Hey, sorry for the delay but this first week was really killing me for online classes. And honest truth is I had this chapter ready but decided against posting it for two reasons one being that I wanted to make sure my chapters are equally spread out so I don't update too fast so you guys don't have high expectations of me to update like clockwork. And please don't just trust me when I say for a story as popular as mine has turned out to be that I'd abandon it and leave it on a cliffhanger, I don't think so.

The second reason is because the chapter was bigger than I though so I decided to break down the summary of option 2 into two chapters this is only the first half the other will be posted either on Sunday or possibly next Wednesday.

But anyways it's my BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!! So this is my present to you all which is kind of ironic considering how the whole present shtick is suppose to work, Enjoy!

It had been almost a month since Mikael was killed, since Stefan stole Klaus' family, since Hayden ran off with Mystic Falls number one backstabbing bitch and the Salvatore brothers failed fucked up romance Katherine Pierce, a month since everything Hayden Kerbex had left was all put behind him.

They were currently in Kentucky at the moment.

Another day in another crappy motel a state or two over.

They both were in bed watching the news when Hayden whose been put through nothing but the same old flirtation routine and every time Hayden has come close to wanting to get to know why Katherine was on the run from Klaus just like him she'd only give the usual bullshit response that he wants revenge against her but like all stories with their end there was always a beginning. She just wouldn't tell it.

Even he wouldn't admit it to her for obvious reasons but she's grown on him in these past few weeks. Trying to see a side of her that she doesn't show anymore or convinces herself that doesn't even exist anymore.

But he's so fucking fed up, so much so that he doesn't even realize what he says next is out loud.

Whipping his head towards Katherine who is next to him in bed, "Tell me something about you?!"

Katherine jumps slightly at Hayden's suddenness, turning to face him. "What?"

Hayden realizes now what he said, "I mean…look weeks ago you said that you wanted to work for a piece of this," gesturing to himself, "Well how about I show you where to start, I want to know about who Katherine Pierce is."

She tilts her head, "Why didn't you just ask, I'm a survivor I have been for a while now, there." She deflects but still states the obvious that he already knows.

He gives her a 'really' look, "You know damn well what I mean, I want to know something about the 'real' you that isn't exactly common knowledge, I mean who the hell am I going to tell?" Hayden pleads.

Katherine remembers having sex with countless men over the years, decades, and overall centuries of her existence on this planet. Men of many different cultures, race, and of course physical shapes/sizes. During which she wouldn't blink because it kept her alive to be able to survive. But if there was one thing that truly made her cringe and be uncomfortable it is attaching some strings and getting personal, she is Katherine Pierce the former doppelgänger. She doesn't do personal and she didn't need to, to have strings attached like there was with Elijah or Damon and Stefan, although unlike them Hayden wasn't head over heels for her or anything, well not yet at least.

In these last few weeks since they've been moving from small town to big city to across different states, this one boy has managed to get under her skin in ways that no one ever has before. Instead of looking at her like a lovesick puppy, pun unintended. Or fucking her to get him to do what she wants he just treats her like…her. Of course he has his very annoying, nerve racking, 24/7 running mouth and shitty senses of humor and sarcasm that he never seems to let up on. Other than that he's kinda like the first guy who has treated her like a normal person and not some sort of hooker. Wait where the fuck are these thoughts coming from, yuck!

Katherine sighs in defeat, knowing that he won't stop annoying her until he gets some answers, "I'm 544 years old, I was born in Bulgaria." She answers.

Hayden looks rather fascinated, sitting himself up. "Really?"

Katherine nods as she smiles at the memories, and not one of those seductive smirks that another failed flirting attempt, but a smile smile, and honestly it quite suits her Hayden notes.

"Also my real name is Katerina, Katerina Petrova."

Hayden processes this, "Katerina, hmm. Sounds nice, exotic, just like you." He says.

Katherine smiles at him sweetly before even noticing what she's doing.

"Go on, please I'd like to know more about you?" He asks excitedly.

Katherine leans back and proceeds to tell Hayden more about her childhood in the old country as he got the rare privilege of getting to know the real Katherine Pierce, not the survivor, not the slut, not the cold heartless bitch that is the result of Klaus Mikaelson's lust for vengeance against her part in plot against him.

"Wow, you know honestly the more I learn about you, the more confused I am." Hayden reveals.

Katherine looks at him confused herself, "What do you mean?" She asks.

