Note: This is post Season 1.
Concerned about the team's mental health after what had happened in the past month, Nate called separate sessions with the team members.
Callen
'A lot has happened in the past month, Dom dying, finding out someone's been watching you your whole life. How are you feeling?' Nate asked.
'I'm doing fine. I het through each day, I'm still alive. What more do you want to know?' Callen responded.
Sam
'How have I been? Well, I watched a good agent die, my partner has had someone watching him his whole life, and he stays at my apartment or here at work and he doesn't talk about it. I'm fine though.' Sam said.
Kensi
'Well, I don't have a partner anymore. And I have something I need to do, so can we talk later?' Kensi said.
Eric
'I'm not in trouble am I? Because I haven't done anything wrong, except I think Hetty is annoyed at me for some reason because she called ,e 'Mr. Beale' in an annoyed voice, and I don't know what I did to annoy her!' Eric blubbered.
Hetty
'I'm worried about Mr. Callen. I see him sleeping at work more then usual.' Hetty said.
'Nice, but what about you? How have you been feeling after this past month?' Nate asked.
'I'm fine. Really. Losing agents is just part of the job.
'You tried to retire.'
'Oh. That was a stupid decision. I'd be terrible at retirement, I probably would've flown to DC after a few days to beg for my job back.'
After the sessions were over, Nate gave his report:
'This team, has serious denial issues.'
