Exodus

Cybertron, once a beautiful metallic world, has now been ravaged by war. A war between the Autobots, who fight for freedom and equality, and the Decepticons, who fight for tyranny and conquest. So many lives have been lost and sacrificed for the sake of their world, that now there is hardly much left to fight for.

Now the Autobots battle the Decepticons for whatever scrounge of Energon they can find, all in order to survive and to aide in the fight to try and restore their home.

But fate may bring them hope yet...

Down below on the war-torn streets, two Cybertronian cars, one that was yellow with a bulky front, and the second one green, drove along the streets, with the yellow one carrying six glowing blue cubes of Energon. They drove quickly, but also very carefully, as they did not want to lose their precious cargo, or attract any unwanted attention.

"How's it looking out there, Brawn?" The yellow car asked his partner.

"Not much activity on my scanners, Huffer." The green car answered. "Too bad, though. I was kind of hoping to scrap a few Cons along the way."

"All that matters is getting these Energon cubes to Prime." Huffer replied. "I wonder what he needs them for anyway."

"Hard to say. He's been doubling our efforts in finding Energon lately, like he's got something big planned."

"Yeah, well maybe he's..." Huffer stopped talking for a brief moment, before he started to slow down with Brawn following suit.

"What? What's the matter?" Brawn asked.

"Quiet." Huffer whispered. "Do you hear that?"

Brawn listened carefully as he began to hear something in the distance. As he listened closely, it almost sounded like jet engines, but can only mean-

"SEEKERS!" Brawn exclaimed.

Sure enough, flying overhead was an armada of Cybertronian jets heading straight for them. A few of them fired missiles at them, but they managed to swerve out of the way, but did get rocked a bit by the explosions that followed.

"That was too close!" Brawn exclaimed.

"We need to ditch these Decepti-losers! We can't risk them following us and discovering our base!" Huffer said.

From a distance, a blue and white Decepticon with a faceplate covering all of his face and a red visor for eyes stood on top of a building, and watched the two Autobots drive off. This was the Decepticon's communication chief, Soundwave.

"Ravage, Eject! Operation: Confiscation!" Soundwave said in his monotone, robotic voice, before opening his chest and ejecting a large cassette that transformed into a robotic feline creature that ran towards the direction the Autobots were going.

"Think we lost them?" Brawn asked.

"I don't know." Huffer answered. "Maybe they're going to circle around and-" All of a sudden, Ravage jumped out of nowhere, landed on Huffer's carrier, and tried to take the Energon cubes. "I've got a hitchhiker!"

"Hold on!" Brawn said as he transformed into his robot mode and jumped up while doing a spin kick, hitting Ravage off of his friend.

Ravage bounced off the ground a couple of times before he landed back on his feet and charged at the Autobot, before pouncing on him to the ground. Brawn grunted in pain as Ravage tried to claw and bite his head off, but he managed to get one of his feet up and kick the feline Decepticon off of him.

Huffer drove behind some rubble and lifted up his carrier to pour his Energon cubes onto the ground, before transforming into his robot mode and pulled out his Energon blaster. He saw Ravage about to charge at Brawn again, but one shot from Huffer sent it flying back and crashed into the side of a ruined building.

"You alright, partner?" Huffer asked his friend, who regrouped with him.

"Yeah, I've been through worse." Brawn said as he pulled out his blaster. "You know, whenever there's Ravage, there's always..." The sounds of metal footsteps were heard as the two of them looked across and spotted Soundwave walking in their direction, with Ravage walking by his side. "...Soundwave."

"Decepticons, attack!" Soundwave exclaimed as he pointed at the two Autobots.

That was the signal as multiple Decepticons came out of hiding, with the Seekers transforming and landing on the ground, before firing their blasters at the two Autobots. Huffer and Brawn hid behind the large pieces of rubble for cover as they returned fire upon their enemy, shooting down a few of them before ducking for cover.

"Keep that Energon secure!" Brawn ordered as he continued to fire at the Decepticons, before he got shot in the shoulder. "GAH!"

"Brawn!" Huffer exclaimed with worry as he popped up and fired at a couple more Decepticons and killed them. He knelt down by Brawn and checked his wound. "How you feeling?"

"Lousy." Brawn answered before raising his blaster. "Look out!"

Brawn shot at a Decepticon that came up behind them, killing it instantly. Both Autobots rose up and continued to fire upon their enemies, killing a few more in the process. One tried to come in close, but did a knee kick that knocked it to the ground and shot at it while it was down.

