Verna
"Well isn't that cute?" Robin says as she looks at a purple dress with a red floral pattern going down the side.
Zoro grunts, standing beside her as they visit a small market on a island. As he glances around seeing a large city in the distance he notices a certain man running down the street at rapid speed "Luffy?"
Robin turns seeing Luffy nearly running for his life "Whats going on?"
"Luffy! What's wrong!" Zoro shouts.
"RUN!!" Luffy shouts, as he runs by then picking them up as he sprints toward the Sunny.
"Luffy?! What... what the hell is going on?!" Zoro asks frustratingly as he looks behind them seeing another person following them.
"LUFFY!!!" They shout.
Luffy groans running as fast as he can.
"Luffy what's going on? Unless it's marines I'd like to go back and pick that dress." Robin says calmly.
"It is marines! Is she getting close?!" Luffy asks.
"She? Uh yea, why are you running?!!" Zoro shouts, trying to grab his swords but Luffy's arms coiled around him is preventing him from grabbing them.
"LUFFY!! STOP RUNNING!!" She shouts.
Zoro sees her pull out her sword, he struggles to grab his sword as hers turns haki black "Luffy!!! Stop! Let me grab my sword then we can-"
"NO!" Luffy shouts jumping just before a slash of haki misses his legs slicing the ground.
"Luffy who is this girl?" Robin asks still calm.
"Damn it." Luffy says reaching the dock he tosses Zoro and Robin aboard "Start sailing!! NOW!!" He shouts.
"On it!" Franky proclaims raising the anchor and dropping the sails getting the ship going.
Zoro groans being a landing pad for Robin as she giggles.
"What's going on?" Nami asks the two confused.
"Damn it." Zoro says standing up he looks out over the railing seeing Luffy stand there as she approaches him.
"Marines." Robin says looking at Luffy as well. Prompting the rest of the crew to look upon the stand off.
"What the heck are you doing here?!" Luffy shouts.
"I'm a marine! I'm here to hunt me some pirates, you should know that better than anyone Luffy." She proclaims.
"I didn't think you'd actually be one!"
"My dream is to become an Admiral! I will stop you from becoming the pirate king!" She shouts running toward him sword in hand.
He groans stretching his arm to his ship she retracts over to the boat.
"Running as always!" She yells, before sky walking rapidly toward Luffy.
He gasps watching her get closer "You really wanna fight?!"
"I wouldn't be chasing you if I wasn't looking for one! I told you if we ever met again I'd be as enemies!!!" She shouts diving at him with her blade in hand.
He jumps on his railing grunting, he stretches his arm back activating gear 2.
"Luffy what's going on?! Who is she?!" Nami asks.
"Did I hear a she?!" Sanji asks walking out from the kitchen.
"Stay out of our fight!" He says, firing a jet pistol.
She dashes quickly out of the way before dashing to him at a fast speed "LUFFY!!"
"Damn! She's quick." He shouts before getting a punch to the gut.
She swoops up feeling him grab her leg taking him up into the sky "So you can take a hit."
"You really wanna fight?! Let's go then!!!" He let's go, dropping as he switches to gear 4 snake man.
She dashes to him dodging a punch before getting bashed in the back of the head by the same punch. She turns seeing his arm bend as another punch comes toward her from the side. Just before it hits she dashes upward dodging it.
He groans sending another punch out. He grunts watching her dash around his punches avoiding them all as she gets closer "Your quick?"
She chuckles "I ate the Dash Dash fruit. I don't think I need to describe it to you!" She dashes toward him pushing him down at high speed.
He smirks just before hitting the ship he lands a punch to the back of her head slamming her forehead into the grassy deck of the ship knocking her out.
The crew surround them in awe as he turns back to normal.
"What! Is! Going! On!" Nami shouts confused and frustrated as hell.
He pants laying on the grassy deck "She... is Verna... an old friend..."
Verna wakes up, finding herself tied to the mast. Bandages covering her wounds from her and Luffys fight. She looks up seeing the strawhat Pirates surround her, Luffy sits in bandages as well.
"Verna." Luffy says.
Verna growls "Luffy."
Luffy sighs "You followed us. And now your trapped my ship."
Verna huffs "Whatever."
Luffy groans "let her go."
"Are you an idiot! She nearly slammed you into the ship!" Nami shouts.
"I'll take care of her."
Nami hits Luffys head "You shouldn't be hitting women to begin with!"
