Chapter 9:
Finding a Way
"You know, if I had known how hard it was going to be to find suits for quarians, I would have just gone to the Flotilla," Cole said to Garrus as they exited yet another shop that sold armor pieces and suits.
"Yeah, it might have been easier, but you probably would have to go through another trial with the Admiralty Board about it." Cole instantly laughed at his joke, letting the small bit of joy ease the tension that had been built up over the last hour.
Things aboard the Normandy had once again grown uneasy ever since Ashley's departure. The entire crew had just passed through the acceptance phase about their commander's infliction. Now, all of them had to consider what would be their next course of action. They knew they were going to go through the Omega Relay after their stop at Omega, but what then? Escaping from one suicide mission to potentially another didn't sit well with a certain section of the crew.
"So, Shepard, how is all of this sitting with you?" Garrus said, after walking a few feet away from the store. "I don't want to bog things down for you anymore than it already has been, but I am… I have a growing concern with how everything is going down. It is not in our favor."
"I know. I don't know what to tell you Garrus, other than I hope Mordin, Miranda, and Doctor Chakwas find a way to fix my issue."
"That's not exactly what I was talking about," he said as he fixed his gaze on Cole. "If Ashley was the kindest option in the massive arsenal of the Council and the Alliance, I would hate to see what their normal option would be."
"Well, I doubt they would go as far as sending an entire fleet at us, but you're right. Their normal option would most likely be various degrees of strike teams that would only come at us when we're on the ground."
"And we can't always stay in space forever."
"I don't know about that. The quarians seem to have mastered that capability."
"Right," Garrus said, letting out a chuckle. "We will just ask the Board to integrate us into their Flotilla and completely evade the Council and the Alliance."
"It sure as hell would throw them off for a time," Cole said as he stopped to look at the nearby shop. It wasn't an armor shop like the others they went through, it was more of a general store, maybe even a pawn shop. "Well, we've had no luck with the most obvious shops, so let's try this one."
Garrus just shrugs as he looks at the name of the shop. "Ronna's Shop of Wonder. I highly doubt a shop like this would have anything close to what Tali needs."
"At this point, I'm growing desperate here and I rather not stay on Omega much longer."
"Hrm… I have to agree with that sentiment. Hopefully, this place will not be a waste of time."
Cole took the lead and entered first with Garrus closely in tow. The first thing they could see were neon lights strewn across all the walls of the store. Gaudy couldn't come close to describe the sight before them. Though, whatever feeling Cole had about the décor of the shop shifted to fear the second he lays eyes on the female Batarian, looking fairly bored at the kiosk.
"Well, it's not often I get soldier types in my shop. Is there something specific you're looking for, or are you just perusing through?" she said, her voice gravelly yet kind and inquisitive in tone.
"Uh… yeah, I'm looking for something very specific."
With the sound of a potential customer caused her to shift her posture to be more upright. "Hopefully, I can help you find your very specific item. What do you need?"
"I know it's kind of a longshot, but do you have any suits of armor for quarians?" Cole said as he walked to the kiosk she was standing in front of. Garrus followed closely behind him, his stance going into a protective one.
"That's an odd request. Why do you need one? You got some kind of fetish or something?"
"What? No, I have a quarian on my team who needs a replacement."
"A quarian on your team, huh? Rather an expensive person to have on your team," she said as she pulled back from her kiosk.
With her pulling back from her kiosk gave Cole the opportunity to fully take in the woman he was dealing with. Unlike the brawny physique of her race's male counterparts, the storekeeper boasted a slender figure. Her features were only accentuated by her choice of fashion, something a-typical for a woman on Omega.
She wore a simple, tight skinned, blue top that was opened along both sides of her abdomen – showing off her pale, brown-green skin. The sleeves were cut short, though it looked as if she had torn them off rather than it being made that way.
Her pants were also tight skinned but black and had slits cut down the sides of them with a band of stretchy material periodically placed down the leg to keep the fabric together. The most striking feature about her, though, was her face.
Unlike most male Batarians, she didn't have those pronounced puffed lines of skin that started at the sides of the nose and down to their chin. The ridges that also lined their foreheads and up onto the top of their heads were softer and less defined. For Cole, it was a rare occasion for him to see a female of the species.
"Do you have this quarian nearby? I need to take their measurements in order to figure out if I have what they need," she said, crossing her arms.
"No, she's not here right now. She's dealing with other things at the moment," Garrus said, his tone low but crisp.