Soundwave watched on and realized that they need a different approach if they want to take these Autobot's supply of Energon. He looked behind the Autobots and noticed the building right by them and decimated and unstable it looked. He turned towards a purple and yellow Decepticon with a shoulder-mounted cannon and addressed him. "Impactor, fire upon that building."

"You got it." Impactor said as he knelt down and aimed his shoulder-mounted cannon at the building. "Get scrapped, Autobot scum!"

Impactor fired his Energon cannon, shooting the building behind Huffer and Brawn, and creating an explosion that sent multiple pieces of rubble heading right straight towards them. The Autobot duo gasped in shock before they jumped out of the way, managing to avoid getting crushed by the incoming debris. The two Autobots groaned and were about to get back up, but paused when they looked to see them being surrounded by the Decepticons, with their weapons aimed at them.

Soundwave stepped forward with Ravage transformed and returned back into his chest compartment. "The Energon, Autobots. Hand it over."

"You can take our Energon, when you pry it from our cold dead servos." Brawn said as he and Huffer glared at the Decepticon.

"Terms..." Soundwave deployed a Gatling gun on his shoulder and aimed it at the duo. "...accepted."

Before anything else could happen, everyone paused when they heard the revving up of multiple engines sounded in the distance. The Decepticons and two Autobots looked to the side and noticed three vehicles driving in their direction. One vehicle was a large red and blue Cybertronian truck, the second was a sleek black and white Cybertronian police car, and the final was a small yellow and black Cybertronian car.

One of the Seekers looked terrified as he recognized the truck. "It's Optimus Prime!"

All the Decepticons began to fire upon the incoming Autobots, but they managed to swerve out of the way, allowing the larger one to use one of the debris pieces as a ramp to fly up into the air, before transforming into robot mode and deploying his axe. Optimus took a few swings in the air, decapitating a couple of Seekers, before landing back on the ground and took out his blaster before firing back.

The black and white police car swerved from side to side, tripping up a few Decepticons along the way before transforming into robot mode and delivered a kick on Impactor, sending him flying back and crashing into the ground. A couple other Decepticons came up on both his sides, but the black and white Autobot crouched down and managed to shoulder throw one of the Decepticons into the adjacent one.

The smaller car transformed into robot mode as well and kicked a large stone right into the head of a Decepticon, before deploying his blaster in one hand and fired back at a couple of Decepticons. One Seeker tried to sneak up from behind him, but the Autobot reacted in time and transformed his other hand into an energy stinger, before jabbing it at the Seeker, causing it to freeze up and fall back limp.

Huffer and Brawn smiled with relief, now that the cavalry has arrived, before they got back up and opened fire at the Decepticons. Brawn holstered his gun, as he now went on the direct approach and delivered a couple punches on a Seeker, and finished it off with a headbutt to the chest and sent it back.

Soundwave, now seeing that the battle was no longer in their favor, Soundwave decided it was better to fall back then lose more of their forces. "Decepticons, retreat!" With that said, all of the Decepticons that survived transformed into their vehicle modes and either drove or flew away from the battle.

Optimus retracted his axe back into his arm and looked towards the small yellow and black and white Autobot's. "Good work, Prowl, Bumblebee."

"No problem, Optimus." Bumblebee said with a nod.

"All in a day's work, sir." Prowl said respectively.

Optimus nodded before turning to Huffer and Brawn. "Are you two alright?" Optimus asked in concern for his troops.

"We're alright, Prime." Brawn replied sheepishly. "It was touch and go, but honestly, nothing we've never been through before."

"We managed to complete the mission though." Huffer said as he went behind the rubble and picked up the stack of Energon cubes.

"Good work, Huffer." Optimus acknowledged, though he did look down sadly. "Is this all the Energon that you were able to recover."

"I'm sorry, Prime, but the Decepticons are just as desperate in their search for Energon as well, considering they to are running low in stock." Brawn said with regret.

"And since they already horde whatever supplies they have left, security on them is tight." Huffer continued. "We were lucky to make away with just this much."

"Every little bit of Energon helps." Optimus said as he placed a hand on both Brawn and Huffer's shoulders. "With this supply we are just a few more steps closer in achieving our goal."

"Sir, you still haven't told us, or the troops, why you and Perceptor need this much Energon." Prowl inquired.

"All will be revealed in due time, Prowl. For now, we must return to base." Optimus said before he and the others transformed and drove off down the road.

They drove for about an hour until they came upon a condemned building that, like many of the architecture left on Cybertron, was completely rundown and close to being in pieces. As they got closer to the building, a hidden door opened up on the ground, which the Autobots drove down into. They continued to drive in a downward slope, with the occasional turn here and there, until they finally came into a flat path through a tunnel and drove forward.

