I hate and love how much she makes me feel at ease, she giggled in reply to my thoughts as I just opened the visor, rubbed my face with both hand's and closed it.
jack:"first we need selvedge every here in the angle plaza, then we go to the demon square so we can see if there's something we can use.
And hey!...maybe we can find an upgrade for the damn suit!...it's not going to be the flotation device but...at this point the upgrade is un-upgrade right?"I said as I informed the task's while still a bit irritated.
Zoe:"fine by me!"she immediately complied as I huffed and took the travelling bag with me and went to one of the stores of the plaza.
I entered one of the stores and it looked like a big broken dusty bar, in here it holds all sorts of legal alcohol's...or in this case it starts out as un artificial one's. That's how the devil's horn and the angel's wing was made in the first place before it got mass produced to a full fledged product. There were no actual demon's or angel's...all of this is just man made with no boundaries whatsoever, in any case I went behind the bar counter table on the right side of the bar to see if I could find any of that stuff.
and to my surprise, there's still some left for me to grab as it looked dusty as well, no surprise there.
jack:"riiiiiiight!...finally I'm gonna get super cracked up right now with this thing!...and I'll leave the wine after" I said joyfully while I held both the big bottle of devil's horn alcohol in my hand and the angel's wing wine on the other as I shook the dust off them.
The bottle's now looked somewhat clean as I began examining them, one looked like a twirling red and black horn shaped as the bottle cap looked pointy, while the other had a more dignified tall white and blue shape with a swing top wing like shaped opener.
Zoe:"hay! don't drink yet we're not even out of the island!"she said trying to stop me as I already opened the twirly one while I already put the wine on the counter table.
jack:"i haven't had a drink while we were trapped in that damn hell hole, so I think I deserve a rearward for being locked up in there over 12.000 years...and I'm pretty sure there's more where that came from so" i said as I begin drinking my favourite poison as gas mask opened with the blue holo-mask.
The drink still holds up surprisingly, as for the taste it was extremely bitter yet still very strong to this day and the colour of it is Merlot red, after I drink it I felt an odd sensation as my body shakes and shivers as if I was cold. Before then a black smoke with ember dust came out of my mouth as if my body was a giant moving machine.
jack:"AHHHHhhh...that is some good shit!"I said strongly as I felt the power coursing through both my body and veins.
After that strong bitterness of the test I put down the bottle.
Zoe:"wish if I could drink for once...sounds really tasty when you described it in your head" she said happily with a hint of sadness.
Jack:"yeah! feels like I can make up for lost time with this bad boy! I can't wait! Until I got off this damn island!" I said as I felt more of my strength returning.
Zoe:"wow!...this is some strong stuff!...The diagnosis show's some interesting readings too!"she said in a surprised tune.
jack:"yeeep...gonna take all that and I'll try to find more bag's while I'm at it...and hay, I'm sure once we find the rest of the knowledge we might have a chance of creating an organic body for ya...you never know you'll see. aaaand if we couldn't...we could just start from scratch...and we will see what we're goin from there...ok?'' I said in confidence as I reassured her that I will find a way for her.
Zoe:"h-hold up...are you really sure about that?...i mean it's not even your field of science how exactly are you going to do that?...don't get me wrong, I really appreciated it and I know you have a gift of understanding a small portion in other fields, but are you really sure you're more than qualified for it?"she said with worry as it made me think about it a bit more.
she's right...even though I only understand a little bit of the other stuff, there's no guarantee that maybe something's will go wrong...of course it's not like we're actually performing it but...plans for the future right?
jack:"you are correct, I don't have the special qualifications for a cytologist and genetics, I don't know if there is someone out there who already fit's in that criteria...but I do know that I can be there if you want my help even if I don't have those specifics...i don't want to sound like a generic anime character guy or something along the line but...really think about it...i met you when I don't know where I am, who I am, at least for a limited time. and I genuinely felt a bit scared when I traverse through the facility, when you came around I felt somewhat at ease through and through until I got all of my memory's back...(still don't know about that big strange circled mark on my back...where did it come from?...and how do I stop it from getting more of that infuriating pain?) and I think I pretty much owe you for that and everything else you did for me so far, so...i already have a debt that is ready to be paid back...and Zoe...I'm a man of my word's...just say the word of whatever you need and I'll do it...with in reason of course~"i said with serious and determine tune as I joked before she laughed for a bit.
jack:"no seriously I prefer to do stuff that actually has a reason behind it, rather than meaningless bullshit that has no impact on anything whatsoever!" I clarified with a more serious tune as she laughed more.
Zoe:"hahahaha! ok! Ok! I believe you~!...'sigh'...and...thanks~...I'll let you know if there is something I need~"she said sincerely to which it made me feel more at ease and more grateful to give me the chance to do something for her.
jack:"thank you...i promise I won't disappoint-Zoe:''even if it's not a full sexy banggabull body~" she said teasingly, cutting me off as I just stood still with a dead beat expression on my face for a full minute...
Then I took the white and blue wine and swung the club open.
jack:"suddenly I feel regret for letting you never stop teasing" i said with regret while still in a dead expression.
Zoe:"a full price for having this girl in your care big boy~"she said as more of her cocky nature began to show more as I couldn't help but just smile and close my eyes as I opened the visor and put one hand on my face.
Zoe just giggled and I just...smiled.

