Each person has a different thing they can do. Night guard can have a duffle bag of weapons and dual wield. Maintenance can shut off the robots for a bit and fix the kitchen camera. Manager can choose either the morning shift or night shift and make the schedule. Janitor can make it to any place in the building safely with any of the others and gross out any robot. Here's mine.
