Sorry this took so long. I had to get a brand new computer because I accidentally broke my old one.
Deep in the dark emptiness of space, a large orange space ship zipped through an aseteroid belt with two hillbilly aliens at the wheel, with the larger one sound asleep, snoring hard.
The older of the brothers was much thinner and wore an orange-black jacket, red overalls, orange hat, and black gloves, belt, and belt pouches. His younger brother was much buffer and he had a flat-top haircut (which is covered by a hat with goggles on) and he wore an orange shirt, red overalls, and black gloves, belt and belt pouches.
But as the older brother flew through the belt, they passed a red security drone which scanned their vehicle and noticed that it was clearly not registered for travel in this quadrant. An alarm sounded, startling the younger brother up from his nap as the older brother growled angrily as they noticed the Plumber drone coming up their rear.
"Let me do all the talking here, 'Boid," the older brother, Octagon Vreedle, told his brother, Rhomboid. "Delicate situations such as these require a certain procedural acumen of which I happen to be well-versed."
"Uh..."
"Just be cool, man. Be cool."
The drone parked up to the side of the Vreedles' ship as Octagon opened the window and smiled.
"Evenin' officer, or mornin'. Difficult concept to determine out here in space. Is there a problem?"
Before the droid could even answer, Octagon took out his massive blaster and destroyed the drone at point blank range.
"Now," Octagon told his brother. "Can yous see how one might construe that there reaction of yours as a tad bit excessive if not wholly unneccessary?!""Oh, I'm just as sorry as I can be, Octagon," Rhomboid said. "You know how I like to blow stuff up good."
"That's true. You blow up stuff real good, 'Boid. And if my keen insight is correct, where we're going, you'll have ample and copious opportunity to blow up plenty more!"
And with that, the Vreedles hit lightspeed and set off straight for, where else, Earth.
Meanwhile, outside the Yamamoto residence, Julie smiled as she played with Ship as she tossed a ball at him and the young Galvanic Mechamorph changed into a tennis racket and hit the ball right back at her.
"Attaboy, Ship. You're a natural." She walked over to her bag and smiled. "Now think fast!"
She tossed a book towards Ship and he changed into a bookshelf and caught the book in one of his shelves before turning back and giving the book back to his owner.
Suddenly, a red blast appeared and hit Ship, sending him flying back into Julie's arms.
Ship growled as he hit the ground and out of the resulting smoke, stepped the two white-skinned redneck aliens.
"What do I keep telling you, 'Boid? If we destroy it, we won't get paid! And that would be?" Octagon asked.
"Bad," Rhomboid confirmed.
"That is correct."
Julie looked concerned as she fingered her cellphone and speed dialed her boyfriend and his sister.
"There's no reason we can't do this all nice and civilized-like, little lady," Octagon said. "After all, we got the law on our side."
"The law? Are you Plumbers?"
"No, ma'am. We're repo men. Octagon and Rhomboid Vreedle."
"Your mom named you after shapes?"
"Yeah," Rhomboid said, looking down.
"We're the Vreedle Brothers. Provide quality service for all repossessed needs throughout the galaxy. No questions asked."
"Mm hmm," Rhomboid confirmed. "Because we're what you call uncurious."
"We aims to be repossessing that there blob of Galvanic Mechamorph."
"I don't understand," Julie said as Ship jumped into her arms, worried.
"We have here a court order authorizing us to procure said glob in question."
"So hand it over! Thank you kindly."
Octagon showed her the court order as Julie squinted.
"I can't read that. It's not in English or Japanese."
"Neither can we," Rhomboid admitted.
"Be that as it may, we presently gots ourselves a paying job to complete here forthwith," Octagon said.
"Step away from the glob!"
"SHIP!"
"Shh," Julie hushed her pet. "No tanker missiles. We don't want them to know just how valuable you are. Stay away from him! He's my pet!"
That was when a massive pink energy bolt flew down and the pair were sent flying and she looked up to see Lifeforce flying in the air beside his sister, morphed into Aeroforce as they glared down.
"She said stay away!" Lifeforce shouted.
"And I says blast the freaks!" Octagon shouted as they sent energy blasts from their blasters flying towards the twins as they dispersed and AeroForce changed into Inferno and shouted out with a blast of fire.
The Vreedles ran into their ship as Lifeforce sent out a mana laser and AeroForce sent out a massive wind blast that destroyed the pink flamingos.
"Ben, Jen, this is my mom's garden!" Julie shouted.
