Eventually, after a while, everyone gathered together for one last meal before they would head back home.
"Now... Let's have a Thanksgiving feast, shall we?" Felicity suggested as she stood at the head of the table, going to carve the turkey for all of them.
"Yeah!" The others cheered at that.
"Well, I guess after this, I'll run along back home," Irwin said to the others. "More Underfist training."
"No more grim adventures with Billy and Mandy?" Zofia guessed.
"I think that's for the best," Irwin nodded. "I can't believe I ever even liked Mandy. I thought maybe she liked me, but I never realized that was Billy making her say those nice things to me."
"You were young and desperate," LJ shrugged. "Everyone makes a mistake sometimes."
"Yeah, I guess that's true." Irwin replied bashfully.
"I remember when Estelle had a thing for Phoebus and Esmeralda's son." Felicity smirked.
"Hey!" Estelle pouted.
"It was quite an adventure," Felicity smirked a little as she helped serve dinner to everyone. "I'm sorry he didn't feel the same way."
"It's okay," Estelle said with a small sigh before she put her arm around Lee and smiled at him. "I'm over it. Trust me."
"I thought for a while that Ash liked Misty," Emi commented. "Then of course there was May, Dawn, Iris, and eventually Serena."
"I can imagine that made things difficult." replied Zofia.
"Like you wouldn't believe." Emi nodded.
"Speaking of this love thing... How's Chip doing?" Vincent asked.
"Yeah, why didn't you guys come together?" Jenny added.
"He had to go straight to Belle and Adam's place with his mother," Felicity replied as she gave everyone a dinner plate. "They have to cook a special dinner for the reuniting of the kingdoms. I would've gone with them, but I thought I'd come see you guys in time for Thanksgiving, so here I am."
"Send him our love then." Cherry told her.
"I will," Felicity smiled. "He sends his to all of you."
"Well, it's definitely appreciated!" Lionel replied.
"So I'll be with you guys for the rest of the week and this weekend before I have to go back to school," Felicity said as she sat comfortably. "But don't worry. It'll be Christmas Break soon, then you'll get a month and a half."
LJ and Zofia smiled hopefully from that.
"Happy Thanksgiving, everybody," Felicity smiled all around to the others before a song glowed in her heart. "What a splendid evening, what a lovely feast~"
"There's food enough to calm the most ferocious of beasts~" Zofia added.
"I wonder why we worried~" Akito and Estelle started.
"And scurried all around~" LJ added.
"Looking for the very thing that we've already found~" Vincent smiled.
"Friends, near and far away~" The kids all sang. "Sharing all today, Gathering to say we're thankful; Friends, friends in every way, Make each and every day, Our Thanksgiving Day~"
The adults smiled softly and warmly at the kids' little song.
"There's so much more than more here~" Atticus soon began.
"It's altogether true~" Atticus and Mo sang together then.
"And being all together is the best thing to do~" Lionel began.
"Do with~" Cherry added.
"Friends, near and far away, Sharing all today, Gathering to say we're thankful~," The kids and adults sang together. "Friends, friends in every way, Make each and every day, Our Thanksgiving Day~"
"This was definitely the best Thanksgiving ever!" LJ beamed.
"I certainly enjoyed it." Otika added.
"Glad you kids got to have fun," Cherry replied. "Milo, Kida, thanks for having us."
"It's no problem," Kida smiled. "We love your company and hope to see you again."
"Sure, sometime in the future," Cherry nodded. "Anything to pay tribute to and show our admiration for our other honorary family, Team Atlantis."
Team Atlantis each smiled at Cherry and her friends/family.
"To the best Thanksgiving ever." Felicity said, raising a glass of cider.
"To the best Thanksgiving ever!" Everyone else cheered before clinking glasses together to have a drink.
It was a great celebration after the adventure was done and taken care of with plenty more to come later, but for now...
