. Not alone." Silverweed says determinedly.
"Silverweeed it would be your only chance. I'm not your mate. There's no reason for you stay. I know what I'd be risking." Alexis says as she gives Silverweed a soft look.
"But I want you to be my mate... I just don't want our lives to be bound to this place. I want to be with you and us be able to be free like we want. I don't want you to risk your life if we both can't be free." Silverweed says as Alexis smiles at him softly.
"I want that too. I love you... but I fear we won't ever have that chance." Alexis says.
"Well at least we're together. That's all I care about right now." Silverweed says as he nuzzles Alexis.
"Me too. You stay here. I'll scrounge up some food. I won't be long. I'll be back before you wake up." Alexis says as she nuzzles Silverweed before leaving.
