The campers were trying to get some sleep. The Screaming Gophers had their own fair share of issues to deal with. After Lashawna left, she told Gwen about an itching powder Harold had that she could use on Heather. Heather woke up to an embarrassing itching sensation. Gwen thought it would be appropriate to place the powder into Heather's nightgown. Heather did not find this amusing. The teams were then told about their next challenge.
"Welcome campers! Today we will be camping out into the deep dark forest. Both teams will have to look for food and water on their own and then spend the night. First team back wins the challenge!" Chris announced, as the others started to walk to the area.
"Hey Gwen, wait up!" Trent called out.
"Uh man!" Gwen moaned.
"Hey, everything ok?" Raviel asked.
"Just leave me alone!" Gwen picked up her pace.
"This can't still be about that diary thing can it?" Trent asked.
"Just take a hint already!"
"Come on Gwen, talk to us!" Raviel was concerned, and Gwen just remained silent.
"Looks like the Goth Geek doesn't want any more attention!" Heather mocked.
"Lay off would you?!" Raviel spoke up.
"Hey, it's not my fault she is upset about this. She should have known what happens when you cross paths with people like me. She is so the next one gone after what she did to me!" Heather complained.
"You mean after you read her diary out to the world? I think you got it pretty easy here." Raviel stated.
"Keep talking and you will be the next one gone. You see how miserable Gwen is now? I can make your time here much worse." Heather stated.
"Whatever!" Raviel walked away.
"So we are winning now, this actually feels nice." Bridgette said.
"I know! This is totally radical bro." Geoff chanted.
"Focus! We need to keep our eyes on the prize!" Courtney stated.
"What we need to do is look for food for the night." Duncan intervened.
"You're right. Katie and Sadie, go look for food. Our site is just this way, even you two dimwits can't get lost."
"K K!" Both girls said as they walked away.
"What do you think they will bring back?" Duncan pondered.
"Who cares! As long as they are away and we win, that is all I care about."
"Fair point Princess." Duncan said to Courtney.
"Let's hurry up people! We need to win this challenge!" Courtney shouted.
"Yes Ma'am!" Everyone said.
"Alright, we made it." Trent said.
"Ok people, we need to set up camp so move it!" Heather demanded.
"Hey! You don't get to boss us around! Not after what you did." Raviel stated.
"Oh really! Because last time I checked, I was not sent home. Besides, we are on a losing streak."
"Because you wanted to embarrass Gwen you, you…awful person!" Raviel stated.
"Oh, big words for defending the Goth!" Heather provoked.
"Hey! At least she is liked and pretty. Unlike some people who are ugly, both personality and looks." Raviel walked away.
"Hey, where do you think you are going?!" Heather yelled out.
"I rather eat Chef's food out of a boot than be around you any longer." Raviel yelled out.
"You will make us lose the challenge if you don't make it back to camp with us." Heather worried.
"See if I care!"
"Raviel, wait!" Owen called out, but was too far away to respond.
"Well, he's a goner." Gwen said aloud.
"Ooh, Katie look; berries." Sadie called out.
"Great, with all of this food we should be good for tonight. Which way were the others again?" Katie worried.
"They said to go… oh no, we're lost." Sadie realized.
"Ah!" a scream was heard.
"What was that?" Katie looked over to see a scared Raviel.
"Oh hey, what are you…"
"No time, run!" Raviel ran from a wild bear.
"Ah!" Both girls ran in fear.
"Where are those two?" Courtney worried.
"As long as they get back to camp with the rest of us, who cares?" Duncan shrugged.
"If they don't survive, we lose!"
"Knowing those two, they are already eaten by bears." Duncan said.
"That could be the case, but still." Bridgette stated.
"Hey man, we just need to win this by going back to camp. We can see the smoke from the cafeteria. So even they could find their way back if need be." Geoff added.
"I guess you're right. Ok then let's just get some sleep." Courtney gave up.
"Oh my gosh! We could have, liked; died!" Katie panicked.
"I know! That bear was just like 'roar I'm going to eat you.' And we we're like 'no, we need to run.' Thank goodness we're ok now right?" Sadie added.
"Yeah for now." Raviel answered.
"Oh man, it's raining hard out there now." Katie moaned.
