On Galvan Prime, Azmuth looked out the window of the central city as everything was going swimmingly behind him, when all of a sudden, his assistant walked into the room, wringing her clawed hands together with a nervous look on her face.
"Azmuth?" the female Chimera Sui Gerenis introduced.
"What is it, Myaxx?" Azmuth asked his assistant. "I'm trying to think."
"I have updated information on the break-in last night."
"Well, don't pause for suspense! Tell me what it is!"
"We have completed the inventory. Everything checks out... with one exception: your greatest creations yet."
"The Ultimatrixes," Azmuth realized before sighing. "Still, the energy cores were incomplete, so there isn't much our thief can do with them. We can always rebuild them."
"I'm afraid it's not that simple, sir. We have security video of the robbery. We know exactly who has them."
Myaxx pulled up the security video of the robbery and two familiar-shaped figures ducked past the guards and then the energy field that surrounded the Ultimatrix cores was suddenly deactivated and the thieves reached in and took the Ultimatrxes for themselves, albeit the female one with a bit of apprehension.
"No. Not them! Anyone but them!"
In a remote cave somewhere on Earth, Albedo was working his magic on the Ultimatrixes while munching on a tray of chili fries as he finally finished the gauntlets. He snapped his fingers and Alexia walked over and held out her arm as her brother slipped the gauntlet onto it and he inserted the Ultimatrix core into the center and its glow shifted from pink to purple.
He then slipped on his own red gauntlet and inserted the green Ultimatrix core into it and it shifted to red.
"I've done it! I have re-created the power of the Omnitrixes! No. I have surpassed them!"
"Yeah, yeah, good for you, bro," Alexia said while twirling her blonde hair around her finger. "I know you need me for your plan to work, but you could at least be a little bit of a gentleman."
"I have no wish to be a gentleman, sister dear. Not that it will matter soon because now, after all this time, I am but one transformation away from escaping from this accursed human form and returning to my own!"
He scrolled through his playlist... and then was instantly disappointed at the result.
"No! NONONONONONONO! NOOO! There's no Galvan n the active playlist and the other lists are currently locked! There's nothing here but Tennyson's aliens!"
"Trouble?" a menacing voice rang out as Alexia's blood ran cold as the Conqueror of Ten Worlds himself walked out from the darkness of the cave and glowered at our two evil clones.
"Vilgax," Alexia said, hitting her knees with nothing but cold fear running through her veins.
"An unexpected setback, Lord Vilgax," Albedo said. "Our new Omnitrixes are still linked to the original's databases. Ben and Jen's human DNA are still the defaults."
"Then you two are still trapped."
Alexia wanted to speak up, but shut herself up because she knew exactly what this evil warlord was capable of.
"Only until I get my hands on the original Omnitrixes. I can use them to reset ours. Then, I'll be cured."
"You say that as if taking the Omnitrixes were a simple task. Admit it, Albedo. We need each other."
"No. I need the Omnitrixes, I need m sister for this to work and you want them. That's a bad basis for an alliance."
"I no longer desire the Omnitrixes. All I want is to kill Ben and Jen Tennyson once and for all."
Albedo smirked evilly while Alexia nodded nervously, fear plastered all over her face.
Of course, a certain red-clothed warrior queen was watching this through her crystal ball in her bedroom soft music started playing in her head as she got up from her seat and started moving through the castle, turning down her handmaidens along the way as she closed her eyes and started to sing under her breath as she moved through, several members of the Scarlet Army taking concerned notice of her as she walked.
"When the world's
Caving in
And the world stops.
Hear the voices
Beckoning
Me towards the rocks."
She eventually made her way to her throne as she noticed Colette, her royal steward, give her a nod as she pressed a button on the side and it opened a secret doorway in the wall behind her throne and she made her way through it into the darkness alone with a bowed head.
"Lie awake
Watch the city sleep
The silence grows.
Watch the crowds
Leave their seats
And the credits roll."
She made her way down to her secret laboratory in the basement of the castle and the lights turned on as she saw the Scarlet Warrior outfit in a glass display case and she sighed.
"I believe in you.
I believe in you.
It's not over.
