We find a green haired boy walking home after school with a sad look on his face saying ''maybe I should do what Kacchan suggested'' then he shock his head before saying ''no I can't otherwise mum would be on her own''

As Izuku was walking under an underpass he felt a presence behind him and before he could turn around, he heard ''Ohh what do we have here a perfect skin suit '' then he felt slime begin to cover him then the slime said ''you don't have to worry this will only hurt for 60 seconds'' before beginning to laugh then Izuku black out

Unknown location

Izuku come to a room of pure white he looks around and saw two women sitting on two thrones one was wearing a pure white dress she had hair as white as snow and had eyes blue as the azure sky and the other one looks like the white haired except, she was wearing a black dress and had hair as black as the night sky and had eyes like a crimson flame then the young boy said ''who are you two''

The white-haired woman said ''greetings Izuku Midoriya I am Kami, and this is my sister Yami''

Izuku looks down and said ''I guess I'm dead''

Yami shook her head and said ''not quite yet Young Midoriya but you are at death's door but don't worry while we are here not a second will pass in the living world''

Izuku looks at the two goddesses with his head slightly tilted and asked ''why did you summoned me before and not after I was dead''

''because we needed to talk to you, and we could only do it when you are at deaths door'' Yami said

''fair enough so what do you want to talk about'' Izuku asked

''we have watch over you all you live your live and we are appalled at how you was treated just because you was unlucky to be burn without a quirk, so we have decided to give you one'' Kami said then holds up a hand and a small glowing ball appears

Yami then took over ''one that we goddesses created by taking some of the Noblest people over the multi-verse''

Izuku looks at the two godly women in front of him and said ''think you so much but what is the catch''

The two women chuckled with a smile then Kami said ''you are indeed clever Izuku al you have to do is pass our test we will ask you question and you are to answer them honestly if you pass then you will get the quirk that is like One for All but if you fail, we will send you back and let fate decide on what to do with you okay''

Izuku looks at the two with fire in his eyes and said ''that is understandable, and I agree to the terms so ask the away''

Kami smirks and begins ''okay the first question is what is your definition of a hero''

Izuku took his time to think of an answer '''I think a hero is someone you can look up to like a role model and to learn from to see what is right and wrong''

''I would properly grab a bag and go round picking up litter after all I would like to sort out that beach that is near where I live but I have no way of getting rid of the big stuff like fridges, beds, sofas etc'' Izuku said but had a sad tone as he finishes

After a few more questions Kami said ''and we are done Izuku, and you pass the test like we knew you would but still had to make sure'' then she waves her hand then the ball of light floats towards Izuku

Izuku bows and says ''thank you Kami-sama and you to Yami-sama I guess you will send me back now''

Yami shakes her head and said ''there is one more thing you need to know Izuku it is about your twin sister Izumi''

''what about her she said that she doesn't have a brother just because I don't have a quirk and she was born with dads quirk'' Izuku said in a depressed tone

''always know this Izuku not everything is as it seems'' Kami said as she summons a tv then plays some events that their father had done including what made Izumi tell her brother wat she did then Kami showed him what both Izumi and their father are up to and was appalled by it as he was abusing her

After kami had showed Izuku what his sister hat to put up with he turned to the two goddesses and said ''is this meeting over I need to save my sister''

''we know you would want to save her, but you need put that aside as you need to train first and who knows you might get a chance to do so even though it might be indirectly now back to the living world you go'' Kami said as Izuku begins to fade

Real world

While the slime creature continues to suffocate Izuku there is a large burst of power that sent the villain everywhere at the other end of the underpass a tall muscular figure with blond hair holding groceries saw the scene then saw the bits of the slime he was chasing earlier but lost everywhere then said ''what happened here'' then he sees Izuku on the floor and unconscious then he walks over to the boy and try's to wake him up after a couple of minutes and getting no response he gets a bottle of water out of his bag and pours it over him and still nothing then says to himself ''this isn't looking to good I better get him to recovery girl she might know what is going on'' so he puts the villain on to the bottle calls his former sidekick so he can let the authorities know the slime villain was caught then he hits the panic button then gently lifts Izuku up then heads to UA High school

In UA Highs infirmary we find then youthful heroine Recovery Girl getting everything ready while saying ''damn it Toshinori can you go one day without getting injured''

