Five Truths About Crowfrost
i.
He is born during an especially harsh leaf-bare. His father, his brother, and his sister all die before he is even a moon old.
Kinkfur fears she is cursed and refuses to nurse her only surviving son, so Whitewater and Smokekit adopt him.
ii.
As an apprentice he outshines the rest of his class and is mentored by Rowanclaw himself; it is easy for the young tom to develop an ego and force his Clanmates to forget about pitiful, rejected Crowkit.
Cats will crave his approval, and he will Never be rejected again.
iii.
He and Smokefoot receive their apprentices at the same time: Olivepaw and Owlpaw.
Olivepaw is confident and enthusiastic and she looks at him with hearts in her eyes, so they get along great.
Although. She really could pick better friends.
iv.
Dawnpelt is the most infuriating cat around the lake, but nobody believes Crowfrost when he says as much.
When she laughs even the marshes fall silent, like they're holding onto the echo.

One day Dawnpelt laughs, and he can only stare at her and hold onto her the echo.

They have three kits in their first litter: Willowkit, Mosskit, and Firekit.
Willowkit, named after the weeping willow where they would stargaze together.
Mosskit, as in the games of moss-ball that Crowfrost never got to play with his littermates.
And Firekit, in honor of Flametail.
Sorry for basically recycling the same stuff from Dawn Frost. I can't see Crowfrost any other way, and I know I would have had some angry reviews if I didn't include Dawnpelt!