I will stand
In the eye
Of the storm..."
She moved behind a curtain and stripped her clothes off behind it before she slicked her bodysuit on and then fastened the utility belt over her waist and the music in her head picked up in pace and sound.
"Feel the pulse
Quickening
Brushing eyes.
Feel my hide
Thickening
And the pain subsides."
She pulled her elbow gloves on and then fastened her knee boots before she stared at the mask in her hands with a nod and she placed it over her eyes with a nod.
"I believe in you.
I believe in you.
It's not over.
I will stand.
In the eye.
Of the storm!
I will stand!
In the eye!
Of the storm!"
Meanwhile, Ship was chasing after a giant orange spaceship with Gwen, Kevin, Becky and Ally inside it.
"Didn't Julie train this thing to go any faster?!" Kevin shouted at the controls.
The infant Galvanic Mechamorph stuck his head out from the controls and glared at the mutated Osmosian.
"SHIP SHIP SHIP!"
"He didn't mean it, Ship," Gwen said, petting Ship's head. "We know you're doing the best you can."
Ship chirped happily and sunk back into the controls.
"As much as I hate to admit this, Gwen, his best isn't good enough right now," Becky said.
"We have to get to that ship and rescue the twins before Kraab-"
"SHIP!"
Hearing their concern, Ship instantly activated his hyperdrive and blasted off after the space cruiser.
"Now this is more like it!" Kevin said.
"This is how we go with any kind of pet," Becky said. "You just have to know how to motivate."
Kevin hit the buttons several times and then blasted all of Ship's weapons at the orange space cruiser... only to see they did absolutely squat against its hard metal frame.
"Not a scratch," Ally said, eyes wide.
"So, got any better ideas?" Kevin asked.
"Actually, I might," Gwen said as she activated her Lucky Girl armor. "It may not be the best idea, but it's all I got. Get us closer."
"How close are we talking?" Kevin asked as Becky and Ally armored up as well.
Ship zoomed after the cruiser and landed on top of it. Everyone exited from Ship and Becky used her powerful spear to slice into the roof of the cruiser, leading everyone to drop inside.
"The bridge is this way," Kevin said.
"So are Ben and Jen," a mechanical voice that wasn't heard in six years told our heroes. "But you'll never get to them."
"Kraab," Matter Girl said with a knuckle crack.
"I know I'm allergic to shellfish, but since you're mostly mechanical, I think I'll be okay handing your shell to you," Huntress said.
"You would hunt the hunter? You forget your place, whelps. You are prey."
Kraab stuck his pincer out and fired lasers at the group as Lucky Girl put up a force field and Huntress ducked out of the way and fired a few trick arrows at the robotic crustacean and then started dueling his claws with her spear.
"Well, I'm not called Huntress for nothing!"
"So what's the deal with this guy? We weren't here when you faced him six years ago," Matter Girl said.
"Bounty hunter. Talks way too much. Watch the pincers, guys."
"On it!"
Kevin ducked and dodged the lasers as he leaped into the air and delivered a wicked haymaker to Kraab's face... just before he activated a purple cloud of toxic gas from his pincer, causing Kevinand Ally to go into a coughing fit.
"What did I just tell you?"
"Watch the pincers. Yeah, I know," Matter Girl groaned.
'"Tur-Bo!"
Lucky Girl sent out a magenta gust of wind outwards that sent the gas cloud scattering.
"Thanks," Kevin said... just before Kraab grabbed him and Huntress grabbed her spear and raised an eyebrow.
"I know. Watch the pincers!"
Kevin twirled his body around and used his enhanced strength to twist Kraab around and sent him sprawling to the ground.
"Kevin!" Huntress shouted.
"I'm okay. Go get the twins!"
"But-" Matter Girl began.
"I've got this guy. Are we going to argue about this or are we gong to save our friends?"
The girls nodded and ran through the door, running through the ship before they arrived at the room to see the twns cuffed and hanging from the ceiling.
"What are you two doing here?" Lucky Girl asked.
"Just hanging around," Ben chuckled.
"Boo!" Huntress said, giving Ben a thumbs down.