The door opens up and a chiminea like creature that was part dog, mouse and bear walks in and said ''so what do you think he gotten himself in this time Chiyo''

''I don't know Nezu and on another have you found me that assistant I have been asking for'' Chiyo asked

''Not yet Chiyo but we are looking'' Nezu replied after a couple of minutes All might came though the door and the Nezu asked ''so Toshinori what is the problem here''

All might looks down and sees the principle and said ''Ohh Nezu sir I didn't know you would be here and to answer the question the problem is this boy named Midoriya Izuku I found with the villain I was chasing earlier all over the place and he won't wake up and I was hoping that recovery girl would know''

Chiyo sighs then said ''okay Toshi place him on the bed then power down'' when Toshinori done what Chiyo had asked she said ''now let's see what's going on'' then she begins to examine him

While Chiyo was examining Izuku his phone started to ring and Nezu answerers it and the moment he does he hears Izuku's mother saying ''hello Izuku is where are you, you was meant to be home half an hour ago''

When Nezu think the worried mother stopped he said ''hello Mrs Midoriya I am Nezu the principle at UA High something happened, and your son was involved but unfortunately we don't know what happened now he is unconscious and a hero that was passing by found him and brought him here were we are finding out what is happening to him''

Nezu must have anticipated on what would as he moved the phone away then everyone heard ''what'' then Nezu quickly moved it back to his ear just to hear ''oh my god I will be right there'' then the line went dead

When the animal placed the phone on the bed side cabinet he said ''well I guess we have about 20 to half an hour he for Mrs Midoriya gets here''

Twenty minutes had passed since the phone call from Izuku mother when Chiyo gets some results and before she could say anything a scruffy black-haired man wearing a scarf comes in and says ''excuse me sir but there is a Inko Midoriya at the gates''

''thank you, Shota, please let her in and bring her here'' Nezu said and Shota nods and head to get her after a couple of minutes Shota returns with a woman following then the Cimara said ''hello Mrs Midoriya I and Nezu we spoke on the phone nice to meet you''

''same to you Nezu I hope this doesn't come out as rude but what is happen to my son'' Inko asked

''relax Mrs Midoriya even if it does sound rude, I wouldn't hold it against you as something is happening to your son and we have no idea as to what is happening to him''

''I can answer that'' Chiyo said and when all eyes was on her she continued ''it appears his quirk is awakening he's just a really late bloomer''

All was shocked by this but none more so then Inko who said ''but that is impossible he is or was supposed to be quirkless''

Nezu said ''well now how can a supposedly quirkless boy gain a quirk''

''I can answer that'' came a voice no one knew coming from where Izuku was and when and when all five adults looked at Izuku he was sitting up and had a sword appeared on his lap

''well at the moment there is only four aspects first there is me I am a half demon dog so I have dog like qualities can fight with my claws and knows a few sword styles then you have Monkey D Luffy who is a rubber man as he ate the gum-gum fruit and has something called haki next you have Son Goku an alien race called Saiyan who can was KI and their strength knows no bounds and know techniques with KI and lastly you have Ranma Saotome who is a another fighter but unlike Goku knows a lot of styles and techniques without KI'' Inuyasha replied

''well, he would definitely make pro with all that power'' Toshinori said

''Thought be warned we each might be powerful we each have our faults/weaknesses so to speak that will be transferred to Izuku when metamorphosis is done'' Inuyasha said

''What do you mean'' Inko asked

''and I take it we would noticed the difference if that were to happen'' Nezu asked

''yes, you would for starters his eyes Blue with red sclera and jagged purple stripes appeared on the sides of his face then there the personality change from the sweet kid he is to someone that is bloodthirsty'' Inuyasha replied

When all had been explained Shota suddenly said ''there is more that you want to say but don't know how to put it or if it the right place to say right''

''well first that Hisashi has been abusing Izumi and told her that if she want to train then she need to tell Izuku that he wasn't her brother and has to be mean to him'' Inuyasha said

Inko got on her hand and knees and said ''thank you both so much for what you just did''

Nezu walks up to Inko and said ''there is no need to thank us we was doing our bit as heroes'' then turned to Izuku/Inuyasha and said ''what was the other reason that it might affect them''

Inko gasp and said ''Katsuki told my son to kill himself''

