"My family!" They heard Zane shout as they were on the couch, reading. Lloyd and Lark exchanged a glance before marking where they were and rushing into the kitchen where Zane and Pixal were.
Shortly after Lark and Lloyd arrived, Wu, Skylor, Misty, and Stone arrived.
"What's up?" Lloyd asked. "Something wrong?"
Nya, Kai, Jay, and Cole were already in the kitchen, Kai and Jay were cooking while Cole and Nya were conversing, but they all stopped when Zane and Pixal had returned home.
"We found a baby." Pixal declared.
"What?" Cole gasped.
Everyone else just stared in shock before Stone spoke. "Do you guys plan on keeping it?"
"Him." Zane corrected. "And yes! We do."
"Wouldnt the police be alerted to a missing baby?" Lark asked.
"There's always the chance it was abandoned." Wu said. "It wouldnt be the first time I've seen something like this."
"If there is a report of a missing child we will return him." Zane said. "But until then we will assume he is abandoned and raise him as our own."
Pixal nodded in agreement and said. "Only if there is a report made because it shows his family does wish to reunite with him."
Misty smiled and Jay asked. "What do you plan on naming him?"
Zane and Pixal exchanged a glance before looking to all the others. "Kodiak Willow Julien." They both said at the exact same time.
"Gosh! Seeing him makes me excited for when mine will come!" Nya smiled warmly. "I cant wait until I get to meet our little one." She smiled to Jay, who grinned.
"I cant wait either! A couple more months now!" Jay hopped in excitement.
"Now I have one nephew a one niece and nephew!" Kai smiled. "This is so exciting. You guys will all make for great parents." Kai said to the four.
The four smiled warmly and thanked him. Skylor walked over to the baby and gazed at him. "He's cute." She told them. "Though, as exciting as this is." She laughed. "You guys should probably set up for being parents." She told them.
Zane and Pixal both nodded in agreement. "That is a good idea, Skylor." Pixal mused. "Come along, Zane, let's get our room ready for this little one."
A small smile was on Wu's face as he watched them wak away. "Today is a great day!" He declared. "You guys can have the rest of the day off." He told the three he was wish. "The time is to celebrate the good news."
A few excited cheers ran through the kitchen.
"And Lloyd." Wu said. "I know you and your mother are having your disagreements, but she will be coming for dinner today."
Lloyd scowled but dipped his head. "I'll be on my best behavior." He promised.
"Perfect! Now you all get running and have some fun." Wu smiled before leaving them all alone.
Misty and Stone both immediately turned their attention to Lark and bombarded her. "You've been staying up all night?" Misty scolded.
"You've been overworking yourself because you feel like you're disappointing everyone?" Stone hissed. "Lark, this was a big change. No one expected you to overwork yourself because we expected you to try and get comfortable! You shouldn't be worrying about bills right now." Stone growled.
Lark hung her head in shame. "I'm sorry." She choked out.
"Hey guys, lay it in easy." Lloyd said, stepping in between Lark and her friends. "You're all going through a rough time at the moment." He told them.
Lark placed a hand on Lloyd's back and said. "It's okay. I probably need to hear it. I worried them as much as I worried you."
Misty sighed and closed her eyes before breathing in slowly. "We should of been there for you." She sighed. "Instead we left you on your own to figure it out."
Lark smiled weakly and walked over to her friends and hugged them tightly. "You guys mean the world to me. I'll never care what I have to do so long as I get to spend it with you guys." She whispered to them before pulling back.
"Let's go play some games." Stone suggested. "It's been a while since we've done that." He admitted shyly.
Lark and Misty exchanged a glance and Lark said. "I think that's a wonderful idea." It's like when she kissed Lloyd. All her worries melted away and all she could think about was them, was being with Lloyd.
"Come join us!" Lark grabbed Lloyd's hand and pulled him into the Living Room while Misty ran over to Cole and tugged on his shirt. He looked to Misty's eyes and smile before following them to the Living Room since Nya was now conversing with Skylor.
Misty and Cole sat right next to each other while Lark and Lloyd were sitting together, Lark leaning right into Lloyd who had one arm wrapped around her. Stone was just alone, but he didnt seem to mind. He sat inbetween Lloyd and Misty and gazed at the board game he brought out before pulling off the lid. The Game of Life was the game he chose for them all to play.
"Prepared to get destroyed, Puppy." Misty grinned directly at Stone who growled lowly.
"Oh please, you Oversized Sprinkler. You're just trying to deny the inevitable." He shot back.
Lark and Lloyd exchanged a glance while Cole glanced to Misty.
"They always get competitive." Lark explained. "Sorry."
"Nothing to apologize for." Cole smiled. "I think it's sweet they like to compete with one another."
"Gotta agree with Cole. It was unexpectant, but definately not an unwelcomed surprise." Lloyd grinned before he breathed under his breath. "Unlike Mother." When he said the word 'Mother' his voice held such venom, it made Lark frown. How bad was their fight? How would Misako react to her? Would she try and break them up. Lark gripped Lloyd's sleeve and her eye twitched slightly as she continued to let the thoughts race through her head.
Lloyd leaned down and kissed her forehead and whispered. "Hey, don't worry. I wont make a big deal. Though it might be for the better my Mother doesnt find out about us."
"Awwww." Cole gushed. "That's so cute! You two are so cute."
Lark blushed and snapped her head to look at her friends. Misty had a grin on her face and she was obviously snickering. Stone held a smug face as he watched them, while Cole was just taken aback by how adorable they were.
"You and Misty are pretty cute together too." Lark smirked. "She did get you in particular for this game."
"Lark, shut it."
"Nah."