Huntress knocked four arrows and then fired them at the bonds holding Ben and Jen and freed them.
The twins hit the ground in a three-point stance and the girls took notice of the orange cuffs on the twins' left wrists.
"What are those things on your wrists?"
"I know. That was pretty smart of Kraab to do. Without access to teh controls and it cutting off Omni and Trixie's wi-fi connection, we can't change into any aliens," Jen said.
"You should really be more careful, guys," Matter Girl said as Gwen tried using her lasers on Ben's wrist.
"Hey, if it weren't for the four of you, we'd practically be dead a hundred times over already," Ben said.
"That's not going to work," Jen said. "I've tried it with my own powers."
"Good call."
Kevin suddenly crashed through the wall and at our hero's feet.
"Kevin! You alright?" Lucky Girl asked.
"Just got a little headache."
"There's no escape for you, Tennyson Twins," Kraab said, walking in.
"Okay, I got a plan," Jen said, whispering to the others.
"You do, huh?" Huntress asked.
"It's not a good plan, but it's a plan," Jen chuckled as she gulped and then ran forwards with a shout... right into Kraab's pincer.
"Did you really think you could overpower me?"
"Of course I didn't," Jen smirked before twirling a key between her fingers. "I just thought I might be able to get close enough to swipe your keys."
She then unlocked the cuff on her wrist and tossed it back to Ben, who repeated the process as they transformed into...
"Big Chill!"
"Rockette!"
"Stay back!"
Kraab fired his laser from the pincer just as Big Chill went intangible and phased through the laser... just before it blasted into the ship's controls.
"Tell me that's not the-" Matter Girl began.
"Autopilot. Yep."
The ship started to careen out of control and Kevin sprang into action and grabbed the controls.
"Everything's fine. I can fly this thing."
"Um, when you sad everything's fine, you knew we were heading into an asteroid belt, right?" Lucky Girl asked.
As Kevin tried to get through the field, Rockette jammed out, firing her lasers from her guitar at Kraab as her brother phased through him, freeing him from the inside out.
"No! I won't be-" the bounty hunter couldn't finish as his sui powered down.
"You're going into cold storage, Kraab," Big Chill said before everyone felt a jolt and Kraab fell over.
"Kevin? Are you driving this thing?" Rockette asked.
"Gee, we still just got our licenses for our cars and we're still better than this," Big Chill said.
"Hey, Tennysons. Half of the thrusters are completely kaput. This is all I can do to keep us going in a straight line."
"Straight?" Rockette asked, raising an eyebrow. "As in through the asteroid belt?"
"They've got a point?" Huntress whispered.
Kraab, meanwhile, struggled and struggled before he burst from the ice and blasted out at a distracted Big Chill, sending him flying into Matter Girl, sending them both in a heap before Rockette backflipped and adjusted the tuning on her guitar and strummed a chord to generate a force field to block the laesr.
"I'm losing it!" Kevin shouted.
Everyone, including Kraab's eyes widened in horror at what was coming up ahead as a shadow enveloped them all.
"O...M...G..." Matter Girl muttered.
"Jen! Now!" Lucky Girl shouted as Rockette nodded and started strumming her power chords and put her best forcefield up before Lucky Girl strengthened it with her own forcefield as the asteroids bounced off of them.
Rockette shouted out as she blasted out her lasers from her forcefield, blowing through several asteroids as Kraab looked on, impressed.
"Sorry, Kraab," Big Chill said. "You messed with the wrong twins."
"You mess with the bull, you get the horns... or, in this case, the mohawk," Rockette said with a chuckle as she ran a hand through her spiky hairdo.
"Kevin, can you get this thing under control?" Huntress asked, shooting a sonic arrow at Kraab, disrupting his systems.
"Working on it!"
"Work fast!"
Big Chill went intangible and phased through Kraab, freezing him on the spot.
"I'll be right back. Keep cool."
"Kraab on ice again?" Lucky Girl asked.
"Frosty," Rockette said, refocusing on the shield.
"Engines are back online. But we're still lacking in brakes!"
"And I don't know if we can keep this up much longer!" Lucky Girl shouted.
"Guys, I have an idea," Big Chill said. "Get back to Ship."
