"I am going to give you a choice," my mother said. "I do have the power to give you back your memory and live this life which will end in an unpleasant yet heroic death for you or I can give you your life back. Give you a chance-a real one. Far away from this hell."

I blinked. "Why? Why are you like this?"

She sighed. "I've always loved my children. Yes, you were first created for only one purpose, but that changed. You mean too much to me now. I thought that if you hated me then you would be safe. I don't want to lose you, Belle. You're my daughter."

I tried not to let her get my hopes up, but it was hard not to. For so many years, she treated me like I was a burden or a plague upon the freaking world. How could you forgive that and move on?

"Prove it. Show me."

I didn't want to believe her because that would mean that I would be putting my hope out there again. It was like there was this voice in the back of my mind, wanting me not to trust her.

My mother looked determined actually as she stated, "Leave this place, Belle. Go right now before the storm hits you and kills you. My mother and brother are more vicious than I am. They will kill you."

"If what you say is true then they are gonna kill those pervs and Tinkerbell, aren't they?"

She nodded. "They will kill whomever is in their way."

"Then I can't leave actually. Unlike you, I may not remember who I am, but I'm not a complete asshole."

After I said those words, everything became bright as we were back inside of that stupid dirty basement again. I saw my so-called friends looking for me. I waved my arms, yelling at them, "HEY! ASSHOLES! I'M RIGHT HERE!"

They turned around and Godric asked, "Where is Celeste?"

I looked around and saw that she was nowhere to be found. "What the fuck? She was here a second ago. My devilish mother must've made a run for it when we all weren't looking."

Just then a skinny woman with a blonde bob haircut and skimpy clothes that did nothing for the eyes came running down into the basement. Pam eyed her shocked expression and snapped, "Spit it out already!"

She gulped nervously. "You know that crazy witch goddess y'all were screaming about? Well, she's on TV."

We all rushed upstairs and I stared at the TV in surprise then turned to my so-called friends. "So you guys mean to tell me that this entire time that you were running around my mother and I doing nothing that you my psychotic grandmother get herself on live television!"

Sookie stared at the TV. "I hope this is better than Russell's performance on the news."

I watched as Hecate who was fucking wearing an awesome headpiece shaped like a crown on her head (you bet your asses I wanted it) smiled like the cat who ate the canary as she began her speech, "Hello, world that I created. I am one of the oldest beings in the universe. I created this universe with my husband who you all worship as God. Please don't think that this is all fake because I will know who you are and I can show you in many ways that I am in fact very much real. My dream was to create a world where there was no such thing as chaos, suffering, or death. I was very angry when He created you all, humans he named you. Mortals I called you. Little Ants behind his back of course. Marriage is tough. I tried to live at peace with you, and I even created beings greater than yourselves. Freaks is what you call them by, people with great power and abilities that are beyond your understanding. They were meant to be gods and protect you...but instead I've come to see that you are greedy selfish little insects that have hurt my creations. My creations are my children just as you are His. I wanted to hurt those who have wronged my children. They've been in the shadows for too long and now we all want to be free. And we shall be. You think you have order and control over my children-well, you won't. Just before I end this, I would like to remind you all that I am the mother of creation, Hecate, goddess of magic, witchcraft, the night, moon, ghosts and necromancy. I have power over heaven, earth, and sea. Word of caution, I know who you are, I know what you did. I always know what you do to my children. I will always watch over them...so behave, mortals."

I gaped at the TV before looking to everyone behind me. "Well, I guess you guys are gonna have people on their knees to worship you all now...lucky bastards!"

"Belle!" Sookie scolded. "Hecate's making everyone scared of us now."

"Yeah,"Alcide agreed. "People aren't gonna like this shit. It's gonna cause chaos I tell you."

Godric nodded, agreeing, "Exactly right. This might be their plan. Belle, what did Celeste want with you?"

"Uh, she gave me a choice," I said awkwardly. "To either leave and live a happy suburban life with PTA, carpools, dirty diapers or to stay here with death and you guys. I only chose you idiots because I'm not an asshole and if I didn't then you would die without me. Basically, I'm your purpose for life."

I smiled gleefully as Alcide crossed his arms over his chest and scoffed. Sookie cooed, "You cared."

"No, I don't. I am leaving just to remind you all! After we get this shit over with then I'll leave," I reminded them.

Eric and Godric gave each other a look before Godric said, "If that is what you want-"

"Godric!" Sookie protested.

"Sookie," Eric interrupted with a soft voice. "It's...it's...it's-"

"Oh my god," I said in outrage. "You're so possessive of me that you pervs can't even put the words me and choice in the same fucking sentence. That's fucked up!"

Eric stared hard at me as I did the same to him. "Say it, perv!"

"It's…"

"Say it!"

"It's-"

I went up to him and slapped him across the face as Sookie and Alcide yelled at me, pulling me away. Godric chuckled. "Hitting him won't work. I already tried that long ago."

I smiled at Godric. "Please tell me that I love you and not the perv-wait, nope, nevermind. I just realized that you helped kidnap me. I forgot. Don't remember what I said!"

Eric sighed heavily before saying through gritted teeth, "It's her choice."

I gave him my slowest clap before replying, "Oh my God, it was like pulling teeth with you. Well, pulling fangs actually."

I gave myself a mental pat on the back for that awesome joke, but these bitches didn't even laugh at it. LAME! Wait, what if past me already made that joke? Oh no! I'm a repeater of jokes. Everyone knows that you can never repeat a joke because then it's not funny anymore!

Eric shook me and snapped, "Hey, stop it! You still say them aloud."

"So," I drawled out in question.

"So what?"

"So did I use that fang joke or not?!" I yelled at him. God, he's such an idiot sometimes!

