I only own my OC, Taylor, I do not own Tess, or any of the Coraline characters.

Tess and Coraline were awestruck at the great food that was made, especially the chicken, and also seeing the Other Mel, and the Other Charlie sitting across from one another. The Other Charlie cleared his throat, put his hands together, along with Coraline, Tess who didn't want to be rude, and the Other Mel, and the Other Charlie said, "We give thanks and ask to bless our mother's golden chicken breast." Other Charlie laughed, while Other Mel gestured as if to say, 'Oh stop it.'

Taylor, still in the real world watches as Coraline tries the chicken leg, enjoys it by saying, "Mmm! This chicken is good."

"Hungry, aren't you?" Other Mel asked.

Coraline put on her plate a roll, and mashed potatoes, and asked, "Do you have any gravy?"

"Well, here comes the gravy train," Other Mel replied, and a small toy train appeared on the table with a gravy boat on its caboose, Other Mel soon said, while gesturing her arm up and down, "Choo, choo!" and then chuckled.

The train stopped, and some scissor lift contraption lifted the gravy boat, the caboose part tipped, and poured gravy on Coraline's mashed potatoes. Coraline soon said, "Huh."

Other Mel soon asked, "Another roll? Sweet peas? Corn on the cob?"

Coraline looked at the food, then replied with a mouth full of mashed potatoes, "I'm really thirsty."

"Of course. Any requests?" Other Mel asked.

Coraline looked at the chandelier, which had some drinks, and she soon asked, "Mango milkshake?" A part of the chandelier stopped on what looks like an orange liquid, which might be the mango milkshake she asked for, she pulled the handle on top of the tap, and it poured into her glass that she took. Coraline then drank the milkshake while the Other Mel took her plate, and replacing it with a big cake. Coraline looked at it, and soon the pink top of it had ten candles, and icing writings saying, 'welcome home!' Coraline was confused, and asked, "Home?"

The Other Charlie walked to the Other Mel, as she replied, "We've been waiting for you, Coraline."

"For me?" Coraline asked.

"Yep. Wasn't the same here without you, kiddo," the Other Charlie replied.

"I didn't know I had another mother," Coraline said.

"Of course you do. Everyone does," Other Mel replied.

"Really?" Coraline asked.'

"Uh-huh," replied the Other Mel, she then said, "As soon as you're through eating, I thought we'd play a game."

Coraline saw the Other Mel drummed her fingers on the, which she felt concerned, then asked, "You mean like hide-and-seek?"

"Perfect. Hide-and-seek in the rain," the Other Mel replied.

"What rain?" Coraline asked, then some lighting and thunder was heard, shocking both Coraline and Tess.

"Man the Beldam really is trying her best to be the opposite of the real Mel isn't," Taylor thought in her mind, as she is using clairvoyance on Tess's eyes.

Coraline was really concerned, and asked with a glare, "What about the mud?

"We love mud here," the Other Charlie replied.

"Mud facials, mud baths, mud pies," the Other Mel said. She walked towards Coraline and Tess and continued, "It's great for poison oak."

The Other Mel grabbed Coraline's hand, Coraline retracked it, and asked, "How'd you know I..." She soon paused, knowing that this is getting weird, and said, "I... I'd love to play, along with Tess, but I better get home to my other mother." Coraline soon got off her chair.

"But I'm your other mother," the Other Mel replied.

"I mean my other, other mother," Coraline replied back, and asked, "Mom number one?" Tess smiled, along with Taylor in the real world. Coraline soon bumped into the Other Charlie, who waved, then Coraline said, "I think I should get to bed."

The Other Mel grinned, and replied, "Of course, sweetheart. It's all made up."

"But..." Coraline tried to protest, but was being dragged by the Other Mel and Charlie.

"Come along, sleepyhead," the Other Charlie said, while pushing Coraline, and she soon walked with them, while the Other Charlie turned off the dining room light.

The group soon were in what is Coraline's bedroom, and she gasped at the wonders of it, and said, "Wow."

"Hello, Coraline," said one of the dragonflies flying past in front of her, while other dragonflies say, "Hello, hello, hello, hello."

They soon see a squid with a white button eye, who asked Coraline, "What's shaking, baby?"

"Hello," said Coraline she soon sees a bony turtle moving around the floor.

"Hey. How's it going, Loper?" asked a voice a girl.

"Where's your swampers and chook," said the boy who was with the girl in the picture of Coraline's friends.

Coraline was so excited, she ran to the bed, causing Tess to fall off, crawled to the picture, and said, "My goodness! How are my best trolls?" She grabbed the picture, and said, "I can't wait till summer. You're both coming right?"