"Well, at least I know it's a female," she said as she pulled out a datapad and entered something into it. "Do you have her measurements?"
"Yes, I do," Cole said as activated his omni-tool. Over the next minute, he goes through the list of measurements Tali had given him. Height, width of her hips, size of her feet, breast size, cranial size, and many other measurements that all quarians had to know when they needed a new suit.
After entering the last measurements into her datapad, she glances over the results of her search. "Looks like you're in luck, human. I have two suits that could work for her."
"Really?" Cole said before looking at Garrus with suspicion. "We've gone through at least eight armor shops that had nothing for quarians."
"Part of the problem with having a quarian on your team, or in general. Most places here on Omega don't have a need for any quarian product because they don't make a home here. Several, however, pass through here to make some quick credits. With my line of business, I often get one or two who sell off an extra suit of theirs if they gave them one for their Pilgrimage."
Garrus crosses his arms. "And I'm sure you give them all a fair price for something they desperately need if an issue arises with their current suit," he said as he laid his distrustfulness about her dealings thick with her.
"Don't take me for your average Batarian, Turian," she said, four eyes squinting at him. "Sure, I undersell them because that's business and because this is Omega, but if they come back to me needing their suit back, then I will do so as long as they have at least half of the credits I gave for procurement."
"That's rather generous…" Cole said, his own skepticism mixing with Garrus's. "What if they don't have it?"
"Depends on the situation. Most Quarian's are valuable engineers, as you probably know, so I often ask for the services if they can't pay up." She stops for a moment to look at them both carefully. "Look, are you here for business or just grill me on how I do my business? Last thing I need to do is to waste my time with people not buying or selling."
"I'm sorry, I would like to see both suits you have."
"Good. Give me a moment to pull them out," she said, before heading through the doorway that seemed to lead into her storage space.
Garrus leans into Cole's side to whisper in his ear. "Are we okay involving ourselves with a batarian?"
"Not really, no, but I see no other choice," Cole said, leaning in and whispering back.
Several minutes pass by, leaving both Cole and Garrus growing increasingly nervous about dealing with a batarian. Whether or not Cole liked it, he was famous. Being the Savior of the Citadel, along with connections to Aria and her personal business. He had built up quite a status in both legit and illegitimate sides of the Galaxy. If any batarian caught word of what he did, he would be in serious trouble.
Two minutes later, she comes back through the doorway with both suits in either hand. "Sorry for the wait. One suit I have here comes with some extra bits," she said as she laid both suits on the counter in front of Cole, including the extra bits she had mentioned – which looked to be armor plating of some type.
"So, the yellow on the left is pretty much a standard suit that comes with all the bells and whistles that quarians need to survive. The darker one on the right, however, is a bit more robust." She pulls the yellow suit aside and centers the darker suit in front of him.
"This baby comes with armor plating on the shoulders, but also comes with malleable plates that you'll have to affix to the suit after she puts it on. Big thing about those armor pieces is that they will form fit to her very specific curves when applied. So, there's really no resale value to it after it's done because there's no reshaping it afterwards."
"Interesting, any other perks to it?" Cole said as he picked up the helmet, even though he sounded completely sold on the suit.
"Um, I do believe it has a targeting heads up display. Other than that, I'm not sure."
"Uh-huh, and how much does this cost?" Garrus said, as he focused his sight on her behavior. In his eyes, she was the typical scum that would extort the average person and smile while doing it. He confirmed this the instant he saw the sly smile cross her lips upon hearing his question.
"Well, this is quite a unique quarian suit," she replied, her voice thick with deceit. "I could probably let this go for… hmm… two-hundred thousand credits."
Cole's eyes immediately went wide as Garrus let out a disgusted scoff when they heard the steep cost of the suit. "This is a complete rip-off," Garrus said, his mandibles going slightly wide, then tightening. "Something like this couldn't be more than eighty-thousand credits, a hundred tops."
She just shrugs. "Perhaps, but when I make a deal with a criminal," she says as she stares directly at Cole – her eyes slightly squinted and full of delight, "it tends to make things more pricey."
Cole was not unfamiliar with extortion. His time with the Reds gave him all the experience he needed to deal with a situation like this. So, with a slight lean into the counter, he began the haggling process of setting the price for her silence. After heatedly going back and forth with the price, they eventually ended at a final price of one-hundred and thirty-seven thousand credits.
"Do we even have that many credits?"