A large set of doors were at the end of the tunnel, but they soon opened when the Autobots came close. With the doors opened, the Autobots transformed into robot mode and looked around their underground base, watching multiple floor levels filled with Autobots of various size and color schemes conversing with one another. There were even a few Autobots with injuries lying along the side of the wall that were being looked over by medical officers.

"Autobots!" Optimus called out, garnering the every Autobot's attention. "Please gather around. There is much to discuss."

All the Autobots looked towards one another and walked in close to Optimus, while the ones on the higher levels stepped to the edge and leaned on the railings. Optimus stepped up onto a makeshift pedestal, so that way he could address everyone gathered.

"The mission to retrieve more Energon has been a success." Optimus said, earning a few congratulatory claps and words of acknowledgment from the troops. "Now I feel that it is time that I inform you all on why we have been so desperate in our search for Energon."

"I remember you telling us it was because of a project you and Perceptor have been working on." A large red and silver Autobot spoke up.

"That is correct, Ironhide." Optimus said. "Throughout this war, Cybertron has suffered greatly. We have fought valiantly for the preservation of our planet, but unfortunately, our efforts have been unsuccessful, and now we stand upon a dying world, with its natural resources diminishing every cycle."

"Optimus, what are you saying?" Bumblebee asked in a worried tone.

"What I am saying, is that we must look to an outside source, in order to help turn the tide of this war. For if we are to survive, then we can no longer do it while hiding down in these caverns." Optimus said, as he had no idea how they were going to react to this, but he feels it is time for them to know what he had in mind. "It is with a heavy spark, that I deliver this news to you."

"We must leave Cybertron." Optimus declared.

All of the Autobots looked in shock by what their leader was suggesting. Was he seriously announcing that they leave their home, the very planet that they have shed Energon trying to protect? The very planet where so many lives were lost in trying to liberate it from the Decepticons? If they leaved, then what would all of that amount towards?

Many Autobots voiced their shock more with some even yelling in outrage at the notion. Optimus stood there with a look of understanding, fully expecting this kind of reaction. What he was suggesting probably sounded like a full-scale retreat, and thus announcing their loss in the war.

"Quiet! Let him speak!" A blue colored female Autobot with wheels on her shoulders called out, getting the crowd to go silent. "Go ahead, Optimus. Tell us why you think we should leave our home."

"Thank you, Chromia." Optimus said with gratitude, before addressing the troops again. "Our war with Decepticons have left our planet in ruins. Staying here and continuing the fight with what little resources we have, would mean certain doom for our race. In order for to live on and fight another day, we must journey across the stars, and find a new source of Energon on a new world. Only then will the Autobots live on."

The crowd whispered amongst each other, starting to see the reasoning behind this plan. Still though, Cybertron was their home, so it wouldn't be easy to just abandon it.

"Please know that I do not make this decision likely. The Cybertron we stand upon may be dying, but the one that we remember, the one that we continue to protect, will continue to live on through us." Optimus declared in determination. "We will carry on the memories of everything we have fought for, everything we have lost, and sacrificed, through our sparks. We will scour the universe in search of a new home rich with Energon, where our race will continue to live on."

This got more of the Autobots to understand their leader's reasoning. So long as they remembered the Cybertron they remembered, the Cybertron they fought for, it will continue to live on through them. If they don't survive this, then none of their battles would have meant anything.

"Until we are able to leave Cybertron, we will continue to fight for our future. We must still search for as much Energon as we can, to add to our reserves so that we may leave our home, and search across the stars for a new one." Optimus said as he raised his fist up into the air. "Until that day. Till all are one."

"Till all are one!" All the Autobots declared with their fists raised up.

"Thank you, everyone." Optimus said gratefully, before turning to a red and black Autobot, with a large scope on his shoulder. "Now then, Perceptor, if you please."

"Certainly, Optimus." Perceptor said as he stepped up and stood by his leader. "Now then, the reason we have been gathering as much Energon as we can is because of this." Perceptor pressed a button on his arm, which activated a large monitor behind him that displayed an image of a very large golden ship. "This shuttle will be used to carry all our forces across the stars, until we are able to find a suitable planet. The Science Division has begun construction already, and we will be able to leave within stellar cycles. We just need to find the necessary amounts of Energon needed to power the vessel.

"Still though, without a clear destination in mind, we'd just be floating in space completely blind." Chromia said with concern.

"That is why I will be sending a scouting party on a smaller shuttle to search for a suitable new world for us to take refuge." Optimus said. "When they find a planet that we can gain salvation in, they will transmit it's coordinates to the Ark." The leader of the Autobots looked across the crowd until his eyes set on a single Autobot. "Prowl, I have chosen you to lead this scouting mission."