"I mean like….what happened, where did it all go wrong for you how did you become the legend that is Katherine Pierce the murderous bitch that has men eating out of the palm of her hand?"

Katherine looks down as a very unpleasant memory comes to mind one that Hayden can tell by the look on her face

"Okay, enough about me, it's your turn, tell me a little something about you?" Katherine informs.

Hayden looks at her skeptically, "Say what now?"

Katherine leans over closer with her hands under her chin, "I said, it's only fair that I told you some things about me, now it's your turn to come clean about the story behind the rogue hybrid."

Hayden rolls his eyes for a moment, "Okay seriously why does everybody keep calling me that, the 'Rogue Hybrid' I mean what the fuck, did somebody trademark the name specifically for me or some shit like that?" He asks sounding dead serious.

This earns a small chuckle of amusement from Katherine, Hayden's expression returns to normal.

"But I do hate it when your right, although here's a heads up that my life is kinda short and boring in comparison to yours, so don't get your hopes up for any juicy details." Hayden tells her.

Katherine looks him over, "Yeah I kind of already can tell from what I'm looking at, still memory lane isn't a one way street though, and it's your turn to go down it Kerbex."

Hayden sighs, clearing his throat, "Well let's see, I'm not exactly from Mystic Falls like the others, I told you a while back during one of my more cheery moods that I was from Minnesota, well I wasn't lying when I said that." He starts.

"Really so you're a classic country farm boy then?" She jokes.

"Ha ha, laugh it up Pierce. Well you're only half right in that department, I'm not exactly a farm boy, but I did live in more remote part of the city."

"Where did you live again?"

"Anoka, I was born and raised there from what I can remember, it was nice on a good day otherwise I didn't really get along too well with others at school, jerkoffs liked to hound me a lot, and let's just say that at the time I wasn't too good looking either so let just say that I was no James Bond in that business." Hayden scoffs at the memory.

Katherine looks him over again that playful naughty gleaming look in her eyes, "Well if that's the case I'd say that puberty does have some advantages for guys like you then I guess."

Hayden looks at her stoically, "Stop at this rate I'll blush so hard my face will look sunburnt, but you can thank werewolf puberty for the upgrades you see before you." Gesturing to the rest of his body hidden beneath his clothes and pants.

Just then an idea popped into Katherine's mischievous mind her eyes looking at a particular part of his body, one that a girl like her is all too familiar with.

Keeping her eyes focused on…it! She begs the question, "Does that include, a certain item between your legs?" She asks sensually.

Hayden sees her eyes were preoccupied as were her thoughts, ah women they're a real piece of work sometimes.

He just smirks at her, "No comment!" He whispers defiantly.

"Can't blame a girl for using her….playful imagination, can you?" Katherine asks him innocently.

"I guess not, we all have our needs after all, right?" Hayden spits back at her.

"Touché!" She agrees.

Hayden went on about a few other boring childhood details to telling her a bit about his family his old man was a veteran career officer, his mom was an accountant, and that he had a little sister.

That's when Katherine train of thought came to a screeching halt, that key word stuck with her for some reason, 'had' as in past tense, used to, the works. He had a little sister, which quickly lead her to the next stray thought that she realize that just like her out of all the things he told her about himself and his practically average human past. Hayden didn't really make the connection between how he ended up several states over here in Mystic Falls. And she had a pretty good idea why.

"How did you end up moving to Mystic Falls then, last I checked Minnesota and Virginia aren't exactly next door neighbors?" Katherine asks genuinely curious.

Hayden freezes up for a moment as a flash of some of the worst fucking memory come flooding back of not just himself but his family as well. That ain't exactly a road he wants to go down again anytime soon.

But given who his present audience is and how goddamn consistent and relentless she is, at best he'd be only delaying the inevitable.

Hayden mentally groans, just get this over with it's like ripping a bandaid off just rip it quick and put it back on before anything comes gushing out.

His head dips down as does his eyes, not wanting to see her reaction to what's about to come out of his mouth that for once he so badly wishes would stay shut.

"Well, that's a sad story that I don't need to tell you and highly doubt you'd actually care to hear about, so why bother?" He asks.

Katherine's unreadable expression cracks for a moment. "Because I want to know more about you." She answers bluntly, but she is dead honest though.

"Have it your way, don't say I didn't warn your smooth ass though."

"It happened about three years ago, right before I came to Mystic Falls. Let's just say that I wasn't in a good place at the time, you know that tipping point in your life where you feel like things haven't worked out for you but they do for everyone else, even your enemies that don't even get what's coming to them." He pauses.