"Our mutual friend gave me enough to cover pretty much any outlandish cost that may come up. It's the reason why the Normandy is being repaired." Cole then nods to the shop owner. "I take it you will not mention our presence to anyone, especially your kind?"
She chuckles and outstretches her arms. "This is Omega," she said, sounding very much like Aria, Cole thought. "Everyone here is free to do as they please. Whatever they need, they get for the right prices." She then drops her arms to her side and leans in closer to Cole. "So, yes, you were never here, and my shit-hole of a race won't catch wind of your scent."
"Good," he said before activating his omni-tool to send her the credits.
"A pleasure," she said after confirming that it went through.
"Let's go," he said, pulling the suit and armor plates into his arms and immediately heading out the store. However, Garrus remained, and the second Cole was out of earshot, he grabbed the scruff of her top and pulled her near his face.
"Do not think for a second that you are getting out of this squeaky clean."
"It was a fair deal, turian," she said as she tried to pull away from his grasp over her.
"My ass it was," he said, his strength overpowering hers – all the while the individual slits in his nose flared open. "You make sure that mouth of yours stays shut or else I poke out your eyes one at a time with my claws."
"I'm a woman of my word. Besides, the way I understand it, Aria has a bit of a soft spot for Shepard. I wouldn't be in business anymore if she caught word of this interaction."
"Interesting," he said as he tossed off his grip on her. "It's dangerous to have her so intertwined with him."
"You're not wrong, Turian," she said as she straightened out her top. "But in this neck of the sector, it can prove to be a powerful ally."
"Garrus! Stop threatening the woman and let's go."
"How do you know I was threatening her?" he said as he walked out of the shop and met up with Cole.
"Because this is Omega, and you hate everyone here," he said, as his expression showed off a hint of amusement.
"Yeah, Omega left a pretty hefty mark on me, didn't it?" Garrus said with a slight chuckle as he reached for the scar on his face.
――――――
With the Normandy firmly docked for repairs, Cole announced to everyone that they should take leave for the next day or two, but to check in every eight hours. Omega had its rules, Aria's rules, and as long as you stayed within the sectors controlled by Aria, you were okay. However, it was swimming with several criminal syndicates and opportunistic individuals, all of which would love to know why the Normandy would be docked for a while.
But, with leave given to his crew, the Normandy had an unusual calm and emptiness to it, which was the perfect time for Doctor Chakwas and Tali to sterilize the Med-lab. For the most part, they cleaned in silence, as there was still an odd tension between the two of them ever since the reprimand of both her and Cole for their risky relationship.
"I have to say, it's been quite a while since this room has been completely sterilized," Chakwas said as she finished up the corner she had been cleaning and organizing. "I hope it will be sterile enough for you Tali."
"Well, we should do one last run of the decontamination protocols, just to be safe," Tali said as she, too, finished a corner she was working on.
"My scans of the room indicate that you both have completely sterilized it Tali." EDI said, her voice slightly startling both Tali and Chakwas. "It should be sufficient for your suit replacement."
"Thank you, EDI… I sometimes forget that you're capable of more than just flying the Normandy," Tali said, her tone ever so slightly giving away her lingering mistrust over the AI.
It had taken time for Tali to get used to having EDI, an AI, constantly in her face all the time. It was especially bad when she would go through her normal routine of checking over the Normandy only to have EDI question everything she would do or talked about doing.
Eventually, though, she had warmed to EDI. She was proof of what AI could be, and of what the Quarians aspired to create. Not something to enslave, but to work with and prosper with. That was a distant fantasy though, and no matter how friendly she could be with EDI, there would always be a part of her that would distrust her.
"The AI Core has been sterilized as well," Mordin said as he exited the room. "Will be ready to sterilize Shepard and your new suit in there."
"Thank you Mordin," Tali said, giving him a nod.
"Happy to help when I can. Also, good time to get the necessary DNA samples from both of you. Will have to be present when your suit is off."
Tali's eyes go wide slightly. "I don't need to be completely undressed for whatever it is you need, do I?"
"Realized that you might be uncomfortable with my presence. Will only be there for blood, skin, mucus, and saliva samples. However, will also need fluid sample produced from your vaginal walls," he said before producing the long slender tool needed to get the sample. "Will instruct Shepard how to use this to get the sample."
Chakwas immediately walks to Mordin and grabs the tool. "For her medical benefit, it would be best if I did this."
