Maya crossed her arms over her chest, waiting for him to answer her. "Well, Husband…I'm waiting and don't you dare lie to me. Was I supposed to marry Oberyn?"

"Yes," he confessed. "But my father didn't like that so he manipulated the King to believe that it would end the feud between the Starks and the Lannisters if you and I were to marry."

Maya raised an elegant eyebrow. "Really? People must've been very stupid to believe that that could've happened."

Jaime's lips curved and he agreed, "I thought the same thing."

"And no one listened to you," she finished. "Listen, I know that we're married and all, but…but in my mind we're not. So tell me the truth, where is my family?"

"Sansa is here."

She furrowed her brows. "Why would only Sansa be here? My father would never let me go alone to here of all places. She's only fourteen."

"Almost sixteen," he mumbled, hoping that she didn't hear him.

"What?" Maya froze, her voice quiet. "Almost sixteen?"

Jaime nodded. "Yes."

"Is she…is she married, Jaime, be honest?"

Jaime looked away and Maya continued, "Please tell me she's not married to Joffrey of all people."

Jaime's head whipped around to hers, an almost horrified expression on his face. "Dear Gods, no! No, of course not. You know…well, you did know that I would never let your sister be with someone as abusive as Joffrey"

"Joffrey's abusive?!" Maya exclaimed angrily.

Jaime quickly glanced around and saw that they had visitors in gardens so he pulled her in a maze and dragged her to their now private gazebo which was hidden from the others. Maya stood and looked around.

"What's wrong?" Jaime asked her.

Maya opened and closed her mouth a few times, words failing her. Jaime watched her carefully as her hand hesitantly touched the vines that crawled and had themselves wrapped around the entire gazebo. Her fingers grazed the stone ledge and Jaime remembered that that was where they had sex right after their wedding. He froze and gulped, not making a single movement because he was afraid that she would instantly forget that moment.

"I remember this place…how?" She whispered curiously. "What does this place mean to me?"

Jaime cleared his throat and walked slowly towards her. "This place…this was where we had sex after our wedding. You were angry at me because I lied to you…you wouldn't admit that you had feelings for me…"

"Why?"

"Because you didn't want to forget what I had done, but a part of you wished that you could just forget and love me."

Maya watched Jaime carefully, noticing how he was looking at the ledge as if it were the only thing holding him onto this world. Maya noticed that he was also having flashes of memories because his golden hand lifted up to his mouth, the golden fingers touched his lips. Maya saw an unreadable expression come onto her face as he immediately put his golden hand down, almost disgusted by it.

"What else happened that day? It can't be just that. There must've been something very significant that happened that day," Maya questioned.

Jaime smiled softly and looked at her deep in the eyes as he told her, "I told you that I loved you when I thought you were sleeping, but you weren't. I admitted to myself that I was in love with you when the truth was that…that I was in love with you long before I married you. I loved you the moment I got off my horse and you ran into me, didn't even apologize to me." Jaime chuckled softly. "You had leafs in your hair and do you know what I thought right then and there about you?"

"What," Maya asked curiously. "And be honest, I can take a hit."

"I thought that you were completely mad. I couldn't take my eyes off of you though. I couldn't stay away from you. That night I teased you about us marrying when I knew that it frightened you, but you somehow knew that I was lying immediately. Tyrion immediately liked how you had a quick wit and you two became friends when you two bonded over my flaws apparently and your ability to know where someone is lying. That night was of many firsts for us like dancing."

"So what happened the next day?" she asked innocently.

Jaime tensed and moved away from her. One of my many famous acts…the act that started it all-that started this whole damn thing. Jaime stared off into the distance as he told her shamefully, "I…um…"

"Just spit it out already, Jaime," she snapped impatiently.

"Alright, fine. I pushed your brother out of a tower in Winterfell because he saw me fucking my sister, Maya," Jaime almost yelled at her. Maya flinched and saw the shame swirling around in his eyes. "There, are you happy now?"

Jaime turned around from her and he was slightly bent forward as he looked into the distance of the Narrow Sea once again. Jaime's jaw hardened and she came closer to him.