"I felt like I was stuck at the bottom of life with everyone else walking right over me with their popularity, their success, their strength, everything that I didn't have and mostly likely couldn't have. By I only looked at the fact that it felt like nobody gave a shit about what happened to me every time I was pushed back down again them never giving me the chance to get myself or my life back up. And for a good amount of time I kept pushing those feelings down and sucked it up trying ti have faith that things would turn out, but they never did. Eventually it got to the point where one day I just wouldn't take it anymore and decided that if God wouldn't do anything to give me justice, then I'd do it myself."

Katherine who has been listening following along with every detail couldn't help but see a bit of herself in him, in a way of course. "What'd you do?"

"I reacted, that's what the hell I did! I knew that I had a lot of caged up rage and pain decided to let it loose on a few people who kept giving me shit more than others. I figured if they're able to get away with it unscathed, then why not give it a try for myself. When I went to school one morning, a bunch of jocks that loved to make me their personal bitch decided to get a little physical after I told them to go fuck themselves which wasn't unusual for me, only this time I tried to fight back and quite aggressively if I may add with bloody details aside."

"Of course, the teachers came to break things up and we were all sent to the principal's office and after hearing both sides of the story in the end he only cared about one and that was the one from the sons of bitches that had the rich parents that funded the school board programs and shit. All of them got of the hook obviously me in the other hand considering that I….used a few excessive and deadly objects was believe it or not expelled. After that I told the cheapskate to kiss my ass and went home. Of course I didn't go back right away because I needed to clear my head for a bit so I walked away to be alone for a while and then by the time night came around and I went back home where I was met face to face with the fury of my parents who had a not so nice choice of words with me. In the end they told me how, even after I told them I how I truly felt and what I dealt with, that there's a difference between 'doing what you think is right' and 'doing what you know is right'. At that point I went off to them about if that's true then how come nobody else does what they know is right in my case then, shortly after that I felt a burst of emotion and told them that if all the others who treat me like gutter trash have a life why should they, why should they get away with it while I sit on my ass and do nothing when I should give them what they deserve, of course that did it for my parents and little sister who had been eavesdropping in on the conversation. That was when they told me that I'm a disgrace to the family if that's what I believe. That of course ripped my heart up and I bolted out of there and into town like a whiny little crybaby." Hayden pauses as some tears form in the corners of his eyes but none escape yet though.

"I went to the gas station to get a Gatorade being thirsty and all of that, that's when a few of the guys that I crossed paths with earlier came in and obviously they gave me shit and taunted me about what happened, right as I was about to leave that's when this man came into the place with a gun and robbed the cash register and knocked out the clerk, then he turned to the jocks and told them to hand over their cash, of course the dickheads didn't know any better and said no. That's when the guy mugged the shit out of them and made off with their cash. I'll admit for once I felt that finally the tables had turned and I enjoyed watching them feel as miserable as they made me feel for years, he came at me next and I just tossed him my wallet and more than happily moved away from the door knowing I wanted him to get away, and he did of course before I left I couldn't help but make a smug remark at them."

Hayden pauses for a good long while before continuing to tell her the most painful part of the story.

"But the thing is reality has a way of coming back to bite you in the ass. And as the saying goes karma is a bitch, one that I particularly just scorned. As I was making my way back home I saw at a stoplight in town that there was an accident, car crash from what I could tell, a real nasty one. There were sever cop cars and two ambulances, and a crowd of people. So I checked it out and when I finally got a view there were two cars there and parts scattered everywhere along with some puddles of blood on the road and on the cars. That's when I realized that I recognized one of the cars and more importantly a few of the bodies they were carrying out of the car that was turned over."

Hayden shudders at the gore and bloody memory, which is no less than he deserves for what he did.

He lets out a shaky breath, "It was m-my…..parents and if that wasn't bad enough, my s-sister was there with them, they all were killed in the crash, when I asked the officers what happened there was a high speed collision with the other car that ran a red light, and my family was sideswiped and rolled over."

A few tears escape Hayden's eyes. Katherine can tell he's on the verge of breaking down.

"If that wasn't the finishing touch to what happened, when they showed me the other car that hit them the driver-" Hayden's fists clench tightly that his knuckles turn white. Rage written all over his features.

"It was the same guy that had robbed the gas station, the motherfucker that I let go right by me. The fact that he was wiped out in the crash too didn't really help, considering that it wasn't his fault."

