Every fighter got up, happy to be back in the fight, and feeling sure of their victory now that Thor was here.
Loki swallowed. "But…how could…how…"
" For now, Asgard's enemies have been driven back. Heimdall told me he sensed your presence on Midgard and that Hulk was invading. But with you controlling the Bifrost, we had to take the paths used by trolls. " Thor responded
A roar echoed as the Hulk lunged upward toward Thor. The God of Thunder swung Mjolnir down, the Uru hammer smashing into the Hulk's jaw and sending him flying to the ground. The impact sent shockwaves around the arena, knocking Baron Mordo back to the ground, stunned.
Thor then ran towards the invaders, jumped high and landed, striking the ground and sending lightning to the aliens, killing most of them. He was soon joined by a light elf, Sif, a Valkyrie, Balder and the warriors three.
Ghost Rider took his chain and swinged it towards groups of aliens, burning them to ashes.
Venom then jumped into the fray and tear the enemies apart with his bare hands or tentacles
Soon the aliens attacked and the Defenders of Earth fought back.
Thor and Hulk were still locked in their fight when the green goliath managed to put Thor in the ground and began to suffocate him under his foot.
But Mjolnir flew towards Hulk's neck and striked him here before coming back into... Gammazone's hand who used it to send Hulk away.
" I knew it ! " Thor said
" But how can I..." ? Jen asked
" You are worthy, Jennifer Darby. " Thor responded, getting up
" Ho Thor ! " Hercules called out " This is good to see you are back ! "
" Thank you Hercules. Come on the fight isn't over. " Thor responded
" Then let's return to it. " Hercules agreed before the three followed Hulk, with Arcee and June behind them. The asgardians and the light elf followed soon.

Elloe, Hiroim, Korg, Miek and No-name were fighting against the other Defenders when Miek was struck from behind and rolled on the ground in pain as Bruce Banner moved in, his eyes hard and cold. "You…" he hissed as he swung out a metal bar to strike the alien's body. " You miserable little insect….It's all because of you! "
"The hell?" The Thing grumbled. "Did some of Hulk get left behind?"
" Tell them, " Bruce hissed. " Tell them what happened! "
" Bruce, what's happening ? " Rick asked
" I'm a physicist, " Bruce hissed, his eyes fixed on the fallen Miek. " I know there's no way that reactor could have just waited until that precise minute to blow after so many months. And I know Richards would never send a bomb like that if they were exiling Hulk to a peaceful planet. " His eyes narrowed. " And after that bombing, you were the one leading the charge to get back to Earth. "
The aliens around were listening and staring at Miek who seemed suddenly quiet. " Miek? " Elloie whispered. " What is he saying? "
The alien was silent until Banner pressed on his throat with the bar. " We needed the Green Scar! " he hissed. " We needed klik the anger of the Hulk! With Caiera klik he was giving up….settling down…." His eyes narrowed. " Hulk was my klik first friend! I will do anything klik to aid him! We needed his anger returned! So when I saw klik the Red King's men load the old reactor in…. "
The Brood's spiked tail smashed into his face, drawing yellow blood. " A million hivelings! " she cried out. " Our world devastated! How could you?! " The rest of the Warbound appeared shocked speechless by this revelation.
" We could not klik lose our King! "
Banner's pipe smashed into his forehead, knocking the alien senseless. He glared up at the Warbound. " So that's why you're here. To get payback on a planet that never did you harm. "
Hirom swallowed. " I…we did not know… "
"Now you do," Captain America said as he stepped up. " So now you have a choice. Keep fighting us for a cause that's no longer relevant or end this. "
Hirom's face stiffened. " We are still his Warbound. We are still sworn to aid our Green King… "
" He is not your green king anymore, now without Bruce here to keep him in check, Hulk is nothing but a destruction-hungry beast. " Iron Man told them " So what is your choice ? "

