As a doctor walks out of the room of an unconscious Izuku, he walks down the hall to a waiting room to tell the boy's mother about the condition Midoriya Izuku was in. "Is there a Mrs. Midoriya here? If so, please come with me." the doctor says as he opens the door to the waiting room. When Inko hears her name she hastily gets up and follows the doctor down the long hospital halls.

"Ma'am I'm sure I'm not the only one who has told you this but your son is incredibly lucky to have been saved by the water hose hero's." the doctor says in a hushed tone "When they found him he was unconscious, being dragged around by the fire villain. We don't yet know if he was awake during his experience but it could leave him with permanent mental damage." he says in a concerned manner.

"Should I tell him what happened or wait till he asks? He's bound to ask questions." Inko asks curiously.

"Well ma'am that's really up to you, we would like to spare the boy from as much trauma as possible but if you would like to tell him what happened then we can't stop you."

Inko thought carefully about what she should do for a couple minutes before reaching her decision.

Bright light blinds Izuku as he sits up in a bed that doesn't feel like his own "Ugh where am I?" Izuku groans as he looks around a white room, noticing a small window against the far wall, and several wires hooked to his bandaged arms. As he is looking around a nurse walks in and comes to his side.

"Hello little guy, I'll be right back. I'm going to go get the doctor and your mom to let them know you're awake." She says with a warm smile, Izuku gives her a little nod as he continues to look around the room. After a few minutes of sitting alone in silence a doctor and his mother walks in "Izuku!" Inko exclaims in a worried voice as she runs to Izuku's side, wrapping him in a tight hug. "Izuku, I'm so glad you're ok." Inko cried into Izuku's small shoulder.

"Young man, can you tell me how you're feeling?" Asks the doctor.

"My head feels fuzzy and my arms feel hot." Izuku replies with a raspy voice, while playing with the bandages on his arms.

"That's to be expected you have some minor burns on your arms. You also sadly will have a permanent scar on your wrist." he said with a slight frown "But overall you will be fine."

While Izuku and his mother listened to the doctor explain what they had to do at home to ensure he would fully recover from his burns, the only thing Izuku could think of is what was that thing that came out of his fire and why was he so burned up.

As the last days of junior high come to an end a class walks around their classroom talking and being loud in general, all except for Midoriya Izuku. He was too busy writing away in his notebook about a villain who had been seen robbing small stores and shops with a sludge-like quirk which has allowed him to escape, possibly into the sewers. As Izuku writes away in his notebook his teacher walks in with a stack of papers in his hands causing his class to settle down and pay attention.

"Alright class I have a paper here for you all to fill out to see what career you all want to go into." he says with a tired and bored voice. "But who am I kidding? I know you all want to be heroes anyway!" he says, throwing the papers into the air as all the students show off their quirks except for two. "Hey! I know you're all excited to be heroes but you can't use your quirks during class! Speaking of future heroes, Bakugo, didn't you apply to UA?" Everyone looks at Bakugo unsurprised.

"That's right, me and Ryuu are both going to UA. That's the place both of us deserve to go, the future number one hero and his sidekick should only be expected to go to the best school in the country!" As Bakugo says this aloud, Izuku looks up from his notebook and chuckles to himself 'I'm already more of a hero than you will ever be.'

Before Izuku climbs up the rope from his window to the roof he checks his clock which reads 10:28pm and then climbs out the window. Once izuku makes it onto the roof he flips on his hood and pulls his mask up over his face as he takes off running deeper into the city. As he is running he goes through a mental checklist on his main target for the night, thinking back to the news from earlier that week. A new up and coming villian by the name of Infernal who was wanted for murder and armed robbery. Izuku goes further into the city and sees a bank that is surrounded by fire with several downed police officers and burning squad cars, Izuku lands on the adjacent building from the bank looking through the collapsed front wall of the bank he sees a man standing in the middle of the bank with fire coming out of seamlessly nowhere but at the same time everywhere. As Izuku is trying to think of what he should do he hears a pair of feet land on the roof behind him.

"Schizoid it's good to see you're still out and about. I haven't seen or heard anything from you in a week or so." a feminan voice says.

"Gravitation, I didn't think I would see you in this area. You usually stay downtown." Izuku says in a monotone voice.

"Eh what can I say, I heard there was a commotion up town and had to come check it out." Gravitation says with a slight chuckle.

"Well since you're here want to give me a hand with this?" Izuku says as he points to the bank. "Why not. Even though I came here for another reason, I planned on taking care of it anyway so I'll lend you an extra pair of hands." Gravitation says as she starts to slowly float off the ground before gliding towards the bank with Izuku quickly following after her.
