After I received the message from that repulsive octo cunt of a soldier, I moved back to my sub while being invisible. My….sigh….two followers, John and Becky insisted to see my 'sanctuary' with the fact that they wanted to 'fulfill' their purpose as the descendants of mankind. Words cannot describe how much I want to vomit right now. In any case I marked the location for them to follow as I got info from Zoe: they have brought big guns - a big squired like sad faced machine with tiny little legs. That happened after The Great Zapfish have been stolen along with small one…fucking morons. I arrived at the location of the same place I rescued those two from, but this time it was quiet. Or so I thought till squids started super jumping out from all over the place, like a damn ambush! Then the sub ascended from the water as they were enchanted by its appearance while their legs gave out in awe…...Oh my god please kill me! I told them to snap out of it as I have a job for them along with these little ghosts of mine.
Becky: "The little ghosts are at your despoil my lord! Just give us the order and all of us will be ready to finally serve you" She said in respect with a wide smile before kneeling as she put both hands on her chest.
John did the same but I just ignored all of this lord nonsense and tried to move things quickly as I just scraped the whole name thing to talk to them.
Wraith: "I need you guys to tell the little ghosts to clear a bath for the sub, we're going to ram that king whop machine looking mother fucker" I said as they looked at each other in confusion before looking back at me.
John: "How would you do that oh great one?" he asked.
Sup/Zoe:" it's simple~ Witness, little peasants!" she said in excitement as she got the sub out of the water as it is on land mode before they continued to stare in awe and see how huge it is while the water on the sides of the sub is dropping like rain as I just smiled before the door slid open while a platform dropped down to go up.
Wraith: "I have a plan to make myself known to the world, and I need their contribution to make the whole thing like one big show for the world to see~" I said as I unveiled more of my plans to them while they listened carefully to every single detail.
Becky: "Dear, cod…..this is the best plan I ever heard in my life!"
John: "We're truly beyond your league; it will be done as you instructed, oh mighty one!" he said in joy before they slightly bowed their heads as I just continued to suck it up until the whole thing was over.
Before I entered the sup, I put my hands on their top head and gave them the hellven's fools words as it was used for those who seek slaughter and deception in the midnight's darkest hour with whispers.
"May the fools of hellven's guide you to the final hour"
I was never part of that hour, but I did witness it countless times as I was one of the green ones that I would never get touched or harmed in any way as the rules have stated. If those have violated one those rules three times they will be cast out and erased the memory, mark and traces of ever being that place.
After that I gave them the route to let them make way for the sub to reach the second biggest district of inkopolis, which is called the Calamari County district. They gave me a big happy adorable smile before they left to do my bidding….poor fools till the end.
Zoe: "Are you sure they can handle it? I mean there are not the best kind of people to go to. I can do that anyway so why have those guys do it?"
Jack: "Because I want to use this opportunity to have those guys do something rather than nothing. I don't want to see that my resources and connections are left to rot just because I have the best kind of resources. And I need more resources and connections to make all of my and our jobs easier, so I have to find one that knows the city inside and out….but who" I said in question with a concerning tune before I got into the sub.
I got to the main control room while leaving the bottles of 'stay fresh' here to avoid complications. Then I told Zoe to keep track of every single one of these unintentional followers and keep them safe while doing my bidding, I also told her to give them instructions to guide them so they will not get themselves screwed. I look at the monitor, observing every part of the city along with the cameras as I see hostages in all ages, crying for my help; the octarian soldiers with those little end tentacle weirdos are threatening them to shut up while that giant square looking thing is standing beside as he staring at them with soulless blankness eyes as if he's ready stomp his face on them, and the police are stuck in negotiations.
And of course…..the Squid Sisters are there too, delivering the news as Callie is the one who's doing the reporting while Marie just looked at the hostages with fake worry expression. What a disappointment, Marie.
Callie on the mic just kept saying things on TV, like if I had heard the calling of the octarian menace to come down and face them. I also see Judd among the crowd, my only hope is that he doesn't recognise me through my mask; I just don't want him to be in danger because of me or otherwise. Then the way got cleared for us to get a cross as I sent a message to the police for a warning impact.
