Chapter 3
AN-I really have nothing to say about this. Moon meets up with her friends. Also just for shits and giggles this fic will have winterslayer to further destroy the souls. I don't really care for ships, I just go for the mainly cannon ones. Also future chapters will have an even bigger asshole Darkstalker. Because as I said before for shits and giggles.
When Moonwatcher arrived she was soaking wet from the fall showers that had started coming down. She supposed that the living members of the Jade winglet would be somewhere away from the relentless downpour of the rain. She started to where the caretaker had told her they would be, and while she had not expected it, there were Quibi and Winter waiting in the rainwing throne room.
"Moon! Your safe," Quibi called out
"Yes yes good to see you too," Winter said uninterested.
"You guys are safe, what was it like?" Moon asked
"Winter slept through the whole thing, but it was gruesome Moon. Cricket and Blue were the first to go, but Blue's screams woke the rest of us up. I have no idea how I survived. The end was the most chilling, watching Jerboa praise Turtle like that."
"See, if Darkstalker was behind this then why would Jerboa be praising Turtle, and also why was the exact same necklace that was found on Jerboa The same one Tsunami saw Turtle wear?" Winter ranted
"Huh, what is this all about?"
"Quibi thinks that Darkstalker is behind all of this. Despite the fact that animus seawing princes have a history of going apeshit and killing dragons"
Moon thought back to the time when Darkstalker had told her about how it was his fault that Fathom used his magic, causing him to mind control Clearsight into helping him make Darkstalker look like the bad guy.
"You still believe that, There are testimonies from Queen Pearl that Fathom disappeared with Indigo. How do we know that that is not a lie invented by Darkstalker to make him look like the good guy," Quibi said.
"I still believe it because Darkstalker admitted to how it was his fault, not to mention the book of Clearsight telling them to be wary of seawings and nightwings. Why would she warn the Pantalen tribes if Fathom was as harmless and innocent as history says."
"Queen Tsunami will have something to say about this. Perhaps she will go the way of Queen Pearl and ban animus magic all together," Moon said
"And then Darkstalker will rant for two hours about how great and effective his rescuing devices that stop animus dragons from losing their soul is." Quibi said back
"Yea, so what he has a point, look at Stonemover, he may not be able move but at least he is not apeshit inanse. Even Anemone was ambitious and power hungry, it made sense that she would try and go for the throne," Moon said
"It is hard to argue with your assessment, but was Turtle not completely normal when we saw him last?" Quibi retorted.
"So was every animus that went on a killing spree. No one could have predicted Albatross." Winter said.
"Ok fine, can we put this behind us and agree that what happened must not ever happen again, no matter who was behind it," Moon said as the trio finally reached the edge of the forest.
"I guess I'll see you," Quibi said. "I have to head back to Queen Thorn now that I am no longer going to JMA."
"Bye," Moon said, hugging her friend
As Quibi flew off towards the desert Winter also bid goodbye and headed to where Moon presumed the scavenger sanctuary was. She headed back into the rainforest where when she got home she was tackled to the ground by her mother.
"Three Moons Moon," Secretkeeper said, "I was so terrified that something had happened to you, I was relieved to learn that you were in the night kingdom.
"I missed you, too Mom."
"I have packed everything we would need."
"Where are we going?" Moon asked.
"To the night kingdom, now that JMA has closed I want you to learn along with the rest of the nightwings, I don't know where we will live though."
"You don't need to worry about that mom, We will have fully furnished rooms in the palace."
"The palace Moon, how did you manage that?"
"I'm good friends with King Darkstalker."
"Well then, I suppose we must get going then Moon."
"Yes mom Moon said as she walked into her room to get the magic tablet that Darkstalker had given to her
Darkstalker, I'm sure you have learned of the JMA incident. Me and my mother will be coming to live in the night kingdom. She says it is because she wants me to learn among the other nightwings, but I think she is feeling lonely, there aren't that many nightwings left and none of them have any kind feelings for her. I hope she can have a place to rest at the palace.

Moon tucked the tablet away and went to see her mother.
AN-For some clarification here The events of Darkness of Dragons did not happen due to the second seawing royal massacre and the JMA massacre. Not to mention the Dragons from Pantala arrived earlier when Willow was inspecting the Book of Clearsight. Unlike last chapter where the events of Darkstalker's past did happen, the apeshit Fathom was a lie made up by him. He did use his magic to edit the book of Clearsight. Because Turtle's bowl was destroyed along with the rest of his possessions there is only one anti-Darkstalker earring in all of Pyrrhia so Winter is still under his spell. Now there was a early draft where I killed off Secretkeeper with an apeshit insane rainwing who was trapped in the volcano eating the scraps of his dead brethren.