"What are you gonna do? Matter Girl asked.
"Oh, trust me, guys. It's gonna be cool."
Kevin jammed a wrench into the controls to keep them in place as everyone ran off back to Ship.
Big Chill, however, phased through the ship's roof before morphing into Jetray and firing his neuroshock blasts at as many asteroids as he could.
"Ben, get back to Ship," Huntress said as Matter Girl took Kevin's seat and started blasting everything at the huge boulder that entered the horizon as Jetray fired all his neuroshock blasts at it and Rockette leaped onto Ship's wing and then shouted out as she blasted all her best power chords at it with a shout of effort.
"It's no use! Get out of here now!" Kevin said as Jetray nodded and Ship reversed his flight path and hightailed it out of there with Jetray following as the asteroid destroyed Kraab's ship.
Jetray then entered Ship as both he and Rockette transformed back and everyone took their masks off as Ben sighed.
"Thanks for coming to help us, guys," Ben said.
"Yeah, we really owe you one, you know?" Jen smiled, putting her hair behind her ear. "So, is Kraab?"
"Cool your jets, guys. He's fine," Ally said, knocking on a door to reveal a bound Kraab inside the closet. "We got him when we were running out of there."
"Though to be fair, the girls there made me save him," Kevin muttered.
"You guys have gotten into some really really bad situations lately," Becky said. "What if we weren't there to help you guys?"
"If you weren't there at all, we'd have been dead a hundred times over," Ben admitted. "We're heroes, but we're nothing without our team."
"Oh, Ben," Gwen smiled as Jen placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Things have happened. We've found ourselves in the worst situations possible, but it's always worked out for us. Because it's always been all of us, together," Jen said. "That's why we're so confident in what we do. As long as it's all of us, united, we can do anything."
"Don't sell yourselves short guys," Becky said. "We need you guys as much as you need us."
"Ain't that the truth," Ben smiled as Ship made his way back to Earth.
Back in Bellwood, Gwen closed the door of Kevin's car as her boyfriend smiled on her.
"You sure you don't want to hang out?"
"What? And watch you and Julie do homework?"
"You know, hon, you could try to do some of that yourself. See you later."
Just as Gwen was about to leave, Kevin honked his horn and immediately got his girlfriend's attention.
"Don't forget her dog."
"Almost did. Thanks. Come here, Ship."
Ship barked and leaped into Gwen's arms.
"Ship!"
"What are you going to do for the rest of the afternoon?"
"Hang out with Ben and Jen. Becky's going out hunting in the woods and Ally's at work."
"Sounds awesome. See ya."
At Omni-Manor that night, Ben, Jen and Kevin sat in front of the flat-screen watching the Sumo Slammers marathon.
"This is the worst show I've ever seen."
"Really? It's my favorite," Ben said.
"Yeah, well I don't watch a lot of television. Mostly just movies."
"Well, this isn't the best series to start with in the franchise," Jen said. "It's not Sumo Slammers classic, although I'm a bigger fan of Captain Nemesis myself."
"This is Sumo Slammers: Hero Generation."
"Yeah, I don't really care."
"It's a sequel to the original series. But they kind of messed the whole thing up. It takes place five years after the finale of the original and the bad guy Kenko has now teamed up with the hero Ishiyama."
"Uh-huh."
"Be patient, Kevin," Jen said, kicking her feet up. "There's only five more episodes before they cycle back to the original show. It's way better, trust me."
"Yeah," Kevin said, stepping up. "I gotta go."
"Where?"
"I'm gonna go on patrol since everyone else is busy. See ya."
"He's missing out, bro," Jen said as Kevin left Omni-Manor and got into his car, driving off.
"I'm surrounded by nerds."
That was when Albedo suddenly burst in front of Kevin's car and Kevin quickly hit the brakes and pulled over as Albedo morphed into Diamondhead and the car crashed into him, the airbag deploying up.
"Ugh," Kevin groaned as he took off his ID Mask.
"Kevin Levin. Just the man I've been wanting to see."
Diamondhead ripped the door off Kevin's car and pulled him out, crashing into another car and the civilians around all scattered in fear.