Zoe: "Let's give em a show~"she said and just giggled in anticipation.
jack: "It's time for the world to see that we're not dead" I said with a wicked smile while as I accelerated the sub to go up on the Streat and move forward.
After that we brought it up on land, driving it on the streets like a car, accelerating the speed to its maximum and tracking all the attention he-he~. Oh, this is going to be fun!
Someone in the far distance on a very top building is watching the whole thing in action.
"...Ain't that an unusual sign for sore eyes. Why spend resources and time searching to arrange a quiet conversation, when your target already marching on the streets and seek problems. Idiot. Would you kindly not get yourself killed till I reach you?" Said the female figure with a soulless tune in her voice before teleporting a way with static trail left behind.
*Meanwhile at the Calamari County district*
f/octoling soldier: "He's late!...WHERE THE SHELL IS HE!?" She shouted in anger, getting impatient and willing to go trigger happy from stress while waiting for the ghost to appear.
The Calamari County district is the second biggest part of inkopolis. There's the square of course but that still it's under construction at the moment. The district is a big wide place that's wider than the Plaza, a home to the biggest entertainments such as movies, restaurants, coffee shops, super markets, food and drinks of all sorts and of course musics. However it's not looking so hot right now, getting dim thanks to the panic and police lockdown. All they do now is watch, record, take pictures and scream at them for taking their loved ones as octarian soldiers were just laughing and chuckling at their bleeds and insults.
Inkling Police captain: "I already told you we have no idea! He only just send signals and messages to us in order to make our job easier whenever he finishes the job! So for the love of cod will you stop this bullshit and just leave these people alone!?" he shouted in angered yet bleeding tune as he tries his best to ease the situation.
The police surrounded the area with helicopters, trucks, some heavy artillery for cases like these, hospital trucks and more. The squid sisters just stare at what's happening as Celine is telling Marie that they need to act.
Celine:"You can't be serious Marie! Aren't we supposed to do good in this city!? Why are we just standing here doing nothing like always?!" She expressed her irritation as she checked her agent uniform.
Marie: "Because I said so" she said with smug arrogance on her face before she started to leave.
Celine: "Just because you said so doesn't guarantee that everything is gonna work out Marie!" she said while holding her shoulder as Marie looked at her in anger.
Callie: "Can't we at least do something for once? We've been ignoring people's calls for help for a long time now. Can't we just-" she said in some worry before she got interrupted by Marie holding her chin with a smile.
Marie: "Oh my sweet cuz~….Who cares about them. You have me, so we don't need anyone else~" She said in a gentle tone as Callie just stared at her in anger but with fear in her face.
Celine noticed this on multiple occasions but had no idea of how to confront this, so she just left it as it is. While she is trying to figure things out of what's going on about them, Callie just took her hands and forced it out of her chin in frustration as she just took her gold Dynamo Roller and was about to wear her uniform and tried to do something as Marie's smile faded to an angered expression before telling her to stop. Celine was just slightly happy to see that one of them is doing something….however.
Police captain: "Everyone clear the area immediately! the ghost is coming so stay back as far as possible for your own safety!" Said the police as he was speaking with the portable wire mic speaker as he repeats the same warning over and over until everyone is cleared a way for…..impact?
Celine was wondering about that before every single sealing is going further back as they have some sort of excited smiles on their faces, Judd just stayed in place as if he wanted the front seat all to himself. Then she got a message from her little app that she's been keeping taps on the police:
"Good evening, good sir and madams of the police force, this is the Ghost of Justice speaking and I heard the octarians calling. Rest assured that I will deal with this and get the hostages while I finally am stepping out of the shadow's and into the spotlight. Please, all I ask of you is to clear the way for me as I will ram that sucker with style. These little ghost's of mine are unintentional so just letting you know. However they are clearing the path for me so please do that and I promise you that I will talk face to face about everything on a later date but for now GET THEM OUT OF HERE!"
Then she looked at the map and saw it was coming close. Watching how things will turn out for them put a wide smile on her face as she waited with anticipation. The octarians just looked at each other as they got ready to fight.