Inuyasha scoff at the question and said ''because they because they don't see Izuku as the smart kid who was unlucky enough to be born with some sort of power in a era where it is important they see Izuku as a waste of space and the students pick on him because he doesn't have a quirk though at first Izuku did defend himself and when a teacher came to break it up the students lied and said Izuku started it and the teachers never got Izuku's side and gave him detention since then he just takes it without hitting back and all the teachers are always sabotaging him and if a teacher come along that takes care of Izuku they don't last a week'' by the end of it everyone was pissed and two of them was making plans to do something about it then Inuyasha then places the sword next to the bed and said ''well that's all I have to say pleasure on meeting you all oh one more thing the metamorphosis should be done by morning'' then he laid down and slept

Once Inuyasha had gone to sleep Inko turned to Nezu and said ''I will take it that Izuku will be staying here''

''he will and if both you and he agree I would like to train him as he has a sharp mind and if trained right it would become a sharp tool that could rivel my own and one day he could work here and become the principal if he retires from being a pro and I am sure that one or two teachers here would help him'' Nezu replied knowing that Toshinori might train him

Inko bowed and said ''thank you for looking after Izuku but mind if I go and sort some things out like get him cloths for tomorrow, talk to Mitsuki and get my shift covered at the hospital'' though with the last one she had a down tone which Nezu noticed but decided to put that on the back burner for now

Nezu shook his head and said ''not at all you can go and get some fresh cloths and to talk to your friend'' then he hand her something while saying ''here this is a visitor's pass for you to enter tomorrow''

As Inko took the pass she said ''thank you Nezu'' then she heads out to sort the stuff out and Shota escorting her

Once Inko was out of the school Nezu looked to Toshinori and said ''I know what you are thinking and i don't think that is a good idea to give him One for All''

Toshinori looks at the Chimera and asked in a curious tone ''and why do you think that sir''

''well, I know he will make pro easily from what Inuyasha told us and that both Kami and Yami know this and on his own honour and principles'' Nezu said

''that is right'' Toshinori said with a big smile

''but should you give do give him OFA then I belief that he might have be the last bearer'' Nezu said

Izuku wakes up and the first thing he notices is he wasn't in his room and so he gets up as he felt uncomfortable because of his new tail and also to see what other changes there are then he sees a mirror as he gets up he fall on his ass then he said to himself ''so that what Goku meant as I am no used to having a tail I am of balance'' then he tries again and after a few time he manages to regain a little bit of his balance and shakily walks over to it and when he does he sees his heir has gone from green to pale blue or silver and his human ears are gone and had dog ears ones on top of his head and his tail was the same colour but was scruffy then he mumbled ''guess I have to get used to brushing my tail so need get a brush to day''

As Izuku was checking himself out his ears twitch as he heard someone come in and when he turned, he saw an small elderly lady I wearing a lab coat and a syringe like walking stick who said ''well good morning sonny I see your awake now I can see you a little shacky so I will help you get back to the bed''

As Chiyo helps Izuku back to the bed Izuku asked ''morning to you to ma'am mind telling me where am I''

''well, deary you are in in the infirmary at UA High and I am Chiyo Izuku'' Chiyo said which Izuku knew Chiyo then went to get the equipment to examine him

When Izuku noticed this he said with an uncomfortable tone ''um I don't mean to offend you Recovery Girl but I would feel more comfortable if my mother does my check ups''

All Izuku could do was nod and say ''yes until my mother took over my check ups all the doctors didn't do their job properly''

Chiyo looks at the young boy in thought then puts the equipment on the side and said ''okay Midoriya we can wait till your mother gets here to check you over'' then she goes and starts to organise things around the infirmary

Almost an hour went by when the door open and in walk in was Inko Nezu and Toshinori when and Nezu asked Chiyo ''so Chiyo how is he''

''well apart from being a bright young boy he seems okay I haven't checked him over I have been waiting for Inko to get here'' replied the youthful heroine

Sighing a little Inko said ''I can answer that'' gaining everyone's attention before saying ''ever since Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless he kept coming home all bruised up and when I asked about it he would always say that its nothing now I know what was happening right Izuku''

Looking down all Izuku could do was nod and ''say yes mum everyone at school was picking on me and the teachers didn't do anything''

Then Inko continued ''the there was some days he came home much worse like he had bad cuts and burn marks so when I took him to the doctors they gave him a lack of better term a sloppy check up and say that he was fine then a few days later the wound would be infefted so when Izuku as five I took a nursing course to become a doctor to treat my son properly and Izuku would let me practice on him and when I passed my doctor's test when he was ten I fully took over checking him up''