"He may have been the one that struck the blow, but I'm the reason my family is dead. The only damn reason they were in that car was because of me. I'm the one that fucking killed them, Katherine!" Hayden cries out finally reaching his breaking point one that he hasn't reached in almost three years since it happened.

Droplets of water rain down from his eyes as his quiet sobs fill the room.

Katherine Pierce had never really opened herself up to anyone or really cared about the average humans boo hoos and tragedies that happen in everyday life around her, but for some reason after hearing what this boy next to her just said. She feels a unfamiliar pain in her chest at the sight of him broken and hating himself. After all if he only knew how well she could relate to him for being the reason that your family is dead.

"Hayden, it wasn't your fault. There's no way you could've known that your family came after you." Katherine tries to point out, but doesn't seem to do much good.

Hayden's head snaps up at her, seeing watery red eyes with tear stains in the corners.

"Bullshit! It was and still is my fucking fault to this damn day their gone, and for what all for 5 seconds of what I thought was 'poetic justice'." Hayden argues, more angry at himself than her.

Hayden manages to calm down enough to finish the story, and wipes a few tears away from his eyes.

"Anyways, I was 15 at the time so I was nowhere near legally of age to be on my own and went to the next of kin, which for me was my grandma on my father's side. Sharon Kerbex, and I'll give you one guess where she lived."

"Mystic Falls." Katherine answers.

"Ding ding ding!"

"I lived in that town for three years, but I wasn't the same after that, though." He finishes.

"So there you have it the story of Hayden fucking Kerbex! Honestly, knowing what I know now I'm surprised I didn't trigger my werewolf curse then and there. You know you have to 'kill' to turn. But I practically killed my family Katherine, and I have to live with that for the rest my life, which is now an eternity thanks to 'you know who' and I'm not talking about Voldemort." Hayden admits.

"Look I know I don't know what you've done in your past or about who the real Katherine Pierce is, but honestly in the time I've had to put up with your slutty antics, and failed flirting attempts. You're a decent person, more decent than I am at least. What I'm trying to say is…it's nice to have a friend to talk to, I guess that's why I put on the asshole act all the time because I don't think I deserve sympathy or kindness at least not the kind that I'm thinking of. Because if people get close to me…they'll end up hurt or worse because that's what I do. So thank you, Katherine." Hayden thanks, reluctantly.

What she does next feels like something that done purely out of instinct. As Hayden feels a pair of soft and smooth skinned arms wrap around his neck as a bunch of dark brown hair falls in front of his face. Now realizing that Katherine is….hugging him?

He never thought that she did hugs, I mean she's hit on him before but that was different. This is something that is all new to him, and was certain that Katherine never does things like this. It isn't a part of her character.

Katherine's thoughts aren't that far off from Hayden's as she herself is asking herself what the hell she's doing. However she doesn't seem to be making any attempt to push herself away from him, though.

For a moment Hayden contemplates what his next move is, but is finding it very difficult to think with Katherine's warm body against his or at least what feels warm to him. He takes a chance and just slowly brings his arms around her athletic frame his hands resting on her back returning the gesture.

Katherine feels his hands snake around her and decides to do nothing for now. Finding herself both hating and wondering why Hayden has this effect on her. For her, being vulnerable and caring is a stake to the heart just waiting to happen, and she always protected what was left of hers because she had to. But now in this moment like she had told Stefan when she saw him last that as much as she tries to tune out her humanity somehow it manages to find its way back in, and without a doubt she wanted-no she needed to let it back in right now, and damn the consequences.

After another minute or two they break apart looking into each other's eyes.

"You know a lot of people, guys mostly. Try to see the good in me and it doesn't really get them anywhere because sooner or later they end up dead because of me, collateral damage due to some scheme of mine. I try to convince them that I'm not that girl I was before I met Klaus and became a vampire, before I found out I was the doppelgänger, the key to breaking the sun and the moon curse." Katherine explains, a small hint of regret but barely in her tone.

"But believe me when I say that you have no fucking idea how much better you are than me Hayden, I lost my chance at redemption a very long time ago. I'm under Klaus's thumb now and I'm never going to be free of him as long as he's alive. But somehow I got the feeling that you can be free, Hayden. Never give up because if you do, then I have to as well. You've given me the first hope that I can beat Klaus and get my freedom back, my life back. I'm just a bad bitch that does what a girl's gotta do to survive, but you……you're something different." Katherine encourages.

Hayden has now forgotten entirely why he was so upset, feeling all gushy inside, his heart fluttering with a mind of its own.