Prowl looked in surprise at Prime pointing him out to lead such an important mission, leading to him stepping forward to address his leader. "Prime, are you sure you want me to lead this mission?"

"You have proven to be a remarkable soldier; showing a unique set of skills and valor that have the makings of a leader. I wouldn't have chosen you for this task if I didn't think you could accomplish it." Optimus said, having the utmost confidence in his fellow Autobot.

Prowl still looked a little uncertain, but nodded in determination and did a salute. "Yes, sir. I will assemble a crew of the finest Autobot squadron I can gather."

"That will not be necessary, Prowl. Your squad has already been chosen and will be ready to deploy as soon as I speak with them." Optimus said.

"Oh, well then, I will await deployment, sir." Prowl said in surprise at not being able to choose his squad, but he would trust his leader's judgement in the recruitment.

"Now then, everyone return to your posts. We have a long venture ahead of us, and we must be prepared." Optimus said, having every Autobot return to what they were doing beforehand.

The only Autobot that remained with Optimus was Bumblebee, who had an uncertain look on his face. "Permission to speak, Optimus."

"You do not need my permission to speak me, Bumblebee." Optimus said. "What is wrong."

"Well, it's just...are you sure there's no other way?" Bumblebee asked with concern. "Cybertron is our home, it's everything we've ever known. Don't you think we should stay and fight for it."

"I wish there was another way, old friend, but Cybertron is lost." Optimus said with regret in his voice. "We've drained this planet from our constant fighting, and now it is on the verge of being uninhabitable for our kind. We must leave, if there is any hope for our survival."

"I'm sorry for asking, sir. I know you couldn't have made this decision lightly." Bumblebee said before giving a chuckle. "Guess I can tell Hot Rod and Blurr that we won't be having that rematch race on Velocitron anytime soon."

Optimus smiled beneath his faceplate and patted Bumblebee on the shoulder. "A day may come when you will have that race again, but for now you must prepare."

"Prepare for what?" Bumblebee asked in confusion.

"I have chosen you to be part of the scouting party to find us a new home." Optimus said, surprising the smaller yellow bot.

"Seriously? That's...that's such an honor."Bumblebee said with a surprised smile. "Are you sure you want me, though? I mean, I'm only just a scout."

"And that is precisely why you are the perfect choice for this mission." Optimus said with certainty. "As the best scout in the Autobots, you will be able to determine if the worlds you discover are safe enough for us to set up a base. I have the utmost confidence in your skills, and I know you can do this."

Bumblebee smiled at the amount of trust Optimus was placing in him. This mission may just be the most important assignment he has ever been given, and Primus forbid he will make sure to complete it. This was for their future, and he will not fail.

"I won't let you down, Optimus." Bumblebee said with a smile.

"I know you won't, Bumblebee." Optimus said with a smile as well.

Prowl and Optimus rode up on an elevator that took them to the shuttle bay, where the ship he would command was prepped for the mission. When they reached their floor, they saw a large black and white shuttle with wings that bore the Autobot mark. There was a white Autobot with red and green stripes on his chest and legs, had a faceplate covering his lower face, and flaps on the side of his head.

"Each of the five members of this squad, including you, has been chosen for their unique set of skills." Optimus said. "These skills will not only aide in your mission, but will also ensure your survival, in case you encounter any trouble."

"I'm sure you've chosen an excellent team, sir." Prowl said confidently. If Prime had chosen this squad personally, then these must be the best soldiers in the entire Autobot faction. Prowl then turned his attention to the Autobot that was working on the hull of the ship. "How's she looking, Wheeljack?"

"She's ship shape and ready for flying." Wheeljack said, with his flaps lighting up every time he said a word, before looking at the ship with pride. "Prowl, I give you the Sky Lynx. She may be way smaller than the Ark, but this baby is going to be the best ship I've ever put together."

"Thank you for this, Wheeljack." Optimus said.

"It's not going to blow up when we're in orbit, is it?" Prowl asked as he gave Wheeljack a raised eyebrow.

"Hey, not everything I make explodes!" Wheeljack exclaimed, before giving a sheepish look. "Most of the time." Prowl just shook his head, while Optimus smiled underneath his faceplate.

The elevator sounded up again, indicating that Prowl's appointed squad has just arrived. The Autobot Lieutenant stood at attention, ready to meet this highly recommended unit, handpicked by their leader himself. When the elevator opened up, this crew was...

...not entirely what he was expecting.