"Sorry. I'll wrap this up fast with Humungousaur!"
Lifeforce flew down to the Vreedles and morphed into...
"Echo Echo? Aw man!"
The Vreedles only laughed in hysterics at the Sonorosian before them.
"What are you gong to do? Cutify us to death?!" Rhomboid asked.
"Grab him, 'Boid. We'll get a new cute ornament hanging from our rearview mirror.'
Echo Echo split into ten copies and took a deep inhale.
"WALL OF SOUND!"
The all gave out a massive sonic scream that sent the Vreedle Brothers crashing into their ship as it flew off and Inferno landed beside them.
"And stay out!" Julie said as the twins transformed back and Jen ran her hands through her hair, fixing it.
"We've been superheroes long enough to know they'll be back, Julie," Jen said.
"They always come back," Ben said. "We'll meet back up at Omni-Manor."
Back at Omni-Manor garage, Ben handed the court order to Kevin as they looked to see Becky punching the bag hanging from the ceiling as Ally held it in place, shouting out as she gave it all her effort.
"Is that all you got?" the Osmosian asked as Becky shouted out and gave a rolling punch that sent Ally flying on her back, impressed as Becky sidestepped and avoided the bag's swingback as Gwen whistled.
"Nice one, sis," Gwen said, punching her arm. "For a superhero without any powers, you're pretty amazing."
"Thank you."
"We can't read this," Ben said. "It looks like a bunch of alien mumbo jumbo."
"Nope. This thing's legit alright," Kevin confirmed.
Everyone gave him weird looks.
"What? I used to do a little repo work back in the Null Void."
"So the Vreedle Brothers really do have the legal right to repossess Ship?"
Ship whimpered, concerned.
"We're not gonna let them take you."
"I know the Vreedle Brothers all too well from my time in the Null Void," Becky said. "Those rednecks are the type to shoot first and ask questions never."
"If they got their hands on Ship, imagine the destruction they could cause," Jen said.
"And you don't want your girlfriend to lose her pet either?" Ally asked Ben, panting from the workout.
"Of course," Ben said. "We're just thinking long term here. You get that, right, babe?"
"Definitely, honey," Julie said, kissing Ben's cheek.
"I say we go right to the source and straighten this whole thing out," Kevin suggested.
"You can't really read that," Gwen said.
"The high court's on the planet Coda Coda. It's kind of far from Earth."
"That's okay," Jen said. "Maybe Ship could fly us there."
"No way!" Julie said. "You'll be taking him right to whoever's after him!"
"But how else are we supposed to get into outer space?" Ben asked. "When we upgraded Omni-Manor, I don't think any of us thought to get a space ship!"
"Funny you should mention that..." Kevin said as he pressed a button and opened another compartment that showed a multi-colored spaceship in the entire Omni-Team's colors on different components: green for Ben, pink for Jen, blue for Gwen, red for Becky, grey for Kevin and black for Ally.
"No way!" Jen said. "You bought and designed an entire space ship for us?!"
"Actually, I bought that one with the gold I had plus my pay from last week," Ally said with a smirk.
"You really thought of everything when we upgraded this place, didn't you?"
"No," Becky said. "We all did."
Soon, Ben, Jen, Becky and Kevin flew through space as the twins admired the all the gadgets and gizmos inside while Gwen and Ally were waiting on Earth, guarding Julie.
"Love this thing," Ben said.
Soon, Becky looked on the radar to see incoming asteroids flying towards them.
"Incoming!"
Kevin steered the ship around the asteroids before they saw a humungous asteroid right in front of them as the twins nodded and bolted to the weapon controls.
"Now, what you want to do is..." Kevin began just as the twins fired the cannons, instantly destroying the asteroid and they flew past the debris.
"...that."
At the Mr. Smoothies, Gwen and Ally stood by with Julie and Gwen had invited their friend/teammate Elena Validus to help guard Ship, with a large blaster held over her shoulder.
"Thanks for staying and helping guard Ship, girls," Julie said, Ship nestled on her shoulder. "Great to meet you, Elena."
"Charmed to meet Ben's girlfriend," Elena said with a chuckle.
"Ship can more than take care of himself, Julie," Gwen said.
"I know. But I told him to hold back. I didn't want those repo men to see what he could really do."
"Smart move," Ally said.
"Do you think the twins really care what happens to Ship?"
"Of course they do. If they care about you, they certainly care about your pet," Elena said, nudging her.
