The following morning, Adora and the others had taken off after setting their course to Esaria.
"It'll take three days for us to reach our destination at the speed that we are going," said Bow.
"And luckily it doesn't appear that Celestial Lord is trying to take any more of his Star Souls as only one constellation is still missing," he said.
"Maybe we should have sat off last night after all," said a worried Glimmer.
"Maybe," said Adora who seemed to not be listening.
"Okay, can someone please tell me that she is acting weird and it's not just in my head," said Catra.
"It's not just you; Adora, what's on your mind?" asked Adam. Everyone then turned to look at Adora who sighed in response.
"Bright Hope said that Celestial Lord is the ancestor of both Horde Prime and Skeletor," said Adora, which Adam instantly caught onto what she was getting out.
"Skeletor was our uncle," said Adam as his shock turned into dread.
"Meaning Horde Prime and Celestial Lord are also related to you as well," said Man-at-arms as they all realized what had been on Adora's mind.
"Three members of our family have been psychos who wanted either planetary or universal domination," said Adora as she got out of her seat.
"So, how many others are out there like them or that we won't one day become like that ourselves?" she asked before leaving the cockpit.
"I'll go talk with her," said Catra before following after her girl. The rest of the crew just sat there in shocked silence until.
"She does have a point," said Adam.
"If darkness ran through the blood of three of our family members, then who says it doesn't run through more," he said.
"Let's start with the fact that you and your parents have rescued so much to save so many people," said Teela while placing a hand on his shoulder.
"And just because you're born with darkness in you does not mean that you have to give into it," said Glimmer.
"Hope you're right," said Adam who seemed a little more reassured but not much.
