hey there, my friend told me to write this and now i'm actually putting it up, um...if you don't like slash don't read it, i tried to tone it down after some of the reactions to my earlier work, um...if you think the idea of giles with anyone but those he was with on the show repulsive, you definately shouldn't read this.
basically giles is looking for an anniversary present for spike, he finds one, and it's a one shot, because anything longer i would just get bored of and end up pissing everybody of with the fact that i never update, which is entirely my own fault.
amazingly this is actually betaed and therefore i would like to thank my lovely beta free2bfroody, for giving me some of her valuable time, you know the stuff she would usually be spending on homework, unlike me.
i'm just waffling on here really, anyway, it's rated M just for the...ahem...sexual items.

Giles was looking for something to give to his lover for their anniversary, he though that perhaps a black flowy coat would do, but that didn't seem…right he looked at watches, and piercings, and even tattoos, but none of it was right.
Next he checked out the jewelry store for rings, again not right.
He asked Willow, but all the stuff she thought of was newfangled and just not his or his lovers cup of tea.
There were three days left and Giles had run out of ideas, he was about to give up, and ask his lover himself, when he came across a shop, an adult shop.
It was perfect his lover had always talked about improving their sessions with some of these things.
First he looked at the dildo rack, but none were quite right, besides, they already had to many of those in the relationship.
Next he went to the blow-ups, but he didn't want his lover to be making love to that instead of him.
Then he saw the handcuffs, and stripper costumes, it was perfect!
He brought a police uniform, and a pair of pink fluffy handcuffs.
It was the day, and he and his lover were having a nice roast dinner at home, well he was having roast dinner, while his lover drank pigs blood, just as the familiar bleached beauty finished the bag, Giles got out his purchases, now wrapped up, and handed them to spike.
"What's this love?" asked Spike.
"This is your anniversary present, I got it for you."
"Oh thanks love." He said opening the package, and smiling at what he saw inside.