"You heard Ben. Ship's a powerful weapon," Gwen stated.
"Ship, Ship."
"But what if he wasn't powerful? What if he was just a regular dog or something? My dog?"
"They would still care," Ally said. "Ben loves you, so he would still love Ship."
"I guess you're right."
"What is it with Julie and that 'dog' anyway?" Ben asked Jen as she sighed and Becky shook her head.
"You guys found Ship on your first date, right?"
"Yeah, cuz. But I don't think that has anything to do with how much she loves that thing."
"Keep thinking, Benji. You'll get better with practice," Kevin stated.
"Kevin?" Gwen asked Julie, having their girl talk. "Please. If it isn't about his car-"
"Excuse me?" Ally asked, nudging her friend.
"Sorry. His ride or some alien tech, he's pretty much oblivious to everything."
"He loves you and you know it," Elena said. "I know that look he gives you anywhere."
"Nah. Gwen's cool but it's- on your left!"
Ben used the cannons on the left side to blast an asteroid.
"Complicated?" Jen asked.
"Complicated. Guys."
"Girls," Ben and Kevin said.
"You're right. We are too complicated for your tastes," Jen giggled.
About the time Mr. Smoothie closed up shop, the girls were about to leave when suddenly, the same ship the Vreedles used touched down in the parking lot and the two hillbilly aliens came out and Octagon and Rhomboid aimed their weapons towards them and Ship.
"We'll be taken that there Galvanic Mechamorph now," Octagon said. "And a couple of smoothies to go."
"Never gonna happen!" Gwen shouted as she blasted a powerful mana ray from her hands and sent them flying back towards the ship.
"They have painfully set us on our backsides, Boid."
"Mm hmm," Rhomboid confirmed. "They most certainly need aggressive blowin' up."
"Good luck," Ally said, cracking her knuckles as she absorbed the concrete and morphed her hands into mallets, bashing the twins right into Gwen's telekinetic grip.
Rhomboid aimed his blaster down and fired a powerful laser that Gwen shielded them all from as Elena aimed her own blaster and shot the weapons out of the Vreedles' hands.
"Now, Gwen!" Ally shouted as her friend tossed the Vreedles down into the ship again as Ship barked angrily and morphed into a giant cannon.
"No, Ship! Don't!" Elena shouted as Ship morphed back and the Vreedles got their weapons back and blasted our heroes back against the restaurant and Ship jumped into Julie's arms worriedly as the redneck repo men approached.
"Hold it right there."
"Julie, run!" Gwen shouted.
"Now I'm gonna ask you once nicely. Everybody back away from the blob!" Octagon shouted.
Rhomboid then gulped and backed away from Ship and Julie.
"Not you!"
Ship trembled with fear as he suddenly dissolved into a puddle of living goo that stretched and oozed all around his master.
"Julie?" Ally asked, sitting up along with Gwen and Elena as Elena aimed her blaster carefully.
Ship finished his work around the Japanese-American girl and she stood up, coated in a large suit of battle armor that glowed green and black as the Vreedles stepped back, shocked as Julie looked herself over as Elena whistled.
"I have got to get me a suit like that."
"Whoa!" Julie said, struggling to maintain balance. "This is weird."
"Julie, what is Ship doing?" Gwen asked as Julie looked to the Vreedles and red circles came up around them like a targeting system.
Ship then lifted Julie's arm and fired tons of bolts from a blaster attached to the suit's wrist, firing at will on the Vreedles as they ducked for cover.
"Ship, stop shooting!"
"Ship, ship," he whimpered, setting down the blaster as Rhomboid looked to his older brother, worried.
"Can I blow 'em up real good now, Octagon?"
"No, 'Boid. We needs 'em or we don't get paid."
Octagon ducked down from a mana bolt and one of Elena's blasts.
"Just blow 'em up a little."
Rhomboid tossed the car they were hiding behind away and the brothers opened fire on our heroes as Gwen put up a force field and Julie put up her arms, but the blasts just deflected off of the suit's mighty frame.
"I didn't even feel it."
Julie shouted out as she charged the brothers and Ally chuckled.
"Wait until the twins see this."
"Okay," Kevin said as he piloted the ship and they entered towards the courtroom station. "Here's how it's going to go down. I've got loads of experience in a courtroom setting."
"Yeah. When you were the defendant," Becky pointed out, spinning a knife between her fingers in the back.
"Just follow my lead."
"Um, hello," Jen said. "Who are the full time superheroes here, Kev?"
