Shion stared at her colleague. "Miyuki, you've said that about the last three projects. What's so different about this one?"
This project was a double-headed ether battle-axe for KOS-MOS. Miyuki hefted the weapon with pride. "I've perfected the output ratio and energy discharges, and the balance is a dream. Even I could use it! See?" With that Miyuki grasped the axe handle with both hands and spun in a wide circle.
Horrified, Shion watched as the axe head detached itself and became embedded in the wall behind her.
"Don't make anymore masterworks again. Please, Miyuki."