"Why?" she asked sadly, Jaime didn't have to look to see the tears in her eyes. "Why did you…did you…is he dead because of you?"

Jaime shook his head. "I didn't kill your little brother."

Maya put her hand over her mouth as she gasped in shock, tears spilling down her face, "Rickon and Bran are dead!"

"Theon Greyjoy killed them-burned them alive when he took Winterfell from your brother Robb during the war." Jaime explained.

Maya shook her head and said firmly, "No! Theon wouldn't do that to us-to them. He's one of us! He's family! He's family!"

Jaime braced himself as she begun to hit his chest crying out, "He's family! He's family! No! He wouldn't do that! You're lying!"

Jaime held her in his arms as she struggled violently as he held her fiercely. They slowly fell to their ground, Maya sobbing in his arms. If I don't know this man then why I am letting him hold me like this and so freely crying in front of him?

"Why," she sobbed. "Why did he kill them?"

Jaime wondered if she was referring to his father and not the Greyjoy boy. Jaime stroked her curls as she stuffed her face into his chest. He soothed her and rested his cheek on top of her head. He felt Maya wrap her arms around his waist and lean into his touch.

"There is something else you should know," Jaime spoke up as he felt his own tears prick the corners of his eyes, not wanting to tell her, but he felt that she had to know. He had to be honest if he wanted to be with her.

She lifted her head from his chest and looked up at him. He noticed how light her eyes were, they were like chocolate in the dark and the color of caramel in the light. She knitted her brows in confusion when she saw a single tear run down his cheek.

"You and I lost someone very special…she was perfect you know…would've had blonde curls if she lived. We named her Hope."

Maya's bottom lip trembled and she asked, "We had a little girl? A babe?"

Jaime nodded. "Yes."

"She didn't survive the birth."

"No…she didn't. So when she died, I escaped from your brother's dungeon and you went to Braavos. I don't know why you did it, but you did."

Jaime held her closer to him, feeling the reality of how much death they both had in their lives ever since the war started. So much death…so much heartbreak…

After a few moments of silence, the hot summer winds dried up their tears and they just sat on the ground. Together.

"Let's make another baby," Maya told him.

Jaime couldn't help, but chuckle at that. "It doesn't work that fast you know."

Maya pulled away from him and looked at him. "Let's make another baby, Jaime."

"I want to…but you have no memory."

"So? This means endless sex with me, Jaime and you're denying me." Maya said bemused.

Jaime shook his head. "Believe me, little wife, I would like nothing more than to fuck you right here right now, not caring who's watching us, but while it would mean something to me, it would mean nothing to you."

Maya rolled her eyes. "I don't understand, Jaime. Do you like men or something?"

He narrowed his eyes at the way she spoke to him. "Are saying that just because I won't have sex with you?"

She stood up and moved away from him, towards the ledge. "Why are you being this way?"

"I am being this way because I love you and when we make love, I want you to also be feeling it as well. I want you to love me when we make love."

"Well, what if I don't want love? What if I want to be fucked? Hard." Maya challenged. Jaime was surprised because he had never seen this side of her before and it almost frightened him. "What then, Jaime?"

Jaime's jaw hardened and he growled as he grabbed her arms, pushing her back into the pillar. He felt himself break. "Fine then."

He crashed his lips onto hers angrily. Jaime forced her mouth to open by cupping her dripping sex since she stubbornly kept it shut; he ripped open her grown when he turned her around. Her dress pooled around her feet and Jaime lifted her out of it. He quickly untied the laces of her corset.

"Someone will see," Maya whispered, her eyes filled with lust.

"I don't care," he replied then pulled her corset off.

She still had her small clothes, but Jaime would soon rid her of those too. His large hand came around and cupped one of her clothed breasts. He pulled on her hardened nipples and the pad of his thumb rolled the nipple around through the fabric. She moaned softly and leaned against him, her head resting on his shoulder.

Jaime turned her back around and said huskily, "Kneel."

