Nashi has been having a great time in New York, but it will have to come to an end. She steps out of the toy store and takes out a map of New York to decide where she should go now. As she was doing that, Mard Geer and Jackal stepped out as well.

"Where to now?" Mard Geer said.

"Want to do a little sightseeing until tonight?" Jackal suggested. Before anything else, Mard Geer looked ahead and spotted a little girl in front of them. He looked at her backpack with "N. Dragneel" stitched on it and had pink hair. He instantly recognized her as Nashi.

"Jackal, look who is right in front of us." Mard Geer said. Jackal spotted her and he almost couldn't believe it. They both saw it as an opportunity to get payback. With no one to protect her and no house to run to, they walked right over to Nashi. "Hello, my dear." Nashi was confused as to who that was. When she turned to see them, she gasped when saw Mard Geer and Jackal. She never forgot about them.

"Hey, kid. It's been a long time." Jackal taunted as they had her right where they wanted her. Mard Geer reached out for her, but Nashi screamed as loud as she could and it was starting to draw a crowd. Those two couldn't do much with them watching. She acted fast and kicked both of them in the leg. As they both winced in pain, she ran off.

"Get her!" Mard Geer said as they chased after her. Nashi never expected to see the likes of him. Now that they were chasing after her, she had to do something fast.

"Five dollars! Five dollars! Pretty necklaces for five dollars!" A salesman on the street called as he was trying to sell necklaces. Seeing he had pearl necklaces gave Nashi and idea.

"I'll take a couple." Nashi said as she handed him some money. She grabbed the necklaces and continued running with those two after her. Nashi worked on the necklaces while those two were still after her. When Nashi was a good distance from them, she pulled the necklaces apart and poured the pearls, beads, or whatever they were on the ground like marbles. She ran further on ahead with those two chasing after her. The two of them didn't see the pearls and ended up tripping on them as they fell to the ground. That didn't stop them as they tried to get back up and followed after her.

The Plaza Hotel

Von Graham showed someone off as he stood in front of the hotel. He saw Nashi running towards him and looked happy to see her, but he was happy to confront her.

"You've got to help me. There are two guys after me." Nashi said.

"What's the matter? Store wouldn't take your STOLEN credit card!" Von Graham said as she took the credit card from her. "Let's see what police have to say about this!" Nashi couldn't afford to get in more trouble. She just took the card back and gave him a good kick as well and ran in the hotel with Von Graham following her. Mard Geer and Jackal followed her to the hotel and saw her run inside, but Mard Geer stopped them.

"This way." Mard Geer said as they went off in a different direction. Nashi was running as fast as she could to avoid getting caught. Thomas tried getting in her way, but she took off in the opposite direction and ran for the elevators.

"Stop that child!" Von Graham called. The receptionist stood in the way of Nashi and the elevator. However, Nashi jumped and slid under her legs with Von Graham and Thomas crashing into the receptionist. Nashi closed the elevator and headed for the room. "Get me security!"

Nashi ran back to the suit and got all the stuff she needed and packed as fast as she could. At this point, she wants to go home now. She could hear the hotel staff coming, but had a plan as she put on the movie she watched the other night. As the three hotel staff members came barging in with security, Nashi used the movie to her benefit as she played around with the remote.

"What's going on here?" Nashi used the movie and made it sound like a real person.

"This is the concierge, sir! We're looking for a troublesome child!" Von Graham said.

"I know it's you. You were here last night."

"Yes, I was." Von Graham said.

"You were here with my brother. You were smooching it up real good."

"Excuse me?!" Von Graham said as he found that ridiculous while his staff was working at him questionably. "Sir, you are mistaken. That never happened."

"Don't give me that. You've been smooching with everyone. G.L., Baby Linnie, Chuck, Seth, Cliff..." That last name got to them since Cliff was the name of one of the security guards.

"It's a lie." Cliff said.

"Sir! You are mistaken! We are here for a child who is in a lot of trouble!" Von Graham said.

"Okay. I believe you..." All of them were glad to here him say that. "...but my little friend here doesn't." They didn't like the sound of that. "Now, get down on your knees and tell me you love me." Von Graham was getting a little scared as he dropped to his knees.

"I love you!" Von Graham said.

"Come on! You can do better than that!" Von Graham had them all dropped down to their knees and went along with it.

"I love you!" They all said with Nashi laughing. She let the movie played out as she snuck around.

"Okay. Maybe I'm being unreasonable." They were all glad to here that. "That's why I'm going to give you until three to get your lying, deceptive,, filthy little toosh out of here! One... Two..." All of them moved as fast as they could to get out of there. The sound of gunfire could be heard as they all ducked down. Others stepped out to see what was going on as Nashi ran to the fire exit. "Merry Christmas, you filthy animal." Nashi even mouthed the words as she made her way out and let them freak out. Nashi made her way down the stairs. She made out to the loading dock, but Mard Geer and Jackal grabbed a hold of her.

"Hello again." Mard Geer said as they took her away.

"Let go of me!" Nashi said as she tried to escape, but they had a strong grip on her.

"Not a chance." Jackal said. "You caused us a lot of trouble, but it's sweet payback time. After that, we're going to hit that toy store, get our old buddies out, get fake passports..." "Jackal!"

"Don't say more than you have to." Mard Geer said.

"Oh please, Mard. She's not going to tell anyone." Jackal said, but Nashi already got what she needed thanks to her recorder.

"Let's just find a place to dispose of her where no one is around." Mard Geer said. They walked into the streets and just acted like everything was normal. Nashi had to escape somehow and she had an idea how with a woman in front of her. When they weren't looking, she reached and pinched her butt. Coincidentally, she was the same woman Jackal tried to rob and flirt with. That's why when she saw him, she gasped in shock and was angry now.

"Hello." Jackal said with some swagger, but she punched him right in the face to help Nashi escape.

"He did it!" Nashi said as she pointed to Mard Geer.

"Did what?!" Mard Geer said, but the lady punched him across the face as well.

"Nice shot." Nashi said. That was when she made her escape and ran to Central Park.

"Get her!" Mard Geer said as he and Jackal pulled themselves together and chased after her again. Nashi ran into Central Park. She needed a way to lose them. She found it and ran for it. Mard Geer and Jackal ran into the park, but there was no sign of her. "Where'd she go?"

"I don't know." Jackal said.

"We should have got rid of her when we had the chance." Mard Geer said.

"She's just a kid. Kids are helpless." Jackal said.

"Not this one. Remember last year? I don't feel good pulling a heist knowing she's out there." Mard Geer said.

"Yeah, but this time she doesn't have a house to run to." Jackal said. "It will be dark soon. No way she's going to make it."

"I hope you're right." Mard Geer said. All they can do now is leave Nashi. Nashi was able to take cover in a case on a carriage as it rode off. She's in a serious situation now. She's on her own in New York with two criminals after her and she's got nothing to fend them off with this time. At this point, there's only one thing that a kid would want.

"I want to go home. Mommy, where are you?" Nashi asked.