"Ben?"
Diamondhead shouted out as he fired tons of crystals that all embedded themselves into Kevin's back.
"Not Ben!"
Kevin quickly supersized his arms and crushed the remains of the car in front of him to form a makeshift shield as he rushed forwards, blocking all the crystals before he used it to slam Diamondhead straight into the wall.
This did nothing to deter the Petrosapien as he burst through the wreckage and sliced through the car wreckage, right into Kevin's face.
"Albedo, right?" Kevin asked. "You'd better start explaining yourself before I beat it out of you."
Diamondhead smirked as he touched the ground and two large crystal spires grew from the ground on either side of him and his feet ere instantly ensnared by crystal, preventing him from escaping.
"Uh-oh."
Both crystal spires slammed straight into the Osmosian, knocking him completely unconscious and he fell to the ground.
Diamondhead simply picked him up and walked away.
Meanwhile in the woods near the lake, Becky was hiding in a tree as she knocked an arrow into her bow and focused on a deer grazing on some grass in the field and she focused with a smile on her face as she licked her lip as she was about to let the arrow loose... up until the branch she was on was suddenly sliced off the tree.
Becky screamed as she fell to the ground before flipping and landing on her feet as the deer ran off.
"What the heck was that?"
Suddenly, she dodged and several shuriken were stabbed into the tree behind her and she hit her watch.
"What the? Shuriken?"
She then took out her spear and handled it as Kung Fang came shooting out of the darkness and started parrying blows with Becky as she quickly backflipped and nailed Kung Fang with the bottom end of her spear as the bat ninja alien dodged and hit the ground.
"Let me guess? Alexia?"
"Sorry about this. But I'm under strict orders to take you alive."
"I'd like to see you try," Becky said as she started blasting out her explosive arrows as Kung Fang quickly dodged into the shadows and Becky growled as she focused around her... only to suddenly scream in pain as she was pelted with Kung Fang's sonic screech from above her and she held her ears in excruciating pain before her eyes suddenly rolled back in her head, her spear fell to the ground and she fell instantly unconscious with a groan.
Kung Fang looked on as she transformed into Alexia and looked at Becky's spear before her still-Galvan brain went to work as she recognized the workmanship of Becky's spear as she examined the buttons on it with a nod.
"Galvan technology. Hmm..."
She then pressed a specific button and the spear folded in on itself into its small cylinder form that Alexia smirked in before she carefully tucked it into the huntress' belt and hoisted her over her shoulder with a pat on the back.
"I may only want to survive Vilgax and Albedo's wrath... but that doesn't mean I don't want you guys to have a chance in the end," Alexia said as she transformed back into Kung Fang and walked off.
Diamondhead and Kung Fang walked into the remote cave with their captives in hand as Vilgax sharpened his sword behind them.
"What took you two so long? Surely, it wasn't that difficult to defeat Kevin Levin and Rebecca Tennyson."
The two Galvans-turned-humans stopped and transformed back as Albedo took out a takeout bag.
"I stopped for chili fries. I've developed a human weakness for the delicacy."
"I'm still not convinced this plan of yours makes any sense, Vilgax," Alexia stated.
"Simple. Every time that the Tennysons have defeated any of us, it's been with the help of their friends. But this time, we're going to strip them away from them and then attack him together."
"And claim their Omnitrixes, which you claim you no longer desire."
"They're all yours, Albedo. I only want to see Ben and Jen Tennyson defeated before me, left alive only long enough to see me conquering this pitiful backwater planet. You can keep the watches. I only want this world and the Tennyson Twins' heads on my mantle."
"Why stop at just their team?" Albedo asked with an evil smile. "I say, we kidnap all those who are close to them and then, they will truly know suffering at our hands."
Meanwhile, the twins were continuing to watcch Sumo Slammers when their cellphones rang and the received a conference call from Gwen and Ally as Gwen was hanging out with Julie and Ally was just getting off work.
"Yeah?" Jen asked.
"You seen Kevin anywhere?" Gwen asked. "He was supposed to pick me up an hour ago and he's not answering his phone."