"Shut up bitch! I can beat you, and your entire crew!" Verna shouts.
"Bitch?" Nami walks over to Verna slapping her.
Verna growls slapping Nami back "Yes!"
Nami falls to ground holding her cheek.
Luffy pins Vernas arms to the mast "DO NOT! HURT MY CREW! I thought gramps taught you better than to hurt friends and family."
Verna groans "Your a pirate! Why should I care!" She shouts head butting him.
Luffy groans punching her face.
Verna yells punching back, starting another brawl between the two.
Robin sighs, using her Devil fruit to hold back Luffy and Verna "How bout we start from the beginning. Luffy?"
Luffy sighs "Verna, introduce yourself."
Verna groans crossing her arms "I'm Verna! Granddaughter of The previous Fleet Admiral Sengoku!"
"Huh?!" Usopp and Chopper exclaim as their jaws drop.
"Well that explains a lot." Zoro says.
"No wonder she's so rude!" Nami groans hiding behind Luffy.
"So then how do you two know each other?" Robin asks.
"Gramps took care of Verna and Me." Luffy says.
"Grandfather was always busy with work to take care of me. So I shared a home with Garp and Luffy." Verna says with a huff.
"So from childhood?" Robin asks.
"Just until gramps dropped me off at the foosha village." Luffy says with a huff.
Verna groans, her stomach growling loudly. She blushes slightly "Food."
"Your seriously asking for food after you got in a fight with Luffy and slapped Nami?!" Usopp exclaims.
"Yes Verna~" Sanji twirls out with plates of an array of foods.
"Pirate food..." Verna groans before eating the meat "GOOD!!!" She exclaims scarfing it all down in an instant "More."
"Huh?" Sanji looks at the empty plates, he spend half an hour making something Nami or Robin would eat "Uh... yes of course." He says rushing back to kitchen.
"Don't eat all my food!" Luffy shouts.
"I'm hungry!! And for pirate food this is delicious!!" Verna shouts. As they stare daggers into each other.
"More~" Sanji made some more food but what he's watching it all get scarfed down in an instant.
"More." She asks.
Sanji chuckles nervously, the only other person to eat like this is Luffy "Shouldn't... you be worried about your weight?" He asks getting a punch to the face.
"Prick! Like I care! My weight shouldn't matter to you!" Verna shouts.
Sanji foaming from the mouth, still processing her powerful punch, her eating habits, and her relationship to Luffy.
"I was going to let you go but since your so violent you'll be stuck here until we get to an island." Luffy shouts.
"Fine by me! I can wait!" Verna shouts.
"What about bathroom and bathing?" Robin asks.
"Knowing you Pirates you don't even have those things! I don't need to bathe, why should I smell good to you!" Verna yells.
"Suit yourself. I call not cleaning up the shit." Robin says quickly, prompting everyone but Luffy, Nami, and Zoro to say anything.
Luffy sighs "Fine then. Just promise you won't chase once we reach land."
Verna groans "Fine! Humph!" She crosses her arms.
A few hours later everyone is going to bed, Luffy is sitting on the deck next to her, out of reach of her punches.
Verna sighs.
Luffy glances at her "So, marine now?" He asks.
"Yep, believe it or not I'm the youngest Vice Admiral." She proclaims proudly.
"19 is the youngest?!?" He asks.
"Pretty cool right." She says with a chuckle.
"Hows gramps doin?"
"He's fine, last I saw of him was a year ago. Sorry about Ace by the way." She says solemnly.
He sighs "He wouldn't want me crying over him. He always called me a crybaby."
She sighs "I'm hungry."
He sighs "Yea, I'm hungry too."
She chuckles "Remember when Garp was making dinner and we'd eat it all, leaving him with scraps."
Luffy smiles before shivering "He'd get on our asses for that."
They sit in silence for a moment.
"Why did you have to be a pirate?" She asks.
He sighs "Cause I don't want to be held down. I wanna be the pirate king."
She groans "But I have to fight you cause of it..."
"It's the same with gramps." He says sitting up, "We all have dreams, I won't say yours is wrong. But I will achieve mine, and I will go through any foe to achieve my dream, all of our dreams." He says walking away.
She smiles "That's Luffy..."
Nami yawns waking up she walks onto the deck, feeling the cool morning breeze waking her up she stretches. She hears a small whimper turning to see Verna whimpering on the mast. "You okay?" She asks coldly.