with that said.
I removed my hand as the visor closed and began to drink the angel's wing wine, this one has more of a sweet gentile taste of a full blueberry flavour as the colour of the liquid was a teal blue coloured flavour. The drink made me feel more calmed and relaxed as my mind felt more at ease and my muscles felt more relaxed and laid back as I almost fell on the floor before I leaned on the counter table.
Zoe:"woah there, you ok?"she asked.
jack:"yeah yeah I'm fine...i just felt a bit relaxed is all...i think I feel a bit sleepy" i informed.
Zoe:"should we head back?...it is getting late" she also informed me.
Jack:"no I'm fine, I don't plan on waking up in the morning and the first thing I gotta do is go back. We're doing this at least in one go, if we mess some stuff...well...we will be back, but on a later date. ok?''i was reassured as I planned fairly even though I REALLY don't want to go back.
Zoe:"roger that doc! I'll keep an eye and detect all of the stuff we can find!...it is also just in case if we go to re-explore the facility on your command!"she complied as she informed me determinately.
jack:"thank you Z" i thank her as I felt more at ease on this mission.
Zoe:"So are we going to get these optional requirements now?"she asked.
jack:"in a bit, I gotta gather the goods for a little while before we head out" i informed as I did just that.
(a little while later of collecting the goods in the bar)
I got everything I needed in the bar as I put all of it in the big travelling bag as it looked almost full, then I got out of the bar leaving nothing in there while holding the devil's horn in my hand while drinking it.
Zoe:"you done wasted~?"she sassed as I shudder before the stream with ember dust came out the same way as before.
jack:"yeahhhhh~...I'm done for now hhhhhh~"i said breathlessly while the steam came out.
I looked at the bottle as it already looked empty, I closed the bottle with the pointy cap before I tossed it on the ground...it didn't break.
Zoe:"oh yeah!...I forgot all of the glasses here are unbreakable...wait...then how come we came across more broken windows and glass shards on the ground?...hell...even the window of your room and bathroom looked fine...what's up with that?"she wondered as I did the same.
jack:"i have no clu-OH SHIT!"i said shockingly as I remembered something dangerously important information.
Zoe:"what!? What is it!?"she said the same tune.
jack:"AREN'T WE WALKING IN A DANGEROUS TERRITORY OF MUTANT'S AND MASSIF RADIATION!?" I said as I panicked.
Zoe:"what the hell are you talking about?...I scanned every little thing ever since we came out and there is no possible radiation or anyone for that matter, also if ANYTHING that has a more life threatening situation I would've told you a looooong time ago...jack...everything is clean...and there's nothing out of the ordinary...and not that hellven was ever ordinary to begin with anyway" as soon as she said that I stopped panicking as I looked around one more time.
And after a quick look...she's right, there's nothing. Was that nuclear explosion here was just a fluke?...The one in the north pole that cusses the global flooding in first place was real, so...way there is no radiation then?...or whatever happened to those wired monsters?...and there's these odd barbarian like fish creatures that came up after?...what the hell happened during my sleep?...there are so many questions on my mind, but I'm losing the light of twilight so I better hurry.
Zoe:"I already know, so let's hurry" she responded to my thoughts as she pinpointed the location on the visor.
not that I need it consider that I know the city like the back of my hand, then again...I don't know if the district the same...before then I left the travelling bag behind and quickly run and started jumping and made my way to the direction of the demon square district that zoe pinpoint it.