"Yeah. And Becky's not picking anything up either," Ally asked, changing out of her chef's jacket.
"Kevin left the headquarters awhile ago. We could see if our mom will give you a ride, Gwen," Ben said.
"Forget it. I'll walk home. I'll meet you guys at headquarters."
"Guys, if you see Kevin come in-"
"I'll tell him he's in the doghouse. Got it," Jen said, hanging up and turning back to the television.
Gwen walked down the street, grumbling to herself, before she suddenly gasped at the sight of an investigation next to the crashed remains of Kevin's car.
"Kevin!' Gwen began as they both turned to the cops investigating the crime scene.
"This is a crime scene, young ladies. Stay back."
"But it's m boyfriend's car!" Gwen said. "Is he?"
She ducked under the car and noticed no sign of anybody in the wreckage with a sigh of relief.
"There's no driver. He must have walked away from it."
Gwen then noticed the large Taydenite shards sticking out of the seat and controls as she plucked one out and investigated it.
"Lucky guy. What did you say your name was?"
"Gwen Tennyson."
Gwen then ran off and plucked her badge out.
"Where are you going?"
"To check the hospitals!"
Gwen ran off before she was suddenly blasted off her feet just as she was about to call Ally.
"That looks like a piece of Diamondhead. But that's impossible, right?"
Gwen turned to see Albedo walk up with a sly smile and a horrified look on her face.
"Well, so is this!"
Albedo slammed his core down and morphed into Swampfire and blasted a fireball at Gwen.
"Tur-Bo!"
The Anodite hybrid spun around and formed a magenta tornado and tossed the fireball back at Swampfire, who groaned at it.
Swampfire shouted out and tossed a ton of seeds at Gwen's feet, causing several vines to grow from the street and ensnare her.
"No!"
Gwen shouted out and tossed two mana discs into the air before they moved back like a boomerang and they sliced the vines to ribbons, causing her to land on the ground. She then shouted out and ran at Swampfire with her hands encased in mana... only to fall unconscious following a blast of methane from Swampfire's palm.
"Say goodnight, Gwen."
Swampfire hoisted Gwen over his shoulder with an evil smirk.
Ally had just gotten out of her uniform and was about to leave on her bike... only to be suddenly blasted aside when she saw Discharge suddenly shoot out of the street lights in a purple leotard with a stern look on her face.
"Purple? Alexia?"
"Sorry about what I'm about to do. But I don't have a choice."
Ally absorbed the concrete and then morphed her hands into mallets with a shout of effort as she charged at Discharge, who simply morphed into pure electricity to avoid her strikes and then jabbed at Ally with her hands and tail, causing her to shout out as she wrapped the tail around her arm and then reeled Discharge in before headbutting her.
Discharge shouted out before she used her enhanced strength to lay the smackdown on Ally, grunting out before she wrapped her tail around Ally's neck and electrocuted her severely, causing the Osmosian to shout out in pure pain before she was knocked completely unconscious.
Alexia transformed back and hoisted the goth over her shoulder with a pat as she walked away.
Max was in the Rust Bucket roasting up some grub.
"Ah, there's nothing like a fresh batch of deep-fried octopus eyes. Now, where's that zero-trans-fat cooking oil?"
Suddenly, Max heard some thumping on the roof of the RV and then Albedo burst through the roof and then fired his webbing at Max, who promptly blocked it with the frying pan and then tossed it to Spidermonkey's head, not only knocking him to the drivers' seat and the pan stuck to the evil Arachnichimp.
But he wasn't fooled. He stuck his tail out and then shot out his webbing to Max from it, managing to stick him to the wall before he pried the pan off of his face and then smirked to the trapped Plumber.
He then gave out several punches and kicks to the Plumber's head and torso before finally knocking him out.
"The pieces are finally in place."
In the Tennyson residence, Carl and Sandra smiled as they toasted over their dinner.
"You know, things haven't been the same around here since the twins moved out. Haven't they?"
"Well, they're superheroes, dear," Sandra said to her husband. "They have to be ready for everything. That's why they have their own home base to begin with."
"Good point. Emma's doing good too," Carl said, not noticing the pink clouds of toxic gas leaking through the vents.