"YES!" Eric roared at me and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"You don't have to yell," I told him in a quiet and calm voice. "I'M STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU!"

"Stop yelling at each other," Alcide scolded in exasperation as he threw his hands up in the air. "Look, we don't have time for this. Hecate is gonna destroy the world and anyone who gets in her way which is including us."

I rolled my eyes. "Thanks, Captain Obvious. Now does anyone know where these old hags are?"

Luckily, Sookie knew where they were since she went to go investigate early in the day. I don't know how the fuck she is alive honestly. I should be dead by now. We arrived at the witch shop just as two trucks raced up to the front, men in black rolling out of them. I stared in awe as I saw their weapons then I looked at our measily group of people. Our weapons are lame to be honest...no one would give me a weapon because "I CAN'T BE TRUSTED" or "IT'S TOO DANGEROUS, B" or my personal favorite "DO YOU WANT TO KILL US ALL". I feel very betrayed by all of them.

A guy with black hair walked up to us and said, "Eric, Sookie, what are you doing here?"

"Bill," Sookie greeted. "Eric's got his memory back so yeah there's that, but now Belle's got her head all mixed up because of the devil who's in love with Godric and Celeste took Belle on a journey down memory lane. Gave her a choice and she decided to save the world with us."

"Then I'm leaving, Will."

"It's Bill," he corrected.

"Is it though?" I questioned with speculation. I don't trust this guy. He just has that look. I cracked my knuckles. "I don't care. We need to destroy these old hags right now and I'm the key to do it."

The doors opened as Celeste, Lucifer and Hecate walked out. I glared at all of them as I walked towards them. A guy with dirty blonde hair came running up to me, warning me, "Hey, stop right there, B. You're gonna get burned alive if you go past the force field."

"Are you kidding me," I yelled at them. "Why is there a force field?! You guys are powerful beings, now you're just being total dicks right now."

Hecate laughed as she snapped her fingers. Suddenly roots shot out of the ground and Celeste was forced to her knees as they wrapped around her arms and knees and necks. I was confused as I stared at them.

"What the hell are you guys doing?"

Lucifer walked forward, speaking, "We sent my lovely sister to deal with you. I took your memories and she was supposed to make you go away forever. She was supposed to do what you were born for. You all need to die for us to live. Three children for the three of us...that was the deal I made with my sister. I never believed that my sister would kill any of her children. So I made sure that she did. Set everything up, that's what angels can do and just because I fell doesn't mean that I still don't know how. My sister failed us though when she let you live. I don't like it when I'm betrayed."

Lucifer stuck his hand inside of my mother's chest as I rushed to get to her, but Eric and Godric held me back as I struggled against them. I watched as he ripped her heart out of her chest. My mother and I locked eyes as a single tear went down her face and she smiled at me.

I heard her whisper, "I'm...sorry."

The tears fell from my eyes as Lucifer happily looked at the black heart in his hand before he frowned at the tiny spot of light inside of the darkness of the heart. Lucifer crushed the heart in his hand as he stared at me with emotionless eyes, I heard it squish between his fingers. I watched as it started to turn into dust as it slowly fell through his fingers and into the ground. My mother exploded into a beam of light before her body disappeared, turning into a pile of dust.

"She was your sister," Godric said softly. "She was your daughter, Hecate. You're only daughter."

"She's no daughter of mine if she sides with my husband," Hecate seethed. "Her children were always her greatest weakness."

"Where are these angels you're raving about," I asked Eric and Godric. "You said that this was their sister-their family and yet they are not here?! Where the fuck are they if they're real?!"

I wish they were real then they could've saved her.

"This is not their war," Lucifer said. "Besides, they can't kill innocents which is what we have."

I looked over at them, promising, "I will kill you. If I can't kill you then I will make sure you go back to Hell and stay there forever. When you killed her, you messed with the wrong bitch. You think my mother was bad, believe me when I say that I am more powerful and ten times worse than she is. Anger is not the best emotion to help my power."

I didn't hear anybody else as I glared angrily at my Uncle and Grandmother as my hands started to glow brightly. I gave a war cry as I threw the beams of light coming out of my hands to them. I could feel it. I could feel the power coming out of me as it coursed through my entire body. I couldn't even see anything as the light came out of my hands. It felt so good that I didn't want to stop.

Someone started to kiss me and I was slowly starting to see again as I kissed them back. Then something weird happened. I started to see images in my head, but I don't recognize them at all. They're all about Eric. I felt everything he felt and it was so much. I pulled away from him, looking up at him. I knitted my eyebrows in confusion as I stepped away from him.

I looked to the damage that I had caused and saw that half of the ripped away as was the rest of the street near the shop and the shop itself. I sighed with relief as I saw that the people inside were still alive. I looked to my small hands and was frightened yet amazed at the power that they had achieved. I believe. I don't want this power, whatever I am I don't want, you hear me, angels!

"We heard you," a man said as he rolled his eyes. "You're so dramatic, niece. Oh, I'm Gabriel. Be glad, it's not Michael. He's a bore. You would think so too."

I shook my head. "Take this away from me. Look at what's happened I destroy Lucifer and Hecate. Two powerful beings."

"Well, they're not dead. They'll be back, but not for a while. You can't kill them just yet, but you did wound them pretty badly," Gabriel informed me. "I'm impressed."

"Take this away or I'll give it someone else."

"Belle-"

"I mean it," I snapped. "I don't want this power. It's awesome yeah, but not me. Give it to Leon. He can do wonders with it and he'll be at your disposal."

Gabriel nodded. "If that is your choice then so be it. Dad won't be happy about this."

I passed out immediately once Gabriel snapped his fingers. I felt as if a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Finally, I was free. I did it.
