"Another successful cos play day done!" Tamaki boasted proudly.
"Yes, Royalty was a most intriguing for the guests," Kyoya said writing in his book.
"I still don't see why I had to be dress as princess for it," Haruhi muttered as she helped with the clean up.
"It fit the mood Haruhi," said the twins.
"I think you look super cute as a princess Haru-Chan!" Hunny said.
"Thanks Hunny-Senpai," Haruhi said, casually continuing with her clean up. She started picking up a few scattered about the throne Tamaki had been sitting on during Royalty Cos-play and happened to pick up the scepter he had held as a part of his costume. At a glance, it didn't seem all that special. It had a long gold handle with a red jewel on top. But as Haruhi got a better look at it, she couldn't help but notice some strange markings imprinted on the jewel itself. Along with some kind of wording inscripted along the handle.
"Hey Senpai?" Haruhi called out, "where did you get this scepter from?"
"Oh, I found it in a a random room at the manner. It look so regal it inspired me to suggest royalty day," Tamaki said.
"Any idea what these markings or wording mean?" Haruhi asked as she walked over to him with the scepter.
"Hmm?" Tamaki said. He took it and looked it over. "I didn't notice these before. I don't think I know what they mean."
Kyoya leaned over and studied the scepter himself.
"They do appear some kind of ancient symbol," he said, "I suppose I could look them up if everyone ia curious enough."
"I want to know what they mean," Hunny said eagerly.
"Well alright," Kyoya said as he walked over to his laptop and began working.
"Hey let us get a look at this thing," Hikaru and Kaoru said as they tried grabbing the scepter from Tamaki.
"What? No!" Tamaki said as he tried to pull it back.
"Oh come on boss, we won't hurt it!" Kaoru said.
"Yes, but it could be special! Important!" Tamaki argued.
"Then why were you waving it around like a toy all during club?" Hikaru snapped back.
"I was merely using to fulfill my role as king!" Tamaki shouted. The three continued to struggle over the scepter.
"Oh brother," Haruhi muttered as she walked over to the fight, "guys come on, don't be petty and childish with. Let's just give the scepter to Kyoya-Senpai to look up."
"Then tell them to let go!" Tamaki shouted.
"Okay, if you insist," the twins said evily as they suddenly let go. The sudden impact caused Tamaki to stumbled back and fling the scepter into the air.
Haruhi looked up as the scepter sailed up and came down towards her so fast that she didn't have a chance to move.
Tamaki looked up in time from his fall to see the scepter strike Haruhi on the head knocking her out!
"Haruhi!" he shouted.
"Haruhi!" The twins also shouted.
"Haru-Chan!" Hunny shouted as well.
Mori meanwhile raced to Haruhi and carefully lifted her up, right as Kyoya looked up from his laptop.
"Get her to the sofa, now!" he ordered.
Mori did was he was told and gently laid her on the sofa.
"Haruhi! Speak to me!" Tamaki tried to say as he tried to shake her.
"Tamaki don't!" Kyoya told him, "you could make her worse!"
"This is all your fault! You devils!" Tamaki accused the twins.
"Our fault?! You're the one that wouldn't let us get a look in the first place!" Hikaru and Kaoru shouted back.
"Quite! All of you! None of that matters now!" Kyoya spoke up. He inspected Haruhi. "I don't see any large bumps, so hopefully she doesn't have a concussion. She will need some ice at least!"
"Takashi!" Hunny ordered. Mori nodded and was gone in a flash.
"Do we have to take her to a hospital?" Hunny asked worried.
"Maybe, she's at least breathing ok," Kyoya said.
"Oh Haruhi please wake up!" Tamaki pleaded with tears.
Suddenly they all heard a moaning.
"Was that Haruhi?!" Hikaru asked eagerly.
"Is she coming around?!" Kaoru asked in a similar way.
"I think she is, give her some space," Kyoya instructed. Everyone quickly backed away.
They watched as Haruhi started to stir.
"Haruhi?" Tamaki said softly.
Haruhi slowly started to open her eyes...