"We haven't stifled her like we did with her brother and sister," Sandra said... before both of them began coughing violently before falling unconscious as Alexia came in as Stinkbomb with a sad look as Emma came down the stairs and saw the purple-furred Skunkian and then started backing away in fear to the corner just as the gas cleared.
"You're not Jen! Whoever you are, please don't hurt me! I'm too young to die!"
"Oh, I wouldn't dream of it," Stinkbomb said. "I'm not a monster, Emma. But I'm under strict orders to capture you and your parents to lure the twins out. It's my life on the line for this."
Emma shivered in fear as Stinkbomb loomed over her and stuck her paws out.
Still watching the Sumo Slammers Marathon, Jen was at the punching bag and Ben was practicing the fighting moves... just as the television changed the channel.
The twins looked up to see Verdona and Xylene standing there.
"Grandma? Xylene?"
"We've got trouble, guys," Xylene said. "It's your evil twins."
"Albedo and Alexia?"
"They're back," Verdona said. "And they-"
"Greetinigs, Ben and Jen Tennyson," Albedo said over the TV as he and Alexia stood at attention. "I'm sure that you two know that we're after you."
"But what you didn't know... is that we've captured your family," Alexia said, gesturing to the cell behind them that held their entire team and even their parents, little sister and grandfather.
"No!" Jen shouted.
"Let them go!" Ben shouted.
"Take it easy," Verdona said. "They want you angry."
"Well then, today's their lucky day, because it's working," Ben said.
"We're coming for you, Albedo! And you too, Alexia!"
"It's just a broadcast," Xylene explained. "They can't hear you."
"I've sent our coordinates into your Omnitrixes. If you want to see your family alive again, I'd hurry."
The broadcast ended as the twins geared themselves up for battle.
"Hold up. this is obviously a trap for you two," Verdona said.
"They know where you two are. They could have just attacked you here and got it over with."
"Wherever they want to fight is fine by us," Jen said.
"Think it through," Xylene said. "We could call some of the Plumbers' Kids back to Earth, set up a force."
"This isn't their fight," Ben explained. "This time, it's personal."
"Alright," Verdona sighed. "It's your call."
Ben and Jen then fist-bumped and bolted out of the door as fast as they could.
The DX Mark-10 and Pink Angel both pulled up to the cave where Tiny and her parents' ship was parked on the twins' birthday and they came out and put on their Omni-Suits as Omni and Trixie popped up by them.
"Are you sure this is what you want?" Omni asked.
"No. But what choice do we have?" Jen said.
"Be our guests," Trixie said before vanishing.
"Albedo, Alexia!" Ben and Jen shouted.
"We know this is a trap. We're not idiots," Ben said. "We're not going in there."
"Then we'll come out," Albedo said stepping into the moonlight.
"And you're right," Alexia fake-smiled. "This is a trap."
Both of them activated their Ultimatrixes and transformed into Humungousaur and AeroForce.
"Yeah," Jen said with narrowed eyebrows. "I see you two got your knockoff Omnitrixes working again."
They both slammed their cores down and transformed into their own Vaxasaurian and Harpian forms.
"Oh, these are no knockoffs. They're the Ultimatrixes," Alexia said.
"And they're definite improvements over the originals. Want to see something cool?"
They both adjusted the Omnitrix symbols on their chests and the cores slightly popped out.
"Not only can we transform into anything you can, we can also evolve those creatures to their Ultimate forms."
The two clones slammed the cores back into their chests and they each grew four spikes on the side as their forms shifted before the twins very eyes.
Albedo's Humungousaur form now had dark blue armor similar to that of an Ankylosaurus. He was more burly and muscular than his pre-evolved form. He had camo green skin and a helmet with three silver spikes running down the top, and two downward pointing black horns on the sides. His back armor has long spikes running down each side, his plated chest and torso are dark blue with five spikes on each end and his tail has a blue mace on the end of it, with silver spikes.
Alexia's AeroForce form now had a silvery blush to her feathers and was slightly more muscular figure with piercing purple eyes and her talons were now sharp as steel as the twins looked on in horror.
"O...M...G..." AeroForce squeaked.