"I guess we're stuck here for the night." Raviel said.
"What do we do now?!" Sadie worried.
"Just get some rest." Katie said, as Sadie fell right asleep.
"Well that worked." Raviel mentioned.
"Always does. So, thank you again for swapping teams with me."
"Of course. How come you're not with your team anyway?"
"I could be asking you the same thing." Katie suggested.
"Great Owen! You had to cal over a bear!" Heather complained in a tree.
"How was I supposed to know the sound would actually call for it to come?!" Owen frantically asked..
"You said that is how you and your dad would trap them!" Gwen stated.
"I was being theatrical. Excuse me for living!" Owen cried.
"If we lose, you are so going home!" Heather scorned.
"So you walked away from them because of Heather? Seems legit, I can't stand her. Especially after being so rude to Gwen." Katie understood Raviel.
"Yeah. But it sounds like your team just sent the two of you away." Raviel stated.
"Yeah, but at least I still have Sadie."
"Doesn't it get tiring being around the same person all the time?"
"Not really. Besides, not many boys want to talk to us. Even girls too; it's like they are jealous or something."
"Which they should, I mean have you seen yourself lately? And the bond you have with Sadie is so surreal that everyone should strive for. And…" Raviel was cut off by a make out session, which Sadie saw.
"Way to go Bridgette! Now we have no tent!" Courtney scolded.
"I said sorry." Bridgette apologized.
"Yeah, well sorry doesn't keep us dry now does it?" Duncan argued.
"Hey, lay off man. It's not like she wanted us to get rained on right?" Geoff nodded to Bridgette.
"Right!" Bridgette explained.
"I guess. But this still sucks." Duncan sighed.
"You two kissed! What happened to our no boyfriend policy?!" Sadie scolded.
"He kissed me Sadie, honest. The huge, jerky, cutest, hottest… jerk!" Katie snapped back.
"Wait what?!" Raviel was confused.
"We agreed that no boy would come between our friendship, and you broke our promise!"
"I told you, he kissed me! Right?" Katie pleaded.
"She's right. I kissed her. I didn't know you two were so close. We just got to talking and one thing led to another and…" Raviel tried to cover.
"Nice try, but I heard everything." Sadie explained, as the two friends argued.
"Hurry, we can make it back to camp!" Trent called out.
"Yeah!" Everyone raced.
"Let's move it people! We need to win!" Courtney shouted.
"Hurry, before Courtney blows another casket!" Duncan teased.
"Shut it!"
"Fine! If you want to be with him then go ahead!" Sadie yelled.
"Sadie I told you already, it was in the moment. You have no idea how bad I feel about this!" Katie pleaded.
"Bad enough you did for ten seconds straight?!" Sadie argued.
"Ugh. Great, more drama. And I thought Heather was enough." Raviel sighed.
"What was that?!"
"Nothing."
"And it looks like the Killer Bass are here first!" Chris stated.
"Wait, we lost!" Gwen worried.
"Not quite! It seems that both teams are missing some players." Chris noticed.
"What, Katie and Sadie? I'm pretty sure they got eaten by some bears!" Courtney suggested.
"Poor shame!" Duncan added.
"It looks like they are ok to me." Chris pointed in their direction.
"But what is following behind them?" Heather asked.
"Oh no!" Chris panicked.
"Oh no what?" Trent asked.
"I forgot that it's Sasquatchwanakwa mating season. But they are only attracted to the scent of pee." Chris stated, as everyone glanced at Sadie.
"Ewe!" everyone grossed out.
The three of them started to run as fast as they could. Unfortunately, Sadie was the slowest one of them all. The creature dragged her away, but Raviel leaped forward a knocked the creature away. Sadie was grateful that he saved her and apologized to him. She even 'granted' him that he could date Katie if he wanted to. Chris intervened saying that the Screaming Gophers were today's winners. The Killer Bass just glanced over at the lookalikes in anger.
"Katie, Sadie; you both got lost and cost the team the challenge. Everyone else was safe, and one of you will be joining them." Chris stated, as he gave the last marshmallow to Katie.
"Why me?" Sadie asked.
"Because you risked our lives with that giant thing this morning." Courtney answered.
"Sadie, it is time to go." Chris motioned, as the two girls had a hard time saying goodbye.