Without warning, Hayden moves in one swift motion and quickly but gently connects his lips with her's in a desperate kiss that is done out of some impulse he just couldn't place. He feels her body stiffen for a moment before he feels her relax against his touch bringing his hand up to cup her cheek. He soon feels Katherine starting to kiss him back. The feeling of her cool yet soft lips against his.

Katherine is no stranger to kissing, but this one is doing wonders for her right now, it's so passionate and welcoming, it's making her insides melt, feeling Hayden putting everything he's got into the kiss. Damn! There's no way he's not a ladies man, if what she's feeling on the receiving end is telling her anything. She quickly begins to return the gesture bringing her own hand to the side of his face stroking it.

The two stay like that for another minute or so before breaking apart, gasping for air.

Hayden opens his eyes to see Katherine with her eyes closed still dazed.

"What was that for?" She breaths out huskily, her eyes heavy lidded.

"It's payback, for making my worthless ass feel…..a little less worthless I guess!" He whispers back with appreciation clear in his tone, for this said cold hearted bitch being not as cold hearted as he thought she would be or as he was told she was. Or is this one of her acts.

Katherine reels back from the lingering sensations of the kiss, "Don't get use to it, that one's free, next one-," Katherine leans him with that regular naughty smirk making its way back into her face again "You're going to have to earn!" She teases.

Hayden returns the gesture, "Looking forward to it." He remarks smugly. If the one he just had is any indication, he's in for a real treat next time.

Just then his cell phone rings and Hayden gets off the bed and walks over to get it on the table, picking it up.

His phone reads one name, the name of the guy that has been keeping him in the loop of what's been going on at Mystic Falls and more importantly with the K-L-A-U-S situation as well.

'Damon Salvatore'

Hayden picks up his phone answering, "Hello Damon, what do you have for me today?" He asks.

"Sorry, but Damon is unavailable for the time being, do you wish to leave a message that I may be able to pass on in his stead?" A familiar smug male voice with a thick arrogant 'nails on a chalkboard' accent chimes in on the other end of the like.

Hayden's almost chokes on his own breath as his face pales ghost white. Yet only one word has managed to come out of his mouth.

"Klaus!" He gasps.

The mere mention of that name and the fact that Katherine heard him on the other end her attention snapping towards Hayden holding the phone. Sharing the same expression only hers is a tad bit more out of fright than shock like his.

"Hayden, my rogue hybrid I can't tell you how much I've missed you dear boy." Klaus greets.

"Klaus, the bane of my existence, you cannot possibly imagine how much I haven't missed you at all!" Hayden replies.

"Oh come on there's no need for modesty now, let's act like civilized adults now shall we."

Hayden's expression turns serious, "Where's Damon?" He asks demandingly.

He can practically feel Klaus smirking snidely on the other end, "Aw yes, Damon. He's…shall we say taking a 'nap' at the moment it'll be a good few hours before he wakes up though."

"What do you want?" Hayden moves on.

"Now that's indeed a really good question, what do I want….Well speaking literally and with no reservations in regards to your part in recent events, I want you and Katerina to attend a little family gathering of mine back here at home. Besides I'm not angry, rather intrigued by the fact that you are the only being so far that confounds all forms of compulsion and control even me, fascinating truly!"

Hayden pretends to look awestruck, "Aww, how sweet and here I was thinking that you didn't care about anyone but yourself, I don't know if I should blush or blow chunks, by the way who is this Katerina, sorry the only Katerina I know is about a hundred feet long and sails on the sea and is in the bays of Los Angeles so you might want to be a little more specific."

Klaus's expression finally turns serious, "Allow me to be more specific then shall I, Katherine Pierce the vampire, the old flame of your friends the Salvatore's. I have it from a very reliable source that you've accompanied her on your little venture to flee from me after the demise of my father."

Hayden looks to Katherine who looks like a deer caught in headlights. Hayden knows that he's got a shot to be in Klaus's good books if he sells her out, before she sells him out. However his better judgement has the winning vote.

"Oh yeah, if your talking about Elena's evil twin then why didn't you just say so yeah I remember her, after I skipped town with Stefan he told her to get me as far away from your hairy ass as possible, she gave me the run down of why you two don't get along so well and then split like the wind and never saw her again." He lies.

Katherine looks a bit shocked at the lie. Why would he do that?

Although Klaus isn't as convinced. "Your lying, she's with you now isn't she?"