"Omnitrix bearers in the house," Ben said as he and his sister showed their wrists. "They'll listen to the twins who saved the entire universe way before they listen to criminal mastermind Kevin Levin."
"Maybe they have a point, Kevin," Becky said, sheathing her knife. "Maybe you should let them do the talking."
"Fine. We'll do it your way for once," Kevin said, parking the ship in the courtroom station before they were teleported into a courtroom, where a Sylonnoid judge named Domstol was holding a session with a Highbreed prosecutor standing beside him.
"You do not eat children. Yes, they are delicious, but we have laws."
Judge Domstol banged the gavel and the reptilian aliens were teleported out.
"What's next on the docket baliff?"
"A challenge to the court-ordered repossession of property belonging to a Galvanic Mechamorph by name of Baz-El."
The Galvanic Mechamorph was instantly teleported into the room.
"Present, Your Honor, if it would please the court."
"Hey, we know him," Jen said.
"Yeah, he's the Galvanic Mechamorph who left Ship on Earth," Ben said. "After we saved his life and fixed his ship."
"Once the word spread about my property's participation in nothing short of no less than saving the entire universe from utter eradication at the hands of the, ugh, uncouth, foul-smelling Highbreed."
"Hey! Objection!" the Highbreed shouted, banging his hand on the table.
"Sustain," Judge Domstol ordered.
"Well, how could I not wish to reclaim what is rightfully mine?" Baz-El concluded.
"But you gave him away," Ben pointed out.
"Ship is my legal property, ipso facto e pluribus unum, he must be returned to me. I rest my case."
"Oh man, I'm gonna be a terrible boyfriend," Ben said under his breath.
"No kidding."
"And where is the property now?" Judge Domstol asked.
"The Vreedle Brothers are in the process of retrieving the it for me, Your Honor."
"The Vreedle Brothers?! Who in their right mind would hire the Vreedle Brothers to bring someone back alive?!"
"I, uh, well, I," Baz-El stammered as the twins, Becky and Kevin looked at each other, facepalming.
"For someone who's entire species was inadvertently created by the smartest being in three to five galaxies, this guy's pretty stupid to do that," Becky whispered to the others.
"No kidding," Jen whispered back.
Back on Earth, the battle raged on as the Vreedle Brothers blasted away at the heroines as Gwen put up a forcefield and Ally nodded as she absorbed the concrete below before she nodded to Gwen, who formed a mana platform on her hands that she used to hurl her friend into the air.
"Wuh-oh," Rhomboid said as Ally twirled in the air before corkscrewing down as she slammed the ground, causing a massive quake and a small rockwave that sent the Vreedles flying as Elena blasted at them with her large blaster.
"Nice one!" Julie said as Octagon went into the trunk of their ship and tossed a rocket launcher to Rhomboid.
"How about this one?" Octagon shouted as his brother blasted Julie with the rocket launcher.
"You okay in there, Julie?" Gwen asked.
"Fine," Julie said as the dust cloud settled to reveal she had not a scratch on her. "This is fun!"
Suddenly, Octagon threw back a charge that enveloped Ally and Gwen as they groaned as the mana shield disappeared and Ally's armor dissolved.
"Our powers!" Ally said, looking at her hands.
"This is not good," Elena said as she blasted back and ducked down.
"You sure you don't want to shoot them?" Gwen asked.
"Yeah."
"Then we need a distraction," Gwen said as she looked over and spotted the dumpster nearby. "I've got it."
"What are you doing?" Ally asked as Elena shot back at them and Gwen ran over to the dumpster.
"Trust me," Gwen said as she pulled out a sheet of bubble wrap and started popping the individual bubbles one by one.
Hearing the popping, Octagon and Rhomboid were instantly hypnotized and walked over to her.
"Ooh."
"Should've known," Ally chuckled. "Typical rednecks."
"I know, right?" Julie agreed.
"Don't I know you, son?" Judge Domstol asked Kevin.
"Don't think so, sir."
"You're Kevin Levin. Didn't I tell you the next time I saw you in my courtroom, I'd chuck you into the Null Void?!"
"No, wait, I can explain!"
"That's what you always say!"
Completely distracted by the several sheets of bubble wrap, the Vreedle Brothers giggled like idiots while the girls snuck as silently yet quickly as they could.
"Aw," Rhomboid said as the last bubble popped.
"Such is the fleeting nature of all things."
"Okay, back to blasting stuff."
