Immediately, Spiderman fired a webline toward the Hulk. The webbing covered the brute's eyes as Spider-Man leapt forward to wrap both his arms around the Hulk's neck.

" I got him! I got him! " He paused, realizing he didn't planned the next part. " What the heck do I do now ? "

" Hold him still ! Iron fist, with me ! " Jen yelled

She and Danny Rand ran towards Hulk and striked him in his exposed belly. The blow would shatter the ribs of a normal man but the Hulk just grunted although the pain did give Spider-Man the chance to pound on his neck.

"Is the kid nuts? " Hawkeye asked. " That's the Hulk! "

" Peter's tougher than he looks, " Cap said. " He once beat Attuma."

Luke Cage was back up and moving in, cracking his knuckles. " Still playing too nice, Pete, " he stated. " Let me show you how we do it in the street. "

He bent low and with all his strength, smashed his fist right up between the Hulk's legs. The Green Goliath let out a loud howl but still refused to go down. Ms. Marvel swept in to fire off a blast of energy at his chest that caused another howl. Hercules and Wonder Man were back on their feet and throwing out dual punches at the Hulk as Spider-Man leapt upward and back.

" Anyone know where Wolverine is? " Janet asked, while firing blasts at Hulk " Because we really need adamantium. "

" He's down, " a voice called out. Cap could see Cyclops getting to his feet, gritting through his teeth as he tried to get his bearings. " Hulk smashed his head, his skeleton held up but his brain got scrambled. "

The Thing moved in to punch the Hulk in the mid-section to force out his breath as Wonder Man, Hercules and Ms. Marvel all started to pile on him. Some of the X-Men had managed to recover and were moving in to help.

" Where's Xavier ? " Captain America asked.

Cyclops winced. " In space on a mission with Jean, Kitty and Rogue. We tried to tell him that but he didn't believe us. "

" I'm not surprised, " Cap sighed. " After being lied to already… " He looked at the pile-on before him and saw the Hulk going to one knee. " Back up! " he called out.

" We got him down! " Simon yelled back.

" No, he's got you! " Cap's words were out of his mouth just as the Hulk threw himself up, his hands coming forward in a massive thunderclap that rocked like a miniature sonic boom. Everyone was sent flying backward as the Hulk stood there, growling in rage.

" Give me Xavier! " he yelled.

" He's not here, Bruce ! " Beast snapped as he got to his feet. " Please, be reasonable! "

" The only reason I have left is to smash, McCoy, " the Hulk snarled. " And I'm not letting anyone stop me from that! "

Spider-Man was about to reply when he felt his senses buzzing. He craned his head and heard a familiar sound coming toward him. " I know those engines... "

Another sound came, a bright sizzling and whirling. " I know that one too! " Spider-Man yelped as he leapt aside just in time to dodge the pumpkin bomb that flew outward to smash into the Hulk. A blast of fire covered the brute, causing him to howl in rage. The Green Goblin flew overhead on his glider, letting out a maniacal laugh as he tossed another bomb out.

" The hell are you doing here, Osborn !? " Spidey demanded.

"Just proving myself to Pym, " the Goblin said as he swept in. " But don't worry, Little Peter. I'm not forgetting you either. "

He then injected himself with a green liquid, which caused him to transform into a hideous Monster with a goblin-like appearance, as tall as Hulk himself.

" What the hell was that ?! " Mrs Marvel yelled

" Something I created in case I had to fight against the giant robots or Gammazone. "

Osborn answered, with a deeper voice

He then put his fists on fire and struck Hulk in the face but the green goliath responded with a right Hook which made Osborn stumble back.

" Arcee, Carol, Simon, Magmar, Cyclops, fire at will ! " Cap yelled

The five fired out with their energies to strike the Hulk dead center, causing him to shift off balance a bit. Osborn took this opportunity to pound mercilessly on Hulk, then slammed him against the wall.

" Pym understand what you don't, Rogers! " Osborn called down. " Or you, Parker! To truly succeed in life, you need to be ruthless. You need a killer edge. You need… "

Hulk took the Goblin's wrist and effortlessly took his hands of his neck.

" You know what, Osborn, " he hissed. " I actually agree with you. "

He then ripped Osborn's hands off, making him yell in pain and terror then Hulk grabbed the Goblin's head and ripped it off.

Luke Cage let out a long set of swearing words as blood sprayed. The Hulk tossed the two parts of the body to the side, blood pouring out of the neck. The battle seemed to halt as everyone was jarred at this horrific act of violence.

" Holy shit, " Jen whispered, staring in shock at the body of her friend's arch-enemy.