''I see well thank you for telling us and I would like to offer you a job as Chiyo assistant'' Nezu said

''what your just offering me a job just like that'' Inko asked shocked

''I don't see why not after all I see three reasons why the first if what Inuyasha told us last night was true then Izuku is going to apply here and he only feels comfortable if it is you doing the check up the second reason is I heard the tone you used when you mentioned getting you shift covered like you don't like it there'' Nezu said

''that's right somehow word got around that Izuku was quirkless and everyone has been talking behind my back or giving pity'' Inko said then said ''so what's the last reason''

''probably to get Chiyo of his case about getting an assistant'' Toshinori said only to get poked in the side by the heroine

Before Inko could answer Izuku said ''I think you should go for it mum after all I know you don't like it at the hospital and here you can be happy as you don't have to about anyone talking bad about me''

Inko looks at her son with a shocked look then turns to Nezu and says ''I accept sir''

''excellent that good and Izuku can you tell us what his quirk is capable off'' Nezu said just as his phone starts to ring after he answer it he leaves the room and Inko to examine her son and after a couple half an hour Nezu walked in and said ''sorry about that just an update about yesterday and Inko your daughter is coming home to you with in the next few day''

''well I am going tell you in order they are going to training me after they do some kind of data bump and it will be from be from easiest to the hardest and all their strength and weakness'' Izuku said and when everyone has nodded he continued first you have Ranma who you both know is both male and female because of his dumb father took him to the a land of cursed springs and he is a martial artist who has a lot of styles and techniques that doesn't require KI and from what I understands is that the male is about strength and endurance while the female is half as enduring and strong but her speed and agility are doubled then you it will be Inuyasha who is a hanyou of the inu kind and like all hanyous once a mouth they will lose their demonic powers and become human but there are some that has strong blood lines that can make the hanyou go berserk so they need something to stop that and Inuyasha 's seal is his sword as for what he will be teaching it will mostly be using my claws learning how to use tessaiga and tracking after that will be Luffy who is a rubber man as he ate the devil fruit known as the gum gum fruit and those that eat this fruit will lose their ability to swim as the water in general will take their strength as the sea hate devil eaters and he will teach me his attacks then it will second gear then third gear then haki then forth gear''

''what does that mean young Midoriya'' asked Toshinori

''take that slime villain from yesterday if I had haki then then I could hurt him or capture him without some kind of airtight container'' Izuku replied

''sound like a good power to have now what is the third type of haki'' Nezu said

''well that one is the most rare as it can't be taught as you need to be born with this and the chances are very slim'' Izuku said

''well for Goku he is another martial artist who specialized in fighting power or more known as KI which is a spiritual power that can gain enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and can increase the power of their attacks like most powers the more the KI is increased, the harder it is to control, so control is also very important and he is of an alien race called Saiyan and they have quite a handful of transformation like the great Ape on the full moons though dog for me then you have the super saiyans which turns their irises turn bluish-green and their hair turns golden in colour but you can only become though intense rage then there is its god transformation which turns their irises and hair a magenta colour and blue forms transformation which turns their irises and hair a blue colour'' Izuku said

''I guess its true about that they say about power the stronger the more powerful the kickback from becoming powerless on new moons and still water to becoming a mindless beast of destruction on full moons'' Nezu said then went on to saying ''so when do you plan to start you training Izuku''

''as soon as mum lets me I plan on going to Takoba Seaside Bay and start cleaning it as with Goku's training method its wearing weighted clothing'' Izuku said

''I see well if it's not too much trouble do you mind waiting for until your sister is here as all might want to talk to her about something then that way you can help your mother get her room ready for her and for you to do an exam'' Nezu said

''I can assure you all he want to do is ask her something that will affect her someway'' Nezu said

''okay but I want to be there'' Inko stated in a tone that said pain to anyone that said not to

Nezu knowing what the tone meant discreetly looks over to Toshinori who also discreetly nodded and Nezu said ''that's fair and also let us help you out with getting the bedroom stuff''

Inko was shocked by this said ''are you sure after all you all have helped us so much already about helping Izuku with his new quirk and bringing Izumi home''

''its fine after all there is so much to do in so little time'' Nezu said