"Is a sample from there really necessary?"
"It is. This is the only way if you want to acclimatize yourself to Shepard within a short period of time."
"I uh..." Tali fumbles with her fingers and hands as the reality of what she had asked Mordin hits her fully. "Yes, okay…"
"Tali, it's best if we do this now before the Commander comes in with the new suit," Chakwas said as she guided her to one of the examination tables. "Mordin, if you would." She gestures for him to go into the AI Core.
"Of course," he said as he gave her a tube vial. "I will remain in there until Shepard's arrival."
Once Mordin had left the room, Chakwas heads to the panel that controlled the shutters for the Med-lab's windows and activates it. After hitting the panel for the shutters, she heads over to her desk and grabs two cylindrical containers and hands them to Tali.
"The one in blue is a double dose of antibiotics that you should take now." Tali nods, latches the container to her mouthpiece, and drinks the contents of it. Its taste was bitter, as it always was, but she was used to it as most Quarians were. "The green one is a singular dose of antibiotics, but you shouldn't take it until an hour or two after we're all done here."
Tali nods in response after she unlatched the container and set it aside. She then watches Chakwas head over to where she had left the tool and vial and grabs them. "It would be best if you lied down for this," Chakwas said as she gestured to the medical bed nearby. "You can seal off sections of your suit, correct?"
"Yes, Doctor Chakwas," Tali said as positioned herself onto the bed – the nervousness in her voice betraying her attempt at appearing calm.
"I know this is a bit nerve-wracking Tali, so I have to ask. Are you sure you want to do this?" Tali just stares at her for a few seconds before nodding sheepishly. "I need to hear you say it Tali."
She takes in her words and fierce stare. What struck her as odd was that she didn't sound angry, annoyed, or even put off. She was concerned, almost sounding like she was pleading for her life. It was in that moment she realized she may have overreacted to Chakwas's confrontation a day or so ago.
"I want this, Doctor Chakwas. It's foolish I know, but I love him, and I want to be with him. Truly with him."
"Even if it means your death?"
"Yes."
The instant she said yes, Chakwas let the doctor side of her fall away. Her expression morphing into kindness, almost sorrowful looking. "There's only been one other person to show me that kind of determination, especially after I told him to take it easy after being wounded. It's a special kind of stubbornness that I always fear will be the death of him, and yet he has proven otherwise. You know of who I speak of," she said, giving Tali a cutesy smile – making Tali let out a small chuckle.
"I don't like risking my patient's lives or having them risk it themselves foolishly, but I see now that you are taking this seriously. So, please let me know if you need anything from me or want my help."
Tali nods, "I will."
"Good," she said with a smile. "And from Karin, not the doctor, I have to say that your relationship… your love for the Commander has probably been one of the most beautiful things I've witnessed. You have brought out the best in him and I would imagine, he in you."
"I do not know about that," she said as she tilted her head to the side, "but he has changed my outlook about many things."
"Meaning Legion?" Chakwas said as she sterilized the medical tools.
"Legion, and the Geth in general. I don't know… it brought a glimpse of how we are supposed to work with them. Though I doubt my kind will consider such a proposal."
"Well, if Shepard changed your mind about the Geth, perhaps he can do the same for the rest of your kind."
"Perhaps we deal with one life altering thing at a time, Doctor Chakwas."
"Heh, you're right," she said just before pulling out a mask from her medical cabinet and putting it on. "Right, well, do what you need to do to seal off your suit, then we can proceed."
Tali activates her omni-tool and goes through the process of sealing off her suit as close to the area being exposed as possible, then enters the process to break the seal of that section of her suit. Once everything was done, she looks to Chakwas and gives her a nod before reaching down to peel apart the seam in that area.
The next few minutes were met with minor discomfort to slight tinges pain as Chakwas carefully gathered the sample Mordin needed. Once she finished, she stands up and gives Tali a nod. "Right, I'm done here."
Just as Tali moved to reseal her suit, Joker's voice comes through the speakers in the room. "Doctor Chakwas, Shepard just alerted me that he's on his way from the shops."
"Good," she said as she pulled down her mask. "Tell him that when he gets here, to grab Samara from her chambers. We'll need her to keep these rooms sterilized."
"Will do."
"I swear," Tali said as she fumbled over her omni-tool to reseal her suit, "he listens in on everyone's conversation. He always comes in just before or after something has happened or a conversation."
"I don't listen in on people… all the time. I do have a ship to fly, as well as a personal life."