Verna turns to her singing happily "Please untie me, please! I'm sorry okay, just let me..." she groans her last words.
"You have to go? I thought you said you were fine?"
"I'm sorry! Okay! Please let me go potty! And take a shower! I dont wanna stink! I'm already sweaty and my underwear is sticky and wedging into uncomfortable places! Please!" Verna pleads.
Nami's anxious about letting her go but she seems honestly needing to go. "You aren't gonna beat me up or Luffy?!"
"I promise please! Quickly!" Verna pleads.
Nami sighs, uniting her she rushes to the nearest bathroom. She follows behind hearing her flush before starting the shower. She takes her clothes, cleaning them before drying them.
"So this is what Marines wear?" Nami says posing in the mirror as she wears Vernas marine uniform.
"Does it fit?" Robin asks.
"It's... loose around the hips, and the chest area is cramped." Nami explains trying to hold up her pants.
"She does eat quite a bit." Robin says with a chuckle.
"I appreciate you wearing my uniform after cleaning it." Verna walks into the girls room with a towel around her.
"I'll clean it again." Nami says pulling out some bikinis and other clothes for Verna.
As Verna looks through the clothes she sighs "Such degrading outfits, what are you two sluts?!"
"We are not! We have the freedom to wear what we want! Thanks to Luffy!" Nami exclaims "Oh and on the subject of clothes! Your pants are too big for me!"
Verna groans "I figured I had a big butt..." she murmurs.
"Is this anyway to treat the people who let you take a shower and offered clothes?" Robin asks.
Verna whimpers feeling stupid "I'm sorry." She bows making Robin smile.
Nami sighs "I'm not just giving these to you for the sake of it, these are the only clothes we have that can fit all sizes."
Verna whimpers again "It's my hips isn't it."
"Yep."
Verna tries on a bikini, the black bikini contrasting perfectly with her cloudy white hair.
Nami gasps "How on earth did you get that!?"
Verna groans turning her back to the wall "It's none of your concern."
"We just want to know what would cause such a scar." Robin explains calmly.
Verna sighs turning her back to them showing the large X scar on her upper back "I... wasn't at Marineford. I was sent to Impel Down to contain and stop escaping criminals..." she feels the scar reach her shoulder "I encountered a previous warden of impel down working for an pirate, Blackbeard."
Nami and Robin glance at each other, knowing full well what Blackbeard did at marineford.
"I tried to run but he slashed my back, leaving this. Before he could finish the job Warden Magellan came to save me. After my scar had healed Garp had trained me for a year. Taught me haki and a few other things. He was really distraught by what happened to Ace." Verna explains.
"Sorry. We didn't know." Nami says solemnly.
"It doesn't matter now. I'm stronger, and I will be one to catch the pirate king." Verna exclaims.
Robin chuckles "In a skimpy black bikini?"
Verna blushes growling "It's such girly clothes! Do you have anything bigger? Less... girly..."
"What's wrong with being girly?" Nami asks.
"If I look girly guys will look down on me. I don't want that! Luffy was the only one then who didn't care if I was girl! He said I could be anything!" She shouts.
Robin chuckles "You look up to him?"
Verna sighs "He's my enemy. Maybe I would if he'd join the marines."
"But I don't think that's stopping you from realizing his good qualities." Nami says.
"So what! Sure he's a fun, childish guy. But he's a pirate, I can't believe he'd actually become a pirate." She murmurs the last part.
Robin and Nami chuckle, starting to get how she sees Luffy.
"Well, you probably wouldn't want to miss lunch so put something on." Nami says with a smirk.
"How degrading..." Verna groans, sitting against the railing with a white bikini top and a long black dress covering her legs "I look like a whore..."
"Ugh! We wear what we want! I'm sorry all we have is bikinis to fit you and your wide hips!" Nami exclaims.
"It's payback for slapping you isn't it?" Verna asks.
"Yep." Nami nods.
"So that's where you were. It's weird seeing you wearing that." Luffy says sitting across from her on the other side of the deck.
"Luffy! That's rude-"
"Shut up! Like your clothing is any less revealing with that open vest and shorts." Verna shouts interrupting Nami.
Robin chuckles "The moment Luffy comes she returns back to normal..." she murmurs to Nami.
"Almost like she doesn't want him to know she's sensitive about her look." Nami whispers putting the pieces together.
Both Luffy and Vernas stomach growl, they groan holding their stomach "Hungry..."
Their unison making Robin giggle "Like a big brother and little sister."