After a while of jumping, running and maneuvering around from building to building as I don't have the ability to climb over more easily or hold on against the wall's to reach my destination because of the piled roughed up building's.

Zoe:"were here" she said as the pin point marker disappeared.
jack:"let's get gathering" i said with a bit of exhaustion as I looked around of what is now the demon square.
The demon square space is smaller than the angle plaza, as it looked in better shape, I walked and looked around the square to find a certain store that has everything I need to build the machine of mine.
jack:"the store should be around here" I said as I looked and looked from every corner to every alley for a few minutes until finally.
jack:"FOUND IT!" I said happily as I found the store with a sign that looked somewhat big with an interesting writing style as the name of it was.

I have no idea why I was even expecting anything at this point from this place anyway.

Of course there are some things that I can't get here as some of it were exclusive to some clients, so I had to get it from elsewhere until I had the opportunity to fit in for it.

As I carefully looked around the store and watched my step along the way, making sure that I wouldn't break anything valuable or useful. There are so many things in the store that I can't even begin to understand how much I want to take...but I can't think of anything that will help me boost the potential of the suit.
I then looked at the back of the store as I found the door made of metal that says staff and employs only.
I tried to open the door but it looked, it wasn't a problem for me since all I had to do when I was back in the apartment building was smash through the doors.
I did just that as I held up my fist before I swung it with full force to smash all down, the metal door was now on the ground as dust blocked my vision for a bit before it got cleared, from the looks of it the place looks like a big workshop.

I came across something interesting but kind of fucked up at the same time as it almost scared me half to death, in a small yet far distance...I see a very very slim robotic tentacle eight arms that is attached to some sort of unfinished project, it looked humanoid yet not completely human as it looked like a complete mess all over it. There were cables and wires all over it too, with damaged animatronic bodies and messed up human teeth as the whole thing is sitting on the workbench. What makes it even creepier it's that it's resting behind a net squire-like window as the lighting gives it unsettling.
jack:"what...the...hell?" I said in a puzzling tune with somewhat in horror of what I see before me.
Zoe:"that's fucking creepy!" she said loudly as she was spooked by it as I smirked that I had an idea.
Zoe:"jack!...don't!" she responded to what I was thinking in irritation.
I started to approach it with a nasty smile on my face~.
Zoe:"DON'T YOU FUCKING DEAR GO NEAR THAT THING! IT'S CREEPY AS SHIT!" she shouted but I kept going trying to tease her.
Zoe:"JACK I SWEAR TO GOD! I WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ANYTHING IF YOU KEEP AT IT!" she continued to shout as I kept ignoring her as i kept at as I was almost there.
Zoe:"JACK YOU GODDAMN ASSHOLE STOP IT!" she begged me more to stop as I did just that.
jack:"that's what you get for teasing me back in the simulation you nasty little thing~"i teased with a slay smile as I got my revenge.
Zoe:"...fuck you" she said to witch it made laugh loudly.
jack:"HAHAHAHAHAHA ho-okay...all kidding aside~...i think we can use this~!" I said with interest.
Zoe:"h-huh?...h-how so?" she said with a puzzling interest as she was still a bit spoked from earlier.
jack:"just trust me on this, but I'm gonna have to ask you to promise me that you keep your shit together so I can extract it ok?"i asked.
Zoe:"...'sigh'...ok...i can promise to try...but i can't promise to not get scared" she answered as she was a bit unsure.
jack:"fair enough" I replied back to her as I began to approach the unfinished project yet again.
as I stood in front of the work bench, I started to analyse the project with the visor.
It seems this project was meant to be an advanced combat robot machine with rescue capabilities such as the small round speakers for ears as they are still working, same thing goes the tentacles arms as they have three sharp fingers claw's for hand's, but the body itself never came close to enough finish.
