A Poem for Two

Part 1: Hitomi's Poem
Vision was how it all started between us,
An angel flew, the necklace swung,
Now here I am safely in your arms.
Finding someone like you was something I only had in my dreams,
And on one faithful night, under the moon and the stars, our story had begun.
Never had I imagine that with your deep dark eyes I would fall,
Every smile, every tear, every breath, every heart beat, and every waking moment I will spend with you,
Lovingly I cherish here in my heart, forever for you.
Part 2: Van's Poem
How was it possible
I cannot explain
The two of us met, yet who could have guessed.
Only time told me how much you mean to me,
My feelings I kept, shrugged, and ignored,
I though it was all because of duty, but I realized I was already falling in so deeply.
Knowing you was truly unexpected, (but a wonderful surprise nonetheless)
A soft, cool wind on a summer's night,
Nothing in this world made me as happy, as the day you said you love me,
Zone of absolute fortune must have smiled its grace upon me.
Alone I am not anymore, for your love told me so,
King or not I may be, I will pledge my love and life to thee,
In the depths of my heart I say…I'm glad to be loving you.