"We're already here, Coraline," the girl replied.

The boy rolled a snowball, but tossed and it landed on the girl, and said, "Gone to Oregon."

Coraline looked at the Other Mel, who had something, and said, "Oh. The mud." The Other Mel soon put some mud on Coraline's poison oak rash. Coraline was happy about it, and then yawned.

The Other Charlie soon turned off the light, then he and the Other Mel said together, "See you soon." They both look at Coraline while she sleeps, then the Other Charlie soon opened the door to leave, this caused Tess the chance to leave this world.

As she raced down the stairs, and head for the living room, she soon heard some steps coming down, Tess soon hid under the couch, as a tall, slender shadow appeared, for she knew this is the Beldam's true form. She soon said, "I know you are hiding under the couch, and I know that the other girl is using clairvoyance to see what you're seeing, I should put you where the other kids were." Tess was shocked, so was Taylor, then the Beldam said, "But, fortunately for you, like my leader said, as long as its you and not Taylor, I can't do anything, and I must follow his orders, or I must surrender the documents immediately, as ordered." Tess sighed in relief, then the Beldam said, "That is all I can say for now, you're free to go, ottsel." The Beldam was soon leaving, but stopped, and said, "Oh, and one more thing, don't worry about Coraline, she will be back in her bed in the Real World in the morning." The Beldam then left, allowing Tess the opportunity to leave.

Tess soon went through the tunnel, and was back in the real world. Taylor took off her goggles, and said, "That was close," Tess nodded in agreement, then Taylor said, "Let's get some sleep, we'll see Coraline in the morning." Tess nodded, and the two girls went to sleep. Next morning, they woke up early, Taylor soon said, "Tess, I think we should practice more with the enhanced clairvoyance, you go to Coraline's room, and see if she's there." Tess nodded in agreement, and went up the stairs.

Tess was able to open the door with a good jump, and sees that Coraline was waking up with a yawn and a stretch. Coraline soon looks at the doll resembling her, then scratched her rash, but noticed something, and said, "It's gone. My poison oak! It's gone!" She soon got out of bed, and raced towards the door to the Other World, but noticed the tunnel was blocked by a brick wall again. "Huh," Coraline said.

Taylor knew that Coraline thinks that the experience might've been a dream, but then the girls heard kettle whistling. "Looks like some coffee's ready for you parents Coraline," Taylor said, causing Coraline to look at her with a face saying, 'I know that."

Taylor sees Mel takes the kettle off the heater, as Coraline said, "It was incredibly real, Mom. Only you weren't really you. You were my other mother."

"Buttons for eyes, huh?" Mel asked while pouring some hot water for her tea, then said, "Coraline, you only dreamed you ate all that chicken." She soon grabbed something, and said, "Take your multivitamin at least."

"Was I in the dream?" Taylor asked, trying to play along so not to be suspicious.

"Unfortunately no, but Tess was there, but wasn't when I went to sleep," Coraline replied.

"Oh, okay then," Taylor replied back, Coraline doesn't even suspect that Taylor was there, but only seeing it through Tess's eyes.

"Your were in the dream, too, Dad," Coraline said to Charlie, who was eating cereal with a newspaper under his arm, as Coraline continued, "You had wild-looking pajamas and orange monkey slippers." As she talked, Charlie dropped the paper, and got a cup of coffee.

Charlie laughed, and replied, "Orange? My monkey slippers are blue," he then lifted up his leg to reveal the blue slippers, which looked like flip-flops, then said, "Psst. Can you get me some of that magic mud you were talking about?" He soon puts his paper under the same arm h is holding the cup with, and said, "Because I have a terrible case of writer's rash on my..." he was about to say it, until Mel cleared her throat.

Mel gave him a glare, and said, "If the real Charlie Jones wants his pages edited, he better wrap them up ASAP." Charlie soon left the kitchen, while Mel puts the milk away, closes the fridge, and asked, "Coraline, why don't you, Taylor and Tess go visit downstairs?" Coraline, who was playing with her spoon by twirling it on the table, let it go with a gasp, as Mel said, "I bet those actresses would love to hear your dream."

"Miss Spink and Forcible?" Coraline asked, then said, "But you said they're dingbats."

"Mmm-hmm," Mel replied, and left the kitchen.

"Well at least it's stopped raining, it might be a good thing to see the neighbors," Taylor said, getting a glare from Coraline.

So Coraline had a good feast in the Other World, while Tess escaped, and since the Beldam's leader can't touch her, she is safe, so I hope you wonder how the girls react to the neighbors of the Pink Palace.