"You just proved what I said."
"I just have impeccable timing, or Shepard does, in this case."
Chakwas chuckles to herself as she corks the vial and disposes of her medical garbs. "We get the picture Joker, now go tell Shepard what I told you."
"Right, right, I'll tell him."
Over the next ten to fifteen minutes, Tali, Chakwas, and eventually Mordin go through the motions of triple checking the cleanliness of both the Med-lab and AI Core. While EDI confirmed both spaces were completely sanitized, it didn't dissuade them from checking again.
As they went over the readout of the scans for both rooms, Cole's voice comes through the intercom of the door.
"Hey Doctor Chakwas, I'm here with Samara as requested. What do we need to do?"
"Ah, good you're here. Samara, are you capable of placing multiple biotic fields around things?"
"Within reason, yes."
"If you can, I would like for you to place a field around yourself, Shepard, and the door. It should prevent any contaminants from entering the clean rooms."
"It will be done." A few moments of silence pass before her voice comes through the intercom again. "It is done."
"Fantastic. Opening the door now," Chakwas said as she moved over to hit the panel.
Tali, standing back at the medical table, watches Samara and Cole float into the Med-lab with a purplish-blue skintight field around them. Both were brandishing smiles, with Cole holding her new suit.
"We'll be cleaning everything in the AI Core room, if you would please follow me," Chakwas said, leading the way to the room.
Samara stayed put and glided Cole with Chakwas and Mordin into the next room. Once the door closed behind them, she spins herself around, nods to Tali, and heads out of the room.
"Samara," Tali said, stopping her from exiting so quickly, "thank you for your help."
She turns her head. "You are more than welcome, Tali. I hope everything goes well," she said before giving her one last nod and exiting the room and removing the barriers.
Tali always hated the waiting. This was her third time changing her suit. The first time was to replace the suit that had breached when she was running from Fist's goons. Sure, she had properly sealed it, and it would have last for quite some time, but Cole wasn't comfortable with it and ordered a new suit for her. It struck her rather humorous, as she was in a similar situation again.
The second time was to change out of that suit and accept an upgraded one that she wore now. As much as she liked her current suit, the crack in her visor was a ticking time bomb. If she was at the Flotilla, she would have just requested a replacement for her visor or helmet, but they didn't have the time to stop there. All that she could hope for was that this suit would be more durable, especially if she was going to have another fight with Ashley.
Though, before she could get lost in her thoughts about Ashley, the door to the AI Core room opened, revealing both Cole and Mordin. Both were wearing masks, though Mordin was dressed further with a surgical gown and gloves. He followed Cole to Tali with a pushcart filled to the brim with various tools, vials, and syringes.
"Looks like you're about to undergo a major procedure, Mordin," Cole said, half turning his head towards Mordin.
"Have quite a few samples to procure. Also, need to maintain maximum safety with Tali." Mordin parks the pushcart beside the table Tali was leaning on. "While her natural adaptation to you is in process, I am a new contagion. Best to keep my exposure to her at a minimum."
After Cole set aside the new suit, Mordin grabs a syringe and looks to them both. "So, shall we get started?"
Cole looks to Tali, "So this is what it feels like to be a guinea pig."
One after another, after another, Mordin draws every sample he needed from both of them. Blood, saliva, mucus, and skin samples were taken – the skin samples being the most painful. Cole had gone first, allowing Tali the time to remove both sleeves from her suit to give him access to gather what he needed.
After securing all the samples he needed, he grabs one last container that had a screw top on it and hands it over to Cole. "Just need one last sample from you Shepard."
"Let me guess," Cole said as he turned over the container, "based on the size of this, you're wanting a semen sample."
"That is correct, yes." A slight blush fills Cole's face as he continues to stare at the container. "Will give you privacy, though do not take too long. Would like to start my experimentation as soon as possible."
"Of course, Mordin," Cole said, giving him a nod. "Time is of the essence."
"Enjoy," Mordin said, his eyes giving off the smile underneath his mask as he takes his leave of the room and enters the AI Core.
"So…," Cole said as he spun to Tali.
"I think we were just given permission to have sex," Tali said, her voice sounding playful.
"I'm pretty sure that's not what he was going for."
"Well, how else are you supposed to produce said specimen?" she said as she activated her omni-tool to release the rest of the seals on her suit.
