I was finally out of the bunker and into the outside world, as I see only city ruins in the distance as it looked mostly destroyed on the far left. then I see a dry forest in the distance from far right, after that I looked back to the place I came out from. It was a small size building like I thought for sure... but I didn't think it will be THAT small.

Then I looked at the sky...Sigh.

It's good that the fabric of the sky hasn't changed one bit, as I formed a comforting smile on my face. The sky is orange and from the looks of things it's sunset as zoe described...but what about the air?

Jack:" zoe... is the air still clean?"

Zoe:" hang on"

She analysed the substance as she sucked it through gas mask.

Zoe:" yep. it's clean"

Jack:" good...now if you excuse me...I need moment"

Zoe:" take all the time you need...it's not like we have anything important to do anyway. hehehe~"

She said as she giggled from her little comment, I close my eyes and shake my head in amusement of how much personality she possessed, then I took my helmet off as I feel the wind blowing against my face.

This feels nice.

Then I take a long breath through my nose, as I consume the clean air into my lungs and replace the toxic metal smell out of my system. I breath for several minutes as I enjoy the neutral air around me.

I feel so much better.

Then I moved forward as I look my surroundings.

Jack:" good god ... everything is just ...gone"

I said in disbelieve as I kept walking and looked on the ground.

the ground is a soled sunset like coloured rock.

I remember the state was only land as far as the eye can see, the city was huuuuge and really big... not many people know about it but was a huge and successful city with a lot of people, then there is the forest ... some city folks say...or at least... dead city folks, that the forest is a cash crap of nature's food since the whole place was constructed for experiencing natures beauty and what has to offer. it's a nice place to get your mind off of things. It truly was a magnificent place.

now everything is just only a single foundation with nowhere to go.

I need to get out of here.

I stopped in the middle of the three areas of what's left of the foundation, looking around. I strach my head in confusion because I'm having a hard time trying to figure out which direction is north, so that I would know where I'm now... but I can't figure jack shit...god Damen it! ...if only if I had a compass!

I put the helmet back on, I have an idea... I don't if it'll work but... it's worth the shot anyway.

Zoe:" need something?"

Jack:" zoe, can you make a digital compass?"

Zoe:" of course I can!"

Jack:" NICE!"

Zoe:" ...But I need your help on this one"

Jack:" oh? ...how so?"

Zoe:" I need to pinpoint the position of north; all I want you to do is turn around by my instructions, that way can pinpoint all the derations from all areas. Then we will know where we are in no time"

Jack:" copy that"

Zoe:" great! now let's begin"

by her instructions, I turned to the small building that I came out from, then I hear beeping sounds before I see a red line that starches towards the building and by the way, the whole thing feels a virtual reality. Because I literality see red line comes out of nowhere on the ground, it is quit amazing how much we advanced our technology to the point we see this in front our faces. then I hear a single beeping sound before I see the red line flashed white as if it was completed.

Zoe:" alright... now turn slightly far right"

I did just that as I face the far ocean, then I see the same line but white coloured this time. As I hear the beeping sound.

My god... look how far the ocean goes.

I hope that I will find someone out there...and whomever these people that entered the facility...and whatever that girl is supposed to be...when I find her, I will give her my thanks...and maybe even I will be with her as I could...maybe.

Zoe:" got it!... now look at the city"

She said as I see and hear the beeping and the flash again, then I did what she asked before I see the ruined city.

I felt... things that are...indescribable. I don't know what it is but... all I can describe is, fear... rage... sorrow... anxiety... happiness... joy...and hatred. Those are a mixture of everything that I feel... but I can't pick one to describe of what I am feeling, same thing goes with my mind, thoughts are swarming around my head, all the things I could think of like, doubts... alternatives ...solutions...mistakes...creation...and distraction. Those are the only things I could think of ...forget it, nothing maters anyway. the whole place is ricked and irreplaceable.

there's no point of living here.

Might as will take what I can get from here and leave.

Zoe:" ok! ...now move slightly to the far right"

I did just as I face the ocean again.

There's nothing to say other than that I hope to find a way to get off this rock, I know I have this suite but I need to be careful how power I use, otherwise I might not be able to survive. which remind me... I need to check all the functionality of the suit before I start salvaging.

Zoe:" donezo! ... now to the forest"

I did just that before my eyes laid upon the dry forest, I can't remember the last I've been to that place before the evacuation... but I really need to go there again.

Zoe:" ok! Last one before we finish! Move to the sunset"

Then I move to what's left of the bathing sun before the ocean continua's to swallow it whole...so many things to remember, so many things that I missed, so many things to try, so many things to experience, so many things to find...so many people to hopefully encounter before I die.

Jack:" it's been a long time since I've seen the sun"

I said with a smile.

Zoe:" I know you have, it's a whole lot better then having to be stuck in a place you hate so much. Personality I prefer being in a place where I can see everything instead being in a small place that has nothing"

She commented before I notice the change of her tune at the end, it was a hint of a small rage.

I ask her later about this.

Zoe:" done! Now back to the building"

I did just that as I hear beeping sounds, then I see the red line move to the right, then I kept hearing more beeping before I see the red line coming back from the left, then there's a flash and beep before it moved to the right again as if it was rotating. It did that five times before it stops.

Zoe:" we have a compaaaaaaass!"

She singed.

Jack:" FUCK YEAH!"

I shouted with joy, as I raised my fists in the air. Then I see a digital compass formed in the in front of me, before it moved to the bottom right of the visor, then it becomes a 3d compass.

Jack&zoe:" now were in business!"

We said in unison.

Jack:" lets see what we are now"

I said with confidants as I begin to use the 3d compass, the compass points north to the building, then I moved to the ocean as the compass points east that is between the small building and the city ruins, and the city is south east from here, the ocean that is next to the city on the left is south, the dry forest is south west, then the sun is on the west.

Jack:" OK! now I know where I am!"

Zoe:" jack nightfall is almost here; we have to find a shelter for the night"

Jack:" good call z, if we find one, can we look of how the suit works? I need to know of its capabilities"

Zoe:" obviously, but first we need find shelter...hmmmm...maybe somewhere in the city? Or in the forest?"

She asked as she waits for my response.

Hmmmm

Zoe:" actually the city will be a bad idea, since everything is mostly destroyed but... will we really risk that? ...to find a comfy bed? ...or we can just take the safe route and take the forest? It will be less comfortable but... you could always count on the suit to make you somewhat comfortable"
