As a couple vans pulled up to the house, the people driving them knocked on the door and was getting the attention of everyone. That's when the Dragneels and everyone else realized what happened.

"We did it again!" Natsu and Lucy called. All of them hurried through the house as they tried to get what they needed. It was a repeat of last year for sure. When all of them got what they could, they hurried to the vans.

"Sometimes I wonder if you and your family do this on purpose." Laxus complained. "There's no way we're going to make that flight now."

"Come on, Laxus. Try think positive." Natsu said.

"You think positive. I'll be realistic." Laxus said. All of them got on both vans and were making sure they had everything. Natsu and Lucy got in one with some of their friends. Lucy was passing plane tickets to make sure everyone has them. As Lucy was counting off the tickets, she saw there was one remaining. She was beginning to fear of another repeat from last year.

"Where's Nashi?!" Lucy said as she was fearing her daughter would be left behind.

"I'm right here." Nashi said as she showed she was in the front seat and took her ticket. "Don't want a repeat of last year, do we?" She joked with everyone having a laugh. Now that she knows Nashi is with them, Lucy has less to worry about.

The Airport

The vans arrived at the airport, but their plane for Miami was set to leave at any moment. Everyone was gathering all their stuff and was hurrying as fast as they could before their flight leaves. As for Nashi, she was playing with her recorder before, but the batteries ended up dead.

"Dad, I need some batteries. The ones in my recorder are dead." Nashi said.

"I've got some in my bag, Nashi. I'll give them to you later." Natsu said as he was helping everyone get their stuff.

"Why not now?" Nashi said, but Natsu didn't hear her. Nashi just went to get it on her own as she grabbed his bag with her backpack.

"We need to get going! Nashi, you got my bag? Good! Go, everyone! Go!" Natsu said. All of them were moving as fast as they could as they could through the airport before their flight leaves.

"Dad, wait!" Nashi said as she tried to keep up with them. Everyone was focused on getting to their plane, but Nashi had her priorities mixed. She was looking for the batteries rather than trying to get to the plane. Nashi foolishly stopped for a moment as she took the batteries out of her dad's bag and replaced the ones in her recorder. When she finally looked up, she lost track of them. "Mom? Dad?" Nashi looked around and spotted her mother. At least who she thought was her mother, but it was actually someone wearing the same coat as her with blonde hair. "Mom, wait!" She called as she hurried to catch her. They did go in the same direction until the gates split apart. Nashi's family and all their friends went down one, but the woman Nashi was following went down the other. Nashi followed her and was heading for the wrong plane. The Dragneels and their friends arrived and hurried to get on. Lucy stayed behind to make sure everyone got on.

"Ma'am, you need to board. We have to take off soon." The attendant said.

"I just need to make sure everyone gets on." Lucy said as she wants to be certain Nashi gets on.

"We'll take care of it. You need to get on." The lady said. Lucy had no choice. She did what she was told and got on the plane without being certain if Nashi got on. As for Nashi, she followed the person she thought she was her mother to a different plane. The lady handed her ticket and got on. They were closing the door, but Nashi came running in.

"Wait!" Nashi called, but she accidentally bumped into one of the attendants and the paperwork she was holding fell everywhere and Nashi dropping her ticket with it getting mixed in with all the papers. "Sorry." She said as she helped her out.

"It's fine. Are you on this flight?" The attendant asked.

"Yeah. I followed my mom here, but my ticket is somewhere in this mess." Nashi said as she couldn't find it.

"Excuse me, we need to take off!" A fellow co-worker said.

"She dropped her ticket, but she says her mother is on it." The attendant said. With no time to sort this out, he just went with it.

"Let her on! Just make sure she finds her mother!" The attendant let Nashi on the plane and followed after her. When they got on the actual plane, they looked around for her mother.

"Do you see her?" The attendant asked.

"There she is!" Nashi said as she pointed to the lady she thought was her mother.

"Okay. You better take your seat. Merry Christmas." The attendant said as she let Nashi stayed on the plane.

"Thank you!" Nashi called and went to take a seat. She didn't even realize that none of her friends or anyone she knew was on the plane. Both planes took off, but now Nashi was heading in a different direction than her family was heading.

Lucy

Lucy, Natsu, and everyone was on the plane. They were heading for Miami, but Lucy couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. She knew there was, but she wasn't aware of what it was yet.

"What's wrong?" Natsu asked.

"It's that feeling." Lucy said. "I feel like there's something wrong."

"No, no way." Natsu said. "It's really because we were in a hurry. Nashi was with us this time. Nothing bad has happened." Natsu was trying his best to reassure Lucy that everything was going to be okay, but a mother knows when something is wrong. It's only a matter of time until she learns that their daughter is heading for somewhere else in the world. Lucy said that she would be with Nashi no matter what. So much for that idea.

Nashi

The plane Nashi was on landed down. She boarded off the plane and looked around for her family and friends, but she didn't see them anywhere.

"Guys? Hello?" Nashi said. She didn't understand what was going on until she looked outside. She saw skyscrapers and much more. It didn't look like Miami at all. "What?" She didn't understand what was going on until she spotted a sign that told her where she was inside New York City. "I'm in New York?!" Nashi couldn't believe it. She was all the way in New York, one of the biggest cities in the world; and was all by herself. She needed a moment and she took it as she had a seat. "My family is in Miami and I'm in New York..." Nashi wasn't sure what to do. It looked bad until she realized something. "My family is in Miami and I'm in New York!" She made it sound like it was actually a good thing. Nashi could just imagine all the fun she could have on her own. She got up and hurried to the desk clerk. "Excuse me!"

"Yes? Can I help you?" The lady asked.

"Can you help me get a taxi?" Nashi said as she had a feeling this was going to be lots of fun. Somehow, Nashi was able to get a taxi by herself. She headed into the city and can just imagine all the fun she could have. Especially since she has her father's bag with his money in it. New York was certainly an amazing city. Nashi took in all the sights, all the different stores and buildings, and all the different people that was there. "I'm starting to see what makes New York so great." At least she was finding a way to have some fun while she's in thee New York City.

Miami Airport

Nashi's family and friends soon arrived at the airport in Miami. They still weren't aware that Nashi wasn't with them, but they were about to. They all went to get their bags. When one of Nashi's bags came down, Natsu grabbed it.

"Here's Nashi." Natsu said as he passed it to Lucy.

"Give this to Nashi." Lucy said as they kept passing the bag down.

"Give this to Nashi." Gray said.

"This is Nashi's." Erza said.

"This is for Nashi." Gajeel said.

"Nashi's." Storm said.

"This is for Nashi." Simon said.

"Here, Nashi." Nova said as she was the last one to have it, but she didn't see Nashi anywhere. "Nashi's not here." She passed the bag back.

"Nashi's not here." Gale said.

"Nashi's not here." Storm said.

"Nashi's not here." Juvia said.

"Nashi's not here." Jellal said.

"Nashi isn't here." Mirajane said.

"Nashi's not here." Lucy said. She passed it to Natsu with Natsu the only one realizing what was just said.

"What?!" Natsu said. Lucy realized herself what she just said. She panicked as she looked around and didn't see Nashi anywhere.

"Nashi!" Lucy screamed and actually fainted. She knew something wasn't right. Now she's wishing she was wrong.