"Meet Ultimate Humungousaur."
"And Ultimate AeroForce."
"We've beaten tougher than you," Humungousaur stated.
"Really?" Ultimate Humungousaur asked. "When?"
"For starters, how about now?" AeroForce asked as she took to the skies and started to divebomb onto Ultimate Humungousaur, only for Ultimate AeroForce to fly up to her even faster and started delivering tons of hard punches and kicks to her devolved counterpart as she squawked out in pain.
Humungousaur tried to attack his own Ultimate counterpart, but didn't fare much better as he was simply smacked aside straight down into the canyon, forming a crater underneath.
"Is that all you've-"
Unfortunately, Ultimate Humungousaur leaped after him and morphed his hands into missile launchers and launched tons of missiles onto him, causing him to scream out in absolute agony.
Jen tried to fly away as fast as she could, only for tons and tons of razor-sharp feathers to fly towards her, catching her in a storm of feathers, slashing and drawing all the blood from her as she crashed down into the crater next to her brother.
"Ugh..." she said, trying to get up, only for both of their evil clones to lay the absolute smack down on both of them, punching, kicking and slashing at the two agonized twins with all of their might before they finally transformed back, looking even worse than their alien forms did.
"Ben and Jen Tennyson," Vilgax said as he stepped forwards to them as they weakly looked up from the ground, barely conscious. "I am going to make a wager with you two. Right now."
"What do you want?" Jen squeaked out.
"What I always want. Your Omnitrixes. And in return, I'll give you your friends and family, no charge."
"How... stupid... do you think we are?" Ben groaned out in pain. "Even if we did give you our Omnitrixes, we know you'll never release our family. You hate us too much."
"We'd have to be an insulting level of idiotic to trust you with that deal after all you've done to us and your reputation throughout the galaxy," Jen spat weakly.
"You don't trust me," Vilgax smirked. "Smart kids. And since you're still refusing to give me what's rightfully mine even with your family's lives on the line, I'll give you two the chance to fight for them. And then, I'll rip the Omnitrixes from your charred corpses."
"Sorry, guys," Alexia whispered to Jen as she transformed back.
"You have three weeks to prepare for our showdown. One second later and I will execute your family right there on the spot."
That was exactly when Ben and Jen felt their pain take over and they fell completely unconscious as Albedo and Alexia teleported away with Vilgax back to his ship, where the Omni-Team and the twins' family was being held captive.
About ten minutes later, Ben and Jen were still unconscious and in pain in the same crater, their clothes ripped and cuts bruises all across their bodies as they started to come to when they saw a flash of red slowly fade from behind closed eyes and heard the nose of approaching footsteps getting louder and louder.
Jen's vision was foggy as she saw an approaching red figure step up to the crater before stopping just above them.
The twins' vision soon cleared and they looked up to see their guardian looming over them with a calm look of concern on her face.
"S...S...Scarlett?" Ben asked.
"Curaga," the Queen of Cinnibar said, aiming her Keyblade at them before activating a spell that instantly healed them and fixed their clothes before she sheathed it and summoned a staff with a phoenix on the top that she tapped on the ground to open a portal. "Come now, little ones. We have much to do."
"Where are we going?" Jen asked as she and Ben walked towards the portal.
"It's time you two got a taste of what I call my home," Scarlett said, her staff vanishing as she vanished behind the portal.
Knowing better than to question their appointed guardian, the twins wasted no time as they walked through the portal.
However, on two opposite cliffs behind them, a certain Alpha Osmosian and the Watcher only nodded with approval, watching these events unfold, neither taking notice of the other as they both vanished into thin air.
"The time has come," Celestia said as she saw her fellow Protector Council members standing by the ornate domino display together that showed symbols of the Scarlet Army, Ben and Jen and tons of events that led up to this moment.
Pink Diamond nodded as she kneeled down and simply tapped the first domino before walking away from the scene sadly, not even watching the demolition as all the domino figurines started to collapse in on themselves while everyone else present was watching as the Omnitrix figurines fell apart, followed by the Scarlet Army symbol and so on and so on until they were all sprawled across the room.
To be continued...