Octagon grunted and threw a grenade at the girls, sending them flying back.
"That is it!" Julie shouted as she tugged on the large Mr. Smoothie sign and brought it down with Ship's enhanced strength and sent it crashing down on the Vreedle Brothers.
"Your Honor," Kevin said as the twins and Becky stood back. "Baz-El basically hired a couple of dog catchers just to take away some poor kid's dog. I mean, who does that?"
"We'll take it from here, Kevin," Jen said as she and Ben stepped up.
"Hey, I'm handling it!"
"Fat lot of good that's doing us, Kev. Your Honor, I am Ben Tennyson."
"And I'm his sister Jen Tennyson," Jen introduced. "We're the wielders of the Omnitrixes and the saviors of the entire universe."
"Sorry to bother you. Maybe you've heard of us," Ben said.
"Shut up," Kevin said. "You're gonna get us in trouble!"
"Relax, I've got this."
"There's been a huge misunderstanding, Your Honor," Jen said. "Ship is part of our team now. I'm sure that you wouldn't want to take away a member of the team that saved the entire universe from annihilation."
The judge only stared as Kevin sighed.
"Tell me how the Null Void is without D'Void, Kev," Becky said as Kevin facepalmed.
"I'm dead."
Rhomboid batted the sign at Julie, which only broke from her massive armor.
"Still didn't hurt."
"Oh yeah?" Octagon asked. "Slap the boot on 'em, Boid!"
Rhomboid suddenly tossed out a device that resembled a parking boot onto Julie and Ship, which in turn violently shocked them as Julie screamed.
"Julie!" Gwen, Ally and Elena shouted in horror.
Octagon and Rhomboid only grinned evilly as Ship's green lights suddenly went out.
"Ship..."
"Ship? Are you okay? Ship!"
"What's wrong?"
"They did something to Ship! I can't move!"
Rhomboid ran up to them as Gwen and Ally felt their powers return as Ally absorbed the metal from the sign.
Gwen dodged Rhomboid's strikes as she brought up a few mana shields before she sent a mana roundhouse kick that hit him in the head and Elena bashed him with her large blaster on the head and Ally slammed him with a mallet hand.
"No one messes with my friends!" Elena shouted.
Julie shouted out as Octagon dragged her back to the ship.
Gwen thrust her hand out as she grabbed Rhomboid in her telekinetic grip and tossed him straight into his brother, causing him to drop Julie.
The Vreedle Brothers gasped as Gwen tossed out several mana disks and Elena fired from her blaster, causing them to duck down and pick Julie up.
"Careful!" Octagon shouted. "Unlessun you're sure your powered-down friend here can can still take a hit."
"Really?! A human shield?! Now you're just cheating!" Ally shouted as Elena lowered her blaster and Gwen dropped her powers.
"Hurry, Ben!" Gwen said under her breath.
The twins awaited the sentence as the judge muttered under his breath at their statement.
"Never in all my days-"
"Judge Domstol," Ben started. "We are sorry to waste your time with this, but we have a duty to see justice throughout all the universe."
"To grant the Vreedle Brothers this kind of duty would be a grave injustice," Jen finished. "You wouldn't want that on your conscience, would you?"
"I am not going back to the Null Void, Tennysons!" Kevin shouted.
"The court rules in favor of..." Judge Domstol began as they looked towards the team and Becky reached a hand for her knife carefully. "...Ben and Jen Tennyson."
"What?" Baz-El asked.
"There is no reason the wielder of the Omnitrixes should have to concern themselves with heavy matters such as this. You apologized for wasting my time, but I should apologize for wasting yours, Mr. and Ms. Tennyson."
"The warrant for the return of Mr. Baz-El's property is rescinded. Baz-El is hereby ordered to call off his agents."
"Of course. Anything you say, Your Honor," Baz-El bowed.
"Levin."
Judge Domstol banged Kevin's head with his gavel and walked off.
"Ow!"
"I don't suppose you four could give me a lift back to Earth?" Baz-El asked.
The Vreedles held Julie and Ship up as Gwen, Ally and Elena stared helplessly.
"And now, if you'll excuse us, we'll be moseying along since there ain't nothin' you can do to-"
Gwen closed her fist and a large mana forcefield around the brothers and Julie.
"This is an outcome I did not anticipate."
The Omni-Team's spaceship flew down to their area and touched down before the twins, Becky and Kevin ran out and Becky twirled her spear and pointed it the Vreedles.