Three Autobots got off the elevator, with the first being Bumblebee, who's not a bad choice in Prowl's opinion. He's worked with Bumblebee plenty of times, and had great respect for the young scout. The second Autobot was was a white with red stripes going down his arms, red legs, and a large red stripe going down his chest with a white shield in the middle with the Autobot mark on it. The third member of the squad was an Autobot whose head, arms, and legs were blue while his chest was silver, had wheels on his shoulders, and eyes were covered by a visor.

"Prowl, meet your squad." Optimus said as the red and white Autobot stepped up. "This is Red Alert, your Medical Officer, as well as Mechanic."

"Happy to be a part of this mission, sir." Red Alert said with a salute, but before Prowl could salute back, the medical bot shined a light that scanned him.

"Hey, what was that for?" Prowl asked, not liking being scanned without permission.

"Just making sure of a few things." Red Alert said before a display screen showed Prowl's image. "Let's see, no Cosmic Rust contaminant present, no Cybonic Plague infection, no micro parasites..."

"Im sorry...what?" Prowl asked in confusion.

"Well, we're going to be out in space for who knows how long, so I just want to make sure that we are not risking getting infected and not having the proper facilities to treat it." Red Alert said before he turned his attention to the ship and walked towards it. "That ship better be secured to survive asteroid impacts."

"Uh..." Prowl uttered, not really sure how to respond to that.

"Yeah, he can be a little paranoid, but in a way, it kind of what makes him a good doctor." Bumblebee said with a chuckle before walking to the ship.

Optimus then turned to the blue Autobot. "This you're geology specialist. He will help in determining if the planets you visit can sustain us."

"Beachcomber's the name, and geology's my game." Beachcomber said with laidback tone.

"Welcome aboard, Beachcomber." Prowl said as he held out his hand to shake.

Instead of the typical handshake, Beachcomber just slapped it in different spots before doing a fist bump, much to Prowl's annoyance. "Groovy man. Let's get this show on the road." Beachcomber said with a smile before walking to the shuttle.

"Wait...what just happened?" Prowl said in confusion while looking at his hand. Prowl soon noticed something as he counted in his head the number of Autobots that he just met. "Sir, you said five Autobots were selected for this mission. Counting me, I see four. Where is the fifth member of this team?"

Prowl got his answer when the elevator opened up again. Running out of the elevator was a light blue Autobot, who's head only had one yellow eye, a gatling gun on one of his shoulders, two helicopter blades on his back, one of his arms having a cannon, and the other arm having a claw-like clamp for a hand.

"I'm here! Sorry I'm late-WHOA!" The Autobot tripped as he ran, falling flat on his face. He looked up and noticed Optimus and Prowl staring at him, with the latter raising an eyebrow. This caused the Autobot to stand straight up quickly and salute, while trying to give a serious demeanor. "Autobot cadet Whirl, reporting for duty, sir!"

Finally, an Autobot that seemed to understand military decorum, though it was odd that a cadet was granted this mission. Prowl inwardly smiled with relief as he gave a salut back. "Welcome aboard, cadet. Please make your way to the ship."

"Yes, sir." Whirl said astutely, but his expression brightened up instantly as he ran straight for the ship. "This is so exciting! This the greatest experience of my life!"

Whelp, so much for military decorum.

Bumblebee saw him coming and instantly smiled. "Whirl, good to see you!"

"Bumblebee!" Whirl said happily as the two Autobots chest and fist bumped. "Can you believe this? How many times do you get to say you've been chosen to go to another planet!"

"I know, this is going to be something else." Bumblebee said as the two of them made their way inside the shuttle.

Prowl honestly had no idea what to say in this situation. In his mind, when he imagined going on this mission, he pictured exploring the stars with perfect, well-seasoned soldiers, not...not...not this.

"Um, sir, with all due respect...you can't be serious." Prowl said as he looked at his commander. "Besides Bumblebee, these Autobots don't seem like the most capable for this kind of mission."

Instead of feeling insulted by Prowl questioning his choices, Optimus gave a look of understanding. "I admit that these Autobots are an unconventional group, but I have faith that they will aide in this mission to the best of their abilities."

"Bumblebee I can understand, but everyone else, they just don't seem like capable soldiers." Prowl argued.

Optimus placed a hand on Prowl's shoulder before continuing on speak. "This mission does not require soldiers, it requires explorers. I know that this isn't what you're used to, but I wouldn't have chosen this team if they weren't capable of the task."

Prowl sighed in resignation. This squad wasn't what he would have chosen, but he will just have to work with what he's got. "Very well, sir. I won't let you down." With that said, Prowl finished with. Salute and made his way up the shuttle ramp before it closed up.

