Harry's POV
Once the door was close, I turned to Ragnuk and smiled. "I would like the full inheritance test."
Ragnuk smiled and pushed a parchment and knife towards Harry. "I will need at least 9 drops of blood on the parchment, but 13 is preferred for the most details and to go back through your entire ancestry."
The attorney frowned. "I am sure that it is not needed. A full inheritance is seldom done and none in the last few centuries have used 13 drops of blood."
I looked to Remus. "It is your choice, cub."
I nodded. I took the knife and dropped 13 drops of blood. Writing began to appear on the parchment as it lengthened.

I could look no more though it continued to lengthen with vault and other inheritance information. The table began to shake. The twins quickly moved and wrapped their arms around me and began to whisper to me till I calmed down. Everyone looked at us. "It is something we are used to doing. We did this at least twice a week last year and almost every day the year before that. He may not be our brother by blood, but he is our brother by heart and soul."
I stepped away from them but not too far. "Griphook mentioned irregularities."
Ragnuk nodded. "When your emancipation was declared in the papers, I had the Potter and Black accounts audited. The Black accounts and main Potter accounts were fine; however, we noticed irregularities with your trust account."
"What is wrong with it? I have only seen it once, and it was full galleons." Harry frowned.
Ragnuk sighed. "Potters were always generous. They believed in pureblood etiquette though liberal in pureblood ideals. They were very much a grey family. They would use any magic depending on the situation. One pureblood custom is for the Head of House to create a trust for all newborn children that cannot be accessed till the child reaches age 11. The trust vault is for the child to pay for their education and supplies and a little for fun. It is believed that a child will take better care and invest more in their education if they paid for it themselves. Most Ancient and Most Noble Houses put 500 galleons per month in the trust vault for their heir because what is demanded from them is higher. However, the Potter heir trust vaults would always get 1,000 galleons per month. The Potters are known for their investments and patents. It was always encouraged of the heir to start around 13, so the higher amount gives them the funds to experiment with spells, potions, runes, and investments and provides a cushion for any losses in investments and failed experiments. A Potter heir can only withdraw up to 500 galleons per month till the heir becomes of age. Once, the child or heir comes of age the trust vault is immediately considered a personal vault without limitation and after the age of 20 the transfer amount is reduced to 100 galleons per month. It is believed that the heir should be self-sufficient by then. Any investments and patents made through the trust vault are paid to the trust/personal vault till the death of the heir when it will merge into the family vault and holdings."
"What is the problem?" I frowned realizing I had not been giving a good representation of my family's house.
"12,000 per year times 16 is 192, 000 plus 2 months is a total of 194, 000. On your first visit, you only took 100 galleons."
"That is correct, because that is what Hagrid told me was the most I could take." I did not like what was being implied.
"The problem is that your trust vault only has 171,200 galleons in it. Your tuition is paid out of the family vault. After your initial withdrawal of 100 galleons, every month since there have been bi-monthly withdrawals of 150 galleons plus an additional withdrawal in August for another 150 galleons. Who has the vault key?"
I could feel the anger rising, my body tremble. "I am not sure, but Molly Weasley every year has gotten my supplies and gives me spending money for while I am in school."
"How much were given for spending money?"
"15 galleons." I frowned.
"Is that per month?"
"No, I was supposed to make it last for the whole year."
"How were you able to buy your snake and stuff over the summer?" Remus asked.
"I had 35 galleons left from the first year. I do not buy anything during the year except treats for Hedwig. I would average about 10 galleons remaining at the end of the year which I would hide under the floorboard in my room. So, I had about 75 galleons this summer, and I negotiated all my purchases."
Ragnuk turned to the twins. "How often did you go on vacation or get new things?" I truly did not like where this was going.
Fred spoke. "None till recently. My parents and Ginny went to Romania during Ron's first year. We spent a whole summer in Egypt. Ron got a new wand. We all got new cleansweeps though not the top of the line. Ginny always got new clothes, new wand, and new books. The Burrow wards were updated not top security but more than what they were before Ron started school. Percy got a whole new wardrobe when he graduated."
"Do not forget the trip to the World Cup." George frowned.
"Is there any proof?" Mr. Abbott stated.
Ragnuk slid a piece of parchment towards him. "150 galleons into a personal vault for Molly Weasley, and 150 galleons into the Weasley family vault. Every month on the same day the withdrawals were made from Potter's trust vault.
I took a deep breath. "I do not mind the upgrade in the wards, because I stay at least the last two weeks of every Summer there. I can understand some for the increase of feeding an extra person for the two weeks. I do not mind the trip to the World Cup nor the brooms because what they were using were death traps. However, I cannot excuse or justify the rest."
"What you are talking about is only about 250 galleons depending on the seats during the World Cup?" Ragnuk said.
"We were high up in the stands." I stated.
"That means about 150 galleons at the most, but still taken without permission or being asked if it was okay and that is the principal point." Ragnuk stressed.