Hawkeye managed to recover first, grabbing at an arrow as Gammazone glanced to him. " What is that ? Electro-arrow? Fire arrow ? "

" No " Hawkeye said as he aimed it at the Hulk's face. " This is my good old-fashioned very sharp arrow. "

" Works for me. " Spidey intoned as Hawkeye let it fly. The arrow sped out and plunged right at the Hulk's left eye socket. The Hulk howled out in agony as he grabbed the shaft and tried to pull it out.

" Oh, nice one, " Simon sarcastically said. "You just made him madder and stronger! "

" Don't hurt him! " A-bomb yelled.

" Are you serious, jones ? " Cage exclaimed. " He just beheaded a guy ! Granted, it was Osborn so no big loss but still… "

Arcee ran circles around Hulk and repeatedly shot at him but he managed to grab her and threw her against rubbles, and then prepared to stomp on her.

" DON'T TOUCH HER, YOU BASTARD ! " Jen yelled, jumping at him and striking him in the cheek and actually sending him flying back.

Hulk got up but Jen continued her assault on him, dodging his fist then uppercutting him.

Angel then flew above them and threw metal feathers at Hulk, which distracted him from another blow from Jen. But he responded with a punch to Gammazone's head, sending her on the ground and he jumped, caugh Warren by the arms and legs and smashed him with his knee in the guts when they landed.

" WARREN ! " Cyclops cried out as the sound of shattering ribs and organs echoed through the area.

Hulk then threw Angel on the ground.

Jen, Arcee and Beast ran towards Angel but it was already too late : He wasn't breathing anymore.

Hulk gazed at his body for a long moment as the battle paused once more. He looked to the heroes around him and saw the hate, fear and anger in their eyes. He looked to Cyclops and sniffed. " I just wanted Xavier. "

Hulk bent his knees and bounded upward in a massive leap that carried him a hundred yards away, jumping back toward Manhattan.

Everyone gathered around Angel's corpse. Hawkeye rubbed at his face, shaking his head. " I can't believe…I just can't believe he did that."

Rick was in shock as he stared at the body. " He…killed him. He really…killed him. "

" And Osborn, " Spider-Man pointed out. " Which means he's not playing by the rules anymore. He's not going to stop. " He shivered. " He really is gonna smash us all. "

There was really nothing that could be said to match those chilling words.

( Helicarrier, medical bay )

June was waiting with Tony Stark in the medical bay for her daughter, Arcee and the other heroes to return when another nurse entered the bay. The two gasped in surprise when they recognized each other.

" Jane ? " June asked

" June ? " Jane Foster responded

The two then hugged each other, like old friends.

" You two know each other ? " Tony asked

" Yes, Jane and I are old college friends. She is also Jen's godmother. " June explained

Then Tony's Armor detected the Quinjet coming back in the hangar bay and the three went towards it. Hank Pym was also here.

As the ship parked, the door opened and Luke came out, holding a bag in his hands. Ms. Marvel was behind him holding another bag as Iron Man realized the two halves of Osborn's body were there.

Jen then exited the jet with Arcee and hugged her mother and Jane before she went towards Pym and lifted him by the neck.

" You, you are damn lucky Wolverine and Wanda are unconscious or you'd be eating claws and hex rays right now."

" Jen, I never…"

"Save it, Pym," Gammazone said as she stalked off

Captain America moved to Stark " He's a killer now, Tony, " he said in a flat tone. " He was always a danger but now…now he's been pushed too far and I don't think there's any way we're getting Banner back. "

Tony let out a sigh. " I've been working on ways to fight him, new armor and such. I've also been in talk with the Army. "

"Good, " Cap said. " Get a meeting going in half an hour. We've got less than twenty hours before he attacks, assuming he doesn't change his mind. "

( morgue )

Peter Parker was watching as the remains of Norman Osborn were put away by the medics.

" Are you alright, Peter ? " Arcee asked, having just entered

" Yeah, just… " Peter shook his head. " I've been fighting the guy so many years and he kept coming back but now…he's really dead. "

" Sometimes, the dead really stay dead. " Pym stated

The two glared at him. " Tell that to Angel and Goliath. " Arcee bitterly said

" He was my friend for years, Arcee, I never wanted that to happen. "

" That seems to be a common statement lately, " Spider-Man noted. " Not that it's an actual excuse or anything. "

" You've lost people because of what you do, Peter, " Hank said. " We're trying to prevent more of that. "

" By throwing your own friends in the negative zone if they don't become the governement's lapdogs ? By cloning Thor ? By making our families and loved ones, targets for our enemies ? You aren't preventing anything, Pym. " Arcee shot back

" If we stops another disaster, we are ! " Hank fired back. " What would you prefer, Peter? Going around on your own, be mistaken for a criminal by the people you're trying to help and get more girlfriends killed by a psycho? "

But he had gone too far : Peter punched him in the face.