Marie: "Seriously, they still believe that...whatever these guys believe still think that one guy like him would save them from that many forces like that?" she said in a low tune with a smug look on her face as she was about to leave.
Callie: "You can't be this fucking serious marie! [finished wearing her other uniform as was in a public bathroom] You can't deny he actually did something that we couldn't do in the first place" she said with irritating tone as her cuz just give her a few kissy sounds as she was easily shivered in place with angered look her face.
Celine was just standing there still not getting this strange vibe that is going on between them, she has a small hunch but that was interrupted by the screeching sound of the octostomp as it was about smash the hostages while they let out a scream…..but then.
"AND HERE COMES THE PITCH!"
Soon after there was dangerous rubble on the ground, sort of like a tank as they heard two voices with loud tones. Before then out of nowhere something big came in with a sudden impact that hit the octostomp on it's left side of the square sized face. There's...an unusual vehicle with unknown origin that looked like a submarine with arrow shaped design came to the rescue. Something came out of the octostomp as it looked yellow and shiny flying in mid air while flapping in panic. It was a small single zap fish. Without its power source the Great Octo Weapon hit the ground with another loud impact. The octarians jumped in fear as they escaped the scene. But the octoling soldier and her six squad members who called the ghost stayed behind. Their commander ordered to kill the hostages to punish the Ghost and retrieve the zapfish. All of the sudden something came out on the top of the vehicle as it looked like a torpedo of some kind...however that was a mistake. It turns out it was a tall person with unknown origin of a high tick suit as it has eight slim robotic tentacles, two arms and six on back as he graped the zap fish with a spinning graceful style with one hand while shouting 'BULLSEYE!' in an electric demonic voice.
Celine is watching this move as it reminds her of a curtain ribber cyborg game from the old world. As he was still in mid air, he threw some kind of bombs at the ocarinas while something just shined in his right shoulder with bright full colors as it looked like a flower. Then the bombs exploded as it created massive gray coloured mist in the entire area while screaming 'BOOM!' as the mist goes even further beyond the zone. Celine, Judd and the Squid Sisters along with everyone else got shocked of what just happen as they felt a woosh of fast movements and they couldn't figure out what it is before they heard a couple of screams of what it sound like the escaped octarians. moments later it turns into muffles and after a minute or two - silence. The kind of silence that gives the creeps if they have entered another realm that rooms only quiet voices, quiet sounds with the only sounds wind. And then, there was light. A massive light that cleared the entire zone of the gray mist before it shows the same figure who's now standing in the middle of the area but without his sub like vehicle. As the light is slowly fading away with unfamiliar music playing. And then they saw the person with a shoulder bag who's just stepped in to the rescue, stroking the zapfish gently with a loving care like a lost cat…It was a human.
"Greetings and good evening new inhabitants of the new world! I am Wrath...the last of the human race. As well as of course you know me as the Ghost of Justice. I have survived the great tragedy that befall on our kind as I live once more. My time on earth has yet to be finished, and I will not stop until I have achieved what's mine all along. But for now. it's time to deliver judgments!"
Said the human with a loud voice while the helicopter's search lights were on him as if he was the center of the stage. The district and the city itself is howling in extreme joy, jumping, screaming, hugging and crying tears on their faces while they enjoy this unfamiliar song. And they cry and cry as if there long continued despair and suffering has finally come to the end. Judd on the other hand is having a small hints of who might that be but he didn't to jump the gun just yet. Celine just looked at the human with a smile while shaking her head in disbelief as she said those to Callie before lifting the tape to join him.
Celine: "That's our guy" she said in a happy tune before Callie joined with her while Marie tried to stop her from going in but to no avail in her disparate endeavor.
