Welcome back and enjoy.

"Oh god, the smell," Camila said as she and Eda were near a beach staring at a rotting carcass.

"Oh the life circle of a trash slug, eats most of the trash that comes from the small cracks in our world, and yours and you humans litter a lot," Eda said as she swung a pickax into its stomach as it opened as a large pile of trash fell out. "Come to momma!"

Eda then started picking small human objects and placing them into a sack that Camila brought and it was soon filled with random junk. "Now off to the market, glad Luz decided to help set it up." "Anything that increases her creative imagination." They then walked to the market where they found Luz simply sitting on a chair reading as the tent wasn't even set up.

"Kid what are you doing sitting, it's not too hard to set up a stand." "Eda, there isn't any other stands or anyone even here," Luz said as the streets were empty except for a few tumbleweeds that rolled around. "Did something happen?" Camila asked as Eda then took a flyer from a pole and read it. "Great Covention day." "Coven what?" Luz and Camila asked as Eda explained. "Every year all the main covens hold this grand thing where young witches get to learn about covens and their magic types so they know what they want to do when their adults."

Luz then squealed. "We have to go like right now!" "Uh, no it's a waste of time, plus uh... Basilisks aren't known for using magic more like eating it." "Now wait a minute." Camila jumped into the conversation.

"Who says she can't try? Plus who says humans can't do it also?" "Well for one, witches have magic in their hearts literally and humans don't." "Well, there might be a way to."

Eda then groaned. "You two can go if you want. I'm going back home and drinking myself to sleep." She then got on her staff and flew off while Camila and Luz then went to the Covention.

When they got there it was crowded with many demons and witches as well as a few small info stands with banners hung on the walls as Camila took a pamphlet that read Beginners guide to covens. She then handed one to Luz as they read it. "Ok, nine different types of magic is just confusing," Camila said as she read about the healing and potions covens while Luz read all of them. "Mija you keep that up your brain is going to shut down." "Ohh abomination sounds perfect to help around the house."

"I'm not sure about that," Camila said as they walked past an abomination display as it simply moaned before dissolving as the creator tried to bring it back only for it to explode sending purple ooze all over as some landed on Luz's face as she licked it off.

"That might take some practice..." Camila said as they passed a few small covens that simply handed out free stuff and they then found themselves carrying lots of tote bags. "Well, at least it'll be easier to carry stuff around." Luz joked as they then heard a familiar voice. "Hurry up! There's so much to see." "Yes, Miss Crude."

"Mama hide me," Luz said as she hid behind her mother like a scarred child as Davila Crude walked by with her family's fashion stylist Artie. "Are you sure you don't want your father to accompany..." Davila shushed him as she saw Camila and walked towards her. "I'm surprised to see you here Miss." "Same with you," Camila said as Luz tried to sneak away only to trip and fall as Davila saw her.

"You?!" "Hola?" Luz said chuckling nervously as she gulped as Davila gave her a cold look before huffing and walking away from her. "Do you think she's still mad after..." "Yeah, she still is," Camila said while still reading the pamphlet and looking around small stands before stopping at one that read History Coven as she walked towards it. "Excuse me?" The witch who was running it turned around holding a pile of books in their arms.

"Can I help you?" "Was just wondering about what this coven is about?" "Mostly just about the history of the isles and the foundation of covens interested?"

"Very much," Camila said as the witch then pulled out a sign sheet. "Just sign here and you are officially part of it, we mostly meet once a month and here we just print too many copies."

Camila then signed as the witch then handed her a book titled The official and approved history of the Isles and a simple keychain. "All right then, Luz I think we should... Luz?"

"Nope, no way Azura is dating the gilded snake in my book." "But Hecate that I totally adore." "True." Luz was currently talking with the head witch of the Fiction Coven named Katya as the two were simply talking about the Azura series and their own ships as Camila found her.

"Oh, thank... whatever these people worship, your alright." "Mami you're making this awkward." Camila rolled her eyes as she took Luz by the hand ass the two then walked away towards the exit. "So... did you find anything you want to try?" Luz asked as Camila sighed "They're all interesting and I think a few of my expertise would help but... look around everyone here uses magic and you heard what Eda said she told us..."

