Kali engulfed her daughter in a bear hug. "My kitten's having a kitten!" she squealed. "Dad? You won't kill him will you?" Blake asked. Ghira looked at her and gave a rough sigh. "If he were sun, then I would." He said before looking at Krayix, whom to Ghira's shock was extremely pale. "You alright?" Krayix passed out.

"Krayix!" Blake asked bolting to the father of her kitten. "easy Blake. He fainted." Nokama said. she was equally shocked at Blake's announcement but more so at Krayix passing out. "Nokama, out of respect for my boyfriend. Can you keep this between us and my family. Krayix passing out I mean, not the part of me being with child." The faunas toa asked.

"Why?" the toa Metru of water asked. "If you're here, then there's a chance the rest of the Toa Metru are as well." Nokama frowned. "Why would that…." She began be realizing something. "Matau?" Blake nodded "yes, Matau." She deadpanned. Nokama nodded. Matau sure as Karzahni wouldn't let something like Krayix fainting go.

The next day

Ghira watched as his daughter meditated next to Krayix. He smiled knowing his little girl was in good hands. "What are they doing?" He asked Nokama. "Meditating. A calm mind makes a better fighter. I'm surprised Krayix made her and the rest of these "Toa Vale" do it" they heard chuckling. "Blake was easily the best to catch on." Krayix said while Blake smiled. "The hardest ones to actually meditate were Yang and her sister Ruby." She said opening her eyes. But both of their expressions turned sour.

"Something wrong?" Nokama asked. "During the battle for beacon, Yang and I… were nearly killed by my ex." Blake said. Nokama's eyes widened slightly. "We survived at the cost of one of yang's arms." Krayix turned to his fellow toa Metru. "From what they said, Vakama saved them." He said. "Vakama did mention saving a human and a Rahi girl at a battle." Nokama said. "Nokama, please don't call Blake that. She's a faunas." Krayix said.

"Rahi?" Ghira asked. "It means beast in matoran dad." Blake said bitterly. Nokama realized her mistake. "Forgive me. that's… the only way we could have describe the faunas at first glance." Blake nodded before closing her eyes. However, as she did found herself in a town in Mistral. It was abandoned.

"Where am I?" she thought as the sound of metal clanging against each other. Following the sound, Blake rounded the corner just as a man shot past him followed by another with a scorpion tail. "Qrow.." Blake muttered seeing Ruby's uncle get up severely injured "And so ends the great Qrow Branwen." The man said before Blake found herself back in her family's garden.

"Qrow." She muttered "What about him." The faunas toa turned to Krayix. "He's going to die." Nokama looked at her. "You must have had a vision." The toa Metru of water said as Blake fumbled around for her scroll. When she found Ruby's number she called it.

Mistral

Jaune was leaning against a tree watching Ruby meditate. Suddenly, someone's scroll went off. "Jaune could get that?" Ruby asked knowing it was hers. "Sure," Jaune said picking up the Scarlet toa of matter's scroll. "Hello, this is Jaune. Ruby can't… Blake? Slow down." Jaune nodded. "Ok… RUBY IT'S BLAKE. SHE HAD A VISION!" Ruby frowned. "So, can't a girl meditate…" she began. "it's in regards to your uncle Qrow."

Ruby's eyes shot open. "Give me that." She said taking the phone towering over jaune by a few inches. "What about my uncle." The scarlet reaper asked. "I had a vision not too long ago ruby, your uncle fights a guy with a scorpion tail, but… I don't know if he's killed by said person or when the fight happens. If you run into your uncle keep your guard up." Blake warned.

"understood, thank you." Ruby said. "What was that about?" Nora asked. "My uncle's in danger." Ruby said walking over to her teammates and toa brother. In the six months since she became Krayix's successor, ruby had grown to be accustomed to her new height, though a question remained. Ren looked at her. Where should we start looking for him?" he asked.

"Don't worry, I know him. We won't find him, he'll find us."

Menagerie

"There. They'll be on guard." Blake said before a growl was heard. "Hungry Blake?" Ghira asked. "Considering the fact that I now have to eat for two now, yeah" the faunas toa said sheepishly entering the house leaving Krayix and Nokama alone.

"So, how does it feel?" the toa Metru of water asked. "How does what feel?" Krayix asked as Nokama smiled. "Becoming a dad." She said. the former toa Metru of matter sighed. "Too soon, but if Blake wishes to keep the child, I'll do my best to protect them. Even if I have to die for them." Krayix said. Nokama frowned. "Let's hope it doesn't come to that." She said walking inside. "Me too Nokama, me too." Krayix said.

Back with RNJR

"So, we wait till your uncle finds us." Jaune asked his fellow toa. Ruby nods as they continue down the road. Ren chuckled. "I wonder how he'll react to how tall you are." Nora snorted. "Probably pass out like your dad almost did." She said. Ruby pulled up her hood. "Let's go. There's a town in fifteen miles." The Toa vale of air nodded as did Nora and Ren. However, they were being watched.

"Quick-stop fire spitter. Why are we following them of all people? Shouldn't we be looking for the others?" one asked. "Yes, but the girl in the white cloak reminds me of Krayix somehow." The strangers focused of Ruby as they disappeared from view.

A/N: I can give you a guess as to who those two are. Anyways Blake has warned Ruby. Yes, I know that in canon team RWBY cut off all communications with each other, but due to their (along with Pyrrha and Jaune) new occupation, they should keep in touch. Next will be a special chapter in which ruby gets her first taste of combat as the new Toa of Matter. That being said. Peace.