"Long time no see, Vreedles," Becky said as she smiled. "I see you guys got out of the Null Void in one piece."
"We's could say the same thing to you, Miss Huntress," Rhomboid said as Becky smirked.
"Stand down. Cease and desist," Baz-El ordered. "You are no longer in my employ."
"Huh?" Rhomboid asked as Gwen dropped the shield.
"He's not gonna pay you," Kevin explained.
"Not gonna pay us?!" Rhomboid shouted as he blasted at Baz-El, instantly destroying him.
"Ugh," Octagon said before turning to his brother. "Remember what we talked about you overreacting? Well, one could consider this particular situation ALSO QUALIFYING AS SUCH!"
"I'm sorry."
"Sorry don't get us paid. Now we gotta try and sell it on the black market."
"No!" Jen shouted as she lifted her glowing hands and brought up a mana forcefield that blocked the way to the ship.
"Ben! Jen!" Julie shouted.
"Julie's in there? What did they do to her?" Ben asked.
"They froze Ship somehow," Elena pointed out.
"Repo boot. I know how to get them off," Kevin said.
"This does not surprise me," Ben said. "We'll stall them."
Ben and Jen then slammed the cores down and instantly transformed into...
"Goop!"
"Battlefly!"
The Rhopaloceran stuck her blue tongue out, teasing the Vreedles as Rhomboid blasted at her and she flew out of the way as Goop took the shots like they were nothing.
"Is that all you got?!"
Rhomboid tried tackling Goop, but he instantly dissolved his form and the large repo man slipped in the puddle and fell on his face.
Octagon saw Goop pick himself up as he saw Gwen and Battlefly staring him down.
"Strategy."
Gwen shot her glowing hands to the ground and sent mana blasts shooting from the ground up as Octagon was blasted upwards before Battlefly shot an air blast at him from her wings that sent him crashing into the mana wall.
"Man, Grandma is teaching you well."
"You're still just as good as me."
Kevin ran up to Julie and started working on the boot as Rhomboid aimed his blaster at them as Becky instantly knocked an arrow and sent it shooting towards him.
The arrow hit the ground and started sending out ultrasonic waves that caused his blaster to implode.
"Whoa," Elena said, blasting Rhomboid down. "What was that?"
"Sonic disruption arrow," Becky said. "A little gift from our friends in Royal Woods."
Octagon got up as Kevin finished working on the boot as it fell off and Julie felt the glow return to Ship.
"Excuse me," Julie said, taking the blasts for Kevin.
"Well," Octagon said, looking at his wrist nervously. "Would you look at the time?"
Octagon and Rhomboid instantly ran away from the team as Elena rested her blaster on her shoulder with a smile.
"Are we runnin'?" Rhomboid asked.
"No sir. What we are doin' is what you call retreatin'!"
"I wanna retreat with you!"
The Vreedle Brothers instantly booked it to their ship and blasted off into the night sky.
"They won't be back," Kevin said as the twins transformed back and everyone looked up at the night sky.
"Don't count on it," Ben said.
"They always come back," Jen agreed.
Ship reformed back into his dog-like form and into Julie's arms as Ben looked to his girlfriend with a smile.
"Julie!" Ben said.
"Ben!" Julie said as the young couple hugged.
"That was something," Ben smiled as Julie kissed his cheek.
"You and your sister went halfway across the galaxy just to save Ship. Now I know you really do care about him. And me."
"Aw, well," Ben said, rubbing his neck.
"But I won't make a big deal about it and embarrass you in front of your friends."
"Too late," Kevin chuckled.
Everyone looked on at the massive damage done to the Mr. Smoothie.
"How long do you think it'll be until they start selling smoothies again?" Ben asked.
"You amaze me sometimes," Gwen sighed as Ship barked and everyone turned to see Baz-El reforming from the splattered remnants of himself.
"Goodness that's stressful."
"Huh?" Jen asked.
"Well, you certainly didn't think I was gonna regenerate in front of those dreadful Vreedle Brothers still around, did you?"
"I'm glad you're alright, Mr. Baz-El," Julie said. "But-"
"Ship?"
Baz-El looked at his spawn with a prolonged stare before he sighed.
"Oh, very well. Keep him."
"Oh, thank you!"
"Yeah, thanks," Ben said. "But it kind of seems like you're putting a lot of pressure on our relationship."
"Ben," Elena said with a sigh. "It's just a dog."
"Yeah, a super high tech alien dog," Gwen chuckled as everyone gave out a laugh.
