Welcome to the introduction on Bill'ys rash, on his butt. Im Billy's dad and I think you should know that Billy has had that rash sence he was a little billy and he got that rash when we were at the zoo and Billy wanted to see the monkey and well the monkey picked him up and bit him in the rear. The swelling didn't stop until he was eight, the laughing didn't stop until Billy's Mom told harold to stop having dreams about Grim again. He even got a rash from the episode "tuxedo man" because billy is a GENIUS! Well except the other episodes! Well I cant put all his rashes in one little story so thanks for reading vol. 1 of Bill's Rash.