"Food~" Sanji exclaims with trays with food, "Verna~" he says happily giving her many plates. "Luffy." He says bluntly giving him the same amount.
"FOOD!" They shout in unison scarfing down their plates.
"Ah~ shes even beautiful as she eats plate after plate~" Sanji says giving Nami and Robin their plates.
"She punched you and your fine with that?" Nami asks.
"You punch me all the time Nami-Swan~" Sanji says happily.
"Cause your a pervert and a pushover in the hands of women." Nami murmurs making Robin chuckle.
"Oh right, isn't Choppers birthday tomorrow?" Robin asks.
"Yes! Yes it is, we gotta plan something..." Nami says before glancing at the odd couple.
Robin also turns to smile at the two.
Verna and Luffy fighting over the last piece of meat.
"She clearly admires him, or at least likes him." Nami whispers.
"She might've wanted some praise for getting so far in her dream." Robin suggests.
Meanwhile the fight over the last piece turns to a brawl as she punches his face and he punches her gut.
"So I half ta sleep in here?" Verna asks.
Nami scoffs "What do you expect us to bite?"
Verna groans laying between Nami and Robin.
"Don't worry, we won't do anything." Robin says with a chuckle.
"We just wanna ask some things, yknow girl time." Nami says.
"Girl time? What the hell is that?" Verna asks nervously.
"Do you have any friends?" Robin asks.
Verna groans "Do you see any girls at the marines? Am I missing a place where there are girls at the marines? Most of its guys, and having to deal with them is already miserable."
"It is a sausage fest isn't it?" Robin chuckles.
Nami sighs "Kinda no different from here..."
"Yes but it's different here." Verna sighs laying on her pillow "Feels like home..."
Nami giggles "Could you explain?"
"The food, the people, Luffy is so Luffy..." Verna murmurs.
"How was he? When you two were little?" Robin asks.
Verna sighs "Damn, I played into your hands. Appears I've been caught."
Nami giggle laying next to her "So... how was he?"
Verna groans "Less mature, Garp always talked about the Marines and how we can change the world from it. He also talked about strength and the power to change your destiny. He really cared about Luffy, even training him... I got jealous so I started fighting him."
"Seriously?! How old were you two?" Nami asks.
Verna thinks for a moment "5? 6? I don't remember, he always talked about why Garp wanted to train him for the marines. He didn't understand much, but he didn't care about the little things."
"What little things?" Robin asks.
"Even grandfather talked about it. He said I shouldn't become a marine, it's no place for a girl. Luffy didn't care I was girl, Garp did, he'd pick me up in little dresses and would try to stop me from getting them dirty." Verna sighs "He was fun, he was nice, he cared about his friends and family."
"Then what changed?" Nami asks.
"He said those words that have been echoing in my head my entire life... you probably know them well..."
Nami smiles "King of the Pirates."
Verna nods "I met up with him once at Foosha Village. That day changed my life. His Gum Gum fruit, he's stronger, and even beat me. Then he proclaimed his dream, King of the Pirates. It was... a spur of the moment, it frustrated me and... I was sad."
Nami rubs her shoulder as Robin gets a glass of water.
Verna covers her face "I just... really thought he'd join the marines. A friend to join me." She scoffs "It really hurt, he was the only one. Then I got mad and said I'd be an Admiral and take down the pirate king. I stormed away in a fit." She laughs with a hint of sadness "I destroyed anything our friend ship had..."
Robin offers the glass of water, Verna sits up and chugs it down.
"I don't think he hates for you that. He's not that type of person." Nami says.
"Did you even see him run from me? We yelled at each other, beat each other. Friends don't do that..."
"But didn't you two also fight a lot when you were younger?" Robin asks.
"I mean... yea. But..."
"You two have gotten older, more mature. It's going to feel different. Fighting at 5 years old, you can't compare that to Fighting at 19. You are 19 right?" Nami asks.
"Yea... I never met my mom and dad. But grandfather said my dad was proud marine. And that I am very similar to my mother."
"Well from what I see, you are very much like Luffy." Robin giggles.
"Huh?" Verna sits up confused "What do you mean?"
"Well you eat a lot just like Luffy, your very blunt when he's around, and you like getting into trouble. As shown by you chasing him then getting caught by us." Nami explains.
"That's... ridiculous. I've been like this all my life."
"So since childhood? Where you spent your beginnings with Luffy and probably the man closest to him being his grandpa." Robin explains.
