A/N: Zenari Gale gave me this idea while talking about horror stories, and this is a sort of an experiment. I really want to know how people will react if someone writes something like this…

Ang hirap talaga ng buhay ngayon!

Of course, if you heard: People in Leyte have died of a landslide. Please offer your prayers and donations. It will help those poor people lot. There's also the red alert in the regions of Manila. Terrible times, terrible times…

Enjoy

EXPERIMENT

One day, Goku was walking along the streets of Tokyo.

His backpack was slung over a shoulder and he stared at the skies, the people, the places and the everything that makes up Tokyo.

When he looked down, he sees a nickel.

He stopped.

He picks it up and declares with a happy grin:

"A nickel! This is my lucky day!"

He pockets the nickel and resumes his journey home. But as he trotted on, there was a stand selling apples. Nice, red, delicious-looking apples.

And one piece was just a nickel's worth.

So, there goes the nickel fished out of Goku's pocket.

On his hand

On someone's hand

And on the hand that used to carry a nickel, there sits an apple instead.

So our young hero congratulates himself for a job well done and continued on his way. But, of course, being such a large city and there was a good distance between his home and school, there were streets to cross.

Goku was not an idiot, though this was a proved point already. However, he was not THAT stupid.

Yet, when the boy crossed the street- while munching on the apple- something disturbing happened…

Goku got hit by a truck.

He died.

The End

A/N: This was also inspired by the book 'End of the Line'; it's also a movie by the way. But I haven't watched the film yet, but the book was creepy if you ask me… has all the details…

Signing off.
