They panted heavily as they stopped by a river to let their horses drink from the waters. Nymeria growled and laid down onto the ground. Arya stroked the fur on her wolf's back as she whispered, "Thank you. I knew that I could always count on you."

Maya smiled and Jaime strode over to her. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine. It's a good thing we stopped, I was a moment away from cramping up."

Jaime kissed her head. "We'll rest for a moment. We have to keep moving. Gods only know how many of them are after us now."

Malakhi nodded. "You're right, gotta keep moving or we'll be spotted. If we're lucky, they'll kill each other."

"So are you two gonna tell me what in the seven hells is happening," Maya questioned firmly as she crossed her arms over her chest. "What were you two even doing there in the first place?"

Arya sighed. "Thank you, Arya and Malakhi for saving our lives. We were two seconds away from being killed. Why you're welcome, Maya and Jaime!"

Jaime chuckled as Maya rolled her eyes. "Arya-"

"I'm only joking," Arya told her. "A little bit at least. The stupid Queen is after us and she sent her stupid commander or general or whatever the hells he is after us. He's a bloodhound, Maya. It's like he doesn't sleep or something because every time we rest somewhere, it's not a moment later that he trys to kill us again."

Malakhi nodded then added, "I think we've only pissed him off now."

"Tell me you two did not make a fool out of him and the Lannisters," Maya asked with a tense voice. "That is never a good plan by anyone because who knows what could happen."

"They could be like my father for instance," Jaime quipped then they all stared blankly at him, not finding the joke funny. "Well, it's true. People made fools out of my family and my father took action the minute that his own father died. He talked about it everyday so I know what he did by heart."

Arya scoffed. "How is it that no one has killed you yet?"

"Arya," Maya warned.

"All I'm saying is that why is it that he's still here?"

"Well, you didn't add him onto your list," Malakhi joked.

Arya gave him a look. "You forget that I can kill you in your sleep."

"Enough!" Maya yelled out. "Look, Jaime is my husband and I love him, Arya. He's not leaving anytime soon...believe me, I tried to make him go away."

Jaime smirked and shook his head. "Instead we grew closer and she couldn't get enough of me-"

Maya hit his chest as she said, "It's the other way around with that story. Arya, he's staying."

"Don't worry you're not the only Stark who wants me gone if it makes you feel any better," Jaime teased Arya before giving her a smile.

Arya strode up to Jaime and punched him in the nose. Jaime groaned in pain as he gripped his nose. "That was for my brother who you tried to kill, remember?"

Malakhi held Arya back as Maya held Jaime back when they tried to go at each other with their fists in the air. Arya taunted Jaime, "What are you gonna do with one hand? Wave at me?!"

"No, I'll just-"

"Let's not say something that we'll regret," Maya hastily told Jaime as she interrupted him. "Let's just rest for a little bit, it's been a really long day and we all need to get back to Winterfell."

Suddenly, a roar caused all of them to turn around and stare the green dragon which flew above them in the grey sky.

"It came from there," Arya pointed to the south. "It came from Winterfell."

Maya and Jaime looked at each other before Jaime commanded, "We need to get back to Winterfell."

Without another word, everyone mounted the horses again and rode as fast as they could back to Winterfell.

Maya let out a relieved sigh as she saw the castle still intact and Arya heard herself sigh in relief as well. She wanted to smile at her home, but found that she couldn't since it was now tarnished by everyone.

The Lannisters, Boltons, Greyjoys...it's all their fault.

Arya looked at Jaime in the corner of her eye and felt her fingers tightened around Needle for a moment. Malakhi looked at her and shook his head, seeing that look in her eyes as she stared at Jaime with a look of vengeance in her eyes and a lust for killing him.

The gates opened for them as only a few people stared at Arya with a surprised expression. She didn't think that anyone would notice or remember her. She even saw some of them smile a little bit, they seemed to still have hope that she was alive.

Arya immediately dismounted from the horse and ran towards the front where she called out, "Jon! Sansa!"