Inside the command deck of the ship, Prowl sat in the center chair overlooking the squad as they took different seats around the deck. Prowl took a calming breath, as he knows that this mission was the most important one in his life, so he was going to do his best to complete it.

A video screen was displayed to show Wheeljack. "All preflight checks are complete. You guys are ready to go." When he said that, the ceiling above the flight deck split open, giving them a place to launch.

"Thank you, Wheeljack." Prowl said as he closed the screen and looked at his crew with a critical look. "I don't need to tell you how important this mission is. That should already be a given. Our goal is clear; find a new hospitable world for the Autobots and signal the Ark. Now let's get it done."

"You got it, bossbot." Beachcomber said with an easy smile, causing Prowl to growl in annoyance.

"Red Alert, prepare for liftoff." Prowl said as Red Alert nodded and typed a few buttons on his console. Outside, the thrusters on the shuttle flared to life as it slowly lifted up into the air. As it got higher, the nose of the shuttle tipped upwards until it was pointing directly at the sky. "Launching in 3...2...1..." Prowl then pressed a single button on his console.

The ship's thrusters blasted with power as the shuttle shot straight up into the air and into the open space above. Autobot's from around the base watched the shuttle take off with hope in their eyes. They may have lost their home, but that ship was the key to their future.

Back on the flight deck, Optimus looked up at the shuttle, as its form became smaller the higher it went. "Good luck, Autobots. May Primus watch over you."

Sometime later...

Prowl sat down in his main chair on the bridge, overlooking the view of the stars in the front window. Bumblebee, Whirl, and Beachcomber sat in their own stations just doing their own business, with Red Alert nowhere in sight.

Prowl pressed a button on his chair, causing a screen to pop up, before speaking. "Sky Lynx mission log #75: It's been fifty stellar cycles since we left Cybertron, since we left to find a new home. Most likely, the Ark has already left Cybertron by now, meaning that it has become even more vital for us to locate a planet that we can call home. So far, the planets we visited have produced...less than satisfactory results, but I haven't given up. Me and my crew are ever diligent, and I feel in my spark that we are close. Prowl out."

"Okay, I spy with my one good eye, something...bright." Whirl said.

"Is it...the stars?" Beachcomber guessed.

"That's right!" Whirl said happily. "Okay, okay, let's try something else. I spy with my one good eye-"

"The stars again?" Bumblebee guessed with a smirk.

"Hey, I wasn't finished." Whirl complain, but then had a sheepish look. "But yeah, it was. How'd you know?"

"No offense, Whirl, but we've been spying eye-spying nothing but the stars." Bumblebee said as he looked out at the vast emptiness of space.

"Those stars do sure shine bright." Beachcomber said with smile as he leaned back in his chair. "You can hardly see them on Cybertron."

"You know what would make this trip really awesome?" Whirl said cheerfully. "Howe about a game of Cube?"

"Yeah!" Bumblebee and Beachcomber cheered.

"Whirl, what did I say about playing cube on the ship?" Prowl said sternly.

Whirl looked down and sighed. "To not to." Whirl said before muttering in the end. "Party pooper."

"How about some solar surfing? We can do that outside the ship." Beachcomber suggested.

"This is a priority one mission, not a vacation." Prowl said strongly. "We have a duty to our fellow Autobots, wherever they may be in the universe, to find a new home, so we mustn't slack off." Prowl took note that they were missing one member. "Where's Red Alert?"

The answer came when said Autobot medic came back into the command deck. "I'm right here, Prowl. I was just checking our engines, making sure their Energon fuel lines thoroughly connected."

"Didn't you check that, like, thirty times?" Beachcomber asked.

"And that was just today." Whirl added.

"One could never be too careful, especially when we are in need of some Energon ourselves." Red Alert noted as he took his seat.

"How much do we have?" Prowl asked.

"About enough to last us a stellar cycle, at most." Red Alert grumbled. "Right now, we need to find a world that can replenish our Energon, not just the ones on the Ark."

"Well, that moon with the Energon spring would have come in handy." Bumblebee said.

"Yeah, if not for the Energon sucking leaches." Whirl added.

"You know, they say that when you reach you're lowest point, good fortune is just around the corner." Beachcomber said sagely.

"Who says that nonsense?" Red Alert asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I forget." Beachcomber said with a shrug.

BAM!

The ship began to rock suddenly, causing the Autobot's to hold on to their chairs, or else they'd fall off. They looked towards the viewing window, wh9ch displayed a large purple ship with black outlines flying around them at top speeds. There was a turret on top of it that fired at them from every angle, causing explosions at every part it hit.

What really got the Autobot's attention, was the purple insignia on the wings of the ship. Something that sent a chill throughout their metal bodies.