I have made my opening entrance thanks to the odradek as it still kept spinning while being upside down as it glows with multiple colours, the shoulder beats rhythm still going while the hostages and the zap fish are now safe in the sub as Zoe drive them away until the coast is clear. The escaped octarians are dating the police at the moment. I then heard those same sounds from before, the same sounds that we first encountered in the mountains that sounded nothing but deception, and there are coming from...the goggles? That octo girl and her mates are walking at my direction with a cocky smile on her face while I see they have equipped with more serious equipments. Unfortunately for them it's not going help since they wanted to be toyed with anyway. I told Zoe to scan the goggles completely even if we were about to fight them. Then that octo cunt begins to clap her hands like some kind of super villain as the cheering have slowly stopped…..I can't wait to bitch slap this bitch again.
That octo girl: "Well - well - well, I didn't think you go this far to be fair. And I heard that humans are supposed to be proud in courages gods yet you came here with only a suit and an AI"
Zoe:" [snickered]...Hypocrite" she said as her smile only twitched in irritation before she stopped in front of me along with her squad who seems to be emotionless at the moment.
That octo girl: "Fine then, how about this: give the zap fish to me….and wil-"
Wraith:' "Just when I think you've said the stupidest thing ever, ya keep talking. And you wanted to take on an impossible enemy like you're some sort of blessed chosen one wanna be" I cut her off as I mocked her with a smug tone while the entire district erupted in laughter.
They looked around as if they immediately had become the laughing stock for the octarian race, this infuriated her in many levels that she wanted to reach hand to steal the zap fish of my hands...however. The zap fish on my hand was only a hologram as she grabbed my hand to drag me away instead as the zap fish turned into gay looking ass butterfly's.
Wraith: "Oh yes, please my love! Take me away to the promised land where magical dildo's that can go so far up our ass that it might split me in two~!" I mocked her with sarcasm while sounding like a disparate whore before Zoe and I wheezed in laughter.
With that it took me no time to make a fool out of her as Inkopolis laughed at her, this made her to clench her fist in anger before letting go to punched me...Oh what a mistake. In her point of view I was in her face, but in reality...I was invisible and switched the shoulder beats off as I let rhythm go on in the big monitors on the building while I moved out of the way as my decoy was laughing at her face before she punched it out of existence.
She ended up punching one of the squad member face so hard that he fell on the floor, groaning in pain. My decoy just turned into a bunch of laughing faces with appropriate sounds. This surprised the octo cunt as she tried to find me while shooting with her replaced gun at every direction to make sure that I wouldn't go invisible as the squad followed. Fortunately we solved that problem by upgrading the suit this morning to not let that becomes as inconvenience for us as they continued to shoot everything to find me but I kept fucking with them in every turn and tangling them around like puppets with no strings, make them slap each other, toss and tangle their weapons around to see them try to catch it but with more embarrassment as that octo girl is shouting in hilarious anger. Things got only better from bitch slapping her from time to time for shits and giggles. So much fun and I don't have to pay for it~! This went on for a while as the people are enjoying the big show, chanting my name every now and then while saying some….things. Like they wanted to bear my children or worship me till the day they die or make a website for the little ghosts for easy chat with me and the list goes on. But then I see two inklings coming in.
Celine: "Yo, wraith man! Need a hand here!?" she asked loudly with a confidant smile while holding her weapon in a ready petition as I also see…...Callie?
Callie: "I believe this is the part where you stop being so shy, right~?" she said in a flirtatious tune as I just groaned and shook my head in disbelief while facepalm in cringe.
I decided to go with the flow as I ran very fast while electric whipping the squad knees. They fell to the ground before I ran to her and reappeared as she was unfazed entirely before I came to a sudden stop right in front of them as I was already performing a gentleman's bow. Callie only freaked out as she realized I was already here.
Wraith: "Evening ladies~" I greeted them with a gentle manner as tentacle's are now acting with my every movements I make while Celine smiled wildly in happiness while Callie looked at me in….well….let's just say that she's verrry happy to see me.
Celine: "Finally out huh?...I was actually wondering when you're gonna show up again after the last we met. And if you wanted to have this whole thing as one big show for your reveal, I'm I right?" she said with the same smile as I only nodded before I took my hoodie off with style by putting both hands on my head and moving backwards as if I'm fixing my hair.