" We can't all be emotionless like you and Richards. " Spidey fired back before going away.

Arcee followed him, but not before another shot at Pym.

" A world with your law in it isn't worth saving. You are just like Megatron and Zeta Prime. " She coldly said before going away.

( later )

The autobots, with help from SHIELD staff, had dismantled their old base and were now relocated in another secret base, only known to Fury and his circle of trust.

Suddenly, they received a message alert.

" Optimus we received a crypted message from..." Ratchet stated before his optics widened in shock " Megatron ! "

" What does the message say, old friend ? " Optimus asked, very intrigued

" We must talk about Hulk. Join me to this coordinates. " Ratchet read

" ( You aren't going to meet him alone, Optimus, it could be a trap ) " Bumblebee said

" Bee is right. " Bulkhead added

" We are not going to meet him alone. " Optimus said

( Rdv coordinates )

Optimus, Bulkhead and Bumblebee got out of the groundbridge, followed by Arcee, Mrs Marvel, Captain America, Wolverine, Red Hulk, Iron Man and Black Panther.

Megatron was there, with Starscream, Soundwave, Breakdown, Knockout, Airachnid and a small escort of vehicons.

" Ah, Optimus, I'm glad you came. " Megatron greeted

" What is it that you want, Megatron ? " Optimus asked

" For us to join our forces against our common enemy, The Hulk. " Megatron answered

" Yeah, right and I'm The Fallen. " Bulkhead said

" We are serious, dumbass. What good is a planet if there is nothing to rule ? " Breakdown responded

" I say, we don't need you at all. " Red Hulk said

" On the contrary. You don't know what that beast is planning. " Starscream said

Soundwave showed them what Laserbeak had observed. It was Hulk's army building something in Madison Square Garden.

" They are transforming this stadium in an arena. I know what I am talking about for I was the greatest gladiator in all of Kaon's Pits. " Megatron boasted

" And yet, you never defeated Grimlock. " Arcee mocked

The Decepticons turned towards her.

" Arcee ?! " Airachnid said before chuckling " I knew you loved humans but for you to become one of them. "

" I think I'm gonna be sick. " Knockout added

" That won't any less when I'll send you flying. " Arcee responded

" An alliance between the two sides ? How long will it last ? " Cap asked

" As long as Hulk isn't defeated, Captain. " Megatron answered

" And after that ? " T'challa asked

" I will rule this planet, as I saw fit. " Megatron said

" Well, at least, he's honest about that. " Tony whispered to Carol, who then flew in front of Megatron's face.

" If you or any of your goons double-cross us, you will be left in the delicate hands of Wolverine, he's getting bored without anything to cut in pieces. " Ms Marvel said, while Logan let out his claws to emphasize her point.

( Meanwhile, in the Raft )

Jen was walking in the corridors of the Prison until she arrived in front of the a cell.

" Well, well, " Samuel Sterns aka the Leader said with a smirk. " I was wondering when one of you was going to drop by. " He made a show of looking at the clock in the hallway. " Damn, I owe Living Laser twenty dollars now. "

Jen then entered the cell and lifted Sterns by his collar front.

" Listen to me well, Sterns. I know Richards and Pym can screw up big time without any outside interference, but a small part of me think that you may have a part in it. So I will ask you once. Do you have anything to do with this ? " Jen threatened him

Even knowing she could easily break all his bones, Leader couldn't stop himself from chuckling

" Miss Darby, I am flattered you recognize my talents for manipulation but I am willing to swear on my life that I am innocent in this matter. " Sterns answered

Gammazone eyed him for a moment before letting go of him. " I believe you. "

Then she took a small vial. " Give me a cell sample. " She asked him " We're scraping cells from every gamma powered person we can find, " She-Hulk told him. " Hopefully, we can use them to figure out a way to halt Banner if we have to. "

" And you expect me to help ? " Sterns asked, raising an eyebrow

" You'd better, because if you don't, I'll cuff you and I'll bring you to Hulk. " Jen threatened him

The Leader was startled at that. " What?" He recovered to smile. " Oh and I'm supposed to take that as a threat ? Come now, Miss Darby, Banner is… "

" He beheaded the Green Goblin. " Jen said, making sure to raise her voice

Every inmates turned towards her with horror in their eyes, Sterns gaping at her.

" Yeah, I'm telling the truth. So imagine what he'll do to someone he really hate. "

" You wouldn't dare. " Sterns said

" In our last battle you tried to nuke a town, so for me, you deserve the death penalty. " Jen responded

" I'm surprised. I would have thought Pym had all the samples he needed. " Leader said, taking the vial and spitting in it.

" From where? " Jen asked

" From a certain mutual acquaintance of ours. " He responded.