Okay plan B. "Honestly Klaus that bitch is nowhere near me right now, think about it if what I heard about her is true, do you really think a vampire with survival instincts like her would take her chances with a rogue like me whose painted a target on my own back or on her own?" Hayden challenges.

Hayden prays that Klaus buys his bluff. "Good point, well are you willing to risk your dull and meaningless existence over one simple lady?" Klaus asks for conformation, Hayden didn't need him to sugarcoat that, he's basically saying you better be telling me the truth or you'll die.

Hayden looks at Katherine into those deep brown eyes of her's.

"Try me you son of a bitch!" Hayden dares. With a proud smirk.

Katherine doesn't even notice or feel her own jaw drop.

After a few moments of nothing but silence and static Klaus finally speaks.

"Very well then, but do know this if you're hiding her I guarantee that my wrath will most merciless Hayden, that I promise you." Klaus threatens his anger for Katherine evident in his voice.

"Yeah yeah yeah, I get it hell hath no fury like a hybrid scorned, blah blah blah." Hayden groans.

"Also I do suggest you come back soon or It'll be hard to say what might become of your beloved sweet grandmother, Sharon." Klaus smiles.

Hayden is on the verge of breaking his phone as his grip has tightened quite a bit due the rising anger that is now consuming him.

"I'd think about your next words very….very carefully Klaus, because they might be the last ones you'll ever say, if your telling me what I think you are." Hayden warns lowly gritting through his teeth.

Klaus' smile only widens, "Now now, do I seem like the kind of man that would go slaughtering poor defenseless elderly women like your dear grandmother?" Klaus rhetorically asks.

"I think you're like the lazy, cowardly, bratty, spineless bastard that you fucking are pal!" Hayden replies.

"I will say this your fiery spirit never seems to go out, hopefully your pride won't be your downfall." Klaus advises.

"Right back at ya!" Hayden responds.

"Therefore, I'm proposing a temporary truce for you to come back to Mystic Falls, where my mother has requested an audience with you, as well as extending you a generous invitation to our family ball that is taking place in two days, afterwords I shall grant you a one day head start before my hunt for you resumes, and do be advised that if you say no, I can't guarantee that my brother Kol will play nice with your grandmother." Klaus informs.

Hayden takes a deep breath, "Is this a formal ball? I need to know because I don't exactly have that kind of suit lying around." He asks.

Katherine shoots to her feet in surprise and shock but Hayden holds up his hand to keep her quite.

Klaus smiles on the other end, "Splendid! Yes indeed it is, I'll see to it that you receive a formal invitation upon your return, I look forward to seeing you again, bye!" The line goes silent as Klaus hangs up.

Hayden slowly lowers his phone and turns to Katherine who is giving him a death glare.

"Are you insane?!" Katherine practically yells.

"Maybe, maybe not! All I do know is that I'm not going to let that fucker take away the only family I have left!" Hayden argues as he begins to pack his bag.

"It's a trap Hayden, you won't get one foot inside that town without Klaus speeding in and ripping your heart out, literally!" She warns.

Hayden throws one of his shirts that is currently in his hand down on the bed turning to her, "What am I suppose to do Katherine?! Besides he said that his mother wants to talk to me or something so I'm guessing that she's got some sort of hold over him enough to keep him from smoking my ass long enough to get my grandma outta there."

"Well I'll tell you right now, if you plan on going through with this little suicide run then you're on your own." Katherine states, backing away.

"You don't think I know that, I never asked you to come Katherine. Now if you wanna bolt and leave me in the dust, that's fine. Thanks for all your help, and I promise not to say anything to Klaus about you. But I have to do something that involves me going back there and rescuing my grandma someway?" He insists.

"Now you can either help me, or you can stay the fuck out of my way, which'll it be?"

Katherine audibly groans with frustration, "God I swear I'm going to regret this, those damn blue eyes." Katherine mutters under her breath.

"Well if we're going to do this then, we gotta get you a taylor for where your going."Katherine smirks scanning over what Hayden's currently wearing before turning on her heels and walking out of the room.

Hayden smirks after her.

Heigh ho, heigh ho, and back home we go!

Hopefully you guys don't mind me giving Katherine a moment away from that dark personality of hers but I thought that this would be a good moment for them to start making their connection.

Please leave your reviews tell me what you think, the second half of the chapter will involve SMUT or at least I'll try to and just so people don't misinterpret it won't be between Katherine and Hayden but between him and the other female vampire he's known. Until next time!