Callie just kept looking at me with really great interest as I kept distance from her obvious horny ass. It doesn't show….much, but her eyes were saying so much obvious interest. I looked at Marie in the distance as she has this big fake smile while her eyes, saying step away from her….hmm….that's….very concerning and very alarming at the same time, curious. Then I looked at Judd who's very surprised to see me, wondering who's behind the mask. I just ignored it and refocused on both of em.
Wraith: "I've been busy being frozen in time at the bottom of the abyss, plus I do need to stretch these 12.000 year old bones to get back in shape, and off course that includes fucking around with dumbass bricks like these" I said as I did stretch my bones.
Zoe: "Plus we just wanted to get out of the shadows and have a good time~" she said with a sly tone as she get out as the odradek while all the tentacles came out before everyone was very amazed expect for the squad and Marie…..again this is very odd and curios.
Callie:"W-wow...just wow...T-this is even better than what I had to expect from human gods. So...powerful" she sighed as she shivers while rubbing her gold roller weapon in excitement with a smile as I just try to gloss over it and give her a small bow on my head while putting one palm hand of my chest for appreciation.
Then the odradek shift to treat mode as it aggressively flapped behind me while the colour of it red. I immediately turned behind me as one of the squad members was rushing to Callie with a knife before I quickly grabbed and hold his neck. He dropped his knife and Zoe confiscated it with her tentacle. Attacker tried to struggle out of my grip but to no avail before I lifted him next to my face.
Callie: "[Gasp!]...you saved me!" she said like some sort of typical damsel in distress before she latched herself on me as she let go of the roller before my tentacle held it for her.
….if I had a cringe meter on me, I would be on max level right now. Zoe happly said that she's developing it as we speak …Fucking A.I. The odradek looked at Marie while pretending to look at everyone, and she had this….look of extreme irritation in her eyes. Ok, I know you would protect a family member from obvious threat and all that but this seems a bit extreme. I have a small hunch but I hope I'm wrong that it isn't the case. I have already dealt with something like this in the past and I REALLY don't want to deal with it again. Then the odradek looked back at the male octoling soldier while he was spouting insults and shit as I only counted as a white noise. Odradek looked closer at the goggles his wearing before the scans have been completed as I was shocked in surprise.
Wraith: "I think it's finally time for you, my friend, to snap the fuck out." I said in a calming tone while he started to struggle and scream in panic as if he didn't want to go.
Then Zoe flashed a light on his face to make him stop talking as his eyes were in pain. I took the goggles of him as he eyes were momentary green purple before turning to purplish brown. Zoe stored the goggles in my bag, then I gently put him down to let him go. Celine hold her gun at him while Callie just hold me tight. Octo looked around confused on everything that's happening before him as he looked at me once again.
Confused octoling: "W-what...w-what's going on? Where am I?" he asked in confusion with bits of panic escalating in his behaviour.
Wraith: "You were about to make some genocide before I showed up to stop it, then attacking me…..and her" I unveiled before pointing at Callie.
Shortly after his eyes began to rain in tears as his knees fall first before bowing down while begging for forgiveness over and over. I lowered the music volume and kneeled down before Callie let go and took her weapon. I hold his chin to look at me and inspect him, The male octoling has mohawk like hair and his mask is kind of eagle shaped. His words are true as his eyes tell no lies.
Wraith: "You are forgiven. Sit down and let me handle the rest" I said in a comforting tune as he smiled in joy just before he lost consciousness in pure exhaustion…..poor thing really hit it hard.
He dropped down as I quickly held him and carried him to the medics next to the police and told them to nurse him back to health and let the police question him after he recovers. These sealings bowed to me as I only bowed back before they were reeeeally close to me in interest as I hold my hands in front of them to calm down as things are still at stake here. The captain walked up to greeted me with a hand shake. He asked me about the Zapfish and hostages, I had to explain everything. Yeah I know, fucking mind control goggles….unbelievable. He started thanking me for what I did in the past few days They even told me in whispers that the mayor (who happens to be a jellyfish in a suit) wanted to speak with me in private if I had some old government clarification to do business there if I so desired….Huh?….Again that's a bit on the nose yet again. I told him that we need to meet first if I want to speak business, the captain compiled before I walked back to the both of them and told them it's alright to join.