Jon came a moment later and ran down the stairs with a smile on his face as they ran into each other's arms and Arya laughed as she hugged him. Sansa ran over to them with a Leo in her arms as she hugged her sister who she thought for dead.

"You're home," Jon murmured.

"I'm home."

Maya and Jaime grabbed Leo and kissed him in greeting. Leo laughed wildly in their arms as Jaime noted with a hint of saddess, "He grew...we missed it."

Maya became sad as well, but she assured Jaime, "It's okay. We'll be there for everything else. We won't leave him."

"We can't leave, can we?" Jaime questioned. "We can't leave Winterfell especially after now, can we?"

Maya shook her head. "I'm sorry, but my family. Jaime, I lost them for such a long time and now I finally have them back. Asking me to leave them is like asking the stars not to shine...and I don't want you to leave either. Stay with me."

"No one wants me here."

"I want you here," Maya insisted. "I don't care what anyone thinks about us. You're Leo's father and I won't do that to him. You leaving me is…"

"Like asking the sun not to come up?" Jaime joked with a smile.

Maya nodded. "Yes. I love you, Jaime Lannister. I love you."

Jaime kissed Maya passionately as he held her in his arms with their son between them. "I know. I love you too. I was thinking that with everything that's happened that maybe we should renew our vows."

"Has a thing like that ever been done before," Maya inquired curiously as she pushed her son's curls from his face.

Jaime shrugged. "Probably not, but that is still not going to stop us from doing it. We'll do it right here in the Godswood. Invite friends and family only. Private. Like how it should've been years ago."

Maya smiled and laughed. "Okay. I'll marry you, Jaime. Again."

Jaime suddenly frowned and he fell to the ground, gripping his side as Maya screamed, "Jaime?! Jaime, what's wrong?! Someone get a maester! NOW!"

Jon, Arya, and Sansa stood by her side as she gripped Jaime's jackets. She lifted her hand and saw blood on it. She opened his jacket and saw a large stab wound. "No, no, no, no! Don't you dare do this to me!"

Jon held back Maya as they carried Jaime away from her. Sansa held Leo close to her as she forced him not to look. The gates opened as Bran rode in with Meera leading the horse he saw a couple of men take Jaime and he said, "I wonder if he fell from a tower."

"That's not funny," Meera whispered to him, scolding.

"It wasn't supposed to."

Bran and Meera quickly walked the horse to Maya, Jon, Sansa, and Arya who storms up to her brother, angrily saying, "Where the hells have you been?"

Bran sighed. "I had no choice. I had to leave. I had a vision or well, visions actually."

Meera helped Bran down as Jon ordered, "I need something to carry my brother. Somebody get one. Where's Hodor?"

Bran looked away, his jaw hardened as Meera answered, "He died. He saved our lives from the White Walkers."

"He held the door," Bran muttered. "Where's Rickon?"

"Ramsay Bolton murdered him," Jon told him.

"I fed him to the dogs," Sansa said to Bran who looked angry and frustrated at the entire world. "Trust me, his death was much deserved."

Bran nodded. "Good. We need to talk. All of us. We can hug later. There are other things much more important."

Maya ignored him and hugged her little brother. "Fuck them. You're here. Finally, I have you home, Bran."

The Stark children and Jon's council along with Meera all went to the Great Hall and Jon asked a worried Davos, "Ser Davos, what is it?"

"Brienne of Tarth is here."

"Brienne?" Both Malakhi and Tormund questioned then glared at each other.

Brienne walked into the hall with Podrick behind her. "My lords and ladies."

Malakhi opened his mouth, but Tormund quickly whispered to the former prince of Volantis, "I will kill you where you stand, little prince if you talk to her."

Malakhi scoffed. "As for you, wilding."

"Free Folk," he corrected angrily. "I would love to kill you then eat you-"

"Shut it, you idiots," Arya yelled at them. "No one cares about your love for Brienne right now."