"This is all ridiculous. Were nothing alike."
"When he's not in the room your right. Yesterday you said you didn't care about smelling bad in front of him, but just the next day you begged me to let you take a shower. When he wasn't there." Nami explains.
Verna sighs "Your his crew, I feel like your just trying to push my buttons..."
"I'm sure he doesn't hate you. From what I've heard you two sound the same as back then, always fighting. So that's probably what he associates you with." Robin says.
"Because you two are older your dividing how Luffy was to how he is. He's not a push over anymore, he will fight. And he will win." Nami says with a chuckle.
Verna sighs laying down "Then... what do I do?"
"Maybe you can tell him how much you appreciate and care about him. How do you see him?" Robin asks.
"A long lost friend..."
"Why am I wearing this?" Verna asks waking onto the deck to lights and streamers.
"It's Choppers birthday, so it's appropriate to look nice." Nami explains.
Verna groans "It's tight around the hips..." she says pulling the skirt down, wearing a black one piece dress that really shows her curves.
"Is that on purpose?" Robin whispers to Nami getting a nod.
"So who's Chopper?" Verna asks glancing around the goofy looking crew consisting of a perverted cook, a sleep swordsman, a giant robot man which is really compelling her to ask what he can do, a skeleton musician, a long nosed slingshot man, a little reindeer, and a rubber man. Making Nami and Robin the only simple people.
"Chopper is the little reindeer over there." Nami says pointing to the reindeer.
Verna looks at him confused "Emergency food? Oh! I get it! You got attached."
"HES A DOCTOR!" Nami shouts.
"He is?!? That's cool."
Nami sighs "He patched up your wounds."
"Oh. I should thank him then."
Nami and Robin watch as she goes to thank Chopper, he seemed scared at first but then got all giddy, she probably complimented him.
"Nami, Robin?"
They turn to see Luffy walking towards them "Speaking of the devil himself."
"Was she okay with you two? She didn't do anything right?" He asks.
"Please, if anything she was super nice." Robin says.
Luffy sighs "Thank goodness, I really didn't want to keep her tied to the mast."
"Luffy? She really looks up to you, maybe later you can do something to show her that." Nami whispers in his ear.
He nods before walking away.
"We'll need to do something won't we." Robin asks with a smile.
"Yep. Got any ideas?" Nami asks Robin.
"Yes, but I'm afraid it might interject with the party."
"I'll talk to Chopper." Nami says going over to Chopper.
"So I got an okay from Chopper and Brook. We are set. Are we sure this won't be awkward? Would they just push each other away?" Nami asks.
"If what we said to Verna and Luffy is anything, they'll latch. Don't get jealous okay." Robin says with a wink.
"What do you mean?" Nami asks with a hand on her hip.
Robin ignores her signaling to Brook "Go to Luffy. Just give him the jist."
Nami groans "Fine, but we're talking about this later. You've been getting into things."
Brooks bouncy music changes to something calmer, romantic.
"Are you sure it's okay?" Robin asks Chopper.
"She wants to be friends with him right? I really want them to stop fighting."
"I'll make it up to you. I promise." Robin says petting him.
"Luffy." Nami calls out to him tugging gently on his vest.
"Hm? What's up? Is this about earlier? I promise I'll do something." He says.
"Dummy we already planned something, just don't be weird. And don't be rude either." Nami explains.
"Huh?" He asks.
"Verna?" Robin calls out.
"Can you believe Franky shoots lasers! That's crazy!!" Verna says excited.
"Yea I know. But here's your chance to tell him ho you feel." Robin says.
"Huh?" Verna asks confused.
"Good luck." Nami says pushing Luffy to the 'Dance floor'.
"N-Nami?"
"You'll do great." Robin says pushing Verna onto the 'Dance Floor'.
"Wait? Robin?"
The two meet in the middle under a light as romantic music plays.
"Uh." Luffy says anxiously.
Verna groans having no idea what to do.
"Looks like they could use some help." Robin says using her ability to pull Zoro onto the dance floor.
"Huh? Woman..." Zoro groans.
"I thought he'd figure it out." Nami looks around before seeing Sanji. She groans "Damn it. Sanji." She says walking over to him.
"Yes Nami-swan?"
"It's your lucky day." Nami says pulling him onto the dance floor.
"Oh Nami-swan~"
"Don't push it." Nami says passing by Luffy. "Dance with her." She whispers in his ear.