"The Decepticons!" Bumblebee exclaimed in shock.

"What are they doing all the way out here?!" Whirl exclaimed in shock as well.

"It would stand to reason that they had the same idea as the Autobots. Perhaps looking for a new world, but instead of colonizing, they intend to conquer." Red Alert theorized.

Prowl narrowed his eyes in focus. "Bumblebee, Beachcomber, get on the guns, Whirl, prep the engines for warp travel, and Red Alert, divert as much power we can spare to shields."

"Yes, sir!" Everyone said as they got into positions.

Bumblebee and Beachcomber took the controls of turrets that popped out of the shuttle, and began firing upon the Decepticon ship. A few shots hit the enemy ship, but it just retaliated by firing an even faster barrage of blaster fire. Prowl took control of the ship and tried to fly out of its range, but the Decepticon vessel was able to keep up with little effort.

"Shields down to sixty percent. Even if the spare power, we won't last long." Red Alert said with alarm as his screens started flashing red.

"We're hitting it with everything we got, but it's just hitting us harder." Bumblebee said as he continued to fire upon the Decepticon ship.

"That ship isn't an exploration vessel, like this one. It's designed for hunting." Prowl said in frustration before looking at Whirl. "How are the warp engines coming along, Whirl?"

"We still need just a few minutes, sir!" Whirl said in alarm.

The Decepticon ship flew in closer, before it launched two cables that latched onto the Sky Lynx. The Autobots jerked forward as the ship came at a halt, before they could feel it getting pulled in by the vessel, making it easier for the enemy ship to fire upon them. One shot from the enemy ship hit just above the engines, causing an electrical surge to course all throughout the Sky Lynx.

The electrical surge coursed even inside the command bridge of the ship, causing the Autobots to grow concerned. The lights and screens throughout the bridge began to flicker before they completely turned off.

Bumblebee tried to fire at the enemy ship again, but the turret wouldn't even fire. "Gun's offline!" Bumblebee said in dismay.

"Red Alert, what's happening to the ship?!" Prowl exclaimed.

"They hit right above one of our Energon fuel line! It's cut off power to the bridge, but the engines are still flaring up!" Red Alert said as he tried to get systems back online, but nothing worked. He then gave a glare to Beachcomber. "What was that about good fortune around the corner, Beachcomber?"

"Well...I've been wrong before." Beachcomber said sheepishly.

"Sir, if the engines are still active..." Whirl said nervously, causing Prowl's eyes to widen.

'The warp jump!' Prowl thought in alarm. "Autobots, brace yourselves!"

That was when the warp engines fired up and the ship sped right through space at blinding speeds, but there was a very big problem. The Sky Lynx was still cabled up to the Decepticon ship, and started to drag it along with them. The stars were like streaks of light all around them, with their insane speed causing the Autobots to be pushed back against their seats.

"Red Alert...cut all...flows from our...fuel lines!" Prowl said through gritted teeth.

"But Prowl...our Energon..." Red Alert tried to argue.

"Will be useless...if we're dead!" Prowl countered.

Red Alert got what his superior was saying, and decided to follow as ordered. He managed to rip out a panel from his console and then dug inside to pull out a whole mess of wires. This caused the engines to shut down, and the two ships finally exit out of warp speed, which caused them to drift along right above a green and blue planet.

"That was a close one." Whirl said in relief.

"We still got Decepticons hooked to us." Beachcomber pointed out, as they were still cabled onto the enemy ship.

"Yeah, but it looks like their ship isn't doing too good either." Bumblebee said, as it looked like the warp jumped caused the Decepticon ship to get roughed up just as badly as they were.

All of a sudden, the Decepticon ship began to descend right towards the planet, and due to them still attached to the Sky Lynx, began to drag it along with them.

"That ship is caught in the planet's gravitational pull, and dragging us along with it!" Red Alert said in alarm.

"Not for long!" Bumblebee said as he raced out of the command bridge.

A hatch opened up and Bumblebee popped halfway out, before pulling out a large gun and aimed it right at the ship. He looked through the scope for a brief moment and focused, before firing two quick Energon shots right at the ship, destroying the link of the cables to the ship. This caused the Sky Lynx to still descend in a different direction than the Decepticon ship, until they couldn't even see their enemy anymore.

Bumblebee came back into the command bridge and sat back at his station. "They won't be dragging us around anymore."

"Good work, Bumblebee, but we're too far caught in the planet's gravity." Prowl said with regret.

"What do we do now?!" Whirl said in panic

"Um...brace for impact?" Beachcomber said with a nervous expression.

