Pictures
Sakura hated looking at pictures. It hurt to look at pictures.
But she kept them anyway. Hidden away in a box under her bed.
But one day when she was cleaning, she found them. And for some reason she took them all out of the box and felt her eyes drift over the shiny paper.
There were pictures of her and her family. Her friends.
Ino… I pushed you away.
Lee… I rejected you.
Naruto… I neglected you.
Sasuke… I worshipped you.
All the people she had ever cared about, and she had forced them all away from her.
She remembers now why she hates looking at the pictures.
They show her what she's done wrong.