Maya complied and unlaced his trousers, pulling them down, and freeing his hard cock. Pulsing veins wrapped themselves around him; his head had some of his seed spilling out of it. Maya licked it and Jaime groaned in pleasure. She wrapped her hands around him and put him in her mouth. Jaime's hand gripped her chocolate colored curls as she sucked him off, her tongue twirling around him. She hallowed her cheeks as her head bobbed up and down. He looked down and smiled at her.

He suddenly pulled her up and walked them over to the ledge once again. He lifted her onto it as she unclasped his overcoat and then lifted his tunic off of him, running her hands across his broad chest, scars sprawling across it. He also sat on the ledge and leaned against the pillar.

"Come over here," he said and she crawled over to him. He kissed her passionately and she kissed him back with just as much passion and lust as he did. Maya bent her head and kissed his jaw then his chest, making her way down his body. Jaime moaned and ached his back when she wrapped her pretty lips around him again, sucking him faster.

Jaime grabbed her waist and turned her ass towards him. She moaned a little in protest as he lifted her skirt. His hand squeezed her cheek before lightly slapping it causing her to jump and become wetter.

Jaime licked his lips as he saw some of her woman juices slowly drip out of her wet folds. Jaime's fingers lightly touched them and entered a long finger inside of her, easily slipping inside. Maya stopped what she was doing and she moaned when he did this. She bit her lip to quiet herself.

Jaime realized that he didn't want to take this slow right now. He wanted her and he wanted her now. Jaime pulled her up and moved them off of the ledge. He bent her over and thrust into her causing them both to moan loudly.

Her walls hugged the familiar cock inside of her. Maya moaned again when he pulled out of her just to slam back inside of her. Jaime pounded inside of her and his fingers tightened around her hips.

Sweat coated their bodies as they continued to "fuck" each other senselessly.

Maya's eyes opened and she glanced around her chambers, realizing that she was in bed, Jaime by her side also sleeping. She blushed when she remembered what they did. Maya didn't really know why she had sex with him. All she knew was that she wanted to. Badly. It surprised her by how responsive her body was to his touches. He became gentler when they made it back to their chambers where they had sex again…and again. They couldn't seem to take their hands off of each other.

Maya pulled the covers off of her and slipped on her robe as she walked over to the balcony where the starry night shined on them. In the distance, she saw the servants getting the party ready for tomorrow. She briefly wondered what time it was. She suddenly dreaded tomorrow because then she would be forced to go to the Royal Wedding.

Maya put her hand to her head and felt dizzy for a moment. She held onto the pillar a little bit when she felt light headed. She winced a little when she felt her heard begin to really hurt, the pounding in her head wouldn't stop.

"Jaime," she called out to him, trying to make her way towards him. "Jaime!"

He sat up immediately and asked worriedly, "What is it?"

"I don't feel so good…" Her vision started to get blurry and she told him when he quickly got out of bed, "Catch me."

Jaime ran to her in seconds just before her bed hit the stone floors. He held her in his arms, his heart beating frantically against his ribcage. "Maya?! Wake up! No, no, please, don't do this…not again!"

He held her to him and lifted her into his arms; he quickly rested her on the bed and then put on his breeches, running outside. He snapped an order at the guards to quickly get the maester. Jaime went back inside and went to her bedside. He put on her small clothes to give her some kind of clothing to cover herself up. He held her hand firmly into his own and waited for help.

While Jaime Lannister was waiting, Maya was dreaming…or so she thought.

"No! Jaime!" I screamed as the soldier held me around the waist, arms stuck to my sides. "Let go of me, you fucker!"

They dragged Jaime away from me as I struggled in the soldier's arms. Jaime's eyes widened and he managed to break free from the guards' arms. He ran to me and punched the solider in the face who was holding me which managed to free me. We immediately embraced each other. Jaime held me tight and kissed my head then my cheek and then my lips as he cupped my face. "I love you. I love you. I love you, Maya."

I nodded frantically and sniffled. "Eight letters, three words…I love you."

He kissed me long and hard until he was roughly pulled away from me. Someone familiar called my name, but I didn't seem to listen to them. My eyes seemed to be set on Jaime only. He was the only one I saw right then and there.

. . .