Luffy jolts, before sighing "Would you.. like to dance?" He asks holding out his hands.
Verna groans.
"Dance with him." Robin whispers to her as she dances by.
"Sure..." Verna says taking his hands.
"Do you know how to dance?" He asks.
"Not really... how do you?"
"A member of my crew taught me the basics. Here just watch." He looks down showing her "Just match your steps with mine, don't overlap."
She follows his instructions, going step by step.
"Then you out your hands here." He moves her hands to his shoulders.
"Weird." She says holding his shoulders.
"And I put mine here." He says moving his hands to her hips.
She jolts "This is really weird..."
"Sorry."
They dance in silence as Robin and Zoro, And Nami and Sanji dance around them.
"Tell him how you feel." Nami whispers to her passing by.
Verna gulps looking at Luffy, meeting his gaze "You've gotten mature."
"Thanks? You have as well."
She chuckles "Gosh, we are bad at this."
"All we ever do is fight."
"I don't want that."
He feels her hands grip tighter on his shoulders "You don't want to fight?" He asks.
She takes a deep breath "I never wanted to. If you'd just become a marine. We wouldn't have to."
"Well, I don't want to either. I didn't like fighting gramps but I needed to."
Nami passes by him "Compliment her."
He groans finding it a little weird to compliment her "Uh... you look good."
She looks at him dumbfounded.
"What?"
"Don't do that."
"Don't do what? Compliment you?"
"Yea. That's weird, just be you. You don't have compliment me, or be nice. Just... be a friend."
"Shouldn't a friend be nice?"
"I just want a friend. Okay, I have none, and I thought I lost one when I said I'd become admiral..."
He snickers "It's your dream right? You'll achieve it if you work hard enough. And I always thought we were friends... just under different circumstances."
"So... we are friends?"
"Yea. I never thought we weren't. We just fight a lot. Like a lot."
She exhales feeling relief as she hugs him "Thank you."
He smiles patting her back "By the way you have really wide hips."
She groans "So Ive been told..."
"Well it's nothing like what Nami and Robin have going up here." He whispers chuckling.
She smiles "They are pretty stacked."
"Wanna eat?" He asks.
She sighs "I'd thought you'd never ask."
The two make a quick sprint to the kitchen, Sanji knowing them to be eaters sprint behind them.
Nami and Robin sigh.
"You heard what they said didn't you?" Nami asks.
"Yep." Robin chuckles.
"We are getting him back right?"
"Yep. Thanks for the dance Zoro." She waves to him as he groans walking away.
"So uh... what was that?" Usopp asks Chopper, feeling left out.
"Well turns out, Verna wanted to be friends with Luffy, so Nami and Robin thought I'd help if they danced together. Chopper explains happily.
"And you were okay with that awkward moment?"
"Their friends. Right?"
"Well... believe it or not, their was a couple in there, but it sure wasn't Luffy and Verna." Usopp whispers
"You'll let us go right?" He asks.
She sighs "Yes, now get out of here before my ship comes."
He smiles walking back to his ship, before feeling a tug on his vest.
"Could we talk, every now and then? When we aren't busy?" She asks anxiously.
"Sure, but uh... how do I talk to you?" He asks.
She quickly glances at the ship seeing Nami and Robin wave to her, she slips a hand in her pocket pulling something out she puts it in his hand "It's easy to move, I promise my calls will sparse." She whispers holding his hand.
"Just call when you want to, just a little warning I might be busy."
"Good." She says grabbing the collar of his vest she pulls him in for a heated kiss.
He nearly falls forward before she pushes him away.
"I'll be busy too. And if we meet, you better expect a fight. I won't always be like this." She turns walking away, she smiles caressing her lips.
He groans with a smile before walking away.
Robin giggles "I thought she saw him as a brother. Looks like we just set up a romantic connection."
Nami sighs "We we're played..." she says disappointed.
Robin smiles happily "Such a happy ending. I do hope we see her again, maybe wearing some girly clothes."
Nami groans seeing Luffy hop aboard "He gets all the girls doesn't he?"
Robin giggles "Only the hot ones."
So I tried something. I wanted to basically make a female version of Luffy, but with a small twist. She wants to be like Luffy but can't get over basic things like hygiene, or worrying about her looks, or just wanting someone to care about her. If you don't like her I understand, I was trying something and was wondering if it would work. I just wanna hear your thoughts, my first time making up a character and I want to know what you think.