The Hulk was becoming more enraged by the second. His adversaries were giving him a really hard time. But a green bolt flew towards Thor who blocked it without even looking.
" You are becoming predictable Loki. " He dryly stated
" You can't win, Thor. The green beast will be stronger than you always ! " Loki cried
" But not stronger than us. " Thor corrected
As if on cue, Jen borrowed Mjolnir and made lightning fell on Hulk before striking him once again. The asgardians were stunned to see something like that.
" This mortal can wield Thor's Hammer ? " Fandral asked
" She is not a mere mortal, old friend : She is the Jade Amazon. " Thor answered
Arcee and June used the moment where Hulk was stunned by Jen to attack him without giving him a instant to breath. Arcee slashed him with her blades and June pounded him.
The autobots and decepticons arrived and saw the trio fighting against Hulk.
" Optimus, can you hear me ? " Ratchet called on the comms
" What is it, Ratchet ? " Optimus answered
" The gamma radiation coming off the Hulk is almost off the charts! It's almost as if he's getting more energy the more he fights! If we don't get him out of here quickly, We're looking at a gamma bomb explosion that could wipe out the whole city, " Ratchet explained
" Banishing him didn't worked last Time, Ratchet. And I admit I don't have even the shadow of an idea. " Iron Man recalled
Jen listened to him and suddenly was hit with an idea.
" Ratchet, you remember the Shadowzone ? " She called the medic
" Of course, Jen but why... You are not really thinking about what I think you are thinking. " Ratchet said
" Just open a groundbridge ! " Jen yelled
Soon a green vortex appeared and Jen turned towards the decepticons
" Soundwave, open a groundbridge at the same place as this one ! "Jen yelled
The decepticon Spymaster showed an image of an interrogation point.
" No time to explain, just do it ! " Jen yelled
" Soundwave, if we are to survive, we must do what Jennifer said. " Optimus tried to reason with him.
" Just do it, Soundwave. " Megatron ordered
Soundwave nodded and another groundbridge appeared near the first one and the two fused.
" Everyone, push Hulk in that vortex ! " Jen yelled before joining her mother and her friend to punch Hulk towards the vortex.
Hulk tried to jump back but he was binded by webs created by Airachnid, Venom, Spider-woman and Spidey.
Iron Man, Ms Marvel, Cyclops, Wonder man, Storm, Magmar, War Machine, Vision, Wanda, Songbird, Ghost Rider, Doc Strange, Thor and Balder used their energy attack to push Hulk Back Closer to the vortex. Elloe and Hiroim launched energy from their staves. But Hulk held his ground and began to push back.
" Hey Jen, do your breath attack ! " Luke Cage yelled
" But I don't know how I did that ! " Jen said
" Focus on your energy to direct it ! " Iron fist advised
Gammazone focused on how she did it and soon her chest began to glow green, she took a deep breath and a green beam shot out of her mouth, striking Hulk and with that, he was sent flying into the vortex, which Ratchet and Soundwave closed.
Dead silence filled the streets as everyone stared at the spot, not able to believe it was all finally done.
"He's gone?" Captain America finally asked. "I mean…he's truly gone? "
" Yes. He is stuck in a dimension where he can see us but he cannot touch us. He wanted to be left alone, well he's got it. " Jen explained, before turning towards Soundwave. " Thanks, Soundwave. "
The Spymaster turned towards her and showed a thumb up picture on his visor.
" It's not over yet. " Punisher said, dragging Miek.
" You, Guilty" Ghost Rider said, holding Miek close " Your soul is tainted with the blood of innocents. Feel their pain ! "
He then used his penant stare on Miek, making him yell in pain, before his eyes became empty. Venom then took the body and began to eat it.
" Strange, where is Mordo ? " Cap asked
" Sealed away in the eye of Agamotto. " Strange answered, patting his artefact, before opening portals and using them to send the decepticons away.
" And Loki ? " Jen asked
Just then, Loki pointed his spear at the sky and the Bifrost descended upon him.
" Oh no, you don't ! " Iron man said before blasting him with his beams, sending the son of Laufey on the ground.
A tall figure got out of the Bifrost, a figure who caused Loki to pale : Odin, son of Bor.
" Loki, I raised you as a son, nurtured you and this is how you thank me ? " Odin stated
" Yes, and I'll defy you forever, Odin. " Loki spat
" If you thought the island of silence was torture, then you know nothing of the word. " Odin responded before restraining Loki.
" Father. " Thor and Balder said
" My sons, I am glad to see you again. Once again, you saved Asgard and Midgard. " Odin proudly said
" It wasn't all of our doing, father. " Thor explained, showing the Avengers
" So they are the Avengers, you told us so much about. " Odin stated
" It is an honor to meet you, Lord Odin. " T'challa stated " I am T'challa, son of T'chaka, king of Wakanda. Those are Iron Man, Captain America, Hawkeye, Miss Marvel, Wasp and Ant-man. "
Tony and Steve looked at each other and nodded.
" You forget one person, T'challa. " Tony said before going towards Jen and giving her a card. " Gammazone, you're now an Avenger. "
Jen was stunned speechless, under the applause of every heroes present. She began to feel weak in her legs, which prompted her mother and Arcee to hold her.
" Put your head down, put it between your knees. " June said, helping her daughter to sit down.
" A young mortal girl ? " Odin asked, raising an eyebrow
" She is not a mere mortal, father. Jennifer Darby is one of the bravest warriors I ever fought alongside. " Thor praised the green-skinned girl, who blushed a storm.
Odin stroked his beard and raised his spear, Gunjir, to the sky.
" Heimdall, open the Bifrost. " He proclaimed.

The Avengers were brought before all of Asgard's people, after Loki's punishment was decided : He would be stuck in a tree, while a snake would forever spit venom in his eyes. Hulk's warbound would be sent into the Negative Zone.
" To the nine realm's most powerful heroes, hail Avengers ! " Odin proclaimed
" Hail Avengers ! " The people repeated
A big party was organized and Jen took Cap and Tony aside.
" Guys, It's really an honor to be an Avenger but I don't want to be separated from Arcee and my mom. " the Jade Amazon said
" Arcee is welcomed among us too, Jen. And since your mother is a nurse, she can be our official medic. " Cap said
" Thanks, Cap. " the relieved Jen answered
They want back to the party, where Jen showed she could lift Mjolnir.
Now, Jen, Arcee and June will join the Avengers.
Next time : Jen goes to Miko's home to tell her the good news, only to learn her friend is in trouble.