"I knew I should have stayed back on Cybertron!" Red Alert exclaimed.

"Autobots, get to the stasis pods! They're durable enough for us to survive the crash!" Prowl ordered as they all exited the command bridge.

The five Autobots made it to the stasis pod room and each of them got into their respective pods. This will put them in stasis mode for a while, and hopefully they'll wake up at the end of the day.

"See you guys on the other side." Bumblebee said hopefully, before the stasis pods closed around each of the Autobots.

The ship became surrounded by fire as it descended faster and closer to the planet. It appeared that it was going to crash right into the blue ocean, but then as it got closer, it turned out it was heading straight for a large island.

Kuoh Town

"Bam! Now you're done!" A young seven-year-old boy exclaimed as he played with a couple of robot action figures. The kid had brown hair, but had two streaks of different colored hair, with one streak being blue and the other streak being red.

"Kenta! It's time for bed!" A womam voice called out from outside his room, before the door opened to reveal his mother.

Awe, do I have to, mom?" Kenta asked in dismay.

"Sorry, sweetie, but you have school tomorrow." The mother said with an apologetic smile.

"But I don't like school." Kenta said sadly as he gained a sad look. "Ever since Irina left, I have no more friends."

His mother gave a sad smile as she patted her son on the head and gave him a soft smile. "I know things are tough now, but I promise that you will make lots of friends soon."

"You think so?" Kenta asked hopefully.

"I know so." His mother said. "Now come on, let's get to bed, mister."

"Okay." Kenta said with a sigh as he got up and put his toys away. "I'll go brush my teeth."

Kenta did all the basic necessities before bedtime, until his mother tucked him in, kissed him goodnight, and turned off his light before exiting his room. After about an hour, Kenta laid still and was about to let sleep completely overtake him.

But that didn't happen as he saw a bright light pass right through his window. Kenta gasped as he shot straight up from bed and opened the bedroom curtains, all to see a bright streak of light falling straight from the sky.

"A falling star!" Kenta said in amazement. An idea came to mind as he closed his eyes and clasped his hands in prayer. 'I wish...I wish for friends. Friends that will stick by me and go on awesome adventures with me.'

Kenta continued to pray, but due to his eyes a being closed, he never saw that instead of disappearing in the distance, the supposed 'falling star' continued to fall, until it went behind a hill and disappeared out of sight, unaware of it being the Autobot ship. The ship crashed right in the middle of a forest and dug a huge trench in its wake, until it finally came to a stop.

What Kenta never realized, was that his one wish was about to come true, in a very extreme and unorthodox way.

Hey everybody, hope you like what I've brought to you.

I have been wanting to do a Highschool DxD story for so long, I am so happy that I finally get to bring one out to you. Highschool DxD is one of my favorite harem anime, that along with Sekirei, which I plan to do a story on as well, just need to figure out what to crossover it with.

Anyway, I chose to crossover Highschool DxD with Transformers because I was inspired by SilverXScythe66 and his Highschool DxD/Transformers stories. If he's reading this, this one is for you man, for being such a huge inspiration towards me.

Now, just a few things to note...

1. I will have an OC that will replace Issei, because I hate Issei with a passion. I may like the anime/manga, but Issei is just so perverted that I tend to fast forward him every time he's on screen.

2. I want to start off with these 5 Autobots initially, before I bring in the rest of the Autobot faction to Earth, because I want them to slowly integrate with Earth and get a feel for what this planet has to offer, so that way they could teach it to the rest of the Autobots. The same could be said for the Decepticons, because they will appear as well.

3. These 5 Autobots will each have a small harem, but how are they going to have a harem of supernatural earth girls if they are giant robots? Well, that's my secret to keep for now. You'll just have to wait and see. Kenta, my OC main character, will have a bigger harem than these 5 Autobots, who each will have only 3 girls for their harem. Also, don't make any suggestions for their harems, I already have everything planned out for them.

4. For the looks of the Transformers characters, I guess you can take it up with your own interoperations. In my case, whenever I write these characters, I imagine how Netflix's War for Cybertron and Cyberverse would give them their classic looks, but would change it up a bit, so that's how I see them. Go ahead and picture them however you wish to see them, but that's the image I see when I write these famous robots. Whirl, however, is strictly based on his Cyberverse look.

5. The final thing I want to say is that this is not going to be based off of any Transformers media. I might have things that are based off a certain Transformers media, but throughout it all, this is going to have my own version of Transformers lore.

Next chapter is going to be a time skip to where we really get into the plot of the story. Can't wait to get started on writing that.

Well, that's it for the prologue, see you all next time, everyone! Stay healthy, stay safe!