I managed to give a little laugh to the image, but then I frowned. "I doubt that she has any time to read it now…since she's going to be queen now. I miss them. Gods, I miss them so much. I miss Arya and her stubbornness-she was going to be one of the greatest warriors I've ever known. Bran wanted to be a knight, Robb was supposed to be Lord of Winterfell, Sansa's supposed to be a queen to a kind yet fair king, Rickon a knight as well to the king maybe who knows, Jon a Lord Commander, and I was supposed to-"

"To be with me," he finished. "You're mine as I am yours. Always and forever. Those are the vows that I will never break. Ever."

I kissed him hard on the lips and said as we leaned our foreheads against one another, "Eight letters three words."

"Three letters two words…I do."

I smiled softly at him and kissed him hard again when I heard the growling of a wolf that I knew was Grey Wind behind me. Jaime looked past me for a quick glance behind me and at the wolf then back at me. "I will always love you ok?"

"No, Jaime, don't say-"

"This-I know that this will be the last time that I ever see you and I want you to know that when I escape this place that I will come back with a large fucking army for you and our son. You take good care of him, ok? Tell him all about me, ok? And-And-"

Someone came closer to me and put their arms around me, forcing me up and dragging me away as I kicked and struggled when Jaime yelled, "Tell him or her that I love them!"

"Jaime!"

He struggled to get up because the two other guards were forcing him down and then when he tripped one of them, they started to beat and kick him. I winced as I heard him grunt and the punches. I yelled and screamed at them to get away from him and to stop, but these men weren't like the ones before…no, these men wanted to hurt Jaime because of who he was and what he did. They did hurt him by their hatful beatings.

Winter came running forth like the wind and went to protect Jaime. She snarled at them and growled loudly that the men stopped and backed away in fear from Jaime.

I felt like an outsider looking into someone else's life. I watched as the girl who's supposed to be me, stretched her hand out towards Jaime while trying to protect her baby.

I thought of what Jaime told me. Her name was Hope and I never understood why they named her Hope…but now I knew.

She was hope for a new and better future and not one like this horrible scene. I watched as Robb pulled the girl away from Jaime and yelled commands at the guards just as Winter was going to attack them.

I backed away from the scene, horrified by what my family has become. I watched as a guard stabbed Winter in the eye making her go and the girl screamed loudly at him. I put my hand over my mouth and turned around, running as fast as I could, and not noticing the shadow with long fiery hair following me.

TBC…

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE REVIEWS, FOLLOWS, AND FAVORITES! SERIOUSLY, I'M STILL SURPRISED AT THE 339 FOLLOWS, 191 REVIEWS, AND THE 234 FAVORITES FOR THIS STORY!

I would liked to dedicate this lovely chapter to ZabuzasGirl who's birthday it is today and for asking me to update this chapter for her birthday so you all can thank her for that. I'm having a little writer's block for this story so just be warned. That's why it took me two months to update.

Maya…oh, Maya…I know you're all probably surprised by that lemon I popped in there. I think that it's been a long time since these two have been together, but also the reason why I added it in there was because I wanted to show you guys that the reason why Jaime didn't want to tell her everything all at once and actually be honest with her like he was in this chapter was because of how she would react and he didn't want it to break it. I mean how would you feel if you remember your family then wake up the next day with a husband and his brother around your bed who won't tell you anything and oh, they happen to be your family's enemies. I would be guarded and kind of scared too as well as angry.

Maya's different and she just wanted to forget what Jaime had told her about her baby and her little brothers being horrifically burned by one of her childhood friends. She feels betrayed by them…but surprisingly not by Jaime. To their storyline and their relationship, this is a really big thing because now since he was completely honest with her…about some things, she feels that she can kind of trust him, but then Sansa will in the next chapter with a few words.

As well as Cersei and Tywin will come in too, but he only has one thing on his mind as well as Tyrion, Varys, Cersei, Sansa, and Joffrey…they all want her to be on their side. It's gonna be like a tug-a-war for the next couple of chapters and then you have Jaime who's trying to be the hero or the knight in shining amour for her.

Wonder who the shadow is...you'll all probably guess it right, believe me.

I hoped you all liked this chapter.