I felt the coin jumping around in the bag. I took it out as I aquamarine side of the coin begin to flicker…...she's here…...and she's watching, that's what the coin said to me before it told me more. I looked at the pissed off octolings as it gave me an idea.
Wraith: "You ladies ever played toss the coin?" I said with a sly tone before I toss and flipped the coin as I have their attention.
Callie and Celine: "What's that?" they asked with interest as I tossed them the coin for quick demonstration.
As the coin fell down, I punched it very hard with electric force as it hit one of the squad members goggles before they fell down, instant knockout. The octolings looked at each other in panic as the coin bounced back to my hand. They looked at each other before they had this wild smile on their faces as they jumped in on the fun as I raised the music volume back on with a different rhythm. We toss the coin around like maniacs in over one hour as the octolings soldiers were trying not to get hit by it as they shoot back. Callie rolled around to cover the zone while Celine keeps tag team with me. Basically she fires and I shoot, more precisely she fits her gun to keep them off my back...literally, while I punch to shoot the coin at them. Callie sent it back to me with her heavy roller back and forth as if we were playing a game of ping pong, Zoe was really doing a really good job of keeping us in check to detect enemies and keep us clean from every shot...we were really having fun. After that there was one last enemy….the Black Octo-bitch herself.
Octo-bitch:" YOU ASSHOLE'S!...you can't do this to me!" she cried pathetically with anger as I really had enough of her bullshit while she is in pinkish orange ink of both celine and callie mix colour on the floor as she can't move because she's in the enemy ink….some inkling biology that I learned.
Celine:"I think it's time for you to cut the bullshit and tell us of what you know now before I make you kiss your pussy" she threatens her in exhaustion as I only hold her shoulder to calm her down before lowering her weapon.
Zoe:" So ho...now that you finally down, what the hell is your deal with that giant ass little bitch leg octostomp over!?"
Octo-bitch:"How did you know it's name?"
Wraith and Callie:"THAT'S REALLY IT'S NAME!?" we both said in sync but with shocking hilarity as we burst out in laughter of how unoriginal the name was.
Octo-bitch:"You can't mock the name of what my king chose for our cause to-"
Zoe: "Yeah yeah whatever. And I bet his calling this squad '0-7-s0-7' with no thought what's so ever"
Octo-bitch: "Are you a mind reader or something!?"she said in surprise with irritation as we fell salient of how Zoe hit it twice.
Then she said that she stand corrected before I ended this whole thing with her giving me the info that I need, after that I let her stand off the enemy ink as I told her that her team and her cause are meaningless as she got really angry to try and punch me before I moved out of the way as she continued punching over and over to no avail.
Octo-bitch:"Will you stop and let me kill you already! I can't let go after our king! And you won't get The Great Zapfish back because it's ours...do you hear me!? OURS!" she continued to scream pathetically in anger as I just watched next callie and celine while being invisible.
That octo idiot is attacking my decoy. I told her that she is a fool believing that as her life was no more than illusion and she was not meant to exist in the first place before she reached a berserker level of anger as she screeched and charged like maniac to catch my decoy. Before then she hit her head that sounded something hard and metal like...however there's nothing there or anything of the sort as my decoy was indeed in front of her…..well of course there is~….it's that stupid looking machine of there's as I made it invisible during our early fight and I was surprised that they completely forgot about it. Then she looked back at the two inklings in dizziness before I reappeared myself yet again as my hands were behind my back, then i waved at her like a cherry neighbour. She then fall and slammed on the ground as her goggles came out of her face somehow and landed on the ground. I took all the goggles with my tentacles including hers as I put all of them in my bag, somewhat like reaping souls while the music stopped….complete victory.
Wraith:"VICTORY~!" I delivered my war cry as the entire district cheered in my victory before I heard the sub come back with hostages and the zap fish as I let them all out.
As I let them all out, they thanked me over and over before they gave me the zapfish like some sort of offering or whatever. I gave back to the police as they told me to come by at the station for further cooperation...this is a good day for all of us.