"Told you what?" A voice said as the two of them jumped as a slightly dark blue-haired witch wearing a white cloak stood behind them. "Nothing!" Camila said quickly as the witch then examined the two of them at them simply looking at their ears as she really fainted. "Ma'am, are you alright?" Camila asked as the witch gasped a bit. "Your, your..." "Human?"

"But how can you be... Edalyn..." "You know her?" "Yes and I can only give you this advice, that you and your child stay away from her as far as possible, she's nothing but a liar, thief, and... an outsider, and what are you humans doing here?"

Luz then handed the witch the pamphlet as the witch then laughed. "You two? In a Coven?! Impossible!" She then simply rolled the pamphlet into a ball and tossed it in the trash.

Luz was at the brink of tears as Camila knew what heavy emotions did to her as she held her daughter tightly. "There, there." Camila then patted her on the back before standing in front of the witch "Well if my daughter believes that she can do it then she can!" "Well then show me."

"What?" Camila stuttered a bit. "Show me that she can do it right here right now." Camila then looked at Luz who gulped in fear. "She just needs a bit of time." "Fine then one hour."

The witch then left as Luz then said "Mami I don't know how to cast only..." "Eat I know but now we have an hour to find out how to do this." "I believe I can be of assistance." The two then saw Artie who was struggling to carry bags full of stuff.

"Why would you help us?" Camila asked with suspicion. "Honestly I just need a break from Miss Crude right now plus this can help." Artie then lowed the tote bags as he then made a blue spell circle as a few duplicates of himself appeared and then vanished in a puff of blue smoke.

"That dear ladies, Is pure Illusion magic." "Wow," Luz said as Camila was still skeptical. "How do you know she won't see past them?" "It's all in concentration." He told them as Divila walked and found them.

"Artie what are you doing with... them!?" "Just helping your friend." "She's... not after what..." Camila could see the tears in the girl's eyes as she bent down and put her arms on Davila's shoulders. "I know what you saw was terrifying but what happened was something like you should never see in your entire life and it's not Luz's fault for what happened."

Davila teared up before simply hugging Camila. "Shh, it's alright." "So are we friends again?" Luz asked. "I'll think about it," Davila said as she walked o a bench and began reading more fashion articles.

After one hour the witch came back. "Alright humans show me I'm wrong," She said with a smirk as "Luz" then stood up and simply made a circle in the air as the witch was then covered buried in ice chunks. "H... H How did you..." The witch shivered and was freezing as she stepped out of the ice. "Now do you believe us?" Camila asked her as the witch then nodded before handing Camila a triangle-shaped pin.

"Here if she ever thinks of joining just come back in about eight or ten years, now if you excuse me..." The witch then left as melted ice wetted her clothing. "Artie, you can make it go away now. The illusion of Luz vanished as the real Luz came from behind a stand holding a bucket of now melted ice shavings. "Well, that went well."

"Yes, it did Mija," Camila said as she was now struggling to carry different tote bags full of random stuff as she put the history book inside her shirt as Mother and Daughter left and walked back to the Owl house to find Eda snoring while holding an empty bottle of apple blood. "Should we wake her up?" "Remember what she told us the first time we got here, n waking her up even in a desperate situation."

"Well, the Covention was still..." "COVENTION?!" Eda yelled as she fell off the couch and then stood up. "What did you two actually..." "Yes and honestly it reminded me of my times at college fairs."

Eda had a confused look as she then looked at the pin on Luz's shirt. "Kid where did you get this?" "A witch gave it to her and she actually bought the idea that humans could do magic."

"Uhm what did this witch look like exactly?" Eda asked. "She was slightly slim, with white robes, pale face almost like yours, and blue hair," Camila said as Eda then groaned. "Did she happen to call me a thief and an outsider?" "Yes."

"Lily..." Eda said with a sound of hatred. "Who?" "I knew her back when we used to go to school together and that's all you need to know about..." Luz then squealed. "School? As in learning magic, cute uniforms, and dark plots that threaten your life!?"

"Dios mio, now I regret giving you the entire Azura prequel series," Camila said as Luz then said, "Oh yeah I also bumped into Divila..." "Wait Olvia's Kid? Eda asked as Camila and Luz nodded ."Uhm you do remember what we all had to do or more like what you had to do."

"Yeah we all do, I think I actually might need a drink," Camila said as Eda handed her a bottle of Apple Blood and a Juice Box version for Luz as the three of them sat down and remembered the events that took place during the fashion show.