Brienne gulped and looked awkward as she shifted on her feet as everyone else tried not to laugh. "Thank you, Lady Arya-"

"Just Arya. I'm not a lady," Arya told her.

"Yes, you are," Sansa replied.

Arya rolled her eyes. "Let's not, Sansa or I will throw something at you. Why is everyone being stupid right now?"

"I agree," Lyanna said. "Why are we even talking about this ridiculous subject? Who cares, we need to talk about other matters like the White Walkers...Bran Stark has been face to face with one and Jon has too."

"They are four leaders from what I saw I think, an army of things like them behind them," Bran explained. "I went to the Three-Eyed Raven, he showed me everything. He knows everything-all of history."

"The cave," Maya muttered. "I heard Hodor's name and you...a White Walker was there though it was something else."

Bran and Meera looked worried as he asked, "The Night's King. Did he touch you? Never let him touch you because then he will know where you are."

Maya nodded. "He touched my stomach and it hurt then he touched Leo."

"We found a blue spot of his arm," Sansa explained. "He said that it was them. How is any of this possible?"

Bran shook his head. "I am now the Three-Eyed Raven and they want me to die. As long as I live there is hope, but before me, he created another. The Prince That Was Promised, I saw whoever it was. It was blurry which means that the picture is still forming, but I will see it before they do. This person will defeat them and end the night. I think that it was Leonardo."

"No," Maya immediately said in a firm voice. "Not him. I know all about the prophecy. It is not him."

"Maya," Jon started. "We have to-"

"Do nothing. If anyone finds out that they want him then they will throw him to them to save themselves. Everyone will be against him."

"You don't know that," Malakhi reminded him.

"I don't care," Maya replied. "He's my son. Jaime and I will decide what happens to him. I'm sorry I have to leave."

Maya and Leonardo walked out of the room quickly before Bran said, "I still don't know, but it seems very likely."

"My king, we need to leave," Ser Davos reminded Jon who nodded in response.

"Where are you going? We still need to talk about this."

Jon nodded. "And we still will, but the Dragon Queen is here with her three dragons and a large army beside her."

"Dragons? I saw them flying over Westeros. I saw the Mad King. I saw her too. The Dragon Queen I think."

"It seems she has a part in this too," Tormund put together with a heavy sigh. "Dragons...they exist...who knew?"

"We are riding out there to meet her," Jon told Bran who gave him a questionable look.

"Why didn't she just take the throne?"

"Wants more allies maybe," Brienne said.

Ser Davos nodded. "I think that some people might not take a liking a dragons and Targaryens. She wants to catch more flies with honey. The scouts saw the banners with the sigils of Martell, Targaryen, Tyrell, and Greyjoy, my king."

Jon turned and questioned, "Greyjoy? Could it be Theon is there?"

"He did say that he was going back to his family," Sansa added in. "It could be him and his sister."

"These are the houses who hate the Lannisters," Bran noted.

"Guess they want to make them an extinct household. Repay the debt," Malakhi replied.

Jon sighed and agreed, "And if our house is on their side then that will say a large statement especially since we were the house that lost everything and then took it all back in just a short amount of time."

"Cersei Lannister blew up the Sept of Baelor," Brienne announced. "Podrick and I were at the inn when it was revealed. She murdered hundreds. She killed the people who were in her way for the throne, the Tyrells are to the point of extinction and the Martells have declared war now since the men of House Martell have mysteriously died so Ellaria Sand and her children are now in charge of the household."

"It seems the game may have changed," Malakhi murmured.

"Malakhi," Jon ordered. "You're coming with us to meet Daenerys Targaryen."

Malakhi shrugged and winked at Brienne before saying, "I'm game."

Tormund moved to punch him, but Arya stood in the middle of them and kicked him back. "Go ahead, try it. I'll gut you before you lift that sword."

Tormund grinned. "I would like to see you try, but who am I to judge a little girl. I could be surprised."

Arya lifted a eyebrow then said, "Go back to pinning over the blonde knight."