"You can't leave because that would contaminate the room, and I can't imagine you could concentrate with your bondmate in the room. So," she finishes releasing her suit and reaches up to her helmet and pulls off the front portion of it, "clearly I'm supposed to be involved in the process."
A shiver goes down Cole's spine as his eyes met with Tali's solid colored, glowing silver eyes. Her unique beauty, along with her playful banter, caused him to flash back to their first time together. That night felt so fast-paced that he never really took the chance to take in her features fully. This time, he would miss that opportunity.
"You are… so beautiful Tali," he said before pulling off his mask and leaning in to kiss her – which she hungerly accepted.
After a few moments of passionate kissing, Tali pulls back slightly. "We don't have much time, let's make the most of it," she said before snaking her hands down to his belt buckle.
――――――
"I cannot believe you told him to 'enjoy'," Chakwas said as she helped Mordin seal up all the samples. "They do not have the time for any… fraternizations, in my Med-lab."
Mordin puts up a hand in defense. "Know time is precious. They know that too. Have faith that they will be responsible."
"Not in my Med-lab."
"Perhaps if I put it differently. Shepard under a great deal of stress," he widens out his arms and puts them parallel for his gesturing. "Stress is causing Reaper attacks. Reaper attacks need to be stopped, delayed. Intercourse perfect way to release stress. Could save his life."
"Not in my Med-lab," she said with even more severity.
"Hmm… well, would be rude to interrupt now."
――――――
Over the next several minutes, Tali took the opportunity to service Cole with his need to produce the last sample for Mordin. Both took pleasure in the moment, but it was Tali that had the most. She was in control of the moment. She decided when the climax would be reached.
With their first time together, they played it safe, especially when they were on the cusp of attacking the Collectors directly. However, if they survived, she wanted to explore more. So, when they had succeeded, she researched other things to do when they could be together again. What she found, though, quickly turned her off. In the end, she went to Jack for advice and quickly found that she was more than eager to help her explore whatever opportunities she wanted to take.
"Now, I know nothing about romantic sex. Not even sure that's a thing, but I do know how to have a good time," she said, brandishing a devilish smile. "So, how deep do you want to go?"
"Well, most of the things I saw on the extranet were rather gross."
"See, that's where you went wrong. Most of that stuff on the extranet is kinky shit, and the stuff that's not is probably not up your alley just yet."
"Right…"
"Hmm…," Jack takes a moment to size Tali up, "I won't ask about your experience, but I think I can safely assume that you haven't done much. So, I'd start simple."
"Okay…"
"Doggy style is a classic. Reverse cowgirl is a hit or a miss. Depends if you like to look at your lover, so just stick with cowgirl if you haven't tried it yet. Hmm… oral could be a thing for you too, though I'm not sure how you feel about it. I personally like it."
"Um… I'm not sure how safe that is for me and Shepard."
"Ah, right," Jack said as she nodded and pointed to her, "the whole dextro DNA shit. You should look into any substances that can help you both take in each other's fluids because eventually, some of it is going to get in your mouths."
"I uh… yeah, sure."
"Ooh, a hand job would be interesting with you."
"A hand job?"
"Yeah, you know," Jack then makes the universal motion of what a hand job is.
"Oh! Right."
"It's more for him than you, but I've gotten off on that. There's something powerful about controlling them and when they get to cum."
While Tali didn't fully understand what Jack meant back then, it all made sense now. She drank in his stance and expression of passion and submissiveness with him in her hands. Of course, that submissiveness didn't last long.
As he was being drawn close to finishing, he took the opportunity to peel Tali out of her suit to gain purchase of her body. Muffled moans and groans filled the room as they assaulted one another. A month of pent-up frustration being quickly released.
"Tali… I'm about to…," Cole said, breaking contact with her lips and leaning his forehead onto hers.
"Okay," she whispered to him with a smile.
Her motions over him quicken as she brought up the container to the necessary position. While this was not the most romantic or sexiest thing for either of them, there was so much pent-up desire and lust that neither of them really cared.
Soon enough, the release happened, both physically and emotionally. Even though there wasn't a huge amount of physical activity that had transpired, Cole was panting heavily. He had wrapped himself up so much into the lustful atmosphere that it had exhausted him.
Tali slowed her motion as Cole leaned his head onto her bare chest. A smile crossing her lips as she got a sliver of the connection she desperately needed with their relationship. She wanted more; she wanted the complete package deal, but today was not the day for that. With Mordin's help, however, that day would come soon.