"I agree. However, I would like to speak with Arthur and Bill first before doing anything. I would like all my keys changed and keyed to the magical signature of me and Remus. I would like you to freeze Molly's personal vault. The rest will be decided after I speak with Arthur and Bill Weasley. Now, the next issue, claiming the Lordships and breaking the blocks, removing the horcrux and creating a business vault for the twins." I sighed and wished for Draco and Blaise.
"I would suggest that we deal with the twins first, then the others. I have a feeling claiming your Lordships will break most if not all the blocks which will make you incapable of discussing anything else." Ragnuk suggested.
"I know that Mr. Abbott has spoken with the twins about a proposal. I have yet to see it. However, I KNOW what I WANT to do, and what kind of return I am looking to get." I stood and began to walk around the room.
"The twins have brilliant minds and many hidden talents that need to be explored. However, in their current living conditions they are stifled and put down as good for nothing pranksters and nothing more. Any agreement, I sign must provide a separate living quarter from the Burrow."
I could see the twins begin to object but raised my hand to silence them. "I will not argue or negotiate on that point. I will not also argue or negotiate the point that they will need the means to provide for food and everyday expenses till the store is profitable which I am sure will not be long after it opens. The location needs a storefront, stock room, potion lab, experiment, and testing rooms all three heavily warded to prevent failed experiments from damaging the storefront, stock and living quarters. Many things need to be considered: supplies, taxes, patents, advertising, catalogues, delivery means, additional employees plus the whole building needs to be warded with top level security, because they are my brothers and targets. Liability coverage, attorney retainer, remodeling and decorating, production cost and packing materials must also be considered."
The twins frowned. "We did not consider some of those."
I began writing. He pushed it towards Ragnuk. "Would that cover everything?"
"Very generous. They will be able to cover everything. However, I would suggest a Potter property that has laid vacant for over a decade. It could be remodeled to include living quarters for this much." He wrote the price down and pushed it back to me. I nodded. "I would lease the property versus selling it thus providing an additional income source." Ragnuk added.
"I like that idea." I wrote something down and slid it back to Ragnuk. Everyone was just looking confused.
"You obviously know what you want. I think it is more than fair." Ragnuk grinned.
"Can you get it all drawn up?" Ragnuk stepped out of the room while Harry slid the paper to the twins and Mr. Abbott.

Business contract will be a magical one including a non-disclosure agreement (meaning they cannot say the source of the founding) and funds can be spent for business purposes only
5 copies to be held in each holders' vault plus one for the business vault
Personal magical agreement for living expenses stating that none of the funds will be given to any family member or used on any family member (birthday, marriage, anniversary, and yule gifts are an exception) for 36 months from initial transfer of funds and a non-disclosure agreement.
"This is too much." George stated. "Father only gets 13,500 a year, and he is a department head."
I sighed. "It may seem like too much; however, when you move out of the Burrow, you will have to buy all your furnishings, linens, dishes, food, hygiene. Initially it will be a lot. You need clothes, new wands that are more suited for you. I mean you would not be able to get top of the line furnishings for your quarters but not low quality. I think if you each bought your own beds, wands and clothes and split the rest you will find that you have spent almost 3, 000 galleons a piece. You must make the rest stretch over 18 months. If used wisely; then it provides a just about above average living."
Fred sighed. "When you put it that way, it makes better sense. We can talk to Bill and Charlie on how much it cost them to move out initially and start planning accordingly."
I smiled as Ragnuk walked back into the room. "The living quarters should be ready in 3 months. Before the Weasley buy furnishings, I would suggest they tour the living quarters first for dimensions and space. They will be able to move in just before Yule or wait till after the New Year." He placed a parchment on the table and handed Fred and George a key. "Once, the parchment has all three signatures the funds will be transferred to the new vaults after Harry claims the Lordships. I would advise you to read it carefully especially the penalties for failing to comply with the agreement. If you want; then you can have Mr. Abbott look it over before signing which I would advise." The twins slid the agreement over to Mr. Abbott. "Is the name of the business still going to be Weasley Wizarding Wheezes?"
The twins looked at each other, and then Remus and I, they smiled. "We would like it to be Junior Marauders' Pranks, and the slogan will be 'Everything a prankster or student needs.'"
"As the last of the Marauders, I can say that it would be an honor to have the tradition carried on by such formidable pranksters." Remus grinned, and I laughed.
Ragnuk tapped the parchment and vault information to update with name and slogan. He handed over two sets of keys for each twin: one for their personal vaults and one for the business vault. "Once the contract has all three signatures, and Harry claims his Lordship rings all the funds will be transferred automatically."
"Why doesn't Harry get a key?" The twins asked at the same time.
"I opted not to get one. I am just a silent partner." I stated.
The twins looked at each other and nodded. "We would prefer that you had a key, as well." I agreed and within minutes the parchment was signed, and Ragnuk placed the Gringotts seal.
Remus stated. "With that business concluded, I would suggest you two men leave. Your mother will become suspicious and question you when you get home. You will not be able to answer most of her questions truthfully at least." They agreed and said their goodbyes. They gave me a hug and whispered a thanks in my ear before leaving.
